Amazing! Super interesting design with all the screens. A lot of photos opportunities. Food - ordered guacamole and sliders. Really good! Drinks - only tried a bloody Mary, it had a nice spice and flavor. Service - all the staff is super lovely and nice, they took care of us well Seems like a great spot for groups and events. Would definitely be back! Need to be careful going down the stairs though..

They don't use latex gloves, for those with allergies like me. The Greeter (I forgot his name) at the front door downstairs was very nice full of information and suggestions and also compassionate with my concerns after my meal. The manager introduced himself at our table. I had their version of lasagna. It was made like fried stuffed manicotti. The sauce and the meat was good. But the cutting into the fried pastas wasn't good and too crunchy . Guacamole had great flavor , not used to corn being in it randomly. Waiter Johnathan was excellent. Great personality and also compassionate about my disliking the meal. He and the manager Offered another meal to replace the one I had. They had only been opened 5 days, so I will wait a while before going back to see if the food has been improved.

Just five days old. It's good to see it back in NYC. However, don't expect the old traditions, decor or branding. The "new" PH has gone to another level. More streamlined and sophisticated with tall sleek booths, 3 star table settings, and an upscale but limited menu. It was nice to be greeted at the door and kudos to our server. I wish I could remember his name (he did say he was 46 yrs old).he had dark black rimmed glasses, very tall, light skin, and flamboyant. Thank you to the GM who came by and did a table touch much appreciated. Two draught and an order of nachos, which are absolutely delicious and humongous, $43.

Stumbled in here today for a quick drink. Chloe and Ellie made us want to stay forever. Delicious drinks and great vibe. Had to leave a review. Seriously awesome !! The fries were very crispy. They said they just opened, and we will definitely be back. I hope they get some good business . That “bold” fashion was to die for. We felt very taken care of !! Really liked the ambiance . Definitely worth stopping in

I grew up in Las Vegas and went to the grand opening of the original Planet Hollywood there. Themed restaurants were so fun, especially Planet Hollywood. Unfortunately, even though Vegas has the resort, they no longer have a Planet Hollywood restaurant. I now live in NYC and was so excited when I heard that Planet Hollywood was re-opening in New York. At one point, there were around 60 restaurants in the world and I believe they currently have four, so it is extra special being able to go to. This is not your 90s Planet Hollywood. Film memorabilia is not strewn everywhere. I only noticed a couple things in frames by the (super nice) restrooms. It is an updated, modern restaurant with large screens everywhere that play music videos, which gives it a really fun vibe. I would say at least five members of staff interacted with me and my party, and they were beyond welcoming and kind. It definitely did not feel like a typical tourist restaurant that you want to stay away from. It felt super comfortable, homey and modern. Not only was the food we had ridiculously good, but our server Catherine C is an absolute QUEEN. We loved her and her personality. She was an amazing server, but she is someone that I would specifically go back to see. Thanks PH for such a great experience. Welcome back to NYC. I can't wait to visit again!

Just a great experience. I took my wife to this restaurant for a surprise date and the food was amazing! Good prices !! Good atmosphere. It’s fancy and I love how the inside looks. We’re most definitely going Again. The desserts were BIG. Worth the money. Our server Naomi was great! She made sure we were taken care of!! I recommend for anyone who is looking for a good place to eat and to take your significant other or family out to dinner.

Came in on their grand opening day and everything looked amazing. The building looked beautiful! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Vincent was our server. He was very friendly and helpful with menu suggestions. Service was very fast, which was great since we were seeing a show in 1 hour. We ordered the prime rib sliders and Mexican burger. Both were fantastic (though a little messy!) We loved being able to listen to music and see the videos on the screens while eating. The vibe is really fun!

Our waiter Joel, was outstanding! He was attentive, courteous and fast! The manager, Andy was superb. We were celebrating my husband and son’s bday and they went above and beyond. The entire staff was awesome!
