Decent place for an airport restaurant. The service is aloha enough. I had the garlic fried chicken rice plate. It’s does hit the spot in terms of comfort food. I will have to come back to try the poke.

Convenient with a self-order kiosk. Tasty and has lots of protein in the large portion of a poke bowl. I got salmon for additional charge. Rice, salmon and seaweed tasted very good! But cucumber was too salty. I usually get a fresh one instead, but didn’t think that the difference with the pickled one would be so huge. If you want to dine in, I believe you would need to order from the different side. Total cost $32. A little too expensive, but I guess that’s not different from any other airport.

I had the house burger (with the Veggie patty) and the seaweed salad. Salad was good. Burger was bland. I would have expected it to have some flavor. Asked the guy and he gave me a spicy aioli sauce that saved it for me.

Quite underwhelming. My salmon poke wrap had salmon basically on only one half (except for 3 pieces). The other half was good, but I didn't order a half poke, half veggie wrap. Also for the 18-25%tip they suggest I'd expect to have a napkin in the bag with the wrap!!! Quite unhappy when I discovered by the gate that my wrap came with no napkins.

Early Jan2025 Quick fix for some poke or musubi while prepping for your flight. This Hawaiian Japanese fushion cuisine is very convenient with a very relatable taste. Most come for a fast takeaway though they also have a seating room as well.

A pleasant surprise! This place is a nice break from the classic airport fast food. I thought the food here wouldn’t be that good since it’s at an airport, but it was actually pretty good! There was surprisingly plenty of fish in the meal, so that was really nice, too. You can order from a kiosk and it comes out very quickly. Spent ~$20 for this, so it’s a similar price to many of the other restaurants at SeaTac.

The loco moco was very good. Mac salad was phenomenal. All around a pleasant surprise. SeaTac has really upped its food game in recent years. Would recommend.

So incredibly overpriced for what you get. $27 for a poke wrap and spam musubi. The wrap is 70% lettuce, 25% rice and only 5% everything else including fish.

I saw a sign for Sam Choy's Poke while walking in the D gate section of the airport. I really don't like SEA, but the food options are plentiful so I knew I had other places to choose from. But I decided to check out Sam Choys because I miss when Sam Choys was open in Hawaii and I hadn't had local Hawaiian food in a week. A loco moco sounded perfect. It was $18 and I opted to eat in, on the restaurant side. They were full service, with a large bar on one side. The interior is nicely decorated and there are views of the planes on the outer edge of the restaurant. In all there were probably 20 tables. My food came out on a paper plate with compostable utensils. It would have been nice to have real dishes and cutlery since I was paying to eat on the dine in side. The loco moco was pretty good. I'm not sure if I was just hungry or craving home food, but it was good. The egg was cooked perfectly. The hamburger was a little tough/dry, but the gravy helped. I wasn't a fan of the Mac salad, but it's kind of hard to impress me when it comes to Mac salad. Prices are kinda crazy here, but inflation and the fact that this place is in an airport probably doesn't help. I'm still sad about Sam Choys closing in Hawaii, but I hope they do well here!

Sam Choy's Poke to the Max is located in Terminal D at SeaTac International Airport. Garlic Fried Chicken: Their world - famous crispy fried chicken tossed in their tasty garlic sauce (4/5). The chicken was nicely golden fried. The sauce was good, a bit salty. But still tasty. The mac salad was creamy with lots of mayo. The steamed rice was meh. Poke Flight: a trio of chef Sam Choy's world-famous poke, which includes classic shoyu ahi poke, spicy ahi tuna, and classic shoyu salmon poke (3/5). The poke freshness was alright. I've had better elsewhere, and I love poke! The ambiance was nice. You can order for takeout at the kiosk or counter or dine in at the restaurant. They had a full bar, tvs, hawaiian music, and plenty of tables. The service was nice and friendly. Overall, 3.5 stars.

Excellent! We shared a plate of the loco moco after upgrading to 2 patties and 2 eggs. It brought me right back to Oahu. Now this is breakfast!!! A great way to end our trip to Seattle. If we find ourselves back at SeaTac, we will seek this gem out again!

The atmosphere here is nice for an airport restaurant. The service wasn't great, but as expected in an airport. The food was pretty good, though the tofu had a bit of a strange texture and the salad needed some kind of dressing. I think the plate would've been easier to eat if it had been in bowl form, so that everything could be mixed together and sauced.

Fire! I was skeptical about trying airport fish, but it was actually amazing. I got a spicy poke bowl and The fish was salty and sauce a little hint of spicy! I felt like they needed to add more rice to the bowl, but it comes with poke, seaweed salad, mixed greens, and pickled vegetables. I wanted to try other menu items but didn't have enough time. Line can get pretty long.

This is a wonderful airport stop. The flight of poke was $17 - a bit smaller than I was expecting - but the flavor and freshness was definitely there. The wine I wanted was out - but I was happy with the rose. I was helped and sat immediately - the staff was very friendly. This place is very clean and bright - I will absolutely remember this spot and make a point to come back.

This is great for airport food which I typically don't love or wind up being underwhelmed. It was also super easy to order quickly. I will say we didn't try the poke haha I just can't eat raw fish in an airport but the fried chicken was great! I had the garlic chicken which actually didn't taste like garlic and that wasn't a bad thing. It was like popcorn chicken. They give you a TON of food so it's great value too.

Grabbed this $17 loco Moco meal before my flight, located at D6ish. They have self order/to-go on the left side and restaurant seating in the right side. The gravy, rice, and fried egg were amazing- that sunny side egg was perfect, all white perfectly cooked with zero crisp/burnt edges while yellow was completely runny. The hamburger patty was...not great. The texture was odd and it tasted a bit odd. The macaroni salad was tasty but also texturally mushier than I wanted. Still, overall, a very good meal! Would buy again.

Ono grinds at the Seattle airport. Reasonable prices, especially if you have an airline voucher due to a delay. If trying to use multiple vouchers or payment methods, order with a human vs the self serve kiosk. All the hawaiian plate lunches we tried were delicious, but the favorites were the Loco Moco and the Garlic Chicken.

Food was tasty, and came super quick! The bartender was very kind and considerate! They sadly did not have Lumpia or Tuna but the food that did come tasted fresh.

Okay when I tell you the hawaiian food here BUSSED DOWN. It was so so so good. I wouldn't say trust my review completely because I've only been here once while in the Seattle airport, but my order was so good I devoured it. The service was good, the worker was so sweet! The ambiance was nice and chill. There's no inside seating though, so just know that.

Delicious! When I saw the word 'poke' I knew I had to check it out. With so many delicious Hawaiian dishes on the menu, I had a hard time trying to pick something haha. I ended up getting the spicy ahi poke bowl. It wasn't spicy at all, and had a mini kick. The sauce was bit watery and runny. I also wish there was more furikake seasoning on the rice, I couldn't really taste it. The rice was dry on the outside but squishy on the inside. The poke itself though was great! It was fresh, chewy, and I felt there was a great portion for the cost! It was refreshing to have poke, some rice, and then a fresh veggie salad with some seaweed on it. I felt refreshed. I'm so glad I visited, I was stuffed eating this bowl and actually couldn't finish it all! If I ever come back to this airport, there are a few more things I would like to try out. :)

Best airport food I've ever had. Of note is the vegan patty option that you can sub in for any meat.

I had hope for this spot, but was let down. I ordered the loco moco and it was just disappointing. The patty is just a hamburger patty and the gravy was very meh. Experience wise, you order from a tablet and then you pick it up at the window. Overall, I'd only go back for poke but it was quite overpriced for poke in my opinion.

I had teriyaki shortrib this morning at 9am and it was not really good. Not sure if the food was just sitting there (they open from 8am so it should have been fresh). Very bland mac salad and the beef was somewhat burnt and dry. Too bad because I had really good food last time. I will come back and give them another shot.

Hm. Beautiful presentation but lukewarm sunny side up egg and rice. Friendly service but had to ask for condiments when food was dropped. Very clean but it was 6:30am so it was not very busy. Rice was heavily scented with garlic - not bad. Rice grains were firm-tender, cooked perfectly but the low temp suggests it was sitting for awhile vs. freshly made. This may be a good spot for those who have the island cravings. But I dont think Ill return when there are other $20 options at this airport.

2.5/5 stars If the food was $13-14 instead of $19 this would be 3/5 stars. -Garlic chicken ($19) was definitely a good size portion and the sauce wasn't bad. We substituted the mac for more rice. This is not bad for airport food but Panda Express would kill this place if they put one in.

Not a bad option for airport food. The pork was really yummy and it was filling! The mac salad was not very flavorful.

I was in a rush and was craving for some short ribs. What I got when I got to eat my order was very different. I don't really care about the price difference as I would think the chicken would be less in price but this is not okay. Funny thing was, I already had a meal in my hand which was then taken from me and given to another guy while the person was asking what my order was. So they probably took the right order, gave it to someone else and we basically got switched orders.

For being in an airport this place is not bad at all. About $16 for a rice plate, it's definitely pricey but it is an airport. Food also gets served up pretty fast from when you order which is great. I tried out the lumpia which IMO was just aight, $7 for 3 small lumpia was just not it. Flavors were good and was piping hot but other than that not worth. The yakitori chicken rice plate is a solid choice and comes with two scoops of rice and a scoop of egg mac salad. Taste wise it was delicious and in terms of price I felt it wasn't super duper inflated. I would probably get this again when I'm at SeaTac.

They had good lumpia but I wasn't all that impressed by the firecracker shrimp. It didn't have much flavor & there was no other side option other than the Mac salad. I would've definitely chosen something else for the side if I had the option.

I had trouble finding this place from the Yelp map. But if you go on the train to d, it should be fine. For some reason the map led me to the a gates. I lived in Hawaii for 5 years and this place had some decent poke. I had the salmon poke and Hawaiian mules. If you are a moscule mule fan I highly recommend. They serve it in a pineapple cooler cup and it transforms into a holder. Definitely worth it.

Elite airport food. Hands down. This poke bowl was amazing. My expectations were low and yes I was very hungry however the quality and taste were well above average. Definitely will return to the storefront when I'm in the neighborhood.

Poke tacos. That is all. Good service, nice staff. The drinks are strong and the food is great. More than you can expect from airport food. Yum. It wasn't too crowded or noisy either, which is awesome when you're gearing up for a cross country flight. Highly recommend!!

Solid airport poke with fun (if pricey) drinks. The quality of food was surprisingly decent for airport fare. We ordered the Spam Musubi starter, followed by the Mo-Better Shoyu poke salad with ahi and the spicy Poke Salad (also ahi). The food was fresh and filling. We thoroughly enjoyed the playfully crafted cocktail selection, although $20 for a single cocktail is a bit steep. Overall, it was a fun option for a layover meal.

Any time you can have poke outside Hawaii is worth trying. The service was great, the food was delicious and actually well sized, and it was a perfect stop during a long layover. There's a sit down option, which was pleasant if a little packed (it IS an airport), and a takeout option.

We found this restaurant near Gate D, It tasted better than I imagined and the staff were nice.

One of the better spots to grab a bite in the SeaTac airport! I arrived early from the flight and decided to sit down for my meal -- they have a large dining area and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. I got an American Burger and subbed out the patty for a vegetarian option and it was delicious! The food came out quickly and was a filling portion size as well. I would totally stop by again!

This place makes me happy. It's my favorite food spot at Seatac airport. For the out of towners, these guys started out with a food truck and they would be nearby my work place in Lower Queen Anne once a week. I loved going to work on those days! Now I love coming to the airport, haha. The poke is delicious and so are many of the bowls. My go-to is always the deconstructed spam musubi. I don't know why but it's so good and filling. Great value as well! I've never been able to dine-in there before but one day I'll need to arrive earlier than normal and check out the bar. Love these guys! Also, kudos to Seatac Airport for only bringing in amazing local businesses into the airport. Please just support them all. =)

Had a five hour layover at SEA, so wandered about the place. When I found myself getting tired of walking and needing a spot to land, I happened upon Sam Choy's. I'm so glad I did! I sat at the bar and enjoyed watching the skilled bartender create amazing cocktails. I started with a Maui Blonde beer and some crisp, tasty lumpia. It was relaxing to sip, read my book, and chat with the woman sitting next to me. After a while, I couldn't resist the Hawaiian mule and a poke bowl. Both were enjoyable! The cocktail was refreshing--not too sweet. The poke was outstanding! Fresh tuna with a tangy sauce served with rice and salad. This was not inexpensive but worth every cent!

My go-to place for food at the airport! I always get an extra sauce with my poke bowl, because some of the poke flavors are a little less flavorful (but I can never remember which ones). A little pricey.

I was quite impressed with it and being airport food. What I was disappointed with was the fact that everything is served in disposable containers on the sit-down restaurant side.

If ever you have extra time to spare and want something delicious to eat at SeaTac airport I highly recommend coming here. Our gate just happened to be nearby although they changed it a little bit later but we had extra time here at Seattle airport thanks to our crazy taxi driver who got us here in record time! Omgosh we are lucky to be alive. Seriously! The food from the Yelp pics influenced my wife as she found this place on Yelp. We craved Asian food to tell you truth though no worries as we ate lots of seafood from our recent Alaska cruising trip. Our waiter happened to be a bartender too. He was right on it service wise. We ordered our food & it came pretty quickly surprisingly! I guess they are used to getting people in & out. We ordered chicken yakitori & garlic fried chicken. They did not skimp on servings & it was most delicious! Omgosh when is our next trip to Seattle??? Mo Poke Mo Betta! Absolutely!!! Hope to return soon!

I saw a review similar to what I need to say. I came by with my family to order and one item we wanted was the spicy chicken sandwich. The lady (she had a nose piercing) who was up front told us the original bun they used for the sandwich wasn't available but there were burger buns. We were OK with that. After we saw that the kitchen received our order, there was a guy with a mustache and apple watch who yelled out to the lady but she muttered something which ended up making his eyes roll.

Food was great here. I ordered the ahi rice plate and the fish was fresh and it came with a seaweed salad. Everything tasted really fresh and delicious, I had it with the spicy sauce which was a little creamier than my liking, but still good. The service was excellent, my server was Noppassorn and she was so friendly and attentive. She really went out of her way to make it a great (albeit short) meal. I'll definitely be eating here next time I'm flying out of SeaTac.

Stopped in for supper during our 4-hour layover. Located in the Alaskan Airlines terminal section "D" They offer both online/Togo and Dine-in options. The dine in section has a bar area as well as two-seater tables that can be rearranged for larger groups. We ordered the: Poke Wrap with Tofu and the Loco Moco (my favorite dish) The Wrap was tasty but they did not offer a gluten-free wrap option. The Loco Moco was a decent sized plate for the price point at an airport. However, my experience with the dish in regular restaurants are enormous portions that would fill you up and still have food to take home. My only mild criticism is that the gravy was a bit too salty for my preference. The waiting staff was friendly and we were seated promptly. The menu has a good variety of Pacific Islander style dishes. And I am sure their bar was well-stocked. (I would not know since I do not drink alcohol) The noise level gets a bit loud for my comfort and the traffic walking by to their gates can be distracting. They have a large flat screen monitor playing a lock sporting event as well two other smaller screens on the opposite walls. Well worth the walk across the terminal if you are looking for filling meal and have the time to enjoy it.

- Pike Place Chowder ($12.99)-- this was the best of all the dishes we ordered. - Tuna Poke Bowl ($16.99) - Salmon Poke Bowl ($17.99)-- added avocado for additional ($1.99) - Fries ($8.99) - Garlic Fried Chicken ($15.99)-- overly sweet. I tried to pick out pieces without sauce. Service: 4/5 Staff were nice. They brought us everything we asked for in a timely manner.

I sat in the dine in area. Service was kind, but they were short staffed. Just the bartender and hostess it seemed like. I didn't time it, but the wait for food, drink, and the check felt long. So if you don't have plenty of your time before your flight, you might be better off with the takeout side. Garlic Fried Chicken $15.99: The flavor was good, but the temp was lukewarm. I wonder if it had been sitting ready for a bit but just took a while to get out to me due to the staffing. I did ask if I could get 2 scoops mac 1 scoop rice instead of the default vice versa, but they said no. Totally within their right, but this is just how I usually get it at L&L. Li Hing Mui Margarita $19.99: I forget if it was actually called this, but I'm pretty sure it said it has li hing mui infused something in it. It was pretty strong for me. I think I would have knocked out for my whole flight if I didn't have a crochet project I needed to finish. Quite expensive for a margarita, but it is the airport and they didn't print the price on the menu for a reason. ***** My Star Ratings: 1 Star - Terrible. Just thinking about it makes me angry. 2 Stars - Meh. Unlikely for me to return. 3 Stars - OK. Open to coming back, but wouldn't go out of my way to. 4 Stars - Yummy! Will definitely return if I haven't already. 5 Stars - AMAZING!!! Would plan my day or even a trip around eating here.

Amazingly strong drinks! We ordered a double rum & coke and an ohana old fashioned. We came on an empty stomach, but these drinks were strong, regardless. Delicious flavor and gave us a nice buzz. The kalua pork sandwich was filled with smoky pork and pickled veggies with a nice hint of spicy aioli. The garlic chicken was a lot of breading compared to chicken, but it gave it a nice crunch. The fries were a bit overcooked, but deliciously crunchy. Great spot for a quick and tasty bite and a good stiff drink before a flight!

Been wanting to try this place everytime I have a layover here in Seattle. I didn't have high expectations as it is in an airport, but still quite disappointed. I ordered the poke nachos, to save me from being too full from the rice. Ahi tuna, as I expected, was not very fresh. I do appreciate the crunchiness of the tortilla chips. The overall dish was too salty for me, probably due to the salt in the Furikake and tortilla chips. I ordered tried the Mac salad, because I do love a good Mac salad. Man, that was so upsetting. It just tasted eggy and mayonnaisey (definitely in the dictionary :P) Sadly, I had to toss that out. That was $4.95 down the drain. At least, I can say that I tried, but I wouldn't recommend it. Maybe the other items would be better, but not a good first impression for me. I'll pass.

This place is probably my favorite stop at SeaTac. My coworker and I stopped in here to wait for our next flight. We ended up ordering 2 dishes and 2 drinks! All of it exceeded out expectations! The cocktail served in the spam container was not only so cute to look at, it was very delicious! 100% would order again! Honestly can't wait until our next stop in SeaTac so I can try the other things on their menu!

Got the teriyaki short ribs and it was pretty good! The reason why I docked a star was just because of the mac salad. The mac itself was kind of tough and not a great texture, and it had too much mayo for my tastes. There's no dining in, just to go so it's not somewhere that you can lounge at. Service was nice, the person who took our order was friendly and they hand deliver the food to you.

Ehh, the ready made sushi boxes were just okay. I guess what you would expect! We were there to grab a quick eat, so it did the job. Prob will try somewhere else.

The staff here is super friendly, I am just wishing that the food was better. I ordered the boneless beef short rib plate to go, and I'm not exactly sure what I ate was short rib. There were slices of beef that seemed to be overcooked and dry (perhaps they cook it and leave it in a warmer) and chewy. The rice had bits that were undercooked (you could still see their middle was white), and their mac salad was okay, but a bit too creamy and flavorless. The ONE thing I did love, was their ube butter mochi. I brought it home for my fiancee and my toddler ended up loving it as well--not too sweet and perfectly chewy. Next time I will just get that. I'm not sure how the rest of the food is here but I'm iffy on the entrees.
