The 25 Best Restaurants In West Palm Beach - Miami - The Infatuation

"If you lack the commitment to invest in your own bubbling sourdough starter, just go to Aioli, a bakery off of Okeechobee Boulevard serving incredible bread. If you’re not in the market for an entire loaf of sourdough, their quick-service cafe has plenty of good daytime options. Aioli’s $15 soup and sandwich deal is perfect for a quick lunch break, especially if you’re boycotting a certain chain restaurant where you have bad memories of being tutored in chemistry over a bread bowl. You might even find yourself looking forward to work as an excuse to go have Aioli’s turkey club and coconut cake. But the smell of fresh bread and very friendly service is going to make it hard to go back to the office." - virginia otazo, katie walsh, ryan pfeffer, mariana trabanino

The 13 Best Pizza Places in Palm Beach County including Palm Beach, Downtown West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, and Delray Beach | Eater Miami

"Chef Michael Hackman and his wife Melanie, the dynamic duo behind the beloved bakery and restaurant Aioli, expanded their culinary repertoire with the opening of Pizzaioli last year. Traditional favorites such as Margherita and pepperoni pizzas at this pizzeria receive a gourmet twist using a naturally leavened sourdough crust. The menu is enhanced by creative weekly specials available online. Watch the times though as Pizzaioli only offers patrons takeout from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Thursday through Saturday." - J. 17 Best Restaurants in Palm Beach County | Eater Miami

"Since opening in 2014, Chef Michael Hackman and his wife Melanie have operated a popular bakery and restaurant in Southend. Saturdays draw crowds, with young families arriving in golf carts for homemade biscuit sandwiches. Early arrival is recommended, as these sandwiches often sell out. The restaurant also caters to grilled cheese enthusiasts with a house-made bread sandwich filled with cheddar, parmesan, and mozzarella. Pro tip: Adding cranberry aioli to the grilled cheese provides a sweet contrast to the sharpness of the cheeses." - J. Miller

Today was my second time picking up pizza to bring home. From the first visit to this visit, the staff is super friendly and highly knowledgeable. It’s a clean environment with fresh food and fresh ingredients. Today I had the pleasure in trying the specialty pie with the collaboration. It knocked my socks off. It was absolutely delicious. You could taste each and every ingredient and nothing was too powerful to overtake the taste of the other ingredients. This is so hard to do when it comes to specialty pizzas. Please don’t stop what you’re doing. You make amazing food and you have an awesome staff. Please keep up the great work.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! 5/5. The garlic rolls didn't look to have garlic on them, but when we bit into it, IT WAS COOKED INTO THE BREAD. The atmosphere is so nice, the only thing is it's mostly take-out, as they only have 8 chairs and no tables, it's relatively small but still super cool to look at considering they have the kitchen very visible. Well ventilated, no heat even with the giant oven. The pizza was soft and delicious. The employees were super nice.

I would show you a picture of the garlic rolls, but we ate them all before I could take a picture. Best garlic rolls I have were tasted. I only wish they sold a dozen at a time! Family friendly, courteous, professional, fresh ingredients. The basil in the Margarita pizza tasted like I had just picked it out of my garden. Delicious meal and good portions.

So happy to have pizzaioli in the neighborhood. The sourdough crust is amazing and all of the pizzas have been delicious. My absolute favorite is the eggplant hot honey pie. On our weekly rotation now 💯

I'm giving 5 stars because I'm not trying to hurt a business. However, as a New Yorker, this was, unfortunately, the worst pizza I've had. The not your grandma's pizza was a loaf of bread with a sausage slapped on. They claim it's art, I'm sorry it's str8 garbage. They don't even take cash. No signs, nothing on the website. F this place Pastries are great.

I eagerly awaited the opening of Pizza Aioli after discovering their plan to open a pizzeria. Afterall their restaurant in the same plaza has a scratch kitchen and even bakes their own bread! I knew the same attention to detail would be part of their pizza endeavor. They went as far as investing in a legit gourmet domed pizza oven even though they could have utilized the ovens that were being used to bake bread. The owners are perfectionists so this didn't shock me. I've ordered from Pizza Aioli several times since they opened and it's without a doubt some of the best pizza I've ever had. The grandma pie, the four cheese finished with grated lemon rind and freshly grated cheese, the Margherita, sausage and pepper, cojita cheese pizza, all have been amazing! They feature 4 pizzas weekly and rotate two chef inspired pizzas each week. Be sure to order your pizza well in advance with the Toast app because the pizza is so good it often sells out before they even open! I was in the pizza capital of the USA last month, New Haven Connecticut, where the nations top rated pizzerias are located. I was eating at Sally's and the entire time I was eating their pizza I was thinking of PizzaAioli; it's that good. I would put Pizza Aioli up against any other pizza I've ever had ❤️

My wife and I FINALLY tried this place. We love the breakfast at the other restaurant, but had been wanting to try this since they opened. We ordered the veggie ricotta pizza and the butternut squash agnolotti. We had a tiramisu while we waited for the food to be cooked. It was delicious! The pizza and pasta are made fresh and were phenomenal. I had no doubts when I walked in happy and walked out happier. We even ate there as we chatted with the owner and staff. They bring the same welcoming energy that they have at the breakfast place next door. Definitely will be back for more and tell everyone we know about it.

We ordered the vegan pizza, which was decent, but the broccoli rabe was WAY too bitter to be on the pizza. Once removed, it was far better. We're going to try here again with a non-vegan option and report back

Yelp
Another great meal. We ordered the bacon and potato pizza, and the blueberry goat cheese salad. They carry a few regular pizzas on their menu, and then have a few additional new recipes on rotation. I ordered through the Toast app. What was great was that when I got there, I saw how good the salad looked, and they were able to easily add it on to my order. They also have sodas and cookies that can be added last minute, if needed. Pizza was made fast and fresh, and tasted delicious. The salad was a mix of sweet and tart, and worked perfectly with the pizza. Friendly staff great service, and a very upbeat and friendly atmosphere. Casual ambiance, and great food. I can't wait to see what other creations they come up with.

Yelp
** Only open on the weekend** I've been longing (yes longing, I'm a foodie shaddup! lol) to try pizza aioli. I was so freaking pleased yo! Got take out for my boyfriend's bday. He was super happy as well. Pizza was a bit small for my appetite (and for the price) but it's perfectly sized unless you're a little greedy pants like me lol It is just hard not to compare the pizza $22 buys me at Papa John's v. Pizza Aioli. It's of course a quality thing. This is also why I got a pasta dish, too. I'm so glad I did. God moved in my heart and my spirit and said Lizz get this pasta. And booooooooy that thang was thanging! Pizza - Pepperoni 14" Sour Dough Pizza, Crispy Pepperoni, Crushed Tomato, Aged Mozzarella ...$22 Pasta - Mushroom Tagliatelle Exotic "Kissimee River Mushrooms, White Wine, Mushroom Consomme, Fresh Thyme, European Butter ...$22 Dessert - $5 tiramisu Pasta was so freaking good I could eat it everyday of my life. It was my dream pasta. Perfectly prepared and flavored. Service: Fantastic Ambiance: Just an open kitchen and a counter (take out only) Great service and the order was hot and ready when I picked it up. This spot will be a repeat for sure! Another review giving it to you straight no chaser! Enjoy!

Yelp
Ordered takeout last Friday and it didn't disappoint. Pickup was fast and efficient. We ordered a pepperoni pizza, mushroom and thyme a Caesar salad and a tiramisu. Our favorite overall was the mushroom thyme, it was a great combination of flavors. To me it was more mushroom and leek but it was still amazing. The favorite part of the caesar salad was the housemade dressing, would probably order extra dressing next time. I enjoyed the tiramisu but it had a texture and presentation more of a cake. Will definitely order again.

Yelp
I ordered by phone and went early to pick up my pizza. They told me the pizza was coming out at exactly the time they told me it would be ready. Apparently there was a problem and they had to refire the pizza. They did not say anything else to me even though I was standing right there. After 10 minutes I asked after my pizza. It was only then that I was told that they had to refire my pizza and it would be another few minutes. When my pizza was ready they gave it to me without any explanation or comment. My feedback to them is that mistakes happen. If they had told me when they realized that they would have to redo my pizza, I would have understood and could have let the folks at home know other revised timing. It was very frustrating that even though I was there in the store and they had told me my pizza was coming out that they didn't provide an update on my order. I love their pizza and will just have someone else pick up for me in the future since it took all the joy out of having their wonderful pizza to be treated that way. The food is great and it is usually a fun experience.

Yelp
The best all handmade pizza around, cooked to perfection in an authentic pizza oven. Very interesting variation of toppings along with the usual suspects, all also prepared on the premises and generously served on an incredible sourdough crust. A must for all pizza lovers!

Yelp
We ordered Pizza along with several Specials of The Day from Pizzaioli and unfortunately disliked almost everything with each item being worse than the prior. I didn't judge the pizza on NYC style because I know it wasn't trying to replicate such and I was objective but this tasted like a pseudo-urban pie where non pizza makers might use good ingredients but the soul of the pizza was lacking and so was the taste. Combine that with a crust/base that didn't seem to be prepped properly and this was a bad doughy dull pizza. We dumped it. A Pasta item read nicely on the menu but was overcooked and over sauced and that too could not be eaten and It didn't help that the sauce was a foul cream like concoction. A Chicken dish was okay as was an another item but not enough to compensate for an overall bad dining experience.

Yelp
The pizza was absolutely amazing. The crust is sourdough and the best part! I had a vegetable pizza , which was a special and I would highly recommend it. The wings were a little chewy. They had good flavor, but a different texture. A great pizza spot!

Yelp
Tried this new pizza place just around the L shaped strip from Aioli on So. Dixie across the side street from BOA and ordered the Margarita pizza which was good. I was hoping they did slices too when you don't need a whole one. Opens 5pm but more hours and days in May.

Yelp
The sesame crusted deep dish pizza will feed you for a week, and while it's yummy on night one, it becomes a religious experience the next night after you've cut each piece in two and reheated them in your air fryer to perfect crusty, chewy goodness. Addictive and well worth the extravagant price!
