"Since opening in 2024, Pizzeria ’Lucci has established itself as the undisputed best pizza at the Jersey Shore. They keep it pretty simple with a menu of outstanding pies, a few salads—while the caesar is great, we love the vinegary chopped salad—their near-perfect meatballs, and housemade semolina bread. But the pizzas are the star of their show, with a thin fermented crust that’s purposefully cooked well-done to ensure maximum levels of crispy. Get their pepperoni with red onion or the white ’Lucci Spinach, or make your own combo—we often order a pie with sausage and housemade pickled chilis. If you swing by during lunch, be sure to pick up a meatball or Italian sandwich, which, in addition to their rotating specials, are among the best in the area." - michael sinatra

"I ventured to Belmar, New Jersey to try Pizzeria 'Lucci, the standalone spot from owner Mike Gallucci that opened in March; Gallucci had been the pizzaiolo at Rosie's further south on the Jersey Shore, where he made standout pies in limited quantities.
