"Picasso’s is located in the Mandarin neighborhood of Jacksonville and dishes some of the best cheap eats in town, especially at lunchtime. The fast-casual lunch service lets diners choose a slice of pizza, a salad, and a drink for under $10. The pizza slices are New York style, and the crust is brushed with savory garlic butter, so it's delicious down to the last bite. For those headed to the restaurant for dinner, try the New Orleans-style gumbo made with local Mayport shrimp and a blend of secret savory and spicy spices." - Megan duBois

"For Jacksonville locals looking for St. Louis-style square-cut, thin-crust pizza, Picasso’s is the place to be. The restaurant has many signature pies ranging from basic margherita and white pizzas to more eclectic options like eggplant parmesan and clam and garlic pizzas. Picasso’s can make New York or Neapolitan-style pizzas, too." - Megan duBois

Never had a bad meal at Picasso’s! Wish it were still open on Sundays, but I’ll take what I can get. Recommend the Mediterranean pizza…and like everything else.

Went there for a work function. It was during lunch, so you had to order everything up at the register. I didn't so much mind that, but no one came to clean plates or anything. I ordered a calzone with Sautéed spinach and garlic, and their homemade Italian sausage. It was pretty under seasoned imo... the inside was barley warm. In all, not very impressed.

We were coming to Jacksonville for family from Deerfield beach Florida and we were looking for a place to eat before we checked into our hotel. We saw Picasso said St. Louis style Pizza got our attention. As we were raised in St. Louis. I looked at the reviews and the menu. And we had to stop. It was superb! Everything fantastic! The hostess the server, Kevin and the food phenomenal. I would recommend it to everyone.

Incredible meal at Picasso’s last night. Ordered the fish special, seared flounder over rock shrimp risotto. The fish was perfectly cooked and one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time!

Stopped in unplanned for Friday night dinner! It was a great choice. We heard great reviews from friends and decided to go. There was a short wait, but it flew by quickly. The space is small but quaint. We ordered the gumbo and minestrone to start. A large New York style pizza, the pan seared chicken and spaghetti with meatballs for our daughter for our entrees. The pasta is homemade, and sauce was delicious! The gumbo was excellent, and the pan seared chicken on point - juicy and full of flavor. We ended our dinner with the butter cake!!! Yum! It's definitely a must try! We will be back soon.

First time trying it. The food was nice, the atmosphere was loud and busy. Not too large of a restaurant so it gets noisy quickly. Wonderful service! They make their dishes from scratch. They taste much better than other more Americanized Italian places. Recommend this place! Their pizza selection is really cool! Lots of different and new options. And their make your own pasta is really good. As well as their sandwiches! We all got different dishes. Chicken parm with fries, penne with Alfredo and salmon, and the chicken and broccoli pizza Saint Louis version!

My husband and I came here last night and were absolutely blown away by this amazing little gem! We had made a reservation for a special occasion and received stellar VIP service. Everything, and I truly mean EVERYTHING was absolutely superb! I couldn't stop raving about the satisfying flavors, the quality of ingredients and the mouthwatering homemade desserts (prepared daily by the chef/owners own sweet mother!)! We had apps, we had entrees, we had two different desserts along with wine and it was all excellent! Highly recommend to anyone, especially those who appreciate true Italian food.

Always a great experience at Picasso’s! The food is amazing and the service is always excellent. The pasta and pizza are solid choices but we also like to try the specials from time to time. The risotto bites are our favorite appetizer and the pan roasted chicken is my favorite entree. Save room for the butter cake! Noi is amazing and always remembers our drink order when we come in. She stops to say hello even if she isn’t our server. Wish it was closer but may be a good thing because we’d eat way too much if it was!
