OMG I had the pleasure of tasting Olivier Cheng's food and it's delicious. Super cute and tiny, but packed with yummy flavour. I am definitely impressed! Too bad site is down, because I definitely want to know more!

I have been a professional planner for 17+ years. I have had the privilege to interact with Olivier. He is beyond gracious, accommodating and on point. I was invited to see the back of the house operations during the setup and plating for a very high end, high profile event - his staff very not only happy but seemed to enjoy their job and were engaging. The sequence was orchestrated with a mix of military precision with the grace of an ABT performance. He will never be your lowest price point but he's like the Chanel of catering. The food and presentation was delicious and imaginative. You get what you pay for. I would recommend Olivier without reservation.

When OCC shows up with their signature grilled cheese you know you're at a happening spot rubbing shoulders with the elites. Don't be surprised if you bump into Elton John, Ralph Lauren himself or Henry Kissinger. These guys have a very high-end clientele and put a premium on professionalism. Most of their staff are good looking models, and their core staff brings years of experience to each event. Their captains are pros. If John Amedro shows up with his staff to lead your event then you know you've made it, this guy gets flown out to Qatar to run events. Their food is disrespectfully good. Their grilled cheese Hors D'oeuvre with celery relish is always a party favorite. I've had almost every item off of their menu and I've always been partial to the wagyu beef skewers which transport me to heights of bliss that only drugs are supposed to help reach. Olivier Cheng and crew are pros in terms of presentation. Its starts with their striking staff as they often move about in sync, clad in elegant white or black Nehru jackets, but continues with their imaginative food displays which include minimalist trays and food placements, to lit trays with desserts laid out over a bed of crystals. Their presentations always wow and even draw ovations from event guests.
