The 24 Best Restaurants In Valencia - Valencia - The Infatuation

"Walk into this chic, bustling nautical bar, and you’ll be greeted by big Mediterranean oysters and a tiled wall proudly announcing “Vermouth de la Casa €3”—so yes, you’re in good hands. Ostras Pedrin blends Spanish and Japanese influences across its oyster bar experience. Expect tinned fish and gildas alongside tempura oysters—battered, fried, and served in their shells—plus sweet-savory wakame salad and eel prepared kabayaki-style (butterflied and grilled) using Valencia’s local eel. Start with a vermut, but don’t be surprised if you stay for mini beers and a bottle of cava. You can also find their signature seafood and vermut pairings at their second location by the City of Arts & Sciences as well as in Madrid." - david neimanis

First stop after landing in Valencia and a perfect welcome. Ostras Pedrín Bonaire was packed on Friday night, full of energy. Started with cava, then had three types of oysters, smoked sardines, and a clean-tasting uni, paired with Albariño and Txakoli. Returned on my last day, Monday afternoon, when they had just opened and we had the place to ourselves. More cava, more oysters, another uni. Everything was fresh and well priced. Favorites were the Valencian, Sant Luis, and Del Sol oysters. Great service both when busy and when just waking up for the day.

This oyster bar in Valencia is a fantastic spot if you’re looking for a wide selection of fresh oysters – they are truly excellent. However, don’t expect much beyond that. The rest of the food was disappointing, the beer didn’t taste fresh, and the space is very limited – you end up sitting almost on top of other guests. Come here for the oysters, which are absolutely worth it, but for anything else, I wouldn’t recommend it.

One of the best oysters we have ever had. The place has its own Valencia style, amazing atmosphere, you feel like a local! We had a great food and a lot of fun!

Damn, this must have been some of the best oysters we've had. They are so incredibly fresh and tasty, exactly what we were hoping for. The personnel is always in a rush, but that's because they are a very busy place. Luckily, we popped by on a weekday and before 8pm, so we managed to enjoy this thoroughly. If you would visit this establishment on the weekend or after 8pm, would be wise to make a reservation. Excellent quality and experience. The house Vermouth was also a great pairing.

I know it’s famous for its raw oyster. But we came here twice during our 5-day stay in Valencia because of grilled oyster. I was here with my 4 year old girl on the first day, we didn’t want to disappoint our girl so we order one grilled oyster for her to try. She LOVED it and kept on saying we should go back! And so we did. I tried the grilled oyster for my second visit and I’m dying to order some more! The flour of the oyster was condensed and it’s so rich and flavorful!!!

Fantastic, unique spot to eat amazing seafood. The oysters were some of the biggest and best I’ve ever tasted. The smoked fish platter was also incredible and the tomato salad was unreal. Definitely worth a visit.

House wine for 2.5€ (very good) and oysters priced at 4€>?? What’s not to like. Service was great, options are extensive with pickles, oysters, smoked fish etc. atmosphere is echoey, some sound absorption would be good, but I can’t fault the thing I came for — food. Would recommend!
