"At Off Site Nano Brewery the taco chef and Wynwood brewer applied obsessive craft to bar food: their Country Cuban uses a 12-plus-month-aged Benton’s ham sliced paper-thin over mojo-seasoned pork roasted eight hours and mixed with its drippings, three-week-cured peppery dill-and-garlic pickles, Cuban bread trucked daily from Tampa’s La Segunda Bakery, and gooey Tillamook Swiss—most ingredients made from scratch." - ByCarlos Frías
"You go to The Louvre to appreciate classic works of art. And you go to Off Site to appreciate bar food. They both take their respective works just as seriously, as evidenced by this cheeseburger. It might not immediately grab your attention when it hits the table, but as you bite into it, you will be greeted by all the essential cheeseburger flavors, dialed up to 11. This is mostly thanks to the super flavorful patty—a mix of koji-cured chuck, brisket, and short rib." - ryan pfeffer, virginia otazo, mariana trabanino
"Off Site is a Little River nano-brewery that has a menu full of ridiculously good bar food. And on that menu, you’ll find an outstanding cuban sandwich. The bread is pressed crispy enough to play shuffleboard on. But we also really like what’s going on underneath that bread: roasted pork, country ham, house pickles, swiss cheese, and mustard. Another great thing about this sandwich is that you can pair it with Off Site's house lager, which tastes like it was specifically made to go with a salty sandwich." - ryan pfeffer, virginia otazo, mariana trabanino
"Off Site is an obvious pick. They’ve got beer, tremendous sandwiches, chicken wings, hot dogs, and you can pay separately at the register to avoid the “I’ve got this one, man,” conversation when the check comes. They also unfurl a big projector to play important sporting events. But the best thing about this place is that it presents some options to bounce around if you’re having fun. Magie (a wine bar) and Kaiju (a cocktail bar) are both just down the street." - ryan pfeffer
"At first glance, Off Site looks like a small, chill bar perfect for a beer and a conversation—which it is. But the really remarkable thing about the Little River nano-brewery is the food. They have a small menu with recognizable things like a burger, cuban sandwich, hot dog, wings, and fried chicken sandwich. It seems like normal bar food, but each dish is outrageously good and among the best versions of these very popular foods you’ll find anywhere in Miami. It makes Off Site feel like a museum dedicated to classic finger food. They also now have a second location inside an actual museum, the Bass Miami." - ryan pfeffer, virginia otazo
