Excellent Hotel!||This is an excellent hotel. The staff are friendly, helpful and pleasant. The rooms have stunning views. The breakfast is amazing. The hotel is very convenient for Liverpool Street Station - a walk across the street. The hotel is ideal for the city.||If there were two improvements: a desk to work at and more public areas but the hotel facilities are otherwise excellent.||Well done. I think I've stayed seven times so there will be more stays!

Stunning property just a stone throw away from Liverpool Station. Rooms are well-appointed, spacious and super-comfortable. Staff excellent throughout, great dining options and many amenities walking distance.

And then we had the pleasure of dealing with Davide, who truly went above and beyond for us. He was honest, attentive, and completely in tune with what we needed. He took the time to listen to everything we were looking for, gave us a full tour of the space, and made sure we felt 100% confident before committing to anything. His approach was thoughtful, patient, and deeply professional. Davide made us feel like our upcoming stay wasn’t just another booking — it was something important. What an outstanding hotel On arrival, we were made to feel so welcome. We had a room upgrade, which was really nice and a free bottle of wine in our room. The staff go above and beyond and make you feel so welcome here Will definitely visit here again so clean and fresh and modern with some outstanding views

Stunning hotel. Staff was incredibly professional and the interior design was just gorgeous. Our junior sweet was perfect for what we needed. The delicious tea and jam in the lobby is a nice touch.

Wonderful stay at the Pan Pacific London||Getting to the hotel from Heathrow airport is easy, by taking Elizabeth line train (£14 one way) for about 50min to Liverpool street station, the hotel is conveniently located on Bishopgate, directly across the train station. ||The Deluxe King room size is noticeably more spacious than most London hotels, given its located at the business district. The bed is heavenly comfy. The bathroom features heated floors, a dyson hairdryer and Jo Love brand shampoo & bath gel. Guest can also enjoy a pillow menu with various options to ensure a good night’s sleep. ||Turndown service is something often missing in this modern hotels, but Pan Pacific London elevates the experience by offering soothing bedtime tea and pillow mist to help you sleep better.||The facilities are fully equipped, such as thermal indoor swimming pools, a steam room, sauna, and gym rooms. ||The breakfast at Strait Kitchen was anything but simple and top quality in every aspect. We highly recommend including it in the room package for a complete experience. ||Last but not least, our warmest thanks to Xinchen for her outstanding hospitality. She is truly a star and wonderful representative of Pan Pacific Hospitality, making us feel right at home.

Consistently excellent. Pleasant, polite staff always happy to fix any issues. Great rooms and awesome Suites if splurging. Having stayed in more hotels in London I could count there is a reason I keep coming back to the Pan Pacific and that is because it is consistently excellent and you can’t ask fir more than that.

I have been to many hotels around the world, and yours is truly a step above. The personalised service was amazing, and our daughter and Dog were delighted with the treatment we received. We are very excited to come back one day! The beds and bedding were super comfortable, the mannerisms of the staff were impecable. The breakfast was delicious. The room and view are phenomenal. The spa amenities are top notch. Our only criticism was the dinner and room service. We enjoyed a dinner one night at the Straits restaurant and the starters were delightful but the mains were a big let down even the most expensive item the fish had very minimal flavour and the fried rice was tasteless. The room service (aside from our dog who will eat anything) was lacking in flavour, we ordered the pasta and maybe we shouldn't have from a Pan Asian hotel. There was no salt and the tomato sauce and meatballs were very bland. We ordered the rice again for our daughter and it was tasteless. The fish and chips for kids the following day was over salted, for the prices you pay in room service and at the restaurant that needs to be looked into. Its odd because the breakfast was exquisite and we look forward to trying it again in the future!
