The Best Bagels in Seattle

"When the pandemic brought seafood restaurant Manolin’s sit-down business to a standstill, they zagged to bagels and lox. Manolin closed its doors earlier in 2024 but Old Salt lives on, serving up smoked cod, kippered salmon, and coho lox atop bagels that balance crispy exteriors with airy interiors. The fish is available by the pound or on masterfully made bagels, which are simultaneously crusty and chewy, with beautiful blistering. A second location in Ballard is already a local mainstay as well." - Eater Staff, Sean Keeley

The 8 Best Bagels In Seattle

"If you need carbohydrates in Fremont but aren’t in the mood to wait in the line that spills out of Sea Wolf, walk next door to Old Salt. This breakfast operation serves bagels every Thursday-Sunday. Come with a well-oiled jaw and empty stomach, because these bad boys are massive and dense. The black sesame bagel has seeds that shed like craft glitter, so stick to the plain, spiced up via chili spread with aleppo pepper and light hints of lemon zest. " - kayla sager riley, aimee rizzo

Best Breakfast Sandwiches in Seattle - Eater Seattle

"Fremont’s acclaimed Manolin has shifted temporarily into a coffee and bagel pop-up, serving breakfast sandwiches with lox and other smoked fish sourced from local purveyors, as well as spreads such as kimchi cream cheese. It regularly sells out of its selections, available for takeout Thursday through Sunday, so diners will have to be quick on those Tock reservations." - Eater Staff

Fremont Restaurant Manolin Is Now Old Salt Fish and Bagels - Eater Seattle

"Old Salt Fish and Bagels is a pop-up restaurant that emerged from Fremont’s Manolin, now offering a breakfast-focused menu. The menu includes bagel sandwiches with lox and other smoked fish, spreads like cream cheese with calabrian chili, urfa bieber, aleppo, and garlic, and a selection of coffee drinks. The focus is on locally sourced, sustainable seafood, including Neah Bay black cod, Idaho whole trout, and Keta and wild caught Coho salmon from the Nooksack Tribe. The establishment uses a Blodgett deck oven for bagel-making and went through two months of testing to perfect their offerings. The pop-up has been successful, selling out regularly since its opening. Co-owner Joe Sundberg hinted at the possibility of incorporating some items into the original menu when Manolin reopens. This concept is part of a broader trend of restaurants adapting to the takeout model due to the pandemic restrictions in Washington." - Gabe Guarente

Google
I’m obsessed with this place. You can see them preparing everything behind the counter, which I always love—and everything just feels fresh and full of good energy. The bagels and cream cheese are incredible—perfect texture, great flavor, and you can tell they really care about the food they’re putting out. It’s got that neighborhood vibe that makes you want to come back again and again. Definitely in my top 5 favorite quick breakfast spots in Seattle right now.

Google
I’m so sad to make this review. I was an old salt regular ! My husband and I are vegetarian and order bagels with cream cheese, sometimes I add avocado and pickled onions to mine . Everyone is very nice there. But unfortunately we have found pieces of fish in our bagels twice now in the center where they were sliced. The first time we gave them a pass but the second time it was clear that they don’t clean their knives in between sandwiches. It’s really disappointing as their bagels are delicious and I love their cashew spread.

Google
Tbh, the Lox and Veggie bagels priced at $16 and $14 respectively are not worth it. When I had Essa bagels in New York for a similar price, they were packed with fillings, and I never felt like it was a waste of money. Here, however, it feels overpriced. It’s surprising that they charge $16 for such skimpy portions. If I visit again, I’d probably just go for a bagel with cream cheese. The bread itself is chewy, but the bagels are much smaller compared to Essa. I don’t think this place deserves such high ratings.

Google
Both the Kippered Salmon and Smoked Cod bagels were amazingly chewy and crunchy, something both my wife and I appreciate. It’s pretty close to NY quality for both of us. Parking can be a bit challenging but if you’re patient, you’ll get something.

Google
Excellent flavors in their sandwich. The fish was really high quality and delicious. Went with the Smoked Cod sandwich and it was awesome. The bagel it comes on I'd give a 4/5, as its texture wasn't what I preferred, but it was still a good bagel. Didn't have quite the crunch/bite that I want on the exterior, but it did have the right chew. Don't let most reviews fool you, this is one of the better bagels in Seattle and closer to an east coast bagel than most within the city. I'd give them a 9/10.

Google
I had the Lox bagel sandwich, my kids each had a plain bagel no cream cheese and my husband had a plain bagel with cream cheese. We all loved them. The house cured salmon was delish! I would say, personal opinion here, that this place is more expensive than our other bagel eating locations. Aside from that the atmosphere is great, service was incredibly friendly. My only wish would be that they put a menu on a larger board so you can see what they offer prior to arriving at the checkout. I’m super indecisive and don’t enjoy the pressure of not knowing what I want with people waiting in line behind me. Again, this is a total personal preference. Our experience was great and I am looking forward to going back for the other salmon bagel.

Cynthia Chen

Google
it was soooo delicious the fish was so flavorful and bagel perfectly crunchy. a bit overpriced for the sandwiches in my opinion 😅 i would still come back though 🤣 just to try the other types of fish because it was so delicious

Julia M

Google
Tasty, not really the big fat soft yet chewy NY style bagels (still hunting for those in Seattle), but reminded me more of those Montreal-style bagels. Would go back for the Veggie sandwich - so delicious and refreshing. Perfectly pickled veg and pairs well with the black sesame bagel. Kippered salmon sandwich was a bit on the salty side.

Yelp
The lox bagel is seriously AMAZING. Came here on a recommendation from a local who was saying 'this is how bagels should be made' They were right. Every bite was delightful. We stopped in on a Wednesday morning and there was no wait. The entrance is tucked back to the left of the restaurant, but signs on the street help let you know it's there. Paid $48 for 2 lox bagels and 2 coffees with a tip, so couldn't come here everyday for breakfast but would sure want to

Yelp
oh my god YES! this place has got some good bagels! trekked my way out here to try their lox bagel sandwich, and while it was quite pricey, it was so good! i got the bagel toasted and it was perfectly crispy on the outside and nice and chewy and moist on the inside! the veggie spread was smooth and savory, paired nicely with the lox, which was salty, and then topped with SALMON ROE!!!! which is such a unique topping, that ive only ever seen on courage bagels in LA. the sandwich is definitely a treat, but i would come and get it again. wonderful place to grab a bite, friendly and quick service, both indoor and outdoor seating (covered patio too).

Yelp
We had the Lox Sandwich and Sal's Special which had a Teriyaki Salmon as the main protein. The Lox original bagel was head and shoulders the standout. The bagel itself was mediocre, but you could really taste the quality of the smoked salmon and the texture of the roe was a nice touch as you bite into the bagel. My issue with Old Salt Fish and Bagel is the price point. $16 for an ok bagel with not that much cream cheese or other fillings is a steep hill to motivate me to come back again.

Yelp
My friends and I were in the mood for bagels, so we came across this place in Ballard. The shop itself is really cute and also has a lot of seating, so it's a great spot to come to with a group of friends. I had the black sesame bagel with cream cheese. The black sesame was an interesting flavor for a bagel, although the flavor was pretty subtle. I tasted the black sesame more in the aftertaste, which I think I preferred because it wasn't overpowering. They also gave a generous amount of cream cheese, but it didn't feel too heavy. In total, my bagel was only about $5, which is pretty reasonable compared to other bagel shops i've been to. They also have a lot of cream cheese options, but I wish they had more options for bagel flavors. They only have a few savory options. I would have loved to try a fruity or sweet bagel. Regardless, I really enjoyed Old Salt Fish and Bagels and would definitely come back!

Yelp
Cute place! I got the lox which honestly was a 3.5 but friends got the kippered salmon sandwich and a black sesame bagel with fish cream cheese and those were so good! prob is what bumped my rating up to a 4 I don't know coffee that well, but both of my friends said it was really good coffee and asked where the beans were from
google avatar

Kamini S.

Yelp
Had the everything bagel with herbed spread. If you're looking for a lighter bagel, this is it. This wasn't super heavy and the cream cheese was yum. This place is such a cute vibe. They have loads of outdoor seating, definitely recommend coming here on a sunny day. There is a long line on the weekend in the morning so beware but definitely worth the wait :)

Yelp
After a trail run and a cold plunge, bagels were just what I wanted! A friend and I arrived at Old Salt around 11:30am and there was no line. We both ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese, I got the smoked fish cream cheese and she had the herb cream cheese. We also ordered a chai tea latte and a mocha, respectively. Our orders came out fast, we only waited about 10 minutes. There were plenty of tables open, and we chose one that looked out into the beautiful bustling space. The bagels were delicious, they tasted very fresh and were the perfect amount of chewiness. I also very much enjoyed the amount of salmon in the cream cheese. My friend loved that the herb cream cheese also had a hint of lemon. The cream cheese to bagel ratio was pretty good, though I would definitely prefer a little bit more cream cheese. Overall, a great experience. We will definitely be returning to Old Salt!

Yelp
Quick review- I got everything bagel with herb cream cheese for $5.5. Kinda pricy for basic bagel. The cream cheese was lemony which was different. Not bad just nothing special for me. Don't think I'll go back

Yelp
First off, the inside of this cafe is so adorable! Get some coffee, drinks, and bagels and you can do your work there all day. They have a cute covered patio with a fire pit and plenty of benches outside. Gave the perfect Sunday morning cafe vibes. Veggie bagel: the bagel itself was quite chewy and I didn't think it was anything special. However, the spicy cream cheese was delicious. It had the right amount of spice and flavored the bagel nicely. The pickled carrots and spicy eggplant inside were interesting yet tasty fillings. Overall, I really liked my order Kippered salmon bagel: same opinion on the bagel itself but the salmon was sooo good. I would honestly go back just for the salmon! It was perfect the way it came and recommend trying it:) Chocolate chip cookie: this looked so delicious and we immediately knew we were getting it right when we saw it. Wasn't overly sweet and had a hint of rye in it. The sea salt on top was great but a little overpowering at times. Still an amazing treat to end my meal with!

Yelp
Stopped in with a coworker to grab a bagel and coffee. First time here and it didn't disappoint. I ordered the sesame bagel and added cream cheese and lox. Bagel tasted amazing and was perfectly toasted. The lox tasted fresh not fishy and they give you a hearty amount. I definitely felt full after eating it. Bagel was reasonably priced and you could add on an assortment of items to your liking. Service was friendly and fast. They also make great coffee (I believe they use cafe ladro beans). They have some table seating inside and an outside covered patio with a fireplace. Felt cozy and warm even in the winter. Definitely check this place out and also go earlier in the day if possible, as they do sell out of bagels.

Soyaa L.

Yelp
The LOX Bagel was bomb. I drove all the way from Portland since it has salmon roe on it. Loved the interior of the store as well.
google avatar

Henry M.

Yelp
The bagels here are great! The perfect balance of chewy without being too dense and they have a great crackle on the crust. They don't have a ton of varieties but every one they have is good. The bagels are also pretty reasonably priced for Seattle and I don't feel like I'm being fleeced if add on a seasonal vegatable or some cream cheese. It would be four stars but the cream cheese is kind of funky. It's a little more sour and thinner than most I've had, almost like an incredibly thick yogurt. Also the coffee is just ok.
google avatar

Lulu K.

Yelp
was so excited about this place... but idk what happened. Had high hopes, got the smoked cod, but was so disappointed. Found 3 bones in my bagel sandwich!! Would've been quite dangerous and maybe choke if I didn't noticed. Anyways Not worth $16! Hard to eat... not enough fish, and cod skin was hard to chew. Could not finish the whole sandwich. Not sure if I would come back... maybe just for the bagel? I don't know

Yelp
Went here around 12:45 on a rainy Saturday. Only 1-2 parties in front of me. We got the kipper sandwich and the lox sandwich. Both delicious! The bagels both had a really good chew, and I didn't even mind that they weren't toasted (normally a very big thing for me). I really loved the flavor pairings of both sandwiches, though may lean more towards the lox samdwich--I really liked the roe and the lox flavor & texture over the kipper, and I think the everything bagel had a better chew and density than the poppy seed bagel. I also am a big fan of greens on my sandwich so the pea sprouts on the lox was more my style BUT I love the pickled onions and capers of the kipper, so truly no bad options here. We also got the mocha with skim milk & a triple shot of espresso, and a americano. We liked both and could see us picking them up again if we were swinging by for more bagels. We also picked up two bagels and shmear for tomorrow morning. One plain and the other the black sesame and Aleppo pepper. For shmear, we got the chili and smoked fish. Will post tomorrow about how the hold up overnight! I may be the only one who has done this, but I first waited in the line for sea wolf next door before realizing I was in the wrong place. Don't be like me lol--the entrance with the Manolin sign above it is where you need to go. The atmosphere is really cool and well done. They have both indoor and outdoor dining areas, with the outdoor area having some fire pits. Seems like a nice place to meet up with people to have some bagels!! We had ours to go this time, but we will stay for a bagel when we've got a little more free time. Would recommend!

Yelp
Have been coming here for years, noticed in the last couple of months the staff turn over and a strange new vibe of ultra loud club music (decibel meter avg of 75 db) durning my morning coffee and bagel. Couldn't help but notice a price tag of $3.00 for a single slice of heirloom tomato. We're so sad to lose this place, it's been a favourite for our family for such a long.
google avatar

Matthew P.

Yelp
prolly my favorite bagel place in seattle. i like the shell they're able to get around the bagels and their smoked fish is tasty when i can afford it. sometimes there's a line, but it moves quickly. they have a heated patio in the winter and plenty of outdoor seating in the summer. so it's a fun atmosphere regardless. but that shell around the bagel? idk how they do it. it's pretty different from other bagels ngl so i totally get if it's not someone's thing, but I really like it.
google avatar

Yelp
Hava nagila, hava nagila Hava nagila ve-nis'mecha!!! Wonderful Bagels. Today I had the Kippers. I'll be back for the Smoked Bass. And the Lox. Friendly and engageable staff. Relaxed inside, an old Seattle/Fremont building, With tall ceilings. And at night it all turns into a Restaurant :0
google avatar

Kelsey G.

Yelp
Went back again today and was so impressed by the service- people behind the counter were so kind and the people making the bagels said hi and asked about my day- it's so nice in the morning to start your day like this! Oh, and the bagels are still great!
google avatar

Becky L.

Yelp
I ordered a bagel sandwich today shortly before they closed for a nice light lunch. At first I was put off about $16 before tax for a bagel, but I told myself that I have to try everything once and the reviews for this place was fantastic. The bagel itself tasted good, but I did find a bone in my salmon and had to spit it out mid chew. The reason I'm giving this place two stairs is because now I am suffering from food poisoning. I only ate the bagel for lunch today and a banana so I just know this is the culprit especially because of the dairy and smoked fish. I'm not sure if it's because it was almost 1 PM and things were sitting out or whatever, but I am not happy about spending nearly $18 for a food-poisoned bagel. Would not come back here nor recommend it to anyone else. There are other bagel spots in the area. Beware!
google avatar

Dody E.

Yelp
Yeah this is easily the best bagel I've ever had. Not to mention the friendly service and fantastic ambiance perfect for playing a board game or just hanging out. It's an absolute must. The plain bagel with herb cream cheese will not let you down.
google avatar

Anna H.

Yelp
Never had a better bagel sandwich than this one. I got the salmon bagel and substituted capers for sprouts, and we got a cod one too. Fresh fish, nice atmosphere. Even outdoor seating by a little fire pit. It was quick because you could order at a counter. I'm super picky with fish, and I'd come back again for another! It's gonna run you 14+, but worth the cost for the quality and freshness.
google avatar

Becca F.

Yelp
Only fantastic things to say about this spot. It was super busy (always a good sign) but the service was fast. The bagels have a crispy/blistery crust that is lovely. Flavor options are limited but I'd rather a few things done well than endless of poorly executed items. The kippered salmon was savory and smoky. The cashew spread is great - always nice to have a dairy free option. Coffee is good. And the chocolate chip cookies?? Delightful. We will be back very soon.
google avatar

Yelp
Now y'all know I am constantly on the hunt for a good bagel. When I saw this pop up shop on Yelp, I booked it on down to Fremont to check it out. The line was out the door and down the street, but I was not deterred, and as my reward, the line moved quite fast. I had the halibut sandwich which came with a large portion of halibut seasoned with just the right amount of curry. The bagel itself was quite nice with that soft but chewy texture that makes me so happy. We were able to snag some seating on the patio which was fairly dry despite the damp morning, and warm thanks to the heaters. Great little spot and def worth the wait.
google avatar

Kathleen C.

Yelp
Bagels are pretty solid and averaged priced. We had a bagel with cream cheese and also a sandwich (that didn't cost $20+ like it sometimes gets at other spots). Got a chowder too but not worth. Very watery. Good amount of seating as well, though half is heated outside which could be a bit cold during Seattle's mid Fall and Winter weather.
google avatar

Cassie K.

Yelp
the atmosphere is nice. there was a decent line when we arrived around 9:30am on a sunday. i ordered the kippered salmon sandwich and my boyfriend got the lox sandwich, accompanied by two 12 oz drip coffee. my sandwich alone was $16 - the total came out to $47 after a $5 tip!!!! which is absolutely insane. the outdoor seating was covered and there was a fire pit that provided some warmth. they also had a self serve water tap outside which was nice. the salmon was really yummy, the pickled red onions had a nice crunch to them and added a great level of acidity. the bagel itself was pretty trash. it was closer to bread honestly. it was crispy on the outside and had no chewiness whatsoever. not worth the money. TLDR: just go to westman's
google avatar

Jason S.

Yelp
Toasted black sesame and vegan schmear ftw! (Adding pointless words to get to arbitrary 85 character minimum )
google avatar

Zehra S.

Yelp
My college roommate came to visit from California and we went here for breakfast per a friend's recommendation. I've been struggling to find good bagels ever since moving to Seattle but I can easily say that this is the best bagel I've had in seattle! We got the Lox Sandwich on an Everything Bagel and the Kippered Sandwich on a Sesame bagel. The Kippered Sandwich was by far my favorite and their bagels had a great texture! This is genuinely about the only bagel I would recommend in the city.
google avatar

Rosi A.

Yelp
Sesame bagel with salmon is *chef's kiss* Love places like this, and was eager to make the trip across the lake to test it out. For a pop-up weekend bagel shop, they have an impressive number of options on the menu. The title to this review says it all: I absolutely loved my choice - sesame bagel with a (very generous) layer of cream cheese, capers, and salmon. Simple but perfect. Cappuccino was excellent too. The team is FAST, and despite a relatively long line, no one really had to wait longer than a few minutes for the order. The space itself (located inside Manolin) is fun, with both indoor and cute patio seating options (which on a rare sunny Seattle day seems like a great idea). While you are at it, stop by the bakery next door (you won't miss it, there is usually a line out the door) - Sea Wolf Bakers. It is supposed to be the best in Seattle. Now on the "to visit" list for next time I am in Fremont
google avatar

Jackie M.

Yelp
The staff was wonderful and it's a nice cozy shop, I'm so glad my husband saw it while we were walking! My husband had the lox bagel and I had an everything bagel. It was so wonderful we both loved our orders! I hope we are back in Seattle soon so that we can come back here!
google avatar

Celina S.

Yelp
Was disappointed based on the reviews. I got a black sesame bagel with herb spread, and it was fine, but the bagel lacked the chew I was expecting. I almost thought that they scraped out the center... Still on the hunt for a good bagel in Seattle.
google avatar

Yelp
**** 4 Stars **** our party of 4 arrived @ 0830am Saturday. minimum waiting. after ordering we sat outside in a nice heated shelter. digging into our plain bagels & schemer we were impressed that the bagels were pretty good. our hot beverages we're also good. enjoying the conviviality & ambiance for an hour+ only major drawback is there is NO reasonable parking nearby. we agreed that we would return.
google avatar

Michelle F.

Yelp
I love all the outdoor patio seating in front. It is a great way to enjoy a bag and coffee with friends. I ordered a latte, everything bagel with herb spread. The bagels were nice and chewy and had great texture. The herb cream cheese was flavorful, but not too overpowering. The coffee is from Caffe Ladro and was good.
google avatar

Lauren D.

Yelp
Delicious bagel sandwiches! Seriously, I dream about their bagel sandwiches. I love the care they put into the fish here. There's often a queue, but its worth it.
google avatar

Poppy C.

Yelp
Try the black sesame bagels. Yum! On sunny days, you can sit on the patio although it can get crowded since it shares the patio with a bakery.
google avatar

Frannie Y.

Yelp
Old Salt is probably my favorite bagel in Seattle (after Mt. Bagel but they are no longer here unfortunately). The bagel itself was decent though a little chewy for my liking, and I don't think they toast the bagel sandwiches by default, so make sure you specify if you want yours toasted. I'm sure if it were toasted, it would be a little less chewy. The best part about old salt was the smoked cod. It was delicious and even better than the smoked salmon, which is what I usually go after. The cod was so good that we even came back the week after and just got some, so my family could try it when they were visiting.
google avatar

Chris C.

Yelp
If not the best bagel sandwich I have ever eaten, then definitely top ten, top five? Top notch. Thank you to the team that made my bagel today! It was exceptional and I very much appreciate that. I want more.
google avatar

Rahim K.

Yelp
Get the herb cream cheese & everything bagel for a delightful experience of joy with each bite. This place is a hidden gem & is definitely worth the hype. Cute ambiance , friendly quick staff & they know bagels!
google avatar

Cianna B.

Yelp
Best bagels I've had in Seattle so far! Located inside Manolin and only open for limited hours in the morning, this little spot is a lovely Saturday morning stop for breakfast. I am a big fan of their everything bagel which includes a bit of caraway on top. Their fish sandwiches are quite high quality but pricey for a bagel sandwich. The outdoor seating area is great and has shade for a hot morning. Would love to see a sweet bagel option for a little more variety, but I appreciate them doing what they do well.
google avatar

Marlore C.

Yelp
Cute little spot behind Seawolf bakery. I ordered the Smoked Black Cod bagel Sandwich which was lovely! The bagel was slightly tougher than I normally like it but it was still very good and devoured. Staff was friendly. I ate outside next to the fire pit.

Yelp
I've walked past the sign for Old Salt many times but only got around to trying it a week ago when I wanted a hearty breakfast that wasn't greasy. You all probably know the background now, but really quickly, Old Salt is a bagel/ smoked fish pop-up hosted at Manolin Th-Sun. I got the kippered salmon sandwich. I loved this. All components of the sandwhich were amazing: the bagel, the cream cheese and the salmon. Everything was high quality and made-in-house. The salmon was especially outstanding since it was very fresh tasting and unique. I'm used to the lox style salmon since that is what I tend to be able to find in the stores, so I was very happy with how mild in seasoning the kippered salmon was. I plan to buy some of the kippered salmon alone to replace the lox style salmons I get from the grocery store. I loved my trip so much that I went back the next day and got the lox sandwich. Despite being familiar with the lox style fish, I did prefer Old Salt's rendition since it taster fresher and slightly less salty (which I prefer). The lox sandwich came on an everything bagel and wow, that was definitely the best everything bagel I have had flavor-wise. It was also a solid bagel but I'm not a good judge for that, so I don't want to make any claims! If you like bagels or smoked fish, you need to try this spot. Just be warned that everything is a bit pricey (check their website for prices). With that said though, it's all absolutely worth it. Everything is house-made with high quality ingredients, and you can taste it. If you want to keep costs somewhat reasonable, opt for just a bagel + cream cheese. The price of those are about what you would expect elsewhere.
google avatar

Lana B.

Yelp
Yummy bagels. Crispy on the outside and soft inside. They aren't New York bagels but that doesn't mean they aren't good. I asked for light cream cheese and they definitely listened, unlike some other places that pile on the cream cheese. Would love to try some of the other bagel options and cream cheese varieties. I plan on going back.

Yelp
Old Salt is your perfect stop for an affordable breakfast or lunch! Their bagels are $2 each and their spreads start at $2 as well. They also have more expensive prepared bagel sandwiches with different types of fish. The first thing that stuck out to me is how cute the interior is! They have the bagels all lined up in a glass window and they have the ovens in the center of the room where you can see them prepare everything. The lighting is very warm and intimate -- so cute! My boyfriend got the plain bagel with the smoked fish cream cheese and I got the sesame bagel with veggie cream cheese. The plain bagel was amazingly crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside - a perfect texture. The smoked fish spread was also delicious (if you don't want a full fish sandwich but are fancying some fish, get this spread). The sesame bagel, in comparison, was a bit underwhelming. That is not to say the sesame bagel was bad, just not as amazing as the plain bagel!! The staff was very kind and since they are a pop up store (thursday through sunday), they are looking to grow their business and spread the word about their bagels. Will definitely be returning to try the veggie sandwich.

Yelp
Super nice staff, great coffee options and delicious bagels. I thought I would just grab 'n go, but their cute outdoor seating with trees for shade was too inviting. I saw all the "hype" at a neighboring location and as I was walking toward it saw someone with coffee and asked where they got it. They said, "Skip the hype and grab your bagel and coffee there instead!" I'm glad I asked - this place was awesome. No line. Why, you ask?? Hmmm. Check it out!!

Yelp
This place surprised me. I was looking around for bagels and this place has done it authentic ones. Good amount of chew nice and soft inside. I also don't see black sesame bagels often so that was a nice surprise. It looks super cute inside too...didn't take a photo of it but worth a visit!

Yelp
It took 20 mins longer than scheduled for a pickup order. I stood waiting all that time and had to catch the attention of one of the staff before they even started to prepare my order. No real apology from the preparer just a "Yup, your next"; he then put the order together in a suspiciously short amount of time. Sure enough, I got home to find that the side of pickled red onion was missing and my lox bagel was way under-filled (see pic). Criminal when you spend $35 for two bagels + tip.

Yelp
Food service was very friendly, and but I was disappointed with the bagel sandwich. I ordered the kippered salmon to go and while the bagel itself was decent, there was hardly any salmon. Based on the other pictures of the sandwich, I got much less in mind for some reason. I hope they try to rectify this in someway, especially given the cost of the bagel sandwich.

Yelp
Loved this place for their delightful and varied fish options, the chewy bagels, and staff that's friendly and willing to explain the choices. The line wasn't too long and it moved fast, so even with two young kids in tow it was a great experience!

Yelp
It was my second time here today. I opted for the plain bagel w/ smoked fish spread. The spread was SO good. Not overly fishy, with a hint of lemon and garlic... so fresh tasting. Bagels were crispy on outside and soft on the inside. My first visit here I got the Lox bagel (pictured below) and a latte, they were both heavenly.
