Orlando’s Best New Restaurants | Eater Miami

"The Orlando outpost of Eric and Meghan San Pedro’s temple to marbled meat is where wagyu lovers go to procure prized (and pricey) cuts of Japanese beef. In fact, Palm Beach Meats is the only place in the country licensed to sell Kobe beef in a retail, wholesale, and restaurant setting. The restaurant component serves up a menu of lush delights, most notably the wagyu katsu sandwiches, cheesesteaks, and burgers. Those with deep pockets will want to splurge on the four-ounce Kagoshima wagyu steak, but no matter your budget, don’t miss out on the brownie sundae employing wagyu tallow in the whipped cream, caramel, and the brownie itself." - Faiyaz Kara

Google
Insanely delicious. Pricey but worth every penny in both quality and taste. Absolute best cheesesteak I have ever had. The hot dog was also delicious. Casual presentation, incredible flavors and top quality ingredients. I’d love to see a happy hour menu with smaller bites to sample more options, or a weekly sale/feature of a particular cut from the butchers case. Great spot for people who appreciate high quality, delicious food.

Google
Tried Palm Beach Meats today and had the Wagyu burrito, Wagyu lumpia, and Wagyu Chicago-style hot dog. The presentation of each dish was impressive, but the flavors didn’t quite match the visual appeal. Everything tasted alright, but nothing really stood out as unique or special besides the fact that it was made with Wagyu beef. If I go back, I’d probably skip the prepared dishes and just try the steak instead. One highlight is their selection of Wagyu meats for purchase—you can pick from a wide variety to cook at home, which might be the better way to experience what they have to offer. Overall, a decent spot, but I was expecting a bit more in terms of flavor.

Absolutely love Palm Beach Meats! I recently attended their Biscuit Brunch Pop-Up, and it was an experience worth raving about. Their Wagyu patty biscuit was the highlight of my meal—juicy, flavorful, and perfectly paired with a flaky, buttery biscuit. You can truly taste the quality in every bite. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed Sunday brunch. The staff were super friendly and attentive, adding to the overall great experience. If you’re a foodie or just love a nice atmosphere , this place is a must-visit. I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend arriving early because these biscuits are so good, they sell out fast! Five stars all the way!

Google
Palm Beach Meats is a well-known and my favorite spot in West Palm Beach, combining a butcher shop with a casual dining experience. Recently awarded a Michelin star 👏 They’re famous for high-quality, locally and worldwide raised meats and offering a menu that highlights their fresh cuts in dishes like burgers, sandwiches, and charcuterie boards. The Philly cheesesteak I had is one of their signature items 😋, but my favorite…I will keep a secret. Come and discover yours:) The restaurant’s tropical-inspired decor is cozy and inviting. I loved a mix of wooden tables, leather chairs, and a modern yet tropical aesthetic with the counter in the background, with its display of freshly packet meats from all over the world that reflects the restaurant’s focus on quality and taste. It became my spot to unwind and enjoy a selection from homestyle/ casual to gourmet meals. Check their calendar, there is always a surprise dinner invite from the Chefs All I can say ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Google
Palm Beach Meats is a must-visit if you’re into high-quality cuts and learning about where your food comes from. We picked up some Japanese Wagyu and Australian Wagyu hot dogs to cook at home. The person helping us was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the differences, sourcing, and how to best prepare everything. I walked away not just excited to eat, but feeling like I genuinely learned something. Can’t wait to go back and try more!

Google
What a cute little meat market with the finest Wagyu meats. They were able to cater to my gluten-free allergy. Got the burger sans bun. Twas deelish, not overly seasoned because the Wagyu speaks for itself. Highly recommend 👌

Google
The best burrito I've ever had in my life...seriously the Wagyu Burrito is unreal. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly, the decor is on point, everything is spotless, and such a great menu. Definitely has become a staple for me!

Google
Five-Star Experience at Palm Beach Meats! I had the pleasure of dining at Palm Beach Meats for the first time, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by Jack and then Kelly, who went above and beyond with customer service. They made me feel right at home, offered great food recommendations, and were incredibly attentive throughout my visit. I ordered their Filipino pork adobo dish, and it was phenomenal—perfectly seasoned, tender, and full of rich, savory flavor. You can really taste the care and quality that goes into the food here. The restaurant itself was clean and inviting, with plenty of seating available and spotless bathrooms—something I always appreciate in a dining experience. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Big thanks to Jack and Kelly for making it such a memorable one!

Yelp
Wagyu you waiting for? If you're looking for the finest cuts of meat especially wagyu then @palmbeachmeats got you! It's a certified wagyu shop that sells not just meat but also tasty burgers, cheesesteaks, hotdogs, empanadas and even lumpias. So if you're looking for a reputable butcher / meat shop and also a full service restaurant all in one, this place is the one! I also highly recommend coming here for before the holidays especially for Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's Day if you're not in the mood for ham or turkey. Select your preferred cut from the display and grill a nice juicy steak at home or get take out. You won't regret it! What we ordered: Wagyu Lumpia Wagyu Empanadas PBM Wagyu Burger Wagyu Classic Hotdog Wagyu Philly Wagyu Chocolate Bar

Yelp
I hadn't checkout Palm Beach Meats since they first opened. At first, I thought it was just a butcher shop, but then discovered they had a dining menu for all things wagyu beef -- and mostly sandwiches. And anything involving wagyu burgers is going to peak my interest. The Wagyu burger is amazingly magical. I ordered mine with Nueske bacon, a fried egg, and a side of truffle aioli. Every bite was bliss and a beautiful blast of burgerliciousness. I am curious about their Wagyu hot dogs and the Wagyu cheese steaks. So I'll be checking out those items when I return. Additionally, they have a great selection of Australian and Japanese Wagyu steaks for purchase behind the cooler displays as well as cheeses, cured meats, and more. They offer a nice selection of wines and other refreshments. The people behind the counter were very down to earth and friendly. And made the experience lovely as well.

Yelp
This place should only be a 5-star. The meat is outstanding. The menu is small, but all the dishes have been delicious so far. My top picks are the Wagyu bologna sandwich, the meat is cooked well with no fat; this was my favorite sandwich. The Wagyu empanada served with chimichurri sauce is better than a Cuban empanada, packed with flavor; the tiny bits of olives give it a really good taste. The fried rice with steak is a small portion, but it's delicious and comes with a fried over-medium egg; the yolk is soft, and it comes with fried bits of onions. I really like the garlic rice, served with a side of atchara, which is actually good; I requested this on the side, just in case I didn't like it. I must also note that I've been here twice, and they've done a wonderful job hiring their employees, who are very welcoming and patient. They truly take their time to help you with your food selection. Today, I went there with my son, and we had a nice experience; the food was delicious, and the guy was very attentive and friendly. Thus far the quality in the food has been excellent, the cooks do a fantastic job. Great employees make a very big difference; if I owned a business, this is the kind of employees I would hire. I will definitely be back with my hubby. Thank you Palm Beach Meats staff !!!

Yelp
Wow, I initially found this restaurant from the Michelin guide and was pleasantly surprised. Ample parking , came on a Friday and it was not very busy which was nice. We ordered the wagyu burger and Philly cheesesteak. So delicious! The meat was cooked perfectly; very juicy and seasoned well. I cannot wait to return soon to try more dishes especially the bologna sandwich. Definitely a gem in west palm beach! My new favourite restaurant!

Yelp
Hands down the best Philly cheese steak sandwich I've ever had! The meat was so tender and had so much flavor and the bread was soft and fresh. The service was excellent, we ate in the store and they constantly checked up on us and made sure we had everything we needed! The inside of the store is nice and the music isn't too loud which I love. They also have a speakeasy in the back that I want to check out. I will for sure be back. If you haven't tried this place out, I highly recommend going!

Yelp
Jasmine was an absolute pleasure!! She helped me narrow down my decision for meat selection for my anniversary dinner. Haven't even tried it yet but I know I will be back!

Yelp
Amazing yummy Wagyu burgers! Juicy and delicious! Prepared perfectly as well as other specialty items on their menu! Fantastic variety of top quality and aged meats in their gourmet meat counter! Attentive customer service! Top notch! A great place to go and eat! 5 stars for sure! GO! ENJOY!

Yelp
First of all. I could go broke in this place. Seriously...just blow a paycheck in this cool little place. The food is really amazing. I did take out but the service is really good and they know their products. Great selection of meats. If you want to do a wine and cheese night with various salami or Iberico ham this is the place to go. Grab a Nutella brownie for dessert too! Enjoy!

Yelp
Five stars burgers were delicious. Will definitely be back. Wait staff very courteous as well. A hidden gem.

Yelp
I so admire Palm Beach Meats, their mission, the people behind this venture, and their consistent, authentic support of other small businesses (in their market section and also their never ending schedule of incredible collaborative events). I first heard about them as 1 of 2 places (at the time) where I could purchase La Gringuita Cookies in a store. Yes, if you were wondering where to find that obscure local product - it might be here. Talk about an excellent place to gift shop for the foodie in your life?! But, first, the food. The breakfast burrito is by far the best breakfast burrito ever. Shaved wagyu, tater tots, and more: the whole thing is memorable, delicious, and has a great texture combo. Just one of many things you can order here. And... this isn't just a place to eat! It is a wonderful market of local goods, curated by their wonderful team. So... waiting for your food to come out is an exercise in not purchasing a million other items... Here you'll find: -giant counter of wagyu meat products and cuts, which you can view and learn about by looking through the clear display case. -curated wine selection with tags -small, curated, artisan dry goods shelves -freezer and refrigerator curated 'market' of local food goods -shelves of local food goods (non-refrigerated) -really cool outdoor garden space If you're not already on their mailing list or looking at their Instagram account, you're missing out! The depth of Palm Beach Meats' community support goes way beyond their incredible market, it is a fundamental part of all of their many events of all kinds that highlight different chefs, businesses, and products: what can't Palm Beach Meats do with their space, expertise, and network? I don't think there is an answer to that yet.

Yelp
Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. There are a few tables for dining, and a counter to walk up and place your order. Simple, but effective. We were checked out quickly, and the food came out after a reasonable time. Had the most amazing Japanese A5 Wagyu Philly Cheesesteak. There's literally no competition. The food is creative, inspired and top notch quality. If you haven't been, you're missing out. They even sell thoughtfully sourced condiments, sauces, fresh and frozen goods, etc. I took home a bottle of the most flavorful, and also wickedly hot, hot sauce!

Mike K.

Yelp
I absolutely loved their Chicago dog! It's a mid modern decor with a cool meat market that has some banging food that you can counter order than go sit and enjoy.Everything looks good! Service was very good and helpful! They do some cool events as well it look like!

Yelp
For Father's Day, since it was the 3rd Sunday, we decided to order from their biscuit pop up shop, for takeout. We had the meatloaf biscuit, fried chicken biscuits, egg biscuit, plus a few extra biscuits with butter and jam. The fried chicken biscuit was supposed to have a spicy mango coleslaw, but I didn't find it spicy at all - but it was very tasty. My parents loved the meatloaf biscuit, and people loved the egg one as well. Sometimes ordering biscuits to go doesn't work out well, the biscuits can get dry and hard. Not these biscuits. They were light and fluffy, but sturdy enough for sandwiches. The strawberry jam was especially good on a plain biscuit. We would definitely do this pop up again...but maybe get a few more extra biscuits, as we happily ate almost every bite we ordered, so there was not much leftover to enjoy the next day. My chicken sandwich looked so tasty, I forgot to take a picture until I was already halfway through eating it. Would definitely get the chicken sandwich again.

Yelp
Today was the 3rd Sunday of the month, so it was Biscuit Pop Up Day! We ordered one of each kind of biscuit sandwich. The biscuits were huge, and just as important, they were the perfect consistency--flakey, but not too flakey such that they would crumble instead of holding together. That was important given how stuffed each sandwich was! The other positive: We ordered them to go, and they traveled well, even the egg and cheese biscuit. The Fried Chicken Thigh sandwich comes with hot sauce mango coleslaw, but it was not so spicy. That can be positive or negative, depending on what your tolerance level is. For me personally, I would have preferred more kick. The biscuits and sandwiches are the specialty of Chef Daniel Ramos and Red Splendor Farm. In addition to the once/month biscuit pop up on the 3rd Sunday of the month, they also do farm-to-table dining on the 4th Sunday of the month. What a great partnership--thank you Palm Beach Meats!

Yelp
What a unique place! Butcher shop + a lunch spot (lunch offered until 3pm). Tried a new snack of the Frito pie with their delicious Wagyu topping. Loved that they offered unique drink selections you don't normally see including real sugar cane cola. On top of selling meat they also sell cheeses for a charcuterie setup, wine, ice cream and more. BRETT helped us at the register and he was very inviting as well as the ambience of the establishment. Parking is always a concern for me and they have their own private lot with plenty of spaces. A win in my book.

Yelp
Had a great experience here dining in for lunch last Friday. Easy to find and easy parking, I walked in and the dining room was full. I actually thought there wouldn't be a table for myself. I walked around and saw all the cool things Palm Beach Meats offered. They had some great red meat selection labeled clearly with prices. They also had cheeses, artisan sodas, alcohol, logo shirts, and deli meats besides an actual menu. I checked in and was told I could grab a drink. I saw that they had a Japanese soda in a can so I asked if that counted and they said sure. I sat down and within 10 minutes, my frito pie was delivered. It was a really flavorful wagyu layered on top of frito chips. I had finished all the meat before the chips. I would definitely be interested to see what else is on their menu. I am also digging the clear Yelp bags that came with this event. Thanks Melodie!

Yelp
It truly was nice you meat you, Palm Beach Meats. My tastebuds experienced next level flavor today when I tried the wagyu frito pie. This is the perfect dish for game days, cozy nights by the fire, or literally whenever because I had mine at 2pm on a Monday! Everything on the menu sounded absolutely delicious that in 100% coming back for more! The great thing about this place is their local shop offerings. From cookie dough, to pasta, to sauce, to wine...They have something for everyone, yes even vegetarians!

Yelp
My wife and daughter absolutely loved it, they tried the burger and hotdog,, I'm yet to try it and if my wife says it's good then I know it must be.
google avatar

Vijay H.

Yelp
Just had the Australian Wagyu Breakfast Burrito. What a huge disappointment, the burrito was filled with tallow from the meat. They should probably choose a leaner cut of meat for a burrito. The entire thing was super greasy and my wife and I ended up just throw the other half away. It left our mouths coated with a layer of fat. We also ordered the fries and tots which were also very greasy.
google avatar

Yelp
a MUST try. Food is great. Staff and owner is very nice too, clean . If you need very good quality meat you can find here .

Yelp
Amazing food, people and vibe! Best spot for your A5 Wagyu. Thank you Eric, Bryce and Megan for making out this day a day to remember!

Yelp
Wow! The staff at Palm Beach Meats know their Wagyu. For my birthday, and to cross off a dream, I had my first Wagyu 4 ounce steak. It was amazing. But I was even more impressed by the knowledgeable staff and got a full explanation about the different kinds of Wagyu and how to prepare even at home. They were super attentive. It was just an overall wonderful experience. You've been starting from the email communication back-and-forth. Really appreciate you Meghan and Kate. You made my dream come true.

Yelp
Palm Beach Meats was born from the love the owners have for Wagyu beef. Wa = Japanese and gyu = cow. Wagyu is any one of four breeds of Japanese beef cattle. It is prized for its high marbling giving it more flavor, its high fat which is essential to a healthy diet, and it's tenderness. Of course what is considered to be the best beef does not come cheaply. The owners opened Palm Beach Meats to bring this delectable meat to the masses. In addition to the wagyu, Palm Beach Meats also sells really fun drinks both with alcohol and without, cheeses, wine, and gourmet cookie dough. I came on a Sunday afternoon with my girlfriend for a celebratory birthday lunch. On certain weekends Palm Beach Meats offers a pop up menu which you can take to go or eat at their tables. On this day they had sliders, quesadillas, a chili cheese dog, and a cheesesteak all made with Wagyu. In addition they were doing a collaboration with my favorite pastry chef Anna from Anna Bakes who just happened to be offering a birthday themed pastry box on my actual birthday! For my lunch I ordered the Wagyu Philly cheesesteak ($21) made with black truffle aioli, caramelized onions, Swiss cheeses, and piquillo peppers with house made chips. The sandwich was very large and as promised, the meat was melt in your mouth delicious. The house made chips were the icing on the birthday cake. I also got the most adorable Shirley Temple soda. I loved my visit to Palm Beach Meats. The only drawback is their very small parking lot. I had to find space on the street on the neighborhood behind the store. It all worked out though and resulted in a delicious lunch. When the steaks are high, they have you covered!

Yelp
got the wagu burger and i was very satisfied it's a delicious burger and the staff are awesome , such a lovely experience
google avatar

John H.

Yelp
My first experience with Wagyu meat products. Meagan was so patient with me and answered my novice questions. I did not realize PBM specialized in wagyu products, so I was surprised in many ways. After our chat I ended ip with 4-filets. So happy I splurged. After cooking these steaks on the grill, we feasted on filets and peppers (only salt & pepper seasoning). OMG. Literally the best selection and flavor we ever experienced, even from renowned venues all over. I will be back---for a special dinner event. So happy I got brave. Wow. Look on their website/FB page for specials.

Yelp
This is an amazing place! I love the intimacy of inside, decorated nicely enough for Instagram, but felt comfortable enough to sit and chill with some friends. I made conversation with the other couple sitting at the table next to me, and a mom with her two kids at another table. They have so many local things in their refrigerator section. You can order meat to go, as a butcher shop, or you can order some things to eat while you're there like a restaurant. The staff is very knowledgeable. They have a full wine section or apparently you can even bring your own! I also really love the decor in their non gender specific bathroom. It's old timey photos but with cow heads on everything which is just silly. I had a wagyu pie, which was over Frito chips. It was quite tasty. As I was telling my friends about this place one of them said it's the only place she now goes to for her meets because they are just so good. That's some good advertisement for me, I will trust her and I will be back!

Yelp
Went today for lunch with my husb. Had the cheeseburger, very delicious. The meat was so delicious!! Nice size, cooked perfectly, plenty of chedda cheese, came with lettuce, tomato and onion and chips. Definitely one of the top burgers I've had. Also got some incredible looking steaks for home, also wagu hot dogs that really plump up when cooking ...one is more than enough. Megan and Eric are terrific!!! So helpful! Very clean and the atmosphere is calm. Lots of great items here, I'll be back!! Ps nice selection of drink items too!
google avatar

Pauline C.

Yelp
I picked up 2 wagyu burgers tonight ... ordered them medium rare and they were literally both RAW on the inside. Thank goodness I was headed home otherwise they would have ended up in the garbage. Yes the burger is tasty because it's served on heavily buttered brioche but it was the saddest, paper thin unripened tomato slice and single lettuce leaf I've ever seen, and no homemade chips were included. I couldn't finish it...between the richness of the wagyu with the added butter, it made me nauseous.
google avatar

Ashley W.

Yelp
Food- a limited menu but it makes sense for the size of the restaurant. The Philly cheesesteak wagyu was AMAZING. The homemade chips were also excellent. Ambiance-clean, great options for take home high-end meats, spices, sauces, wines and deserts. The owners were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They update their Instagram often and recommend signing up for newsletter with Friday night events and Wednesday sales. Will return!
google avatar

Joe H.

Yelp
What a hidden gem in plain sight. Wagyu anything you want from high end steaks to bologna. Yep. Wagyu bologna. I had the burger. Amazing. Wife had the Wagyu hot dog with Wagyu chili. Honestly... crazy good and the layer of flavors was like... I don't know. There may have been a hint of truffle in the dog??? Service was order at the counter and they bring it to your table. Super nice people. Ambiance was like being in a butcher shop because you were literally in a butcher shop. Cool local products for sale. Just a cool delicious vibe all the way around. We will be back!!
google avatar

Stephanie L.

Yelp
Palm Beach Meats has such a unique dining experience it's not a market and it's not a restaurant but it's a place to come and grab the BEST WAGYU to cook at home and grab a bite with all their options from Wagyu burgers and wagyu Philly cheesesteaks which we tried and were so Eric & Meghan are the owners and they obviously work hand in hand to ensure an excellent experience in service while also giving you recommendations. We tried a few drinks and they had nonalcoholic options which were so good wicked Apple was our fav!

Nancy S.

Yelp
Try their new signature drinks along with their amazing wagyu meat!!!This is a fantastic place. Cool and classy. Need to experience at least once .
google avatar

Neisha M.

Yelp
Wanted to try the pop ups here for a while and finally had the opportunity. It did not disappoint! The biscuits were delicious, the pickled veggies and pimento cheese were perfect together. The flavor combination was well thought out. The inside is clean and bright, not a lot of seating inside but enough so you do not feel crowded. There is outdoor seating. There was a steady stream of customers doing take out orders as well as eating in. I can't wait to try another pop up but they also offer clandestine dinners which are a bit expensive but I'm sure it will be worth the experience! The shop specializes in Waygu meats but most observed customers came for the incredible food!

Ken B.

Yelp
Amazing food, friendly staff people and very clean! Best spot for your A5 Wagyu. Highly recommended and will be back.

Edward S.

Yelp
This pleasant but small hideaway for meat lovers features the world's finest beef curated from Australia and Japan -- Wagyu and Kobe. Sure hamburgers are $20 -- but they are worth every tasty bite. You'll hate yourself if you douse them with ketchup because the beef is so flavorful. The atmosphere is pleasant and service is quick and friendly. You can eat in or take home cuts of beef from their extensive butcher shop. Only mistake they are making is that their outside sign just says Palm Beach Meats. People might drive by thinking it is only a butcher shop and not know about their wonderful on-site dining. Parking is plentiful. Check out their website and online menu. Have fun!

Yelp
10/10!!!!!!! Breakfast burrito was INSANE and the burger was legit one of the juiciest yummiest burgers I've ever eaten. Really the breakfast burrito tho....like wtf it was incredible WOWWY! So disgustingly full because I COULDN'T leave crumbs. It would've actually pained me to waste any of that delicious grub. Service also very good and ambiance good too.

Yelp
Really great find! My wife and I were happy and impressed with the Filipino inspired dishes and all the meats were extremely tender and flavorful. The a5 Japanese Philly was melt in your mouth! Eric was very personable and being that it was our first time in he explained the differences in cuts. Overall, enjoyable experience with a quaint dining room and friendly staff. Will most definitely be frequenting this location and spreading the word to our friends and family..

Yelp
Friends recently shopped for their BBQ at Palm Beach Meats and highly recommended them to me. No sooner did I return from a Yelpless land in Europe, I made it a point of stopping by for a shopping spree. I asked them to cut me a 3" strip of Aussie Wagyu-style 4/5 marbling but they were out. In the meantime, I picked chopped neat, fresh pasta, and some other goodies. All were excellent! Returning Tuesday for my steak.
google avatar

Yelp
Another jewel along in the SoSo neighborhood! PB Meats offers a delightful electic array of delectable bites~including hearty hotdogs. The wine selection is pricey but the saki is worth it. The staff are friendly and efficient. Tip: if you order takeout, be sure to specify what type of hot sauce (they gave us sweet/sour sauce); check the items begore your exit. Parking is conveniently located off busy U.S.1, so drop by and take a looksee!

Bob P.

Yelp
Amazing steak sandwich... the best I've ever had. Knowledgeable staff and excellent selection of high end quality meat.

Yelp
Came here for lunch on my way down to Miami. Worth the stop. If you are driving down to Miami or you'll be around the Palm Beach area. Get off the exit and drive to PBM. Their wagyu burger is one of the best burgers I've had. I'm drooling again as I write this review. But that burger. So gooood. You can't beat it. The owners were so nice. They chatted with us for a while. They started this place because they love food and you can tell!
google avatar

Yelp
Unbelievable food! The Philly cheese steak was incredible as was the waygu dog. The homemade chips were so good we got extra to go. The service was really great. Super attentive, engaged and helpful. Do not miss this spot!

Brystal B.

Yelp
Amazing. Service is amazing. Food is beyond amazing. People in there are very kind. Good place for kids they have games. Everyone around you is amazing. Great atmosphere. 1000000% recommend

Yelp
Came here for lunch got a regular Philly and a burger, came out to about 50$. Burger was overcooked, dry and bland. Philly was tasty but very small for its 20$ price. Definitely not worth 50$.

Yelp
I've been here twice and the food I've eaten at two pop-up lunch/brunches was great. The first time was a really good cheeseburger, and this morning I had a chicken-fried Wagyu piece of beef with gravy on a huge biscuit. The place does special dinners (weekly I think?) that you can find out about by following them on FB or Instagram. I can't afford those, but the menus they post look seriously great, and they bring in local guest chefs with their own ideas. At last night's dinner they offered sweetbreads, something I love and can NEVER find. I was able to buy a few leftover pieces today. The market itself sells all kinds of cool stuff. The top quality Wagyu meat, cheeses, Mama Gizzi's homemade pasta in the freezer, and just lots of other gourmet items. The staff, owners and chefs (I'm not sure who is who there as they all come in and out of the kitchen) are really friendly, and the music on the speakers today during my brunch was bluegrass (I think). It was kind of cool. Definitely interesting. It's a groovy small place with much to offer.
google avatar

Ryan G.

Yelp
I've had the burger and the cheesesteak sandwich. They were both amazing, the burger just slightly edged the cheesesteak. The Wagyu makes a huge difference and the wagyu they sell there is the best. That A5 strip is beyond anything. It is the best steak on the planet.

Yelp
This place has the best Wagyu beef in all of Palm Beach county and maybe Florida. They also have an incredible assortment of boutique wines that you won't find in the big box places. A favorite hangout for me. Cheers.

Yelp
I fell in love with Japanese A5 steak when Max and I splurged for a very expensive 3 oz piece. I was in heaven. I bought an A5 from a frozen meat store and hoped that it would taste the same. I was mistaken. Max and I went to a Farmers Market called Swank and the owners were there. I told them my story and they told me that they had a 6 oz piece with my name on it. OK, I will try to make it again. We purchased the A5 and a ribeye from Australia. I made the A5 steak and it tasted exactly like the steak that I had at the fancy restaurant. I woke up the next morning and asked Max to head out to the store and buy some more meat. He came home with another A5 steak, an Australian beauty and a package of bologna of all things. We fried the bologna and it was outstanding. Tonight, I grilled the ribeye and it definitely wasn't from the grocery store. Looking forward to returning so we can stockpile our freezer.

Yelp
The food was excellent and fresh, and the portion size was perfect. The staff was very attentive and relaxed, and was happy to answer all of my questions. The decor is very modern and relaxed, and the prices are just right for the area, food, and service. Would definitely go back again!
