Thankfully, Patton’s—a steakhouse inside of Savoir in The Heights—fits that description. Even though you need a reservation to dine here, it's still incredibly difficult to find. Luckily, the Savoir host will lead you behind the cocktail bar, through a wine storage fridge, and into a space so dark you’ll have to wait for your eyes to adjust to avoid walking straight into a wall. "Hidden behind the wine storage room at Savoir is Patton’s, the most romantic steakhouse in town. The Heights restaurant is dark and private, and its menu reads like a steakhouse classic's greatest hits including oysters Rockefeller with a splash of vermouth and 16oz of chateaubriand. And everything—even a smoked Old Fashioned topped with fluffy IPA foam presented in a wooden box—arrives via push cart, with servers tossing beef tartare and hand-carving a tender aged porterhouse tableside.
