"I see it called a Chinatown favorite, and I'm glad Pho Kim Long is coming soon to space Q-176 in the far western section of Town Square. The Vietnamese restaurant, a fixture at the Center at Spring Mountain retail hub since 2007 (a few doors down from Lee’s Sandwiches), promises a “kitchen and bar” next door to the Baobab Cafe and close to Yard House and the recently opened Big Whiskey’s American Bar & Grill. The new Town Square site won't match the original's 24/7 hours, but it should help alleviate the parking problems often found on Spring Mountain Road. On its large, multi-page menu I expect a series of “sizzling clay pot” dishes (curry, squid, catfish, or shrimp), vermicelli choices, noodle soups, porridge, a full roster of seafood, beef, and pork, and the namesake pho soups — including “rare” and “tender” steak, brisket, “beef ball,” and vegan alternatives." - Bradley Martin
