Paymon's Fresh Kitchen

I've been to Paymon's before. It is a consistently great place to eat. I brought a friend here for her first time. She was impressed and thoroughly enjoyed her gyro platter.

Great atmosphere, great food, took a little longer than expected to place our order. However, due to it being popular, the staff were very busy so not really an issue. Highly recommend!!!! Pic is of their salmon which was phenomenal.

5 Stars – Best Restaurant Experience in Vegas! Wow. Just wow. Never in my life have I been so impressed by a restaurant in Las Vegas! Paymon’s Fresh Kitchen is next level—from the food to the service to the atmosphere, everything was absolutely perfect. Let’s start with the owner, Paymon. This guy is the real deal. Not only does he run an incredible restaurant, but he also makes you feel like family the second you walk in. He even hooked us up with some of his awesome T-shirts—talk about hospitality! Now, the food? Unreal. This is hands-down the best Mediterranean cuisine I’ve ever had. Every single dish was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The gyro? Insane. The hummus? Mind-blowing. And don’t even get me started on the saffron chicken—pure magic. The menu has something for everyone, including vegetarian and vegan options, and the quality is unmatched. The service was just as amazing as the food. The staff is beyond friendly, super attentive, and they make sure you’re having the best experience possible. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, which is so rare these days. The vibe here is perfect, too—relaxed, welcoming, and just the right amount of upscale without being pretentious. Whether you’re coming in for a casual meal or a special occasion, this place delivers. If you’re in Vegas and you haven’t been to Paymon’s Fresh Kitchen, you are seriously missing out. This isn’t just a meal—it’s an experience. 10/10, no question. I’m already counting down the days until I can come back!

Great hookah - we went twice during our last visit to Vegas bc it was made so well! Nice tea selection if you don't drink. Staff was attentive & helpful.

Very well run establishment! No wonder they are still in business after decades! Love the decor, vibe and service! The quality of the Shisha and food are also top-notch. I think what makes them stand out the most, is the level of attention to detail, for example - the Shisha area has multiple air filtration systems that keep the air fresh and not stuffy unlike most other Shisha bars or lounges. The owner is also very nice and loves to chat with guests. In all I would rate this as probably one of the best Shisha lounge/bar I have ever been too, and I have been to several across the globe! I will definitely be back here the next time I am in town.

It was my first time eating at Paymon's. Excellent service, great atmosphere, and the food was really enjoyable. I'll definitely be returning to have the broiled salmon again.

I came for the hookah ,great service .Not too crowded and not too dark . Drinks are available.

I do highly you give this place a try. Whether or not you are into hookah! We solely went for the food and I couldn't be happier ☺️ Lentil Soup 10000/10 Combination appetizer platter 10/10 - both hummus were our favorites , but we also enjoyed the falafel, athen fries and stuffed grape leaves 🍃 (favorite sauce was the fry sauce!!) Trio Skewer Entree 9/10 I mean look at that portion ! But more importantly all the meats were tasty 😋 Moussaka 8/10 my partner enjoyed Baklava 9/10 so gooood ! Not sure what the coffee was but it's an acquired taste lol Also tried the lychee martini and iced tea, enjoyed both Service was awesome, Pepe was great and very attentive! Atmosphere was calm and chill when we were there.

This establishment is a remarkable traditional hookah lounge. I truly appreciate the classic charm, artistic elements, and the rich cultural heritage that exude from the Middle Eastern tradition. The level of service provided is truly exceptional, and the culinary offerings are truly outstanding, with a diverse menu that includes delectable options such as calamari and Babaganush. Additionally, the lounge boasts an extensive selection of fine wines and expertly crafted cocktails, although I personally do not partake in alcoholic beverages, the cocktails are so enticing that they almost tempted me. I highly recommend this venue for large gatherings and first dates alike. While it does have televisions available for those interested in watching a game, it should not be mistaken for a sports bar. In fact, the ambiance can be quite enchanting and romantic.

I had a terrible experience at a bar and hookah lounge. The place was empty, and the staff kept moving us to different tables throughout the evening. They made us move from a comfortable couch to uncomfortable chairs, even though the place was practically empty. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
