"Pho Kim Long promises to be 'coming soon' at the corner spot, creating a 'kitchen and bar' next door to the Baobab Cafe and short distance from Yard House and recently opened Big Whiskey’s American Bar & Grill. The Vietnamese restaurant has been a fixture at the Center at Spring Mountain retail hub since 2007, located a few doors down from Lee’s Sandwiches. While the Town Square expansion is not expected to match the 24/7 hours of the original, the new site will alleviate the parking issues often found on Spring Mountain Road. On the large, multi-page menu, a series of 'sizzling clay pot' dishes, including curry, squid, catfish, or shrimp; vermicelli choices; noodle soups; porridge; a full roster of seafood, beef, and pork; plus the namesake pho soups, including 'rare' and 'tender' steak ingredients, brisket, 'beef ball,' and vegan alternatives." - Bradley Martin

Pho Kim Long’s newest location, conveniently closer to the airport, is a gem for anyone short on time yet seeking authentic Vietnamese flavor. Having visited their Las Vegas spot countless times, I’ve come to appreciate the family-friendly, homestyle charm that makes it so welcoming. This new spot, however, offers a sleek departure from the original vibe, with its eclectic decor and polished design evoking a modern downtown New York ambiance. The fresh, stylish setting had me initially curious—and maybe even a bit concerned—about whether they’d preserved the original flavors amid the upscale feel. Thankfully, my concerns quickly disappeared with the first spoonful. I ordered my favorite, the combination pho, which arrives with raw meat that cooks right in the steaming hot broth before your eyes—a small culinary theater that speaks to the quality and care of the dish. The broth was every bit as rich and savory as the original, capturing the same depth of flavor I know so well from the Vegas location. While I’ll likely continue to frequent the familiar spot whenever possible, this new location is perfect for impressing a client or enjoying a date in an elevated setting that doesn’t sacrifice tradition. Pho Kim Long has managed to balance sophistication with authenticity, a rare and impressive feat.

original from Vietnam, i’d say this is a fine bowl of Pho. the pho was good but little too much msg, we got the bun bo hue as well and the stir fry pho - little salty. the price is generous compared to a pho u got in Europe

No way this can even be the same owner on spring mountain. Pho was probably the nastiest blandest pho I’ve ever tasted. I never drink soda with pho. I just needed to taste something. Zero flavor? Not sure how that is even possible. Spring Mountain location I love. Accidentally uber eats the town square location and yeah….. disgusting. How can this be so far off? Something ain’t right. The photo says it all. Looks even gross

First and foremost the food was absolutely delicious I have no complaint about that aspect. Unfortunately after my group and i were finished eating, we noticed something that completely made us feel sick to our stomachs. We all were drinking water out of the water pitchers they provide and it wasnt until at the end of our meal and after having several cups of water, did we notice the bottom of the pitcher was absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Looks like mold and makes me concerned we are all going to be sick by the end of the night 🤢🤢

Place is nice but not much of an atmosphere. Felt like I was eating at a fancy food court. A place for rich snobs that enjoy "foreign foods." Food was flavorful but the pho needed a little more flavor.

This was a hidden gem! I didn't except much going in. The shrimp and crab tapioca noodles was amazing! The shrimp flavor was popping. If you love seafood flavor, this should be on your list. The staff is extremely attentive and the place was clean and modern. Definitely would recommend.

I have visited this restaurant several times and the food is amazing!! Most of the time I visit, there are not a lot of people in the restaurant. While that bothers some people, I enjoy getting food that is prepared fresh and fast. On my recent visit, I had the Fried Rice with Tofu and no egg. It was perfectly seasoned and the flavors were beautiful!! I have previously had Vegan Pho there and it was delicious as well. They will make dishes Vegan if asked. The drinks were strong but overpriced (in my opinion). I do highly recommend this restaurant for amazing food!!!
