The 23 Best Vietnamese Restaurants in Little Saigon, Orange County | Eater LA

"Specializing in wagyu beef pho, Pho Redbo in Garden Grove is known for its 12-hour beef broth. The pho shop captures the Vietnamese flair for luxury with expensive buttery slices of beef carpaccio and starters like fries garnished with truffle oil and sea salt. Thin slices of wagyu beef are torched tableside. The slow-braised wagyu beef stew is another popular dish, but people wait for over an hour just to eat the wagyu beef pho." - Jenn Tanaka

The Top 3 Beef Pho Restaurants in Los Angeles and Orange County | Eater LA

"A relative newcomer that opened in early 2021 (previously called Pho Akaushi), this spot uses Texas-raised Akaushi wagyu, and the meat is a big reason why it's my favorite pho in the Southland. Bowls are modestly sized and cost $17, but the quality is obvious on the first sip: a rich, beefy broth that lets the meat sing before revealing sweeter burnt-onion notes and gentle star anise and clove. The broth shows layered fat and savory depth without relying on fish sauce (though nuoc mam is on the table), and each bowl is finished with razor-thin white onions, chopped cilantro and green onions, and a crush of black pepper. The combination bowl includes melt-in-your-mouth rib-ends, tender rare steak, fatty-but-not-chewy brisket, and meatballs, and I love dipping each meat into my preferred hoisin-sriracha blend." - Matthew Kang

21 Best Vietnamese Restaurants to Try in Orange County’s Little Saigon - Eater LA

"Pho Akaushi’s new sleek, modern digs are a departure from the original location inside the Saigon supermarket. It only takes one look at the extra-fine grease bubbles and a taste of that clean-yet-robust broth to know that Pho Akaushi hasn’t forgotten the attention to detail and labor-intensive hustle that got them here. While pricier than most competitors (owing to the use of the restaurant’s eponymous American wagyu), true fans of beef phở will find the experience more than worth the splurge." - Euno Lee

Google
Finally a really amazing halal pho place. The pho broth was absolutely amazing. Majority of the crowd were Muslim brothers and sisters. Thank you so much Pho Redbo for an amazing night of hot and delicious brothers, steak and pho noodles. And absolutely amazing comfort-dining experience!

Google
Tried this location and wasn't satisfied with the broth. It lacked that original beef broth . Seems like it's more like halal style which is not my thing for pho .

The service and food were good. The meat did not seem as high quality as another redbo we went to. We had the wagyu combo Pho and the wagyu fried rice.

We came for just quick and small lunch. First we thought it is korean owned vietnamese restaurant as it has korean character on the ftont of the restaurant. Inside is simple. It is considered small vietnamese pho restaurant. Really good place to try different level of pho soup. The soup is served in hot stone bowl and A5 Wagyu. The menu is simple and much choices. The soup was hot all the way to the end and was really good combination with the A5 wagyu. This is the 2nd most expensive pho I ever have. The egg roll is good. Truffle fries is also yummy. Overall we enjoyed the services as the worker were friendly and the food.

Google
Excellent place to try Pho with Halal Wagyu or Halal brisket. Menu is partially Halal. Definitely worth the visit for the ambiance and experience.

Google
I want to hear for the second time and it's absolutely an amazing experience. I am so happy that it's Halal. The you is so amazing and it just melts in your mouth. We also ordered for brisket sandwich as well as wagyu fried rice and I really wanted to try the oxtail for because of a heard good things about it but I personally did not like it because of the texture but that's just my own personal advice. Very nice and amazing experience. Can't wait to come back here!!

Food: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Ambiance: 4/5 Parking: 4/5 Family friendly: 3/5 Stroller friendly: 3/5 ADA accessible: 3/5 For as many times as I've been here, I'm surprised this is my first review. We came for lunch and had to wait bit for the rest of our party to show up. We have two littles and the staff was kind enough to offer baby bowls of pho. They must've noticed that they were getting restless. A+ for being observant. The food is great as usual, but noticed that there was a bit of a skimp in the beef in the shaken beef plate ($19). The meat was tenderand excellent flavor. We also ordered the Wagyu fried rice ($17), it was good, but my go-to is the shaken beef. We didn't order any Pho this time around, as we finished the leftover baby bowl's of pho but that's amazing as well. I highly recommend Pho Rebo if you're in the area.

Google
Let me be straight, the food is good never complaining about it. The guys who take the order and serve the food are amazing patient and great and they were careful about telling us whats halal and whats not, respect to those guys. The only thing was the host lady didn’t pay any attention that we were waiting. We signed in the tablet at the front and it said less than 5 mins. We waited literally for over 10 mins until one of the serving guys had to tell her that there are couple waiting for a table lol. She sat us down at a table literally next to the bathroom, we were okay with it until we started hearing the toilet flushing Literally no one wanna be eating food a hearing the toilet flushing please get rid of that last table We ended up not finishing our meal and tock the food to go. Sorry for the 3 stars rating but that’s the service and table you guys gave us.

Yelp
Whenever I'm craving Pho, this is my go-to place. We came around 6pm on a Sunday and we were able to get seated right away. Sometimes we come and we have to wait a little. It's like a nice and cleaner pho restaurant than your typical place. $19 for a regular and $21 for a large I believe. Not quite sure on the large but forsure a $19 for small. My favorite order is pho with rib cubes. And NEVER skip on that chili oil!

Yelp
After a long night out, my gf and I needed some restorative pho to balance out what we drank the night prior. My gf wanted to try Pho Redbo as we hadn't yet, and I think this might be our go to after a fun night. The Pho broth was delicious - with a great depth of flavor. I'm a pho purist, so I appreciate them having such a standalone broth. The meat within the pho was also really high quality, and service was quick and attentive. We also HIGHLY recommend the Lychee tea, it really gave us that sweet punch after a salty savory broth.

Yelp
I ordered the Pho Combo with thin noodles, and it was served fresh and piping hot. The broth was flavorful, and the assortment of meats was tender. The regular-sized portion felt a bit small, with a lighter amount of meat than expected so I would opt for the large next time. The staff was friendly and checked in on us several times. The restaurant is spacious and also offers outdoor seating. I stopped by around 10:30 am on a Saturday and it wasn't too crowded and no wait time!

Yelp
Our party of 7 came here for dinner. Ordered the egg rolls, Pho sandwich, oxtail, Combo pho, brisket pho, shaken beef and the beef fried rice. Everything here was delicious and the beef they use is very good quality, succulent, flavorful and tender. The broth was flavorful yet light and no strong after taste. 5 stars for me and we will be back. Service was great.

Yelp
Amazing customer service from Daphne and Theo!! They were attentive, efficient, and genuine with their service 100%!! Clean, organized, and spacious place that's great for group dining. Food was good, broth was flavorful, meats were tender.

Yelp
This is my personal favorite spot for pho in OC! Service is solid and I've found the space to always be clean when I visit. Pho is their game and I think their broth is the perfect balance between fatty yet rich. They also always have given enough meat and toppings. Honestly, if you dislike their pho, I'd be surprised. Another underrated dish of theirs is the Vietnamese Beef Stew aka Bo Kho. It paired so well with the baguette and is a fantastic alternative if pho isn't your thing. Flavorful and full of meat and veggies. Just get it!

Yelp
One of the best Pho restaurants we've ever eaten at. We ordered the pho combo soup, Faming Wagyu and Wagyu fried rice and all were excellent! The service was great and although they weren't too busy at the time we came in when they first opened, they soon got really busy once lunch time rolled around. I can see this place being super busy in the evening so I'd take advantage of the Yelp waitlist if you decide to eat here for dinner.
google avatar

Ginna S.

Yelp
The most expensive pho I have ever paid for. However, the quality of the meat/s in the pho and decent broth compensate for the portion size and price point. This is not a "eat here all the time" pho spot but a place to definitely try if you're into pho.
google avatar

Catherine N.

Yelp
I've had Pho Redbo when it first opened, but I haven't been back until now. You can join the Yelp waitlist ahead of time, it wasn't busy so we just walked right in to be seated. This spot has the best pho meat, so tender and high quality. I was a little skeptical of the Thai Tea since it wasn't very orange in color, but it was really good and was a great pairing for our meal. It's interesting that they use beef in their egg rolls since it's traditionally made with pork, the filling was softer in texture. The restaurant is so clean and the workers are very nice. ig: @cravingswithcat

Yelp
This has been my third time, and since I was utterly impressed the first two times, I had high expectations and they were met! Went on a Friday for lunch and the place wasn't too busy. Service was quick and professional. The menu options are still limited but I prefer it that way. This time, I went for the oxtail pho and though prices are relatively steep (in alignment with their "wagyu" focus), the quality is top notch. The broth is delicate and balanced, not sweet, and the meat has always been great. This time, the oxtail was tender and juicy, almost falling off the bone. Portion sizes are generous too. The details are impressive as well. Their sriracha and hoisin sauce doesn't come in the original bottles but is refilled in little jars, and though that's not super rare, it is rare that they are clean and consistently filled. Overall a great place!

Yelp
THE BEST PHO PLACE IN OC. The place can get pretty packed because it's just THAT good. The broth is amazing & the wagyu is Delicious. Staff is so friendly & will take their time explaining the menu & recommending items. The place is so cute inside.

Yelp
My bf and I picked this spot on a last minute decision since the spot we go to was closed. We were not disappointed! This is definitely our new favorite spot. It's located in a hidden plaza with plenty of parking. They have a lot of options of pho meat and even offer A5 wagyu. Tons of drink options as well. I went with their well-done brisket pho. Probably the best broth I've tasted at a restaurant. The broth flavor was so rich! Also tasted clean and not oily like other places. The meat was soft and tender. I got the big noodles and it was chewy and soft. Tried their lychee tea which was so flavorful! The service was exceptional! All the servers were attentive and gave us detail on their menu items. They checked up on us several times. We'll definitely be coming back to try the other items on their menu!

Yelp
It doesn't take a lot to make me happy in terms of pho. This place stands out by offering halal pho options and they have a cool setup. The egg rolls were nice, the flaming wagyu is pretty cool, the truffle fries were a hit at our table and of course the pho - I got the wagyu 5 and it basically comes out deconstructed. You put it together and cook it in the stone bowl.

Yelp
We joined the waitlist online and got seated quickly. Order got taken, but then it took 30min to get our pho and soda... It's not often we wait that long for pho. But the food tasted great! Love the meat and broth. Another thing during our visit was that they allowed a couple of Christmas Carolers(?) inside and sing and ask for money, and... I don't enjoy that when I just want to enjoy my food.
google avatar

Yelp
Best pho I've had. Broth had great depth of flavor and the meat was super tender. Also got to try the beef stew which was fantastic. I've never had this dish before, but it was very good! Truffle fries were delicious. Our waiter was great as well.

Nicole T.

Yelp
Excellent food with lots of meat in each order. Was so pleasantly surprised that they give a free bowl of pho for kids under 5! Service was good and fast - would highly recommend!

Yelp
FOOD 5/5 ***** Being from the Bay Area, I've had a great share of pho, I expected a hype but mediocre food. However, Pho Redbo serves the best pho I've ever had in Orange County; best pho I've ever had in my life! The portions are generous, great mixture of meat and the quality of meat is incredible, and lastly, the soup is tasty and flavorful. SERVICE 2/5 ** The service is very slow; honestly, staff is mismanagement. We were a party of two, from getting seated, to be served water and get your order taken. From the moment we sat down, we watched as the server would serve only 2-3 tables and walk back and forth. We had to constantly to look for a server for a menu, for water, for someone to take our order. We had to wait 20 minutes before a server came to take our order. The staff here is nice but they are young; they serve a few tables constantly, ignores the rest of the tables. I thought it was a one off bad experience with service but we actually went here twice for the amazing food but I cannot say the same for service. AMBIENCE 3/5 *** Typical pho joint -- tables seated closely to one another, wooden chop sticks, small plate of bean sprouts and basil leaves. There is also very limited outdoor seating. CLEANLINESS 4/5 **** Servers do clear and clean the tables. I've seen the server clear the plates, and glasses of water, spray and wipe down the tables. PARKING 5/5 ***** Pho Redbo is located inside a plaza with huge parking lot. Never had any issues with parking. OVERALL 4/5 **** Food is incredible; best pho in Orange County. Despite the slow service, the food here will sell itself. I would love to see training and improvement on service. Very slow service and mismanagement staff; but I would highly recommend the food!

Yelp
Pho Redbo is located in Westminster and they specialize in Pho featuring Wagyu beef from American, Japanese, and Australian cattle. The prized Wagyu beef is known for its fattiness and richness, but it also has a very high cost. I've been here a few times, and it was, at one point, my go-to spot. I still think that Pho Redbo has good pho; however, I personally sense less of the distinctive Wagyu footprint. I miss the days that they offered spring onions and wagyu tallow on the side. The large-size pho bowls cost $23. The pricing is reflective of the Wagyu. They are, indeed, large and filled to the brim with steaming soup and tons of noods. Unfortunately, though I had plenty of rice noodles, I didn't feel that I had a lot of meat. If you want more beef in your bowl, then consider ordering extra for a $9 supplemental cost. Another thing for me is this: In a mom-and-pop pho spot, a combo ("Pho Dac Biet") bowl will have all sorts of varied textures from tripe and tendon and meatball and brisket, which I enjoy; however, Redbo's "combo" bowl features primarily cubed rib meat, brisket, and meatball. (Note: Redbo has pho that simmers for over 12 hours, which yields a flavorful broth. They write that "Our broth is simmered until the meat is off the bone. Thats the reason we dont offer any tendon.") Nevertheless - If you like the textures of tripe and beef tendon, then you may prefer other places; however, if you prefer your pho with rib meat and brisket, then this might be more for you. The menu also features sliders, egg rolls, and fries as appetizers. As it has increased in popularity over the years, I feel that the menu has had more Vietnamese fusion leanings. Regardless, I think that Redbo is good; however, it's just not what I'm presently looking for.

Yelp
Among the many different pho places that you can find in Orange County, I think this place stands out quite a bit with their set up & style. They offer wagyu meats & halal meats - which is pretty neat. The eggrolls are nice and crisp, the flaming wagyu is such a show on its own, the golden truffle fries is a nice starter, and of course the pho, i got the wagyu a 5 pho - which comes deconstructed and you build it yourself. Pretty cool. Service was great, everyone was really attentive even though they were a little short staffed & super busy.

Yelp
Get thin noodles over the thick noodles! SLIDERS TOO! My friend and fiancée both loved their pho bowls but would opt for the thin noodles next time! They thought the thick noodles would be more chewy but it was just out of place. I personally had the thin noodles and loved it as usual! The combo is great for first timers so you can try all the meats. The sliders were also delicious but unfortunately didn't get a pic. But trust, great appetizer--comes with three sliders! SERVICE: I thought the service was great. We had a reservation so getting seated was easy. And the waiter kept checking on us and refilled our waters often! AMBIANCE: it's pretty chill! Great place for families, friends, dates. Highly recommend the chill atmosphere PARKING: was pretty easy on a Sunday at 1pm! Overall: would come back! Great broth and meat!

Yelp
I first heard about this place when I tried it in Cerritos. It's in a little strip mall. Parking isn't too bad. I got the pho combo which was $17 for a regular size. It had rare steak, rib cubes, and meatball. All wagyu! Minus the meatball. Omg the rib cubes were so amazing. It melts in your mouth. The broth as well is on point. I didn't need any extra seasoning on it at all. They also do ask you whether you want the thin noodles or thick. We got the thick. They have a little Patio area which I think next time we'll eat there! The atmosphere is very chill and the customer service is amazing. They kept refilling our water without us asking. Hehe

Yelp
Probably top 3 Pho spots I have dined in at! The quality of the beef was absolutely worth the price. Ots affordable and gives good portions. The service was fantastic, our waiter went through what they offered, and the cool part with this place is that we brought our 1 year old daughter and they offer free pho bowls to kids. Best part was, since it is Christmas time, they had a live performance if people singing Christmas jingles. It made our experience even more special! Pho Redbo will be seeing us again, Highly recommend !

Yelp
Not that worth it. Came here to try their Wagyu Pho and honestly it was ok. We ordered the Pho Combo. The pho broth was standard but could've had more flavor. The wagyu meat was soft and tender but there was really nothing special about it. We also ordered the Pho with Meatball but it had even less flavor than the Pho Combo. The Wagyu Beef Stew had great flavor but the consistency was not it. The stew was super slimy and thick which wasn't really pleasant to eat. Maybe they put too much tapioca starch in it? If they made their stew a little more soup-like it would've been perfect. Overall, the food here is mid and not really worth it since each dish costs about $20. If you want pho, you're better off going to PhoHolic which is only a minute drive away.
google avatar

Michelle N.

Yelp
The pho here has a slightly more Americanized taste, in my opinion. We ordered the combo, and while the meat was tender, the broth lacked a bit of depth and flavor for me. Unfortunately, they were out of oxtail, so we didn't get to try that. One thing I really appreciated was their kid-friendly touch--children under 5 get a free pho bowl with noodles and soup, which is such a thoughtful gesture. Service was great overall, friendly and attentive!
google avatar

Oscar B.

Yelp
I was drawn here by the wagyu component to their pho. However, I had the pho combo and I thought the pho broth was a bit bland and was nothing memorable. The sliced rare steak in this was top-tier and carried this pho with its perfect tenderness and helped raise the score/rating of this pho. Basically, the meat toppings in their pho were really good but I'm not sure the wagyu did anything to elevate this pho broth. The beef stew had excellent flavor but the consistency of this stew was too saucy which made the noodles sort of slimy, and I personally prefer a more soup-based Vietnamese beef stew.
google avatar

Hieu H.

Yelp
These people don't play around! If you're looking for a really good Pho place with Wagyu meat, you need to try this place out. I've been here multiple times and have tried the regular Wagyu Pho, the A5 Wagyu Pho, Sliders, and the Fried Rice and I kid you not, this is something different. It's soft, melts in your mouth, both is really good and honestly nothing bad to say about this place. This location is for sure a hidden gem as it looks like a regular business place from the outside. 10/10!

Yelp
Misaki, thank you for the love you show to my little family. Your presence is always nice to have in the restaurant. The food to the water is amazing. The water they serve is filtered and that changes the whole meal. Thank you again misaki! It was good to see you today. I hope you have an amazing week ahead

Yelp
Had high hopes for this place but actually found the broth to be below average for Southern California. Was severely disappointed.

Yelp
This is such a solid pho spot! Very casual joint. I came late in the evening and they were able to seat me with no wait. My waitress was very attentive, she was really cool and laid back. The broth is beautiful. It's clear that they spend a lot of time on the broth. The steak was great in the soup. Perfectly cooked. The egg rolls are fantastic! Great crunch and flavor. You can easily come with family and friends. This is a really solid restaurant!

Yelp
If you're looking for a top-tier pho experience, look no further! From the moment we sat at the bar near the register, we were welcomed with warm and attentive service--plus a front-row seat to the kitchen action, where everything ran like a well-oiled machine. We started with the **egg rolls**, and wow--so crunchy, perfectly golden, and paired with a fish sauce that was absolutely spot-on. For our main dishes, we had the **rare steak pho**, which was incredibly clean and flavorful without being greasy, and the **combo pho**, which my partner thoroughly enjoyed. Every spoonful was comforting and delicious. We also ordered a side of their **bread roll**, which arrived warm, crisp, and impossibly light. They were so good that I can't wait to come back and try their **banh mi**--I know that bread will make it next-level! From the food to the seamless dinner service, everything was impressive. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu! Highly recommend!

Yelp
The service quick and the place had a nice chill vibe. The Flaming Wagyu was a nice surprise for my taste and the Pho with Wagyu Oxtail was a decent eat.

Yelp
If you're looking for some high quality pho this is the spot to go. They have such a deep flavor with their broth and the meat literally melts. They also have a pho sandwich that was surprisingly good. It comes with a bowl of pho on the side to dip your sandwich in and tastes amazing. Definitely come check this place out if you're in the area!

Yelp
My hubby wanted to try this place for their beef pho. It was good, generous serving however it didn't really make an imprint on me. What I can recall was that the broth was definitely on the beefier side, and the cuts of meat were different. I guess it's more like a gourmet type of pho. Idk I'm probably just used to my hole in the wall places and this didn't quite hit for me. I ordered the egg rolls just in case I didn't like the pho and sadly... did not like the egg rolls. They were made with beef, not the typical ground pork so it had a slightly different taste. My hubby however enjoyed his bowl and finished it all up!

Yelp
First meal outing with our baby! We weren't planning to eat out with the little one just yet, but we were nearby and hungry--so we made a spontaneous stop. The service was phenomenal. Our server checked in on us multiple times and kept our waters filled without even needing to ask. My husband got the large Pho Combo, and I went with the regular Pho Rare Steak (Halal). All the meat is wagyu beef, and it definitely showed--my rare steak was incredibly tender and full of flavor. Portions were generous for both the regular and large sizes. It is on the pricier side for pho--mine was $19--but the quality of the meat makes it worth it. The restaurant has a clean, modern vibe, which added to the experience. We also tried the Peach tea and Thai tea. Both came in bottles, with a glass of ice on the side so we could enjoy them chilled. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would absolutely come back!
google avatar

Charles T.

Yelp
Came for dinner and found the store to be almost empty on a Tuesday evening. Was a bit shocked to find each bowl was 19$. I got the pho rare steak. They said each bowl comes out with A5 waygu which was much more tender and fatty than other pho places but when it's in a broth the difference is noticeable but doesn't change my experience much overall since it's cooked well done. Portions are on the smaller size and I think they are trying to compensate by offering a more quality bowl of phoThe broth in a bowl came out flaming hot. The broth is flavorful, aromatic and flavors semi balanced if not a little heavy on the fish sauce. There was a clean modern industrial vibe to the restaurant. It's a solid entry for the area, but I might be able to find a better place.

Yelp
I rarely eat phở in Orange County and want to return. I want to, however, return to Pho Redbo. I ordered a large Pho Combo and shared it with my 11 year old son. It was delicious! All the various types beef were tender and so, so flavorful. The restaurant is clean and the service was pleasant.

Yelp
Living around the corner from here has been amazing as a Muslim who eats halal food! I've been a regular here for a few years and have it every few weeks. Ive seen them expand and refine their menu but the deliciousness and warmth of their pho has remained consistent! My favorites are the rare steak and well down brisket with thin noodles. I don't even think they need any of the toppings because their broth is sooo good! They also added a pho sandwich to the menu and I think that it's pretty good to if you or someone in your group isn't in the soupy mood. Their service is always excellent and they're always happy to see us come in. There is plenty of seating inside and they can accommodate for families/ larger groups when needed.

Yelp
Lots of parking. Modern decor. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Food came out fresh, hot, and fast. I highly recommend the extra A5 side if you're getting a bowl of pho. The combo pho was delicious as well. You really can't go wrong with any of the pho at all. The broth was perfect, I didn't even have to add any extra seasoning except pepper to make it spicy if you'd like. This was my first time here and won't be my last.

Yelp
Came a little after lunch time and service was very slow when trying to get someone's attention to order, asking for a water refill and requesting the check. Our 3 bowls of pho's and 1 order of eggrolls took over 40 minutes and once it arrived, I instantly noticed broth wasn't even hot. The meat was super tender but the noodles were overcooked and too soft - pretty off putting considering the wait, portion size and the high price. Definitely felt disappointed in the overall experience.

Yelp

Yelp
Got a recommendation about this place from my coworker and decided to go a try. It's super delicious. They serve high quality meat and it's halal. I tried their pho combo and shaken beef with rice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is clean and the dining area is spacious. They also have outside dining area. So if you're in the area, this place is worth to try!!

Yelp
This restaurant was recommended by a Vietnamese friend. It's very good. The beef is very clean and tender, different from other Vietnamese noodles. I live in Irvine and it doesn't feel far to come here to eat. I will come again! 这个餐厅是越南朋友推荐的,非常不错,牛肉很干净很嫩,和别家越南粉不一样,我住在Irvine过来吃也不觉得远,会再来!

Yelp
It's our second time here and so glad my husband drove towards this restaurant when I mentioned "pho" on our way back from the bookstore. He read me better than I did. I love a restaurant with limited items on the menu - this almost always guarantee that you will love anything and everything you order on the menu. However, if it is your first time, you must try the Pho Combo. You will not regret! But, bear in mind, you will need to come nice and hungry as the Regular is super filling. I cannot even imagine the Large, lol. The Pho Combo comes with a generous amount of thinly sliced rare steak, tender rib cubes, well-done brisket (also thinly sliced), and meatballs. All meats are wagyu except for the meatballs. You also have a choice between thin or thicker noodle. And a bowl of pho is not complete without a side of herbs and condiment: bean sprouts, Thai basil, culantro (ngo gai, in Vietnamese, is a thorny coriander leaf), jalapeno slices, and lemon wedges. Also on the table are jars of hoisin sauce, red chili sauce, and a chili oil. Served piping hot, with a nice clear flavorful broth of just the right amount of secret herbs like, cardamom, anise star, coriander, etc etc... I think I will need to try the Beef Stew next time, it looks amazing! service with baguette. Service was friendly and polite. The wait was not long to be seated. They do have both indoor and outdoor seating, in case you brought your furry friend. Don't wait too long and try this place out!

Yelp
I could literally swim in a vat of this absolutely delicious broth forever... it's that good. I came here on a weekend night and the place was packed (note there is also another location less than 10 minutes away so make sure you get on the right Yelp waiting list and also that your car GPS takes you to the right place...) but I was able to get seated at their small bar inside. The menu has a lot of options but I went for the small combo with the flat noodles and wow wow wow, everything was absolutely made to perfection and I licked the bowl completely clean. If this place was any closer I'd be here multiple times a week! I paired my pho with a bottle of their passion fruit tea which was a little sweet but went nicely with the flavorful pho. Located in a strip mall, parking is plentiful in the lot outside!

Yelp
This is one of the cleanest pho places I've ever been to, and I was really impressed by their attention to hygiene. They sanitize their bowls by placing them on a range with boiling water before serving, which is something I've never seen before and really appreciated. The quality of the food was excellent, and I noticed that all the staff were wearing gloves while preparing and serving food. The pho itself was incredible, aromatic, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The restaurant was quite busy, which is a great sign, but if you're planning to visit, I'd highly recommend booking through Yelp ahead of time to avoid waiting outside. The employees were super friendly and welcoming, making the overall experience even better. From cleanliness to service to food quality, everything was top-notch. I'd rate this place a 10/10 without hesitation!

Yelp
The original location tasted better for some reason. I'm sure the ingredients are the same but this location didn't seem like anything special. Granted the restaurant itself is a lot more spacious and clean and well presented but the service was below sub par. Too many people in the kitchen and not enough on the floor. The server didn't come back to our table once and I had to chase her down 3x. One for straws, once for water, and a third time for our check. If the other place isn't closed I'd suggest going to that one instead.

Yelp
Once upon a time, this Faerie Queen and her dear friend met here to have an amazing lunch. The wagyu beef bowl was full of flavor and the meet was tender, juicy and delicious. The steak pho was also on our menu and loved the light and delicate broth. The staff were friendly and fast! A menu that is simple because they take care to make the menu items great. Healthy and happy. The end.
