First stop after landing in Valencia and a perfect welcome. Ostras Pedrín Bonaire was packed on Friday night, full of energy. Started with cava, then had three types of oysters, smoked sardines, and a clean-tasting uni, paired with Albariño and Txakoli.
Returned on my last day, Monday afternoon, when they had just opened and we had the place to ourselves. More cava, more oysters, another uni.
Everything was fresh and well priced. Favorites were the Valencian, Sant Luis, and Del Sol oysters. Great service both when busy and when just waking up for the day.
