5 Exciting Things To Eat & Do Between September 2nd - 5th - London - The Infatuation

"Pizza Pilgrims latest spot in Finsbury Park is an NYC meets Stranger Things meets Grease fever dream serving pizza by the metre and a range of massive slices. It’s bright, it’s colourful, there are arcade machines to hygienically put your grubby mitts all over, and it’s bang opposite Rowan’s if you want to double down on the USA-themed evening." - team infatuation

Soho's Best £10 Meals - London - The Infatuation

"It would be easy to say that you can’t go wrong with a pizza, but you can go wrong with a pizza. Very wrong. Take the tomato paste tortilla thing (topped with raw cheddar) we experienced in Budapest years ago. Pizza Pilgrims is a far better example of an affordable, good pizza. Dean Street is the original location of this Neapolitan pizza mini-chain and they’re still a go-to for chewy, thick-crusted pizzas with a thin and saucy centre. Their margherita is under a tenner or add a few more quid if you after some other toppings." - jake missing

The Best Pizza in London | Eater London

"A typical tourist might return home from Italy with a Leaning Tower of Pisa fridge magnet. James and Thom Elliot brought back a Piaggio pizza van and became influential champions of Neapolitan pizza, first at Berwick Street Market and then at eleven pizza restaurants. The ‘nduja pizza helped make that spicy Calabrian pork sausage one of the world’s trendiest toppings. Multiple venues." - Daniel Young

"Like all good things in London, this burgeoning chainlet is growing fast. Once a beloved food truck with a cleverly built-in pizza oven, it now has not one but two (as of last week) bricks-and-mortar outposts. The thin-crust pizza at all their charmingly lo-fi locations is superb, as are the negronis and affogato. At the new spot off Carnaby, we’re looking forward to fried pizza courtesy of their first authentic Neapolitan fryer—the guys spent a couple of weeks in Naples recently to learn the art of frying pretty much everything. There are also locations in Soho and Exmouth Market."

We came here after seeing all the positive reviews, and honestly, this place deserves every single one. We had two pizzas — the aubergine was delicious, but the margherita completely stole my heart. The dough was spot on, not too thin or too thick, baked to perfection. The mozzarella was fresh and just melted into the base — no extra toppings needed, just pure flavour. Sitting outside under the heaters with chilli oil on the table, it was simple but perfect. Probably one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had… I only wish it was closer to home! 🍕

Great pizza, it’s a chain but the quality is still amazing. My sister had coeliac and she said the Gluten Free pizza is one of the best she’s ever had. We ordered the Margherita and the aubergine parmigana, both were soo tasty. And you can order dips where you can dip your crust in which is a concept I love.

We we're visiting Hamleys und searched for a pizza, when we came across Pizza Pilgrims by coincidence. The taste and look of the pizza we're wonderful and we liked the ambiente. Carolina is a very kind service worker, who had some helpfull information for us and made the experience perfect with her good mood.

Delicious pizza! The double pepperoni with honey and the homemade lemonades are a must-try. Service is fast and efficient, though not overly warm. Seating is a bit cramped, but we still love coming here.

My friend and I just had parmigiana and marinara pizza with a Moretti and to end Nutella tiramisu and pistachio affogato as the icing on the cake. Everything was delicious and Ansar was so available and kind despite us being demanding customers aahaha. We really really enjoyed the evening! Thank you guys.

Fast paced pizza in a really convenient location. The pizza was served fast and tasted fantastic. As the service was so rushed the waiter forget our drinks.. twice which was a shame. I’ll still recommend this restaurant but hope they can slow the pace slightly to keep customers orders correct.

We were visiting Pizza Pilgrims and honestly had the best time. The atmosphere was lively but relaxed, the pizza was delicious. What really made the evening special was Isaac. He looked after us so well, with just the right mix of friendliness and professionalism. He made us feel completely welcome. Between the amazing food and brilliant service, we left with big smiles and full bellies. We’ll definitely be back – highly recommended!

The best pizza I have ever had. They have strict rules that they expect you to follow even when walking in for the first time. It's somewhat rude, especially if you fail to blend in with those rules but the pizza is exceptional.
