Pisco Y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar

Food delicious as always! We used to go a to the Coral Gables locations all the time and missed the flavor so much that ended up driving up to the Kendall location. The Ceviche fresh as always! The pulled pork tostones and chicken anticuchos as flavorful as always! Rafael was our server and he was very attentive and made our pleasant experience even better. Worth the drive!

Absolutely amazing experience! The food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented — every dish tasted fresh and full of that perfect Peruvian seasoning. From the appetizers to dessert, everything was delicious and made with so much care. But what truly made the night special was Irene, our waitress. She was so kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. She made wonderful recommendations, checked on us at just the right moments, and made us feel completely welcome. Her positive energy elevated the entire experience. My Girlfriend & I visited this restaurant while on our visit to Miami on 01/15/26 and let me tell you, our Waitress Maria Jose was the best! She made excellent recommendations and after trying her first one, we had to try them all! She went above and beyond explaining the food and what she thought was best! BEST DECISION EVER! We left our plates clean and enjoyed our appetizers, entrees, & desserts to the fullest! She made sure we had an enjoyable experience and kept checking on us even when the restaurant was packed to the brim! We are so grateful for the helpful and kind service of Maria Jose! We recommend this place and will definitely be coming back again! 10/10 on all aspects!

Wonderful service from our server Irene. The restaurant has a wonderful ambiance, and I appreciate that the manager and staff went out of their way to accommodate our party. They helped us find options that were vegan and vegetarian friendly. The lomo was well cooked and we had delicious drinks. I also enjoyed that the food was served in a timely manner. I will be returning soon!

I came for a private gathering. The room comfortably seats about 40 people. The food was good. The servers were outstanding.

Our first time here as a family and Yunior was our server. Everything was splendid and great. The service, atmosphere, appetizers and entres were spectacular. Yunior helped us with recommendations and was very attentive toward our table. Would definitely return and definitely recommend to others!
