Pizza Capri's

Looking at the reviews and the tall claim of being the best pizza in the town by the person who took the order on the phone, my expectations were high for this pizza place! Short answer, it almost met my expectations. The pizza hit right balance of umami, sweet and salt, but they made an interesting choice of chopped basil leaves which felt dry, so couldn’t much feel that essence and flavor of those leaves, the crust was good but be little better given the over all standards, sauce was great. Other wise best pizza in the town loses one star for the imbalanced flavor of olive oil and essence of the basil leaves. People who take pride in their product are commendable ! Tiramisu is also good, can surely be add on to the pizza order.

I am visiting my brother (I live in Australia) and we are looking for a good pie ya? Well we come across this joint in Denton and we says let’s give it a whirl. Boy, what an impressive little cafe you got here!!! The pies were masterfully crafted, genius little discs of puffy crunchy dough slathered in fresh ingredients. Flavoured and seasoned perfectly. The fresh Mozzarella was a classy touch. Did I mention how well priced these pies were? The owner was smart, kind and attentive. What a chad!!! If you are after great slices of deliciousness from a small family owned pizzeria look no further. We ordered the stuff mushrooms 4/5. The meat lovers 5/5. And the margherita 6/5.

This place is a hidden gem! The chicken parm was excellent and was enough to feed a small country. The pizza crust and toppings were fresh. The cheesy bread 👌👌

Visiting from out of town and the service and food were excellent! Gent was great at explaining the different menu options and he definitely provided a warm welcome to the establishment. Great food, great atmosphere and the owner and family were awesome. Definitely recommend!

We are always looking for a good pizza place and this place did not disappoint. Nice contemporary decor and the service was friendly. The lasagna is excellent; hot with extra sauce. The Margherita pizza was well cooked; crispy crust without being burned or too greasy like a lot of other pizza joints. The garlic bread was perfect. We will definitely be back again. The ensalda Capri was very good. The balsamic vinegar drizzle kicked it up a notch. Nice touch.

We followed the advice of other Google reviewers, and I'm glad we did! The pizza was definitely a 5 here! The sauce is not sweet and has a nice homemade taste to it. They are not stingy with the toppings, and the crust is nice and thin and has good flavor. The salad was fresh, cold, and served on a cold dish, which added to the freshness of the salad. Finally, my dad had the massive Stromboli, which he said was good but slightly over salted, but with a slight adjustment, he would order it again. My son had the fettuccine Alfredo, and he said he was in heaven!!! Despite showing up close to closing time, the service and the quality of the food did not suffer. Thank you for the recommendation, my fellow reviewers. It did not disappoint!

Visiting Texas... Came here after arriving in the area. Searched Google for a solid place to eat. Pizza Capris was solid in it's reviews on Google maps. Gent was helpful and informative with his menu options. Restaurant was clean and inviting to visit. Our salad choices along with our pizza choices were enjoyable. I feel I should have asked to cook the pizza longer for my likening. A small request though not a deal breaker. Everyone enjoyed their choices. We Took the left overs home. for those midnight cravings. Stop by and Gent gladly guide with you with his menu options....

THIS PLACE IS SO GOOD THE PIZZA GOT THAT CRISPY BUT ALSO SOFT AND CHEWY THING GOIN ON THAT MAKES IT SO GOOD TO FOLD IN HALF AND THE CAPRESE SALAD DELIGHTFUL THE CHEESE SO GOOD AND CREAMY AND THE TOPPINGS SO FRESH AND FLAVORFUL IT JUST A DELIGHTFUL AND SCRUMPTIOUS DELICIOUS SNACC ALSO THEY GOT DR PEPPER AND IT GOODGOOD AND THE GUY GENT IS SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND HE REMBERED OUR ORDER ALSO MY FRIEND LIVES THERE THE WHITE PARADISE PLANT PHIL WE JUST NAMED HIM THAT HI PHIL THANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE SIR ALSO THAT TIRAMISU PET ME TELL U ABT A GREAT WAY TO END A DELICIOUS MEAL IT SO CREAMY AND LUXURIOUS I ALWAYS LOVE COMING HERE I ALWAYS FEEL WELCOME AND APPRECIATED
