Phelan's

Kimberly LeMaster is marvelous. She not only envisions the perfect item for my home, but she then goes out and locates that item. She spends an incredible amount of hours finding the perfect piece. Kimberly is a joy to work with and I am fortunate to have found her. I recommend her highly and without reservation.

I recently had the pleasure of working with designer Kimberly LeMaster to update fabrics in my den. Kimberly is positive and engaging and received my challenge of using a specific color with a “can do attitude”. Kimberly spent many hours in the search for fabrics I might like. I appreciated her guidance in helping me achieve a fresh and updated look; I couldn’t be happier! Kimberly was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend working with her!

My wife and I had Phelan's do an interior design job on our living and dining rooms. This included ordering all furniture, rugs and drapes. Amy is extremely helpful in helping customers come up with a color palette and design that compliments the particular house she is working on. She put together a beautiful design and ordered everything promptly. Delivery and install of furniture, rugs and drapes was flawless, despite the horrible rainy weather on the day of delivery and Amy was present to supervise and add multiple finishing touches. We enjoyed the process thoroughly and would highly recommend Phelan's for interior design needs of any kind. They also have a really nice store on Preston Road with a great furniture, lamp and accessories selection. Great people to deal with, and that's hard to come by in Dallas sometimes.

Love Phelans! I have been using Amy for over 20 years. She is extremely creative, talented and so easy to work with. She is super accommodating and always eager to help. She has done many bedrooms for me (drapes, bedding, lamps, wall colors or wallpaper). She has also done my entire den, furniture, kitchen cabinet colors and drapes. I know it will turn out great if Amy is involved. When I think I can do small projects by myself and they don't turn out as I had hoped, Amy always rescues me. Love them!

I hired the wonderful design team at Phelan's for our Greenway Parks home. Amy and her team were extremely professional, creative, and prompt. We will certainly look to Phelan's for all our family's homes!

The staff at Phelan's are so incredibly helpful, even when I am being my normal, indecisive self when choosing wall coverings. No matter what time I go in the store, the staff are responsive, professional and knowledgeable. I am very grateful for all the assistance they have provided me and I recommend a visit to Phelan's without hesitation.

Not sure how this business is still operating. We have tried to contact them several times and have never received a call back. Quotes and samples take weeks to deliver, if at all. Would not recommend. From a pure customer service perspective, I would go somewhere else.
