High-end cheese shop, they received a Royal warrant from King Charles reflecting their commitment to providing the finest cheeses. You will find the Artisan Cheese Advent Calendar and hampers for the holiday. They sell mostly English cheeses, and I personally prefer French cheeses.

Really disappointed with the cheese we purchased(tue 15-10-24)when we opened the stichelton cheese on Wed 16/10/24 the cheese is covered in a brown mould.i emailed sales@paxton and Whitfield who said they would send my email and pictures to jermyn Street they have nor even got back to me.will not be buying any more cheese again.

Really disappointed with the Cheese… Really disappointed with the Cheese Club. Very poor quality. The Barkham Blue was covered in a brown mould (not intended) and mostly inedible. It should have been delicious. The cheese club is a very expensive gift that fails to deliver in terms of quality or quantity and I definitely I won't be recommending.

Well I'm not sure what difference my review will make since most of the other reviews have already stated this is a cheese lovers paradise. This truly is the quintessential cheese shop. They have such a beautiful choice of varied cheeses.I mean you don't have a cheese shop since 1797 and keep it going all that time unless you know what you're doing. Needless to say the staff are very knowledgeable and are extremely helpful,I was helped the last time I visited by a young lady, she was a real credit to the place, friendly, funny and definitely going the extra mile to help. They may even give you a taster if you're not sure which cheese you might like. Prices are reasonable considering the quality of the products. This is,without doubt, my favourite cheese shop and having bought from them many times I will continue to do so.

Very poor customer service - I ordered a batch of cheese and conserve as Christmas gifts for friends. The order eventually showed up two days late which was itself not the end of the world but then I was very frustrated to discover that several of the items which I had ordered were either wrong or missing. When I tried to call them (during working hours), nobody answered the phone. Overall, when I consider the premium prices which they charge, I find their customer service to be really poor.

Am not a cheese connoisseur by any stretch, but the Brie with truffle cheese we purchased was delicious. The shop is nice and quaint, service was good and we ended up buying one of the small bags as well. Worth a visit if on Jermyn Street
