"You go to The Louvre to appreciate classic works of art. And you go to Off Site to appreciate bar food. They both take their respective works just as seriously, as evidenced by this cheeseburger. It might not immediately grab your attention when it hits the table, but as you bite into it, you will be greeted by all the essential cheeseburger flavors, dialed up to 11. This is mostly thanks to the super flavorful patty—a mix of koji-cured chuck, brisket, and short rib." - ryan pfeffer, virginia otazo, mariana trabanino
"Off Site is a Little River nano-brewery that has a menu full of ridiculously good bar food. And on that menu, you’ll find an outstanding cuban sandwich. The bread is pressed crispy enough to play shuffleboard on. But we also really like what’s going on underneath that bread: roasted pork, country ham, house pickles, swiss cheese, and mustard. Another great thing about this sandwich is that you can pair it with Off Site's house lager, which tastes like it was specifically made to go with a salty sandwich." - ryan pfeffer, virginia otazo, mariana trabanino
"Off Site is where unpretentious comfort food meets expert execution in an industrial, laid-back setting in Little River. A collaboration between Steve Santana (Taquiza) and Adam Darnell (Boxelder), this part-microbrewery, part-grill serves up favorites like smoked wings, the brisket-and-short-rib Better Burger, and the Champion Dog, a house-made hot dog that’s made even better as a masa-dipped corn dog. The smoky fish dip is a sleeper hit, while sandwich lovers flock to the Little River Cheesesteak or Benton’s Club. Pair any item with a Super Good Lager or one of the rotating craft beers on tap for the full Off Site experience." - Allison Ramirez
"Off Site’s are the kind of wings you want to be eating alongside a cold beer, which you can easily make happen at this Little River nano-brewery. The wings are both smoked and fried—two objectively good things in one package, like a dog that can also play jazz saxophone. There isn’t a photon of the wing’s exterior that isn’t crispy. And under that crackly skin awaits two to three bites of outstanding smoked chicken." - ryan pfeffer, virginia otazo
"This nano brewery and restaurant in Little River has some of the city’s best wings on its menu. The key is in their simplicity, with a crispy, perfectly seasoned exterior and a flavorful, smokey interior. Pair them with a smokey hot sauce for dipping and a cold beer for optimal enjoyment." - Olee Fowler
