Royal Opera House restaurant serving speciality cocktails & a refined menu using local suppliers.
"From the lofty heights of the Royal Opera House’s fourth-floor terrace, you can spy all the best bits of Covent Garden—the street performers, the market stalls, cobbled streets—without all the pigeons and shopping bag-related injuries. There’s a European-leaning menu at Piazza but it’s so tranquil up here—tasteful grey seating, hanging foliage, proximity to ballet dancers—that it’s a pleasant spot even if you’re just having a glass of wine. A drink here is the right way to show out-of-towners Covent Garden, without making you hate yourself." - heidi lauth beasley, jake missing, rianne shlebak, sinead cranna, daisy meager

"If you’re coming to see an opera or a ballet at the Royal Opera House, plan ahead and eat here on the 5th floor – either before or after the performance – to really take in its full splendour and magnificence. The room has the feel of a brasserie and its terrific terrace has great views over Covent Garden. The dishes are modern and exactingly prepared; the fish dishes are especially good, as are their sauces." - Michelin Inspector
