If you're looking for an amazing Italian dining experience, I can't recommend Osteria enough. Located in a vibrant art district, the atmosphere is as impressive as the food — the interior is beautifully decorated, blending classic charm with a modern touch. I had the spaghetti and meatballs, and it was truly outstanding — rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The crispy truffle potatoes were also a standout — crispy, savory, and just the right amount of indulgent. Everything about this place, from the vibe to the food, was exceptional. Highly recommend!

One of the newer additions to the Plaza District dining scene, Osteria brings Italian cuisine to the space formerly occupied by Aurora. The restaurant has undergone a light refresh, maintaining a clean, simple look with subtle character. We visited on a Sunday afternoon without a reservation and were seated right away, even with a steady crowd already dining. The music selection was a highlight - 80s new wave tunes played throughout our meal, creating a relaxed and upbeat atmosphere. We started with the fried mozzarella, which was excellent. The chicken Caesar salad was fresh and well-balanced, and the spaghetti and meatballs delivered classic, comforting flavors. Portion sizes were just right, and the presentation was clean and appealing. Service was friendly and attentive from start to finish, and the overall pace of the meal was just right. Osteria offers a cozy spot for a casual Italian meal in one of OKC’s most vibrant neighborhoods. It's definitely worth checking out.

I went to Osteria to try their lunch special, and it exceeded all expectations!! Since the new location just opened in the Plaza, I’ve been meaning to drop in and try it, but just haven’t had an evening where i’ve felt like splurging on dinner food. However, if you’re in my same boat, GO GET LUNCH HERE!!! The lunch special is $12 for half a sandwich or half a pasta dish + an arugula or caesar salad. Genuinely can’t beat that nowadays! I had the lasagna with a caesar salad and my friends had the chicken parm sandwich, and the portions were crazy. Don’t let the half portion fool you— you’re gonna get your money’s worth and leave full! I’ll be putting this on my normal lunch rotation for sure, I highly recommend!

Grabbed a late lunch here. The food is prepared very authentically Italiano. The people are very nice and the atmosphere has really good vibes. Was my first time but won't be my last!

The service and ambiance here were amazing — definitely a beautiful restaurant with great staff. However, the food didn’t meet my expectations and felt overpriced for what it was. For our main courses, the Beef Milanese was very dry, as if it had been overcooked. The Salmon Siciliano was also overcooked, with burnt edges that left a bitter taste. The dessert was too sweet, and didn’t taste like a restaurant-quality dessert. Our Stuffed mushroom for appetizer wasn’t my favorite either. Out of everything we ordered, the only dish I would recommend is the Potato Gnocchi in Truffle Mushroom sauce — it was creamy and delicious. Overall, while I loved the atmosphere and service, I would not come back because of the food.

Dining on old school Italian flavors in a classic Italian joint - that’s amore 🤌🏽 Earlier this week, I had the opportunity to try Osteria - OKC’s newest Italian restaurant. Honest review - this place is GOOD! Like run, don’t walk, to dine here. Whenever it comes to a new Italian spot, I always order the spaghetti and meatballs to “test” the flavors & pasta (I mean, if you can’t make a basic plate of pasta then I wouldn’t trust any other dish). Osteria’s S&M was out of bounds with the sauce having flavors like it was simmering all day & night. I highly recommend you order the mozzarella sticks & potato jackets as apps; the marinara and ranch they come with is also too good.

Osteria is hands down one of the best Italian spots in OKC! From the moment we walked in, the ambiance transported us straight to a cozy, authentic New York Italian restaurant—warm lighting, an inviting atmosphere, and the perfect mix of upscale and comfortable. The food? Absolutely incredible. Every dish was packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, and the attention to detail in every plate is impressive. Whether you’re craving classic pasta, fresh seafood, or a hearty entrée, you can’t go wrong here. Service was just as exceptional. Suki was an absolute rockstar—attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. She truly made our dining experience even better! If you’re looking for top-notch Italian cuisine with an authentic New York feel, Osteria is the place to go. Can’t wait to come back!

As a part of our yearly retreat, my executive board always finds a local restaurant to eat at for lunch. We were very lucky to have chosen Osteria! This wonderful little piece of modern Italian cooking right in the plaza District of Oklahoma City is exactly what we were looking for! We all chose the the sensibly priced $12 lunch which included a half portion of a sandwich or pasta with a salad! I myself got the gnocchi with chicken and a Caesar salad. And it was some of the best Italian food I have ever had! This of course doesn't even begin to cover the beauty of the interior! Whether you are dining with friends or on a romantic night on the town, this has it all! The meal was reasonably priced around $102 for everybody! Which for five people to eat for that cheap in Oklahoma City is almost unheard of. The afordableness of the food did not affect the quality or taste. It is clear there they take pride in what they do! Definitely cannot wait to bring my boyfriend here for a night on the town!

Yelp
I can't even describe the meatball sub. You get 3 massive, flavorful meatballs & they top that w/ melted cheese. It truly was so good. This was just a to-go order so I can't speak to the vibe but I'm really looking forward to coming in.

Yelp
We love going to the Plaza and were excited about trying Osteria's menu. The ambiance was nice, it was clean and welcoming. However, the food was not what we expected it to be. We ordered the roasted beets salad and the truffle mushroom gnocchi. The beets did not taste fresh and had a "canned food" feel. The truffle mushroom gnocchi..the sauce itself didn't have any taste and the gnocchi had a very mushy texture. Perhaps it was just a miss today..only time will tell. I am giving it a 3 and not anything lesser because the bartender and manager were very kind and polite.

Yelp
I've been wanting to try this place since I saw it on Channel 9. I saw that they had linguini with clam sauce. I love a good linguini with clam sauce and I am always looking for a good linguini with clam sauce in Oklahoma City area. I was in the area so I stopped in for dinner. Of course I had the linguine with clam sauce, an arugula salad and some bread. Let's start with the arugula salad. It was outstanding! The combination of green apples, tomatoes, onions, arugula and the house dressing were amazing! Now the linguini. I found it to be bland, pasta overcooked and dry. Yes dry. It needed more sauce. As for it being bland. I think it could have used more seafood flavor and a few of the clams did not open when cooked and were served with my pasta. The wait staff was excellent! Very polite and attentive. Thank you! Overall grade a "C". Great salad and wait staff. Average linguini with calm sauce. I will make a return trip and maybe try something different next time. I will continue my search for a good linguini with clam sauce in Oklahoma City.

Yelp
The food here was WONDERFUL, but I have never sweat so much trying to eat at a nice restaurant. We got the potato jackets which were crunchy and delicious, and the cucumbers with hot sauce and blue cheese. So unique and delicious. I got the Milanese and it was massive. The server suggested adding the mushroom sauce to dip into, which was delicious, but I wish we had been informed it would be an extra cost. When we walked in, we noticed how humid and yucky the restaurant felt. I let it go, because it is terribly hot outside and sometimes it feels icky walking in to any place while you cool off. When we were sat, I noticed fans around most areas and it dawned on me that the AC was probably off/broken/etc. I was sweaty, but again, I tried not to let it bother me. More people started arriving, and it started getting warmer. We began sweating more and once our hot food arrived, we decided to wrap up quickly and leave. I kept patting my face from the sweat and I had sweat literally down my legs. Some seats had fans directly at their tables, ours didn't. The server was really nice and honestly I felt bad they had to work in these conditions. It was incredibly uncomfortable in there and I rather the restaurant have closed than still be welcoming guests because we felt pretty miserable.

Yelp
Cute venue in an okay location. Inside, it feels like Olive Garden meets buca di beppo. Table bread topped with sesame seeds and served with butter, sure. Huge portions of food. The fundamental of Italian, noodles, were overcooked. Chicken parmesan was not tender, lots of gristle. Nicely crispy though, yay Oklahoma fried chicken. Cacio e Pepe was over cooked, tasted like Alfredo with pepper. Wine was overpriced. Great service but felt understaffed. Aside from understaffed waiters, not authentic Italian. Definitely edible. Will not be returning.

Yelp
We loved this place. The atmosphere and service is fantastic. The spaghetti and meatballs are the best I've had. Definitely combing back soon.

Yelp
10/10!! great location, great ambience, great staff! The restaurant looks like it's straight out of lady and the tramp! They have a ton of options on the menu. The drinks and food were spectacular.

Yelp
The first time my fiancé and I went to Osteria, both the service and food was incredible especially the Chicken Parm. But this evening we stopped in for a date night and I don't know if you changed foodservice providers or what but it was one of the worst meals I've personally had in a while. The side of three meatballs tasted like Stouffer's, his chicken parm breast was full of muscle so you couldn't chew it and the cheese on top just coagulated. And then my tomato & burrata salad... maybe it was too much balsamic vinaigrette or the tomatoes were sweetened but it tasted like salty sweet tomatoes. And the mozz sticks were somehow mushy on the inside with no cheese pull but perfectly crunchy and buttery on the crust. Wild. I will say that Irene saved the overall experience with her charm and great customer service though. I hope that this place brings back the top quality ingredients it used to have so that the food matches the vibe and service. But until then, it'll stay in my memory of one of the worst meals I've had in the last 5 years.

Yelp
Wife and I had Valentine's Day dinner here about a week after they re-opened. Loved the shortened menu, ambiance, and new location of the place. Nicole was our server/hostess and she did a phenomenal job on a very busy evening. The food was great but lacked salt on nearly every dish (tiramisu excluded). After we requested salt, the dishes were fantastic. We'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Came for opening night, by mistake. Was wandering around the plaza and hopped in. The atmosphere is laid back but still warm. The menu isn't big- which is nice. My group share the potato app. Normally I don't like potato skins but these are actually good. Between our party we had the Italian sandwich, eggplant parm and veal Marsala. Nothing to really complain about but nothing really special. For desert we shared a tiramisu. I don't like deserts that much but since it was raved about from our server I haven't a nibble. It's was sooooo dry and just unpleasant. They didn't like it, so it sat at the table uneaten. The service wasn't too bad. Again it had just opened so I'm sure the kinks will work out. I'm excited to come again when it's warmer for that patio!!

Yelp
I was really excited to try the new location. We absolutely loved the old spot in Nichols Hills. We stoped by for an after drink, and the bartender acted as though we were an inconvenience. The few interactions we had with him were short and non-engaging. The bar's inventory for cocktails was also embarrassing. Pre-made espresso martini in a bottle, an off-brand Limoncello, and random brands of liquor throughout the rest of the bar. I asked for a lemon drop martini with a little Limoncello in it. He took the off-brand Limoncello and just shook that and strained it into a glass. No other ingredients. While looking for garnishes he seemed frustrated and put out. I love supporting local restaurants, but after this interaction and experience, I most likely won't go back.

Yelp
Wildly overpriced for what you get. The quality and portions do not match the price and the lack-luster service. The drinks were good though although still overpriced. What we had was okay food but not better than the other options around town to justify the price.

Yelp
A great Italian dinner before a show at the Lyric theatre! We got the mushroom gnocchi and the pesto pasta with grilled chicken. We both loved our meals, great service and relaxed atmosphere. Thanks for a great night!

Alicia L.

Yelp
We have some friends that raved about the Nichols Hills Osteria so we decided to try Osteria in the Plaza. We were rushed through dinner on a Friday night. Apps came out before drinks. We were being pressed to order our meal before we got our cocktails, and when we told our server we would order after we got our cocktails (which weren't cheap) our server seemed put out. Gnocchi was mushy instead of tender. Crispy potato app was beyond crunchy - it almost hurt our teeth. We left most uneaten. Restaurant is very hot temperature wise. Will not ever come back.

Yelp
Finally tried this place after what several years and woah this is good Italian food! My meal was so fresh and just delicious. It wasn't heavy or greasy and didn't leave me walking out feeling overly stuffed and miserable like most Italian restaurants do. I opted for the shrimp linguine i believe it was green pasta which kind of threw me off but dang it was good and i ate every last bite my plate had! The bread was okay nothing to rave about. Everyone else loved their dishes and finished them with no issues except our friend who had the pizza it's large so plan on having leftovers! I had gimlets to drink at the bar and they are delicious! Our waitress always kept checking on us and never had any problems with service! It's definitely a more relaxed atmosphere in here i had always thought it would be more of a formal vibe but way more relaxed and so many people that came in just sat at the bar rather than a tabletop. Overall this place was so good and I'd definitely have no problem coming back here again!

Yelp
Food was amazing! We tried the artichokes and cheesy bread as appetizers. Both were very yummy! The gnocchi with pesto and salmon was fresh and the gelatos were creamy and refreshing. Everything was great! Our waitress was amazing and had great menu knowledge.

Yelp
Delicious food, excellent waitstaff, and wonderful atmosphere. The gnocchi is to die for (I'm ruined for all other gnocchis) and you have to finish your meal with the tiramisu!

Yelp
Food 5/5 Service: 5/5 Patio Ambiance:5/5 This was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a while. Met my friend here on a Sunday for brunch. She was already seated outside and I just walked up. I was immediately greeted and offered water. Brunch was almost over but the server let us know they we could still order from the brunch menu without a problem. We split a carafe of sangria and asked if it could be made sparkling. They did it and it was so fresh and delicious we ordered another. I saw there was short rib on the menu but I wanted it made with the noodles in the bolognese without the meat sauce. The kitchen was happy to accommodate me. I then got the broccolini and my friend got the shrimp linguine and a meat salad. Her salad looked amazing. She loved it. Our food came out promptly and it was so good! I appreciate the kitchen accommodating my craving for short rib pasta and sparkling sangria. I never went inside but the patio was super cute. It was that weird hour between brunch and dinner so there weren't a lot of people but it was perfect. I can't wait to go back and try more of the menu. My leftovers the next day were even more amazing!

Jessie W.

Yelp
First time eating here, before or after the relocation. Started off with mozzarella sticks and potato jackets which were great. Had the pesto gnocchi. It was very good, however, it is a small portion size. So consider adding protein or ordering appetizers or dessert. Service was great as well, server was very attentive to our party of 6. Cute atmosphere inside. Would say that it tends to get a little toasty inside.

Alice S.

Yelp
Staff is rude. I wasn't aware of their hours and was just rudely told last call is in 4 minutes and they laughed it up.

Kendall W.

Yelp
Food was good. Ordered the chicken parm and gnocchi along with the Caesar salad(best I've had in okc so far). Atmosphere is good, service was also good. Made sure drinks stayed full.

Leslie C.

Yelp
We had a lovely meal on the patio! Our server, Irene, was a delight, attentive without hovering, answering questions and making suggestions, all with a light sense of humor and an ease that made us all comfortable. We especially enjoyed the roasted beet salad, the beef Milanese, the gnocchi with pesto sauce, and the linguini with clams. The cheesecake and the tiramisu finished off the meal perfectly!! We can't wait to go back!

Sandra C.

Yelp
Honestly I was shocked how bad the food was . If you look at the website and the limited expensive menu you expect better quality . Olive Garden has better dishes and I don't like to eat there .. Where to start ! I asked if they had something like bruschetta - didn't have it but waiter said she can omit the greens and bring us some burrata with tomatoes and bread . We got 2 tomatoes on pesto with a small portion of burrata and dry toasted sub sandwich roll ? $17!??!! The gnocchi with creamy mushroom sauce was beyond tasteless and bland and it wasn't a fresh sauce rather warmed up premade creamy stuff . I added chicken and got a dried charred chicken breast that made the whole dish taste burnt The chicken Parmesan featured premade breaded chicken breast - overcooked spaghettis and a bland canned sauce . The service wasn't good either . I had to hunt somebody down to bring a salt and pepper and Parmesan cheese and nobody came to refill our water . We paid $75 for an awful well beyond standard meal for that price class . Don't waste your money

Trent S.

Yelp
I live on 16th right by the plaza, always eat down there. Tried this place, got spaghetti very bland and the mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks literally were just hollow shells of hard fried product. there was zero cheese and the salsa like marinara they gave us did not hide the fact that there was absolutely zero cheese. Could've been way better / tossed the food halfway through the meal

Yelp
Discovered this place from a feature that came across my Yelp feed. I'm very glad to receive these suggestions as this was a winner, winner, chicken dinner!! I wish I could remember our server's name but he was terrific. I'm a little picky about my whiskey and he took me to the bar where I discussed choices with a knowledgeable bar tender. He also helped us with appetizer choices and warned me that my entree selection was spicy. It's not a huge restaurant so I would suggest a reservation. I called them directly but then received a Resy confirmation. I had forgotten about using this app but it was dormant on my phone and I checked out some places that don't appear on Open Table. The food was described by the waiter as rustic Italian and said that all the pasta was made in house. It was outstanding. There is a large bar with lots of choices and I tried a new whiskey. The wine list seems largely dominated by Italian wines although I'm not saying that's a bad thing. There's a big pizza oven so there's a pizza in my future. To start we ordered the Crispy Potato Jackets. OMG, they were delicious and there was enough for our table of five. They were delivered with an aioli that tasted a lot like mayonnaise to me. It wasn't a real winner with any of the other diners at the table. We also ordered the house baked bread and olive oil. It was okay, not great - a little dry for my taste. It was disappointing that they charge for the bread. The oil wasn't dipping quality for my taste but I was the only one who didn't care for it. All of the entrees were very good. I had the Spicy Rigatoni Arrabiata which was well seasoned. I was warned that it was spicy but I didn't find it to be too much. My husband thought it was too spicy for him. It includes meatballs that are well seasoned. All of the heat is in the sauce. I thought the rigatoni could've spent a little more time cooking but that's being pretty picky. My husband had the Spinach Linguini with Shrimp. The linguini was cooked to perfection. He wouldn't share a shrimp but said they were delicious. Two at our table got the Braised Short Rib. It was hand's down the best plate on our table. They served a huge piece of meat on a very nice risotto, very creamy and well done. The meat was flavorful, juicy and tender. I can recommend this dish unreservedly. The final guest chose the salmon which was the fish of the day. It was served with his chosen side of broccoli raab and a lot of it. He said the salmon was cooked to perfection which is very hard to do at home and I can't imagine how they do it in a restaurant setting. There was no room for dessert but the choices were tempting. Go hungry and request a "to-go" box for your entree so that you have room for dessert; that's my plan for our return visit. I received two texts after we left the restaurant saying it was a great spot and they would return next Saturday night if I wanted. I don't think you can beat that kind of praise.

Yelp
I enjoy Italian Cuisines, especially ever since I have been spoilt with food while in Italy. Now that I am back in the states, it's hard to find great Italian food and this place definitely helps quench the cravings. The Cacio E Pepe was just so good and creamy. The risotto and polenta was also a must try. The pizza however was okay, not something I would get again. Stick with the pasta and you will not regret it. The service was great and the ambiance was also pretty decent.

Yelp
Another hipster joint that puts appearance over substance. The food LOOKS great, but I would literally rather have had a microwave dinner than what we were served. Unfortunately all categories of this place were just awful. Service, selection, food; all about the worst I've had in a long time. To start, the restaurant is small. They have the pizza oven in the main dining area so the building had to be around 80 degrees. I know it's February, but it was also 62 degrees outside so it felt like a sauna. Our waitress had about as much personality as a dirty napkin, but "thankfully" she never came around but 2-3 times total. Our appetizer was the Potato skins. They were literally that, just the skins that were nearly inedible they were so burnt and thin due to lacking any potato left on them. They drenched in truffle oil, for better or worse. The first main course was the lobster lasagna. The menu said butternut squash and lobster, but other than a half a teaspoon on the corner of my plate, all I saw were a fit bits of lobster in a pre made lasagna fold. Very lackluster in flavor and appearance. The second course was the rigatoni in a jar. This was the best thing we had and it still was subpar, it needed salt BAD. We skipped dessert, obviously. To add a final insult to injury, we were left smelling like fried greasy food the rest of the evening after we left. A very potent reminder about what a waste of time this place was. I would quite literally have rather lit a $100 bill on fire just to watch it burn as the little bit of arson satisfaction would have been worth more then the $95 meal we had here. HARD PASS, if not for our mixed drinks and one nice server it would have earned a solid 1 star.

Yelp
We've been to Osteria a few times and I think this place is a hit or miss. Every once in awhile we get a pizza that's amazing, and then we come back and try the same pizza and it's not quite as good. The first time we had the truffle potato jackets I loved it. You could taste the truffle really well, and the second time we had it, not much truffle in it at all. The pastas here are also a little up and down. However, anything with their sausage in it has always been consistent! So any dish with that is a safe bet. So...I'm a little up and down as well with how I feel about this place. But I will say - the service here is impeccable. If you have anything wrong at all, they will fix it as fast as they can for you. And if you're still not happy, they always seem to go above and beyond to help!

Yelp
We recently made reservations for 6 for my fiancés birthday party. I later called to ask if they could add one more person, and the lady on the phone was helpful. However, the day of our reservation, most everyone canceled due to living out of town, and being in a tornado watch as well as other travel restrictions. So, I made sure to call and update the staff that it would just be the two of us. They seemed really annoyed that I had called to update them, when I thought they'd appreciate it. I mean life happens, and many have been affected by the recent massive tornadoes in the Midwest. Anyways, when we arrived my other friend was there so, we asked if they could add one person to our party. The person in the front was just rude and said, "we don't have any room." Honestly, they could have added a chair to our table. I've been to their sister restaurant as well, and service is always pretentious, weird, and rude. I don't understand the treatment. I've been an elite for a decade, and Osteria and their sister restaurant definitely makes you feel less of a person. We could definitely feel their energy that they did not like us there especially, when my fiancé asked if his food was cooked properly. There were "crispy" Brussels sprouts in his dish, and they were burnt brown and black to a crisp, no green at all. They just told us their menu constantly changes, and the entree is supposed to be cooked this way. I've made Brussels sprouts hundreds of times, and if all of them end up being black and brown, that's called burnt and overcooked. They did give us a free dessert, but I mean it was my fiancé's birthday which I added on the resy reservation, and there wasn't even a happy birthday. We will no longer be supporting this place or their sister restaurant again. Giving 2 stars because my lobster entree tasted good and my Rosé was also fine. Otherwise, this place makes you feel unwanted and talk about super pretentious.

Yelp
Five friends and I ventured to Osteria for our monthly dinner at a new prospect. Setting up the reservation - with a call from management to confirm and adjust seating as needed - was smooth. We were seated promptly at a table in the center of the room, which we quite enjoyed. However, had there been any more than the six of us, it would've been a challenge, as the restaurant is somewhat small. The tables don't feel cramped, but that comes at the cost of creating a more intimate setting better intended for individuals or couples than mid to large sized groups. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. Now onto the food: Appetizer - Potato Jackets: Crispy and full of truffle / Parmesan flavor. Very tasty. - Bread Service: Good bread, better (very quality) olive oil. - Meat and Cheese Tray: Just alright. Prosciutto was the highlight. - Pizza Frito: Best non-dessert dish of the night by my judgment. Mushrooms, a delicious pesto, and pull-worthy cheese. Entree - Goat cheese and artichoke agnolotti with sun dried tomatoes and a flavorful broth/sauce (of sorts). The pasta was cooked well and the sauce was tasty. However, there were too many sun dried tomatoes and the filling was a bit too pungent (the goat cheese overwhelmed the artichoke). I ventured out in trying this instead of choosing closer to old favorites (like a carbonara or tomato-based sauce) and wish I wouldn't have. - Spaghetti carbonara. I tried a bit of a friend's dish. Again, pasta cooked well. Coated well in sauce. However, it was a bit too smoky. Perhaps a bit too much pancetta. Dessert: - Lemon Ricotta Cake: this was astoundingly delicious. It simultaneously had the texture of a angel food cake and pound cake, both dense and fluffy. Not too much lemon, which is a good thing in my book. This was the crowd favorite of the night. - Crisp: Either peach or nectarine. Not cooked too much and had a good bit of texture (which I enjoy when served with ice cream to give balance), but could have used another minute of caramelization. The crisp on top was delicious. The ice cream was solid and not too sweet, which balanced against the crispy and sauce well. - Tiramisu: Just alright, which is disappointing given it's such an Italian staple. To be honest, it just wasn't sweet enough. Texture and creaminess were as expected, but it just needed more sugar. I give Osteria four (4) stars on principle and prospect. If I was just with one other person and ordered a bit different and stuck to a few classics (trying another pasta or pizza), I bet I'd have a comfier and tastier time. The pizza fritto and desserts have me convinced items better for self or small splitting make Osteria worth a revisit and satisfaction of a 4-5 star time. I'll be back!

Yelp
It has been a while since I've had a dining experience this good! Made a reservation here for a weekend date night. Upon arriving we were greeted by the host and immediately sat. The moody lighting and music variety really sets the atmosphere for a fun and enjoyable evening. It's very much a come as you are restaurant! There were families, couples, and friends wearing everything from athleisure to dressy casual. All are welcome! We started our meal with the cauliflower arancini and fresh bread. The arancini was top knotch! Small bites that packed a big punch of flavor. The bread was served with their house olive oil... but I'll be honest, my husband ordered it to wipe the bottom of his bowl of bolognese! Which brings us to our entrees. The bolognese was delightful! Everything you'd want in a pasta dish! I ordered the Meatball and Mostarda pizza, and wow! It was what pizza dreams are made of! Perfectly cooked crust, savory sauce and bright Mostarda complimenting the deliciously seasoned meatball bites. The literal icing on the cake of this meal was dessert! I found their tiramisu to be perfection! I loved that their middle layer of lady finger is not soaked to mush, giving it a cake texture sandwiched in marscapone and espresso soaked lady fingers! Truly a fantastic dining experience! We will be back!

Yelp
So good I had to leave a review, which I never do. This is a must try if you're an Italian food lover! Both the food and service were exceptional. We tried the spicy cucumbers, crispy potato jackets, chicken Parmesan, beef Milanese, & topped it off with homemade cheesecake for dessert. They make almost everything in house, and it is all *exceptional*. Not to mention the portions are huge! Our server Jordan truly went above and beyond, even on Valentine's Day, probably one of the busiest restaurant days of the year. We'll definitely be coming back!

Yelp
This was our first time at Osteria. We arrived fairly early on a Friday evening. The restaurant was not busy at the time. Our server was super attentive and very nice. She did a great job at answering questions about cocktails as well as the dinner menu. Atmosphere-wise, the lighting was fairly bright as you can see in the bar picture. As the crowd started coming in, the volume became pretty loud. And oddly for an Italian venue, the background music playing was some kind of rock-n-roll or pop which added to the noise level. The table, silverware and glasses appeared very clean. The restroom surprisingly needed attention. Considering we were there early, the trash can was already over-full. The sink area needed wiping down and cleaned. So this wasn't the best. Regarding the food, our table of 6 had a good selection of appetizers and entrees. My wife and I split a Caprese salad which was nice. They split it for us. I ordered the pasta with bolognese for my entree. Extremely tasty. I loved it. My wife had the shrimp piccata which was very good also. A little too heavy on the garlic for my taste, but still good. Overall we all left very satisfied. It was a good dinner and service. I would consider this place as more of a hipster venue. Super nice place to sit at the bar with just a couple. My wife and I will be back, but probably not with a big group.

Yelp
Our waitress was nice last night and I really enjoyed my dish GNOCCHI WITH WILD MUSHROOMS hands down delicious. The calamari wasn't that great but came out hot and fresh. I definitely will go back again. I also had the Pineapple Serano martini not picture but very tasty.

Yelp
Gave this place another try and had an excellent dinner. Our server, Rachel, was fantastic. Pretty cool atmosphere and vibe. They've updated their menu and made a few changes it seems. - Santa Barbra lobster was good - Wild Mushroom Gnocchi with steak was excellent - drinks were good - The only thing that missed my expectations was the flourless chocolate torte. The gelato that came with it was great but it was more like a chocolate fudge brownie. It was good but I didn't love it. My wife loved it though. Overall, great experience, I would now definitely recommend to others.

Yelp
We came back for New Years and we're really excited after having such a great meal last time. Honestly overall the meal was just smeh this time around. We started with the potato skins which unfortunately were the best part of the meal. They were very gluten-free conscious (I'm Celiac) and so they baked the potato skins and there were very good. I went with the basil pesto gluten-free gnocchi which I loved last time, but honestly it just wasn't good this time around. The gnocchi itself wasn't bad but the basil pesto didn't even taste like pesto lacking flavor overall and having a peppery finish. My wife got the langostino and it had good flavor but was very dry. Our friend who joined us that was a chef said his squid ink pasta was very dry and "broken" from a culinary perspective. Overall it was very disappointing as we were very excited to come back and it sounds like this is not uncommon for this Osteria after talking to a friend.

Yelp
We decided to go to Osteria for brunch last minute after an early morning shopping day. Best decision ever. We absolutely loved this cute place! It was very well lit with natural lighting, with almost a warm classic feel. We were seated and served promptly. We ordered bloody Mary's to start and even the waiter was like "enjoy your appetizer" when he served them to us because of how unique and large they were! They had a mini calzone on it! The calzone was so warm and soft. We got the caprese salad and it was so light and refreshing. The balsamic glaze was perfect! For our main meal, we ordered the tartufi pizza and the wild gulf shrimp and grits. Both were incredible! The pizza honestly was one of the best I've tried in OKC so far, and I'm originally from the NY/NJ area where we pride ourselves on some good pizza. The shrimp and grits was so flavorful, packed with seafood and mushrooms, and the grits itself was soooo creamy and delicious! We 100% want to revisit and try their dinner menu, as everything sounds so good and our brunch experience was amazing! Can't wait to be back!

Yelp
The service was very kind and accommodating. The dough of the pizza was perfect and the drinks were quite tasty. This was my first visit but I will drive back.

Yelp
The menu is so full of fun ingredients that you just want to try everything. Apparently they just changed their menu so reading the previous reviews had me at a loss, so I had to wing it. Our table shared their version of mozzarella sticks. They were really yummy and the arugula with the banana peppers was a nice flair on the flavor. For my entree I went with the roasted cauliflower. It was cooked to perfection. The sauce that they use in the dish was phenomenal and whatever they season the salmon with was perfect. The service was great (Rachel), the decor was warm and inviting, and the straws were like cute bamboo sticks...random, I know. But I thought they were really cute. I can't wait to come back.

Yelp
Interesting culinary adventure, solid and soft flavors with an Italian character very well seasoned in our wonderful state. The attentive service of Anne was wonderful and her recommendations very good. Their Tiramisu is indisputably the best we have tasted in the last decade here.

Yelp
It has been a while a restaurant in OKC WOW us. Why I didn't give it a five stars I will explain later. Our waiter, Daniel, was fantastic!!! Knowledgeable and spot on with the refills!!! We started we a glass of Lola Chardonnay and "Wood-Fired Spanish Octopus". The octopus can be a meal by itself. It is DELISH!!! The bison sausage gives the dish a simple salt ting in your mouth and the octopus is not chewy. I love the dish. I got the Linguine Neto Alle Vongole (squid ink linguine, clams, garlic, smoked pan panchetta, tomato, white wine). Wife ordered "slow braised nichyobi Akashi Beef ravioli (Parmesan braising jus, shallots, sage, orange zest, fresh herbs (beef is grass feed from calf to cow in Arcadia)). The linguine was interesting bc it squid ink. The dish was flavorful, but there was a lot of sauce on the bottom that the pasta soaked up. By the time I got to the bottom the pasta overwhelmed with oil/fat. Daniel did ask if I want to order something else, but I declined since I ate most of it. My wife's was also unique and beyond flavorful. Pasta i. A jus? It works!!!! Here is my issue - for me I don't order ravioli anywhere bc for the price there isn't enough food. For this this plate here it cost $26 for 5 maybe 6 small ravioli? The price is bc of the grass feed cow. Honestly I can't tell the difference from grass feed to grain feed when the meat is grind up and soaked in jus. $26 was a good experience for the taste bud, but we would order it a 2nd time. The octopus, we will come back for more!!!! We had a sample of their tomato sauce, wow it is fantastic!!! I will order a simple pasta with sauce next time. Their tiramisu is the best in OKC!!!! We love it!! Must try when you are here. The flourless something, I forgot the name - but for me it triangle brownie served with home made gelato and an amazing caramel sauce!!! The caramel is the best!! It is delish!!! Old Fashion is good here. The reason I didn't give this place 5 stars is bc, the food is unique, but not delicious enough to come back and order again. The octopus is an appetizer and the tiramisu is a dessert which we will return for. Their entree are expensive for it not to WOW the taste buds craving for more.

Yelp
Update Everything I liked on the menu for the most part is no longer being offered. I also believe the chef who was so awesome and accommodating to vegan and allergy friendly options is no longer cooking here. And, it really showed in the quality of the food I received this last time. Not worth the price and very limited for vegan options. I do hope this place is able to turn it around I think they had an opportunity to do something really great here and they have missed the boat completely at this point. Off my list of places we want to go for now.

Yelp
First off our waiter, "V" was amazing. He didn't rush us, kept our waters filled, and had great recommendations. All our drinks were perfect (old fashioneds and Tequila Thyme) and our food was so good! 3 of the 4 of us ordered the carbonara in a jar. The pictures are not appetizing but holy cow, add some fresh cracked pepper and Parmesan and it's delicious. The table side display is pretty fun too. Make sure you get all your Brussel sprouts out of the jar! Bread pudding for dessert. Highly recommend!

Yelp
We were greeted with a friendly smile upon entering this establishment. Seated immediately with such grace and welcoming. The ambiance is fitting for the season. The attentiveness of the constant servicing is remarkable. Since full from my birthday lunch we decided to go straight in with the entrées. Ordered a virgin cocktail until we were ready to order the dishes. The wagyu steak caught my eye as soon as i opened the menu, and being that it was my birthday I didn't hesitate! Long behold my beautiful meal finally arrives, just to find out its a flank steak. This was the toughest flank steak I've ever had in my like. The truffle mash was great but the main entree was horrid. The chef came out an advised that this was a wagyu skirt steak. I never heard of this before. Unable to finish my meal, we were granted a $20 giftcard for this meal. I gave the giftcard to my wife. 2/10
