Ostras Pedrin blends Spanish and Japanese influences across its oyster bar experience. Expect tinned fish and gildas alongside tempura oysters—battered, fried, and served in their shells—plus sweet-savory wakame salad and eel prepared kabayaki-style (butterflied and grilled) using Valencia’s local eel.
