As I was craving Pho, we visited this place with great reviews. Thankfully, despite the long lines, we managed to get a table in less than 10 minutes. We ordered Pork Sausage Rolls Grilled Pork Rolls Sauteed Flank Steak Pho We found it interesting that our starters came later after our Pho was served; perhaps we waited another 5 minutes. Wouldn't it be great to have the appetizers before our main dish? We felt it was fast moving chain of restaurant, it was great that our Pho came quickly but it wasn't hot - more of warm Pho. We enjoyed the rolls and the flavor of the Pho despite only having it warm. Overall, we enjoyed the dishes that we ordered and were happy.

Google
Fast service, delicious food. We arrived around 12 noon, and the queue is about a full page long, maybe 20 ahead of us. Went back to the car so we can get seated bec the waiting area indoors is full, and it's raining outside. After 25 mins, we got a call on my phone that our table was ready. Went in and got seated immediately. We were escorted to our table. It was empty except for the paper cover and the menus. When we got seated, another person brought the utnesils and glases of water. We were told to call her when ready. We ordered one beef Pho to share with my wife and one appetizer plus 2 appetizers to-go. We were told there is a surcharge of 18% for dining in, so we will be charged separately for the to-go order - it makes sense, no problem. It only took maybe 2 mins, and our hot Pho order arrived with one extra bowl so we can share. That was quick, considering the place is busy with a long queue. Then, after 5 min, the crab appetizer came. The Pho was really good. It's not salty and tasted better than our favorite Pho place. It came in a larger bowl, so immediately, we can say that we made the right decision to share it. The beef peices are in cubes and they're cooked well and easy to chew and eat. However, it didn't come with a lot of meat - or could be bec they're in thick cubes, instead of several thin slices. My wife's favorite was the crab appetizer. I liked it too, but I liked the Pho better. Our to-go order were Pork Egg rolls and Goi Cuon. I avoid reviewing to-go orders if we don't immediately eat them as soon as we get home, so I will not comment on these unless they are exceptionally still good even hours later.

Google
I know it sounds weird but their Korean Rib rice dish is SO GOOD!! They have the best kimchi I’ve ever had! We love their soup base and their rice, too 🥰 come here on weekdays , they have good specials BUT!!! with 18% service fee added in your bill

Google
I came here and ordered the ribs pho — it was very good, probably the best item on the menu. If you’re craving pho, this place does it right. However, the other dishes I tried were average and didn’t really stand out. One thing I strongly disagree with is the mandatory 18% service fee for dine-in. This restaurant is not a fine-dining establishment with upscale service — it’s more of a casual spot where people stop by for a quick meal. I believe tipping should be voluntary and based on service quality. The employer should be responsible for paying fair wages to their staff, not forcing every customer to pay extra on top of already expensive meals. Customers are already covering the cost of the food, the business’s profit, and now part of the employee wages? That crosses the line. I hope the owners reconsider this policy — it may drive loyal customers away despite having good pho.

Google
Service: we were still eating an hour before they close, so the staff helped us with the bill in advance; however, the tip was added automatically while staff holding the machine and asked us pay. Fortunately, we came back the other day and get our tips back with the owner’s understanding. Food: the rolls combination is a good one to try 3 kinds of roll in one dish. The Bun salad is not the best I’ve tried. The grilled pork version in other places is more preferred. As for Pho, the broth is very tasty. Ambiance: Busier than I thought; good for friends and family.

Google
While the service at first seemed rush where we had a few ppl come up to ask us if we were ready to order it eased up as time went by. First time my bf truly tried Vietnamese food and well I’ve only ever had Pho but this time we did everything but that! Food was simply delicious all the way around and even the sauces

Google
Parking lot is packed by non restaurant goers. It took me a while to find a space. Ordered pho takeout from their website and it said 15 minutes until order was ready. Picked up 17 minutes after order placed. Pho was cold. Also, It was served in a smaller plastic bowl that only fit 1/3 of the broth, so only a partial dish with noodle and meat ratios so high to broth. Had to microwave and split into two bowls. Service was good and the atmosphere looked nice. Too bad for a poor 1st pho experience here.

Anke Hao

Google
The bun cha was great! The broth did smell pretty pungent, and was something that needed some vigorous scrubbing to get off my hands. The restaurant itself had a very spacious and airy environment. Second visit: the kui fei chicken was delicious, though the crispy fried rice was a bit too oily and tasted a bit bland--the texture was great though. I could only pair half of it with the chicken, and the other half of it I packed to go since the portion was quite big.

Yelp
One of go to spots when I am in the southbay. Solid pho ga and their sticky rice is soo good. It's more fun to come here with a larger group so you can order more items to share. Egg rolls are delicious here too!
google avatar

Yelp
Been here a few times now since it's my grandpa's favorite pho place, but I feel that the flavoring of their pho could be more rich. This time I ordered their chicken and rice dish, and it was decent 3/5. I will give it to them that the portions are big so it's definitely shareable! The parking situation is limited, so be prepared. Also, there is an automatic 18% gratuity applied to your meal regardless of the number of people in your party. It is more worthwhile if you go with a bigger party since the gratuity will be charged anyways. The space is nice! Plenty of tables and the wait times are also 10-15 minutes.

Yelp
Good pho, just kind of expensive for the price. I wish there was more meat in my soup. Service was fast and friendly, nothing spectacular. I would personally go somewhere else. But, this place is extremely popular--there was a wait when we came in, and the whole place was filled. So, this was just my experience, but it seems to be a local favorite. Also, there is an automatic 18% service charge put on all tabs. Just wanted to include that for reference for others!
google avatar

Yelp
Came right when it opened so parking was easy. I think parking might be a bit difficult if we came at a more crowded time. I got the special combination pho w/ rare meat, well done, brisket, tendon, short rib meat, and meatball. Their soup flavor is good and the portion sizes are big. The service is also speedy. I will say that their pho is definitely on the pricier side and there's a 18% service charge automatically added to the tab. Not a place I would come often as I don't think it's that much better than other places.

Yelp
I've come here multiple times and I have to say the food is always delicious, fast, and hearty. We tend to stick with just a few orders each time with our favorite being the beef pho: 1. Ha Noi Special rolls - these come with six halves with three different types of rolls. However if you're looking for a smaller portion my favorite is the A5 Vietnamese Grilled Pork sausage rolls with crispy pieces inside. 2. P2 Beef pho with rare USDA choice flap meat - flap meat is the basically the flattened out raw beef that "cooks" in the hot broth they pour on top. Get the pho with fresh noodles. 3. Grilled pork and pork egg roll vermicelli - they give a good portion of noodles and the pork egg roll in the dish is delicious!

Yelp
4.5 stars for food, 3 for price Come here during off peak hours, otherwise expect to wait for a while. My favorite place for pho. The noodles are always fresh and the meats are nice. The broth is well flavored (sometimes with strong cinnamon). We've tried a lot of different food and pretty much most is great, so don't shy away from trying something different. I really do enjoy their spicy beef soup.
google avatar

Yelp
This is for the Bún bò Huế. Haven't been to pho Ha Noi in a bit so my bf and I wanted to try them out again. It's always busy here so we recommend coming before the lunch hour. I got the Bún bò Huế and it tasted a bit off?? Usually they are served with the cabbage you can put in but they gave me the regular bean sprouts and that's , they're also usually spicy. This location was just bland and NO spice at all.. it also came with a big chunk of meat which is pretty cool but it was hard to eat. This location also already adds 18% gratuity when checking out, so make sure you're aware of that!

Hyunju J.

Yelp
The spring rolls seem much smaller now. They used to be a lot fuller classic shrinkflation
google avatar

Yelp
One of the best bowls of comfort noodles I've had in the Bay Area. They simmer their beef bones for a full 24 hours which provides a rich and elegant depth to their pho broth while the large beef ribs are fall off the bone tender! Portion sizes generally seem to be quite generous with enough to share (as if I would share my food lol). If I wasn't in the mood for pho, the Roasted Kui Fei Chicken with Crispy Sticky Rice (Xoi Ga Roti) is a standout dish which my friend described as tender, juicy, and with delicious crispy skin and paired perfectly with the crispy sticky rice. Be aware that Pho Han Noi in Cupertino (and Palo Alto) has an automatic 18% service charge applied to all bills, even for single diners. The inside is spacious but it tends to get packed lightning fast especially at peak lunch or dinner time which includes the parking lot so be aware.

Yelp
You know a lot has changed over the past decade with Pho Ha Noi stretching into the Cupertino area. A welcomed addition, I'm sure, but it doesn't beat the original San Jose location. I came here during lunch time which it was swarmed by (presumably) the Apple and other tech company employees on their lunch break. It is an operation and they're quick to rotate patrons in and out. I got the special combination pho and, as someone who's in NYC these days, it was comforting to enjoy this bowl. It's a carnivores' dream. I thought the flavors were all there and the meat was quality. I also got the nem nuong which was refreshing and great, but admittedly doesn't come close to what you can get at Brodard's in Orange County. My one gripe was that they automatically add a service charge to the bill. You can tell in the other reviews that it rubs people the wrong way. I rarely cross into Cupertino anymore, so it's nice to know that there's a decent pho spot around if you're in the area and have a craving for pho.

Yelp
Visited on Sunday evening, there's a short waiting line. We managed to get seats in 15 minutes. Spicy hue noodles with 1lb of beef short ribs, flavorful but the noodles turned soggy after a while and make it awful to eat. Garlic noodles as sides, it's good. Imperial crab roll, crispy and so hot inside, careful when you eat. Flank steak pho is awesome, the meat is tender, but they put too many spring onion on the soup. I will give 4 stars if there is less spring onion on the broth.
google avatar

Yelp
Yikes on bikes. I'm not sure why this place is overhyped. My husband and I were really looking forward to trying this place out after hearing so many people dub this place as "the best Phở in the Bay" Here's what we ordered: - Ha Noi Special Rolls: A variety platter with some classic spring roll varieties such as shrimp, char grilled pork, and nem nuong. They were served with a variety of sauces that pair well with the different varieties. The shrimp and char grilled pork are average. The rolls themselves were fine, but nothing that stands out. The nem nuong rolls with the crispy egg roll wrappers on the inside were definitely not it. The nem nuong lacked flavor and the crispy wrappers on the inside weren't fried properly and soggy in the middle. The orange sauce that paired with it lacked a lot of flavor - IYKYK. - Special Combination Pho: Standard dac biet pho. Good serving of meat, heavy handed on green onions, just how we like. The broth is not bad: decent beef taste, heavy on the salt. - 1 Lb of Short Rib Pho (Special Bone In): This was... wtf? They definitely did not use the same broth that they used for the pho dac biet. In fact, this one did not truly have a broth, but rather heavily salted water and no beef taste. The meat on the bone was not tender at all and lacked flavor, likely used to boil to make broth for other soups. Skip this place if you want good Vietnamese food.

Yelp
Still some of the best pho I can find in the Bay Area for their beef quality, just like the San Jose store. Quick service during lunch rush and they have a free dessert! Very spacious location as well
google avatar

Caroline L.

Yelp
This is probably one of my favorite places for pho but unfortunately I think the price has just gotten overpriced over time. Their pho is super flavorful. From the soup base to the noodle quality and meat, it's all quite delicious. The food also comes out very quick and the servers are attentive to filling your drinks. The place is also spacious and has a good environment to do catch ups with friends. The only reason why I don't give it 5 stars is cause of the price which is almost close to $20 and they do a mandate of 18% gratuity unless you request from the manager to take it off. They do have a weekday deal which seems more worth it. Still need to pay the 18% gratuity but it is about $15 which makes the price a little better.
google avatar

Joyce L.

Yelp
I was a bit disappointed on their drink menu and the overall flavor of their broth. They offer beer as their only alcoholic option, whereas, their Palo alto chain has many cocktail options to choose from. I had the spicy beef rib noodle and it was meh. The broth was neither spicy and flavorful.
google avatar

Sharon C.

Yelp
Considering there's so many of Pho Ha Noi in milpitas, I was surprised to see there was one in cupertino! Walked in to a waitlist for five parties ahead of us but got seated after 10 minutes of waiting. The service was pretty standard and the food came out fast.
google avatar

Wesley M.

Yelp
there wasnt a wait when we came around noon on a weekday so we were seated instantly. the waiters were respectful and attentive, though they were lowkey peeved when we spilled our water which is understandable. i ordered the rare steak + rib which is part of their spring special. the rib wasnt very tender and was hard to get off the bone but the steak was soft and tender. the soup wasnt life changing or anything but still good and does its job when you want a hearty bowl of pho. overall, a good place if you want a hearty bowl of pho though the main con is that theres a mandatory 20% gratuity charge
google avatar

Ginny M.

Yelp
We ordered the Phở sườn bò, cơm bò lúc lắc, bún thịt nướng, bún chả Hà Nội, and Korean BBQ beef with rice -- everything was tasty except the meat was a bit overcooked. They currently have a weekday promotion on some new dishes, which is worth checking out. Just a heads-up: an 18% service charge is automatically added to the bill, regardless of your party size.
google avatar

Ankitha D.

Yelp
Got to go from here and ordered the chicken breast pho. The order was ready quickly and on time. I thought the broth was fine but the chicken was a little chewy and overdone. Tbh I was expecting a little more flavor but there honestly didn't seem to be any? I'm thinking their beef stuff has more flavors than the chicken one did. But overall idk if I would come back, felt like there was better chicken pho out there.
google avatar

Yelp
FOOD: 4 SERVICE: 2 AMBIANCE 3 VALUE: 3 They add 18% service charge on your bill after tax. That is equivalent to 20% and then they have the gall to ask for 3% more! Service was no where near the quality deserving of 20%! They didn't refill our water cups, never came by to ask about the food. I had to ask multiple times for the check and I didn't get a printed copy when I asked for it. We ordered the Spring special Bun Bo Hue w/short rib. It was BBH style noodle soup with three slices of meat roll and a 3/4-1" thick piece of cross cut short rib. The BBH tasted genuine, the meat roll was pretty standard, but the short rib was tender and flavorful. We also had the fried spring roll. The roll was fried nicely and it was served with lettuce leaf and fish dipping sauce. At $9 for two rolls, it was a bit on the expensive side. I really have mixed emotions on this place. The food was good, but charging me 18% after tax service fee is not acceptable for mediocre service. Based upon this visit, I will not be back.
google avatar

Lovina C.

Yelp
The pho here is quality. I am a northern pho gal, and the pho broth at the Pho Ha Noi chain always feels like it leans partly southern due to the spices they include. I'd say the broth flavor is a mix of northern and southern style pho. For me the rating goes like: 1) northern pho, 2) Pho Ha Noi, 3) southern pho. I appreciate that they have the option of wide noodles, which is my favorite for pho. They automatically add an 18% service charge and they tax on top of this service charge. That is my biggest turnoff about this place.
google avatar

Crystal L.

Yelp
Cozy lil Pho Hanoi location. Looks like it could have been a breakfast diner prior. Very fast and casual. Went on Saturday for dinner, fast seating and no wait compared to Vietnamese town. We got the half roasted chicken side with a side of chicken broth and the spring rolls. Was not expecting a side of vegetables and a fried egg to our surprise. It was nice bc I mentioned we weren't eating rice or noodles. They accommodated us well and kept our tummies satisfied. You can never go wrong with the roasted chicken and the broth. Always my fave Vietnamese restaurant any location, however, I'll say this is prob the fastest you'll get seated and quickest service.

Kristine N.

Yelp
Definitely do not appreciate being charged service charge for a party of 2 and being taxed on top of that amount . Stating that it's "service charge " so they can collect from their customers instead of saying it's for gratuity. Tips should be based on how good the service was and not automatically added on. Food is mediocre! Will never come back here again!
google avatar

Megan C.

Yelp
I got their recommended pho bowl with some short ribs and other beef goodness. I had a lot left over so the broth basically solidified as like a Jello so that's how you know that they use beef bones in their broth, which is great! I normally don't crave pho but that day I was feeling it. I forgot a little Nam nuong spring roll which is my favorite, the sauce though like almost had no taste but it completes the flavor profile? I normally prefer a peanut/hoison sauce. I went on a Sunday and it was busy! Ambiance was busy. Thought it was interesting they place paper on the table, guess it helps with clean up? Would come back when craving pho!!!
google avatar

Christine W.

Yelp
Hype understood. Probably the most expensive bowl of pho I've ever had but it was honestly pretty good. The broth was flavorful and the meat was very tender and high quality. Definitely a big bowl of pho as I walked out stuffed... My one star off would just be the fact that the soup was kind of salty, to the point that I couldn't enjoy it on its own. I wish I could be able to just drink the soup after finishing the noodles. But otherwise would recommend!
google avatar

Sue K.

Yelp
This Pho Ha Noi location is unbelievably efficient and spacious! Even during a busy Sunday lunch rush, we ordered and received our food in less than 5 minutes -- obviously it's all prepared beforehand, but the food was hot and ready to eat. Only downside is that the parking lot is rather small -- during peak times, you may need to park in the nearby Cupertino City Center (within walking distance). NOTE: 18% gratuity is automatically added to all dine-in orders
google avatar

Dennis W.

Yelp
I'm a big fan of the Pho Ha Noi franchise but this Cupertino location is my least favorite, attributed to their parking situation, interior layout(re-used from a BBQ joint from before) and the food hasn't had the same taste and consistency as say their Story Rd location. My favorite dish is their Chicken Pho(regular noodles), and an order of their freshly made Spring Rolls. Their drinks are solid but slightly over-priced in my opinion for what they are. Service is decent and I'm usually not in this area but if I had a hankering for Vietnamese food and I was in the area, this would be a top spot for me.
google avatar

Yelp
A7. Char grilled pork roll. Unique beef flavor that is uncommon for most spring roles - I think this one's a keeper. P1 special combination Pho Rare USDA choice, flap meat, well done, brisket, tendon, short rib, meat, and meatball. Surprisingly large cuts of tender meat. Really hits the spot. A3. Garlic and fish sauce, wings Small in size and nothing special here. A little weird that it's paired with fish sauce. S9. Shaken beef, garlic noodle. USDA Angus, filet mignon, cube steak, white onion, tomato, and garlic noodles. Great combo with two classics - you don't necessarily have to get it, but you also won't regret getting it because it's high quality. Sugar Cane Juice Squeezed fresh and not super sweet. Very refreshing. Come early because word gets around and there are lines forming early. That's it.
google avatar

Emily F.

Yelp
Came in for a late lunch and got seated right away. Everyone was friendly and took our order quickly. Food came out so fast and so fresh and hot. Pho was delish with good flavor and texture of noodles. We also got the fried rolls and came out piping hot as well with good amount of filling. Inside is no frills but was fine
google avatar

Pranathi B.

Yelp
Restaurant is huge but their parking doesn't match up. We had to drive around and finally wait in the parking lot for 15 mins before we got a spot. We got Chicken pho: 4/5: very decent bowl of pho, chicken was surprisingly well cooked without being too chewy. Easily one of the better pho bowls I had in a while. Roasted kui fei chicken with garlic noodles and fried egg : 3/5: my younger one ordered this for himself but decided he didn't like it after tasting the chicken which in his opinion was too bland. The garlic noodles were tossed in butter and garlic and the plate came with a sunny side up egg. The noodles were just about average while the chicken was bland. Crispy salt and pepper tofu: 4/5: this was delicious though it was not very crispy on the outside. It came with some onions on the top which were equally delicious, I realized later they were doused heavily in butter though.

Yelp
I visited this restaurant around 7PM on a Tuesday night and we were seated fairly quick (~5mins). It's quite popular; there were a decent amount of people around. The restaurant had lots of bright ceiling lights, so it felt quite lively. It was also pretty spacious, with a 99 persons occupancy. Our order arrived in about 10mins. I ordered the Chicken Breast Pho and it was delicious. The broth was very flavorful. I really enjoyed the soft texture of the fresh noodles! Our server was attentive and refilled our glasses of water regularly. Overall, I would come here again.
google avatar

Philip B.

Yelp
Love this place, always hit up the san jose location, but we were in the area and have been wanting to come try this location out. Food, was on point as always got the same usuals we always do. Service was attentive and quick. Very busy location, parkings limited and thats the only downside but still was nice to try out! Ambience was nice, lil hustle bustle but the workers were all on it !
google avatar

Lily N.

Yelp
The pho here is pretty good. The broth is very flavorful and didn't get clouded by the rice noodles, which I appreciated. I wish it was served a little hotter though as I had trouble cooking the meat (and the cold AC didn't help). I also tried the spring rolls which were not bad. I really didn't expect a bowl of noodle soup to be that big; it was loaded with meat! Definitely shareable, especially if you don't eat a lot. Next time, I plan to share a bowl and just add noodles (again it is full of meat!). The place is a good size so the wait wasn't too long for a table of 5. The service here is meh. Like others mentioned, the parking lot is very small and often full.
google avatar

Isabella Y.

Yelp
Out of the SJ, Palo Alto and Cupertino locations I've been to, this one's my favorite. It gets busy but you get seated pretty quickly. The servers are also nice. Serving size is so big I always have to pack my food for home. I like to order the special combination pho and egg rolls.
google avatar

Jill M.

Yelp
3.6 stars! Parking was really awful and we had to loop around the very busy streets twice. The service was very good and we were able to order not too long after getting seated. Definitely pricier of a pho restaurant, but it isnt a surprise given that Ive tried their other locations. If you have to order something, it's their chicken wings!!!
google avatar

Monica C.

Yelp
Wow. If you're going to brag that your broth takes 24 hours to make, maybe... just maybe it should taste like something? Pho Ha Noi somehow managed to work harder for absolutely no reason. Honestly, I've had more depth from a cup of instant noodles and more excitement reading the ingredients list on a salt packet. The noodles were fine, the meat was there, but the star of the show--the broth--was a total flop. And don't get me started on that dumb mandatory 18% gratuity.
google avatar

Tiffani P.

Yelp
I was not impressed. I'm not sure if this was a "rough" day for the kitchen but the pho broth tasted rushed-watered down. It didn't have much flavor compared to other pho places I've had. I had chicken that that was rubbery & hard to eat. Once all of our food came out, no one checked on us again and then when it came time to pay they charged us 18% service charge that they "add to all charges"? Bizarre because it was only two of us eating. It came out to be $65+ for two of us for 2 bowls of pho, a mango smoothie, and 3 small egg rolls.... The egg rolls were really good though, super crispy and packed with flavor. The mango smoothie was also great! It wasn't artificial mango which I loved. The space was also wide open and had plenty of seating. Will not come here again though. Overpriced and honestly... not the best pho. You can find better ‍

Yelp
Came here on Sunday at 2PM with a party of 2. We were able to get seated right away. There was a lot of seating available inside of the restaurant. Their menu has a lot of different pho choices and they also have a refreshing drink menu as well. The pho came out really quickly and was delicious. I ordered the P2 and added tendon. The broth was very rich and flavorful. Also, the steak was tender and tasted so good. The pork egg rolls with fish sauce also hit the spot, it was a great appetizer. This restaurant is probably my favorite local pho spot in the area and I definitely recommend giving it a try.
google avatar

Nick N.

Yelp
I used to love this place, and the food is still instagram worthy, but the broth is tepid, especially if you get the dac biet (the one with all the meats) because they pull so much meat out of the fridge that it cools down the broth and you're eating lukewarm pho. In the last year or so the broth has also become very one-note where it is mostly salt and you lose the complexity of a proper pho with the anise notes. I was reminded at how mediocre this place was when I was recently in DC and picked a random Pho place (not Pho 75, which is legendary) and it was much better than this. You have better choices- like Bun Bo Hue An Nam has side-hustle Pho and it is much much better.
google avatar

Yelp
3.3 Star. This place is delicious. I have tried their other branches, the one in Milpitas is my favorite. They have a summer special which I tried, which was the grilled pork chops rice plate. It was alright. The pork chop was quite dry. The fish sauce chicken wings are always a go to, super delicious and very flavorful. Their parking lot is very limited and during rush-hour it gets quite busy. It's also quite narrow in the parking lot. It took my family and I a few minutes to find parking, some had to park in the plaza across the street. The mandatory 18% gratuity was also a downside.

Yelp
Service: we were still eating an hour before they close, so the staff helped us with the bill in advance; however, the tip was added automatically while staff holding the machine and asked us pay. Fortunately, we came back the other day and get our tips back with the owner's understanding. Food: the rolls combination is a good one to try 3 kinds of roll in one dish. The Bun salad is not the best I've tried. The grilled pork version in other places is more preferred. As for Pho, the broth is very tasty. Ambiance: Busier than I thought; good for friends and family.

Yelp
Been to their other location before in Story Road, San Jose and was very satisfied. This Cupertino location is huge with many tables for 4-6 people. Service is quick and server was very polite and thoughtful. He initially showed us to a table and thought the sun would be shining on us so he moved us to another table. Also when I was taking picture, he waited before putting down another dish. Food portions are huge. We should have ordered 2 dishes among 3 people. They ran out of fresh noodles so we had to settle for regular noodles, a little less chew than fresh but nonetheless delicious. The soup is not loaded with MSG, quite typical of Vietnamese soup. Beef and free range chicken are bought from reputable farms I learned - Harris Ranch and Stockton Farms. I share the same sentiment with the automatic 18% tax. We were three diners, a simple noodle soup dinner and chicken wings appy for almost $30 per person.

Yelp
Came by for lunch the other day and it was a decent experience. Parking is available in the private lot and parking can be tricky during peak times. Dining is indoors exclusively. Started off with the Pho Dac Biet with fresh noodles along with a side of oxtails and it was a huge portion perfect for 3+ meals. The bowl was gigantic and the broth was fragrant. The fresh noodles were fresh and there was a huge variety of different cuts of meat. The side order of oxtails was also gigantic with 5-6 pieces of oxtail, including a few huge pieces. The imperial crab rolls were tasty with plenty of crab inside wrapped in traditional rice paper. The side of vermicelli was gigiantic along with the side of vegetables. The iced Vietnamese coffee was decent. ~$35/head after tax and 18% mandatory service charge. They do take credit cards.

Yelp
I remember when the first restaurant opened up I was always wanting to try it, but always hesitant since I have food, allergies and even though I'm Hapa, I am allergic to mono sodium glucose/MSG!! Yes, I know I'm a walking oxymoron! Lol Luckily for me, I was able to eat the spring rolls without peanut sauce and I really like their spicy fish sauce for dipping! Also allergic to pork, so I just had the fish/shrimp in the spring roll and they were so delicious. I ate all of them and then had to roll myself out of the restaurant! Lol our table of seven was quickly seated and our server was incredibly patient and helpful since we had two younger children with us! Granted, we came to dinner around 7 PM, the sun was setting and a little hot or blinding in my eyes but as long as I could zigzag out of the sun rays, I was OK. Lol everything else was fine and the surface was very helpful!! I will definitely go back again for some spring rolls, and I really enjoyed their Lilikoi/passionfruit green tea!! it was very tropical and refreshing!!

Yelp
noodle lies the food here is basically the same as the palo alto location. maybe this is a one off, but service here is notably worse. specifically, the server told us that there were "no more fresh noodles". however, it turned out that there were indeed fresh noodles available (saw other tables get it and asked a different server about it). however, they were pretty busy and wanted us in and out of the restaurant faster so our server lied to us. when we asked our server about it, she admitted to lying but didn't offer to exchange our noodles. and oh yea, the 18% tip is automatic. I guess I have no choice but to to leave this honest review.

Yelp
Food is so good. Also have dessert when you're done eating . Limited parking at lot. Noodles are delicious.

Yelp
Came about half an hour before closing on a Tuesday, seated right away, and the waiter was very nice and was patient while we asked for recommendations. I was pretty hungry so I was not sure what to get, but unfortunately their popular chicken and garlic noodle options were sold out. We got the spring rolls, steak with tomato rice, and chicken thigh pho. Spring rolls: 3/5 I was caught off guard by all the cucumbers in it (I swear it didn't say it on the menu!) but past that, it was a mediocre spring roll. Steak with tomato rice: 4/5 good flavor and cooked well, but the bed of greens felt like a filler and the rice was not as nice as it looked. Rice was a bit mushier than I expected from a Vietnamese restaurant. Chicken pho: 5/5 and I'm not really a pho guy, let alone chicken pho. The broth tasted very clean and the thighs were flavorful. To top it off, the fresh noodles make this a 5/5. Best chicken pho I've had.

Yelp
First time trying Pho Ha Noi - the parking was a bit tough during peak dinner hours, but we were able to get a seat right away. The ambience is fairly quiet and clean where lots of families come through to eat. Love that the pho had so much meat, but the broth tasted a bit salty. I also got the mango smoothie and it was really refreshing!

Yelp
I first tried Pho Ha Noi in San Jose and loved it. I didn't feel the same about this location; the broth, noodles, and meat weren't as good. The meat was tender but it didn't really taste as good as the San Jose location. I thought the meal was on the pricier side. My party had 3 entrees, an appetizer, and a drink for $100+. The service was decent. This location has their own parking lot which made it easy to park. I'd rather make the drive to SJ than come back to this location.
