"Pinthouse Brewing is a side project from the folks behind Pinthouse Pizza, and while beer was always a large focus at the original locations, here it’s at the forefront. But that doesn’t mean you can’t still get some pizza while you’re here—you’ll just be getting a rectangular, sourdough Sicilian-style pie, instead of the circular pizzas you might be used to.
