"Pinthouse Brewing is a side project from the folks behind Pinthouse Pizza. Their must-try menu item is the Austin Hot Chicken sandwich. It’s a fried chicken breast—though almost tender enough to be confused for a thigh—covered in a sweet and spicy Nashville hot sauce and black pepper vinaigrette slaw, all between two thick slices of Pullman bread. But one of our favorite things about this particular location is the large, sprawling semi-enclosed patio. It’s fully covered and shaded from the sun, but with breeze blocks and open walls that keep the air flowing freely.
