"The Peruvian eatery will be offering a four-course meal priced at $60. Patrons will be greeted with a prosecco toast and cancha (roasted corn nuts). Tempt the appetite with starters of ceviche de la selba, ceviche mixto, a causa sampler, or a mix of empanadas. Next up, enjoy entree selections of grilled octopus, tostones (fried green plantains), or conchitas (scallops) followed by main courses of either lomo saltado, fish, or churassco tacu tacu.
