I had Aloo paratha from them with pickles and yogurt. The best paratha I have ever had outside of India . Yogurt was less need more yougurt with big paratha. service was super good and the guy made them in front of me. Oh and the chai was delicious as well. Next time coming back to LA definitely going to have them again .

This place serves the best Chole Bhature, offering an authentic Punjabi taste. Their incredibly delicious parathas are also worth trying. It's the perfect spot for those who crave the exact flavors of India.

We visited this place while shopping in the area and were pleased by the food they serve here. I have not found any other place that serves kulcha like this place. Other dishes are equally good to have. We have visited twice so far and have not been disappointed. The food is made to order, with generous filling in their paratha and kulcha. I would recommend to go eat at this place if you start missing the 'paraunthe' you get in Punjab.

It is a quick eatery. Dishes like chicken tikka masala and dal come in cups. There is a variety of patathas, naans, and other types of bread. There was hardly any waiting. Authentic Indian/Punjabi food. Clean. My Indian family approved.

Worst place as a indian restuarent. Orderd two faluda and no taste. One man made it and spoiled noodles in it. It was not the right noodles gor faluda and just left the restuarent it was 7.99+ tax . I orderd two of them and total was around $17. Dirty environment and that time i saw one men was making rotti using a groccey bag. and no gloves. 🤮🤮🤮

First time trying amritsari kulcha and chole. Best recommendation for those who haven't tried this spot before. Came with about 6 slices in generous portions. The filling of the amritsari kulcha was rich with potato-like texture overall mixed with the crunchiness of the bread. Chole masala was also rich and good. The yogurt runs on the sour side, making the chole less spicier. Highly recommend this spot with the stylish uncle chopping cilantros, asking if the food is good. It isn't a fancy restaurant, there's the traditional hole-in-the-wall style layout and restroom. Should fix the faucet handle not to scare anyone away though, :)

We had a tasty experience at Paratha Grill. The parathas were flavorful and fresh, with great variety and authentic preparation--perfectly golden and well-stuffed, especially when paired with their curries. Pros: They are open on Monday when most of the other Indian restaurants are closed. The parathas and curries are fire! Cons: Hygiene is subpar The plain paratha is undercooked. It comes out very fast though!

Food ~ 5:5 STARS Excellent freshly mad Paratha. I like watching them make the Paratha while I was waiting. Everything we ate was amazing. Ambiance ~ 2/5 STARS. It is hot inside during the summer and a small place to sit. The bathroom sink water wasn't running, so we went behind the front counter upon sharing the situation, and we washed our hands. Parking ~ 4/5 STARS easily accessible for anyone and there is a large area to park. Mondays are the best days to find parking easily.

I heard about paratha grill from a friend and stopped by here for a take out. Parking was easy. I ordered five different parathas and amritsari kulcha. I was told that it would take 25 mins which was an indication that the food was made fresh. The food was delicious!!! The parathas were like the ones in India and the accompanying Chole and pickles were so good. And the parathas were massive! Adding this to my favorite places for Indian food.

This is the King of Paratha. Best Paratha in the States. Very authentic, clean, and fresh taste. Must order chicken keema paratha and chai (Indian Tea) they go very well together, the chai here is better than lots of restaurants in this area; I could say the best chai on Pioneer blvd. The owner is very friendly. Overall very family friendly place and the sun view is beautiful from the tables where we sat. Must try for sure!

Best authentic Punjabi food in town. Yummy food with authentic taste. Best Amritsar Kulcha I've ever had. The staff was also very sweet, they make the food right there fresh. Very desi vibe to it.

We got the Stuffed Punjabi (potato) and chicken Frankie. Pros - the Frankie was pretty good. Came out wrapped in foil super duper hot. I had to wait several minutes before I got started. It was my 1st time trying one and I liked it. I believe it's the same chicken they use for the tikka masala (may not be) but if it is it isn't as sweet as other places I've tried. Nonetheless it was good and a nice size. Easily big enough for one person. My wife got the Punjabi plate that came with chicken. Seemed to be the most reasonably priced dish and most "bang for your buck." Decent sized serving. Never had anything like it so I can't compare it to anywhere else and I can't articulate how it tastes either. Unique. Cons - again with the machine asking for tip. Why? It's fast food ffs. Overall 7/10

This is a no frills simple establishment but the owner is nice and will give suggestions if you ask. I ended up with paneer pakora which blew my mind. Each piece was lightly battered and most likely air fried. The chutneys were felt made dhaba style. I will return!!

I am traumatized with Indian food in Artesia. Read all the great reviews so decided to try it out. Order Gobi Paratha combo w. Paneer Tikka masala. Tasteless and stale food.

We have been here countless number of times in the last 6 years since we first discovered this gem. Their food remains amazing and they make it fresh in front of you. Love the service and quality of the food. The owner and the chef are warm and welcoming. If you are looking for authentic punjabi meal which would remind you of India, you should look no further and come here. We have tried most of their assorted parathas and they all taste amazing. I love their kadhi-chawal, their dal tadka in the paratha combo is really good as well. I am looking forward to try their malai kafta and their dal makhani sometime because we usually end of getting the parathas or the amritsari kulcha and chole. I have to inquire if they can customize the parathas since I had a craving to have mutter and cheese paratha, perhaps one day. We come here often and the food is always fresh and piping hot. Ambience is casual, they do have few tables outside too if you are worried about covid and there is plenty of parking available.

If you are Punjabi and craving a good paratha on a Sunday morning, just come here have some cha or lassi and it will hit the spot! Huge portions served with yogurt and achar, though I also needed some mint chutney. They also go beyond just aloo and paneer, with gobi and even mooli!! It was so nice to just eat parathas that reminded me of home, and the uncles working there are all so nice. Very dhaba style, but exactly what I needed being away from home.

I have to admit the tandoori chicken is good with the green chili sauce with rice. However it's served in a prison metal tray and if you want naan it will cost you extra. This comes in at $17 range without a drink or Naan. Over priced and they serve it without a friendly welcome or goodbye. Maybe because I'm Hispanic and not one of them. I'm sure there are plenty of surrounding restaurants that do it better in this area. Plus 5his place looks dirty and old.

Perfect place to enjoy flavorful punjabi khana. Paratha's are prepared fresh upon order & served with pickle & raita. Lots of choices from curries to kabab. Service was quick too.

i am writing a review of paratha corner and cafe. food was very tasty but they left tiny chicken bones in the food. this can be dangerous if a child were served this.

This is the BEST Indian restaurant that exists! The food is fresh therefore you will have to wait. The owner is such a caring, amazing man. I feel like he is my uncle-and I'm Mexican. He goes out of his way to say hi to my daughter. It's so adorable. My daughter calls him "the boss." I always order the chicken tika masala but it's a perfect blend of the cream and tomato sauce. The chicken is always tender it melts in your mouth. My mother in law who is from India and super hard to please she cried. She tried a plate that is hard to find. She loved it and cried. It was cute. Everything here is good! I wish I lived closer to this restaurant.

This is a great stop for some Indian food but don't expect good customer service if you're not Indian. Coming in, I was coldly asked "are you ready?" as though I'm a fly that just entered the restaurant. After explaining it was my first time there, another man just said, "just let me know when you're ready." This place is so good!! My wife found it on the best Indian places to eat in Artesia. We particularly were looking for good paratha and this place delivered! The service was friendly and they were patient to explain some of the items since I have limited knowledge of the cuisine. It's a casual restaurant where you order at the counter and find a table. We ended up getting the Aloo Paratha with Dhaba Chicken and the Amritsari Kulcha which comes with chickpeas. Both were amazing, flavorful, and slightly spicy. I enjoyed the Amritsari Kulcha more since it had some garlic and more spices. The Dhaba Chicken was good but a little too boney and not enough chicken. Overall I had a great experience and I will certainly be back!

WHAT TO ORDER Let me start off by saying, I am very aware that I'm Americanized and Tikka Masala isn't authentic... BUT I LOVE IT!! And I'm sorry for whoever is reading my review and shaking their heads! I love ordering their paratha combo with curry!! Depending if you order it with meat, it's either $8 or $11. Their Chicken Tikka Masala is good. The chicken is soft and juicy here too. I think their Paneer Tikka Masala tastes better - it's sweeter and creamier. Their dhaba chicken wasn't as full in flavor compared to their Tikka Masala. But it was also good! (I've never had dhaba before, it was probably really good- I'm just not familiar with it) The spice level was great! I asked for mild because both Thai and Indian restaurants seem to be on a different scale. Felt like a medium spice level, which was perfect for me! Their parathas are made to order! So fresh and portions are huge! (Parathas remind me of Salvadorian pupusas except with texture of a Chinese scallion pancake) Favorite Paratha flavors (in order) 1. Cauliflower (Gobi) - softest and moistest!! 2. Potato (Aaloo)- very soft too 3. Paneer- great flavor, just not as soft COVID SAFETY & SERVICE you can either call ahead or order through the app! I can almost say that my long time search for an authentic dhaba style food is finally over. Recommended by one of my friends when I was mentioning that I couldnt find one authentic dhaba style food in LA. Went with the family on a hot Sunday afternoon. Went around 12:30pm and it was almost empty. Kind of open kitchen where you can see multiple tandoor stoves. Place your order at counter and then go to your table kind of restaurant. We ordered the following items, Chole Bhatura, Amristari Kulcha, Lacha Paratha, Paneer Paratha, Kadhi Chawal, Dhaba Chicken, Paneer Tikka Masala, Mango Lassi, Falooda, Paneer Burji Frankie. The Amristari Kulcha had rave reviews and it was pretty good. Every single paratha item was super fresh and authentic. Paneer paratha had the right amount of flavor and taste and the kids loved it. Would have loved the boondhi raitha, but seemed like they didnt have boondhi that day. The Dhaba Chicken curry tasted great as well, so was the Paneer tikka masala. Because we ordered these curries as part of the Combo along with Paratha, the quantity of the curry was small. If you are planning to share it with others, may be it wouldn't be enough. The chole bhatura was on spot as well. The falooda tasted ok nothing great and compared to the cost it is not worth it in my opinion. Mango Lassi was just ok as well. The Paneer Burji was yummy and huge. We ordered most of the items with Mild or Medium spice level. Glad we stuck to it and didn't order anything spicy, the kids wouldn't be able to eat. My complain is about the setup of the restaurant, it is a very basic setup nothing fancy or fine dining about it. I mean if you are purely coming for the food and authenticity alone you wouldn't mind how the restaurant looks. So you have to make a choice depending on the occasion. Also, serving food on plastic plates, spoons etc always throws me off. Especially when we are dining in, we expect it to be better cutleries. Something the owner should think about. But as I said in the beginning, I was looking for authentic Parathas Dhaba style and I found them here and I am satisfied. The service is good, comes out pretty quickly and the owner I guess in the billing counter is warm and made sure we had good service.

For fast and good quality Indian food in the city of Artesia aka Little India, go to Paratha Grill and you will find a menu of Punjabi food that will satisfy the meat and meatless dishes that you crave. We ordered the lunch combo of chicken tikka masala which came with basmati rice and naan, a main entree of chicken korma that also came with basmati rice, and we ordered garlic naan on the side. The meal with tip included was around $37 and was very filling yet satisfying. I especially enjoyed the chicken tikka which did not have any bones and was juicy and not dry. The garlic naan was very flavorful and made fresh. Everything we ordered was made to order and fresh tasting. Parking is not too bad and free, this restaurant is located next to a liquor store and can be seen from Pioneer Blvd. closer towards 183rd. So if you want Indian food and would rather take it to go, I highly recommend this place for its reasonable prices and good quality food.

Best Paratha we had in the States so far! We ordered Aloo Paratha, Samosa, Chai, Chole Bhature and Chai. Everything was super yum in taste. The best among all was the aloo paratha. And their green chutney is mind blowing !! Definitely coming back for the yummy paratha :)

My husband and I were just talking over the makai Ki roti and saag and Punjabi kulcha that this is the best food in Artesia. It's fresh and everything done is in front. It's not fine dining but it's great for an after shopping meal. You can call ahead so they can have your order ready. Because everything is made fresh it takes a little longer but it's 100% worth every second because your food comes off super hot and fresh. Stop and eat a yummy paratha and saag. Also the lassi is a must try. Try the sweet lassi but less sweet. Great spot. Check it out for yourself!

We were in the area for lunch, and I've been eyeing this place for a while. Decided to check it out! Great decision. I was very happy. Aloo paratha: fantastic flavors, well stuffed. Not too oily! Gobi paratha: same. Chole: serving portion was small, but they were truly delicious! Can't wait to come back to try more food soon.

Came here one day after shopping around the area, this was on a must try list so we thought we lucked out since we were right next door. The store is located in strip mall with a shared parking lot. The staff was friendly and very patient with our question. The store itself was clean but a bit dated. We order samosas, chicken Frankie (basically an Indian burrito), panner paratha, chicken tikka masala and palak panner. All to go. The samosas were horrible. They were rock hard and couldn't really eat it. One bite and almost lost a tooth kinda hard. Not sure what happened. The chicken in the Frankie and chicken tikka still had chucks of fat still on them. Making it really chewy and gross. This isn't steak, chicken shouldn't have fat on it especially boneless. Palak panner was good a saving grace. The chicken tikka masala was okay. The naan that came with it was so flat it was more like a thick tortilla. The frankie was mid but won't recommend it. Lastly the paratha, the name sake of the the business was meh. Nothing really special about it. Wished it tasted amazing like the pictures I saw but nope. Overall, won't be coming back too many other locations to trying. Hopefully others won't have the issue like I did.

My fiancée and I come to Artesia just for this restaurant. I love their food, their courtesy and their professionalism. The food is in very big portions and the quality is absolutely amazing. It is never too packed when we do end up going, and we are able to sit down right away. We always go during the afternoon hours, so I cannot speak for the evening hours. Great food, great spot, great location and great quality.

This is like an Indian fast food joint. They have takeouts and dine-ins. Though the food looked great, the flavor and the freshness doesn't compare to other restaurants down the street. The naan was cooked to a crisp, the cheese paratha looked like it was microwaved, the chicken tasted old, but the lamb was great. Aside from that, the counter help were friendly, but only wanting to do the bare minimum.

I have stopped here a few times now on my trips between LA & SD. If you are looking for home-like Indian food, this place is your one-stop shop. Their parathas are the best. Pick any on the menu. They usually come with a side of yogurt, curry and pickle. I devour every bit of that meal. Their curries are good too. My fav so far is the Dhaba chicken. This place truly takes me back home to India and is closest to Authentic Indian food I have eaten in SoCal.

Food is great but the first time I came here, my order was made incorrect twice. I had to wait an hour till they finally got it right. When the food arrived it was totally worth the wait. The second time I ate here, the service was fast, our orders were ready on time. Food is very authentic Punjabi and delicious. They have all types of parathas, chhole and even sarso ka saag. They have malai lassi that reminded me of Amritsar. It's the authentic Punjabi food for me.

Hard spots on the paratha, keema paratha is full of dry barbecue chicken pieces. Literally the parathas were soaked in oil when we got home. Was expecting better from a restaurant specific with the name paratha! Overpriced and totally not worth it!

This was my first time trying food here and when I asked the gentleman who took my order to recommend a dish for me to try he really blew me away with food, the dish consisted of chicken with vegetables (Chicken Tikka Masala & Chicken Tikka) - spicy and extremely savory! A must try place for anyone visiting the wonderful neighborhood in Artesia. They are located in the Pioneer Center with plenty of parking. The staff was kind and very welcoming! We also enjoyed a lovely cup of chai during the rainy weather. Thank you Paratha!

Love this place. Been going here for over 10 years. The flavors are so robust. Even though I no longer live close by, I try to make it stop if it's along the way.

Is this a joke??? I paid $25 for this!!! The portions are so ridiculously TINY! Soda can for scale (not included). I could've gone across the street to the Indian Restaurant and would've gotten much better food with much bigger portions. Unbelievable.

Went in and ordered medium chicken tikka masala, garlic naan, and raita for takeout around 8pm. Came out to about $15 for everything. I was charged $4 something for raita as if the dude at the register charged me for 2 raitas instead of 1 and I didn't have the energy to throw a fit that time but I was definitely overcharged. Good food, but dishonest business practices. Double check the prices so they match what you're charged. I'd want to come back and try their parathas but I'll do that when I have the time and energy to deal with being overcharged.

The owner, upon seeing my inexperience with Indian food, asked me what I was looking for. What foods did I prefer? Hot or mild, vegetables or meat? How many people was I feeding? He asked if I could wait 20 minutes in order to get everything perfect. Which he did. My guests were happy and the food was absolutely delicious!

Ordered Chana and Amritsari kulcha, mixed veg and cheese (paneer) paratha, gobhi paratha and keema paratha. Everything was well executed, in no-frills counter service restaurant Texture of crispy pan fried whole wheat paratha dough, stuffed with chunky bits of savory vegetable stuffings. 1 and half paratha with side of pickle and yoghurt will be filling for modest size adult. Avoid tandoori frankie, it's not a good dish to waste appetite or money on, stick to the stars of the show parathas.
