"Bibiana has been a staple of D.C. Italian food for nearly two decades. Its high-end menu includes a dome of burrata that comes with fresh cucumbers and tomatoes paired with pickled onions and roasted red peppers." - Travis Mitchell

"Fill up on six courses of fish and pasta at restaurateur Ashok Bajaj’s long-running Italian restaurant. The downtown spot is offering six courses, including oysters, salmon crudo, mixed seafood risotto, and poached seabass. The menu will be served on Christmas Eve for $75 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Dinner begins at 3 p.m. on the 24th. An additional wine pairing is available as well." - Travis Mitchell

"Ashok Bajaj’s reinvented Italian gem will showcase the delicacy by incorporating three grams of white truffles for $35 to $75 per dish (think: tagliolini and a rack of lamb). Guests can also opt for a three-course white truffle tasting menu at $150 per person or $225 with wine pairings (tax and gratuity not included). Additional white truffles can be added to any dish for an added cost of $15 per gram." - Tierney Plumb

First time eating here and I must say that my expectations were not high. I was pleasantly surprised. Service was great, as I expected. But the food was the surprise. Had the Polette, might be spelling it wrong, as an appetizer and it was very good. My main curse was the Bolognese. Although the portion was smaller than I'd like, it was great. Well balanced flavors and the pasta was cooked perfectly. I might stop in and try some other menu items. Oh yeah, the gelato was amazing!

This place probably gets most if their business during the work week given its location. If you are looking for a quiet place to have dinner on Friday evening this is the spot. the pasta is fresh!

Great if you want to watch your figure. I ordered the crispy gnocchi for $20. I received twelve pieces of gnocchi with two grape tomatoes. It was good. Not great, just good. At least they brought me some bread so I could sop up the extra sauce. That almost made it feel like a complete meal.

I went for a Restaurant Week for a meal. The food was delicious. The beets and mozzarella were quite good. The focaccia with olive oil both had nice flavors. The risotto was fabulous. The service quality was great except it was much slower than I had expected. I would have expected faster service of courses coming out. They were busy with Restaurant Week, but with less options on the menu I would have expected a quicker meal.

Delicious food, great wine selection, and a romantic ambiance! What more can you ask for? Been here a couple of times now and I would definitely go back. I always recommend this place to people because I've always had a good experience. They also have valet parking, but if you're going to stay longer, there's a lot on NY avenue that's about the same price and is 24 hours.

Exceptional food, nice atmosphere and great service. Nice selection of hard to find bourbons. Portions are small but great flavor. Wine selection is OK. Nice bar area as well. Ignored Yelp reviews and glad I did. Yelpers are moronic.

Great food! Super staff. However, the portions are REALLY small. I ordered the tortalini and there were only seven of them! Really?!? But they were really good. I could have easily had double the amount and still asked for more.
