Saturday Brunch buffet around 1034 for 2 we have booked it via klook There were so many choices from the buffet table. and the place was quite spacious. It took some time to walk around the buffet area in order to get the food. Here are my favorites lobster oyster- french one is better and quality was not consistent crab legs iberico ham smoked salmon salad bar indian curry and rice deep fried shrimp chips gelato & desserts drinks especially champagne, latte was good too There were some No-no sashimi except shrimp tempura pasta steak was a huge disappointment The service was impeccable. the servers were polite and attentive. They collected the used plates speedy enough. I enjoyed the buffet alot but if you asked me whether I would like to come back, I would say maybe…..

This is my third time visiting this buffet — great value for money with a convenient location, fair pricing, and consistently good food. One visit featured a “snake” theme, with a bowl of snake soup per guest and unlimited snake meatballs. It was a fun and approachable way to try something unique. The oysters were fresh and sweet, and the desserts had a wide and tasty selection. Other highlights included ginseng soup and braised abalone with goose web. After just a few rounds, you definitely feel it’s worth it. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys variety without breaking the bank.

Tasty food, friendly staff, busy restaurant but it’s a long walk to the bathroom and you need to ask for a key card in order to use the bathroom.

Enjoyed the breakfast buffet at PLAYT. They had a really good selection of items, covering a wide range of tastes. It's true that Causeway Bay is packed with breakfast choices, but the quality and convenience of the hotel buffet made it a worthwhile experience

I had my new year family dinner here. Although it's not as good as many buffets offered by high-end hotels, I did enjoy the food here. It's nice to sit by the windows overlooking the busy streets in Causeway Bay. This place served the usual items that you could find in other buffets: sushi and Sashimi, prime rib, lamb racks, create your own noodles, fresh oysters, crab legs, abalone, some hot food, and dessert. The quality is average. What I liked the most was the service provided. There were multiple servers waiting to help you and cleared the table for you. It's a place worth trying.

Incredible lunch buffet featuring local HK dishes, western options, and some fusion creations. Be sure to check out the seafood station, particularly the crabs and other fresh catches. There's also a great selection of desserts. Non-alcoholic drinks are available for order as well. The seating is set up for groups of four or more, and they take reservations for larger parties too. The location is right above IKEA in Causeway Bay, making it super easy to get to by MTR, bus, or even tram. Place is always crowded due to its popularity, so do not expect to find a quiet place.

When seeing the spread for the first time after arriving in Hong Long just the previous night, the look of it was pretty appealing and got me excited !!! BUT the moment I took my first plate and have my first bite, the excitement start to fade away. The taste feel normal, nothing to get excited about. After finishing my first plate of Asia spread, dun really feel like getting another one for the western spread. After having trying the Asia spread on the next day, I am quite reluctant to go for the 3rd day, would rather eat the cake I brought on previous day for my kiddo’s birthday. Perhaps it might also be due to the service crew definitely dun make me feel welcome into Playtz. Anyway, if you have a small kid (less than 3 years old) with you, it might still be worth it to get the breakfast; more for convenient of ensuring your kiddo will not starve than anything else.

Had the buffet lunch recently. Booked through agoda with free flow drinks deal, but had misinformation regarding free flow drinks. When we got there they informed us its not included. Drinks selection include 2 kinds of juice as for coffee ,one coffee per person. Kind a disappointing for a buffet. A lot of food selection. From seafood to meats and freshly made sushi. Hope they can change the rules and correct all false information in booking site.
