"As you can probably tell from the name, you should order paratha here. This small, counter-service spot in Artesia serves 13 different kinds of buttery flatbreads stuffed with things like milky paneer, spicy chili, and turmeric-dusted aloo. The flaky whole wheat dough on every paratha comes out golden brown, and you can add on a large side of curry for dipping. Our top pick is the smoky dal tadka, which smells like a mountain of cinnamon and cardamom, and the juicy dhaba chicken, which is loaded with ginger and garlic. Paratha Grill also has some Indo-Chinese specials on the menu that are pretty great, too." - nikko duren, brant cox

"This small spot on Pioneer Boulevard is generous with its portions. Order their large parathas, served piping hot, and heaping servings of their rajma, or kidney beans stewed in spices and broth. Or get the chhole bhatura, and enjoy the saucy, salty, spicy chickpeas with the flaky flatbread." - Virali_Dave

The food was incredible !!! Tasted very authentic, Punjabi food. They were friendly and hospitable. The parathas were freshly made and tasted delicious and the curry is probably the best dhaba chicken I’ve had since India

This place serves the best Chole Bhature, offering an authentic Punjabi taste. Their incredibly delicious parathas are also worth trying. It's the perfect spot for those who crave the exact flavors of India.

We visited this place while shopping in the area and were pleased by the food they serve here. I have not found any other place that serves kulcha like this place. Other dishes are equally good to have. We have visited twice so far and have not been disappointed. The food is made to order, with generous filling in their paratha and kulcha. I would recommend to go eat at this place if you start missing the 'paraunthe' you get in Punjab.

I am never disappointed with this place. We love the makki roti saag and kadhi pakoda. Its. A cozy place and the food is made very fresh.

Took me a while to get to this review, but the wait is FINALLY over! This place is no-frills, it's decently-priced, and it's good! The flavor you expect is all here! Plus it's quick! Won't be disappointed.

It is a quick eatery. Dishes like chicken tikka masala and dal come in cups. There is a variety of patathas, naans, and other types of bread. There was hardly any waiting. Authentic Indian/Punjabi food. Clean. My Indian family approved.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in Los Angeles. The hygiene standards were extremely poor, with no distinction made between vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. The same person handled both without wearing gloves, cutting chicken in front of us and then using the same unwashed hands to prepare a paratha. The lack of cleanliness and the low quality of food were truly disappointing.

This place has gone downhill. They updated the menu and are charging more for worse food. I’ve eaten Indian food for a long time but am not familiar with many of the terms on the menu. That would be fine, except the explanatory print is too small for anyone to read. I ordered and the guy mumbled something about naan, so I agreed. He did not ask anything about the spice level, so, since I’ve eaten here before and it was always quite spicy, as I like, I didn’t say anything about it. But either he took it upon himself to assume I didn’t want any spice or they just make super bland food now. So I ended up with the worst chicken tikka masala I’ve ever had. And for almost $20, that’s nuts. They don’t even use good quality chicken.
