"From the same team behind Fools and Horses and Dirty Pretty, Pink Rabbit is an ‘80s-tinged cocktail bar with outstanding, creative cocktails. Try the recent Internet Famous, which blends vodka with guava and oolong tea, shaken up with egg whites, or any of the other perfectly named cocktails here. Two shooters and two slushies are also on deck if you’re looking for something a little outside of the norm, or pay close attention to the asterisked drinks on the menu for a shooter version of that cocktail. "Bartenders at this neon-lit, stylish cocktail lounge slide tequila cocktails and slushies across the brass counter, while 20- and 30-somethings snack on fried chicken buns stuffed with blue cheese apple slaw. Here, mezcal is infused with bell pepper, rum gets coconut-washed, and beverages come decked out in peacock colors with many-shaped ice. "This Pearl District bar, with its pink-and-blue-hued interior, often serves fun, fruity drinks year-round, but the summers call for slushies. Visits to Pink Rabbit may involve Aperol-guava numbers with a rum blend or a melange of tropical fruit with cinnamon and lime, though frozen drink variations change somewhat frequently. "Like many of the drinks at the flashy, neon-coated cocktail bar, the Rosy Minded Fuzz is named for a Nationals song. It tastes as pretty as it looks: Floral Hendrick’s Gin, soda, egg whites, orgeat, grapefruit, rose water, and cream make for a fluffy, spritzy drink.
