"Paxton & Whitfield, St Jamess. Started in 1797, London’s oldest cheesemongers continue to work with independent producers in both British and Continental regions, producing cow, goat and ewe’s milk varieties. Their award-winning shop offers an incredible selection of the rarest and best cheese, and ages its rounds to perfection in cellars underneath Jermyn Street.
