NYC’s New Restaurant Openings

"These blockbuster bagels (originally from Connecticut) now have a second brick-and-mortar operation on the Upper West Side. Now you can rip-and-dip your bagel—or three, which is the minimum order—into one of their cream cheeses right near the Museum of Natural History. You can probably expect a line on weekends." - will hartman

Went to this bagel spot this morning to grab breakfast, and wow it was amazing! My girlfriend had told me they were excellent, and I was like “yeah, it’s just bagels”… but she was right. We waited about 30 minutes (it was packed), but it was totally worth it. We got 6 everything bagels and 2 cream cheeses for $26 not cheap, but honestly excellent quality. I don’t think you can eat on-site, but if you’re looking for really good bagels, don’t hesitate. I’ll definitely be back!

Google
Fresh, soft, doughy bagels, served hot and warm. When they’re fresh you can rip them and dip it right into their softer cream cheese. When the bagels have cooled, they’re still extremely delicious, but a bit less rippable and dippable. They sell 3-packs, 6-packs, and 12-packs, all of which come with smear (cream cheese). I got a 3-pack and will be shortly back for another bag!

There’s always a line here, but it moves fast. This location has a few standing tables outside, which is handy if you want to eat right away. The catch? There’s a minimum order of three bagels—tough if you’re trying to save stomach space for all the other food in NYC. The bagels themselves are excellent—chewy, still warm even after a stroll to Central Park. The cream cheese comes in its own tub so you can dip as you eat. Not my favorite style, since it’s a bit awkward and requires both hands. I think I expected a more classic NYC bagel shop serving sandwich-style options with different fillings, so the minimalist approach was a little underwhelming for me.

4.5 / 5.0 - I tried Popup Bagels for the first time a couple of months ago and again last week. The first time was on a weekend and there was a line outside, but it moved quickly. Last week, I went on a weekday around 10am, so there was no wait. The bagels are freshly made and delicious. They’re also smaller than your average bagel, which is the perfect size for me. However, you cannot order bagels individually and the minimum order is a pack of 3 plus schmear for $13+. You can also change this to 4 bagels, but that would make for very overpriced bagels. We tried the scallion schmear, which was tasty and plentiful—way too much for 3 bagels. I really wish they sold the bagels individually, so I could get them fresh, more frequently. Will go again when I have visitors.

Google
Absolutely delicious bagels! We grabbed coffee from a nearby shop first, then headed over for bagels and were not disappointed. We tried the salt and sesame—both had a perfectly crispy exterior with a soft, chewy interior, served piping hot straight from the oven. The scallion cream cheese schmear quickly became our go-to. For a sweet treat, we sampled the French toast schmear, which had a bold nutmeg flavor and was just as delicious. Can’t wait to return to NYC for these again!

Danny

Google
Overall, bagels were very good and fresh. They are smaller than a normal bagel, about 2/3 the size of a normal NYC bagel - so a 3 pack for two people is a nice bite. Cant order bagels individually but only sets of 3 or 6 or 12. The price for the 3 is by far the best bang for you buck. If you want more/extra schmear, do NOT do the 6 or 12 - just do multiple 3 packs. Technically youll save money and get more schmear as extra schmear is $7. Quite a rip off for individual but for 3 bagels and 1 schmear for $13 is a way better deal. I would definitely go again!

Google
I think it was one of the best bagel in my life. I’ve never tried the hot bagel before. My plan was eating at the Central park but I had to try one of them right away in front of the shop😆 I think the slogan should change to Famous and known as well🤩

Google
Most Bagels in NYC are great but these were truly exceptional! There was a line efficiently managed by someone taking your orders and then just had to wait for your warm fresh out of the oven hot bagels

Yelp
Bagels are hot and delicious. Had the everything and salt bagel with scallion cream cheese and the seasonal chimcicurri butter. Note the cream cheese is enough for 2-3 people. Sad they only have savory bagels and no sweet bagels.

Yelp
PopUp Bagels in store purchase is definitely a ripoff. I paid twelve dollars for three SMALL bagels and a tub of cream cheese. It upsets me that I couldn't get just one bagel. I'm still giving them Four Stars for the streamlined in store service and for the catering delivery at my recent event. The event went very smoothly and PopUp Bagels showed up right on time with an efficient employee. PopUp Bagels in my experience has friendly employees that are hard working and cooperative. Bagel Taste: When I had their bagels with a friend I told him the taste of the bagel is delicious but the outside is like rubber hard to chew. He made the following comment about the bagel. "I agree with you about the texture of the crust. Not a New York bagel or my teeth are not what they used to be." For my in store purchase I selected two Everything and a Salt Bagel. The Everything Bagel is definitely my favorite. It's full of everything on both sides! I had the Key Lime Cream Cheese. The cream cheese ingredients are not listed on the container. Key Lime was delicious and is not offered all the time. The two regular cream cheese flavors I've tried are scallion and plain. The bagel flavors are limited. Both in store and for the catered event the bagels are not sliced so I took mine home for lunch and sliced it. I really don't understand how they expect you to eat the hot fresh bagels to go that are in a bag and they don't give you the proper tools or slice them. As I said I'm giving them Four Stars for service delivery, nice employees, and tasty cream cheese. My plan in the future is to split the cost of the bagels and cream cheese with a friend and take them home to eat! I do recommend their catering if you have an office event or any other breakfast event or breakfast buffet planned. P.S. I hope this review isn't confusing. I had two separate experiences and a lot to say!

Yelp
Honestly such a good concept. These people are the definition of efficient. It's crazy. Every 5 ish minutes they have a new batch of bagels come out. Small selection of bagels and cream cheese but that's exactly how it should be. So happy they are opening one in Miami
google avatar

Yelp
Nothing beats a piping hot bagel and delicious smear. Love that they call the cream cheese smear as the word keeps popping up in my head while I smear the ripped piece of bagel in the spinach artichoke smear. Delicious. You can buy 3, 6, 9 bagels with 1 smear or 12 bagels with 2 smears. I opted for 6. One bagel is actually really filling. Happy to have finally tried the viral bagel. Line was not that bad. Went pretty fast. In and out in 10 mins.

Yelp
Finally got to try a pop-up bagels after hearing so much about it. The only option you have is to order a three pack of bagels and it comes with one cream cheese choice. There's no way to basically just get a single bagel and cream cheese spread. I went with a new limited-edition PEPERONCINI SCHMEAR X @Graydon Cutler with an everything bagel, salt bagel, plain bagel. Prices are actually very reasonable. The whole point in this place is that you tear and dip in the cream cheese and I like this because you choose how much cream cheese you want on it. Note that they don't have any specialty bagel sandwiches. This is just purely meant for the freshness of the bagel quality. When we got it, it was literally steaming and hot and you could tell it was not sitting at all. I would come here for the quality of tasting the bagel and texture itself rather than the specialty of bagels sandwiches that you could get somewhere else. There's really not a whole lot of places to sit inside so it's meant to just take to go.
google avatar

Selena Y.

Yelp
Wow, the hype is real! Perfectly chewy, hot and fresh bagels (we were told a new batch of bagels comes out every 5 min!). Although the line looks long at first, operations are efficient and the line actually moves very quickly. Note that there's a 3 bagel order minimum with one schmear/dip, where you choose between the classic cream cheeses or one of their weekly specials. We came before St. Patty's Day and there was a fun Guinness cream cheese option on the menu!

Yelp
We wanted to finish our Bagel-off with one of NY's "not famous, but known" bagels - and boy did they not disappoint! If you're coming here during the weekend, expect a line. If you're coming during the weekday, also expect the line. We got 3 bagels, and regular dip, alongside some salmon lox to top it off. The bagels were fresh, warm, and definitely HIT as we ate them at a nearby park in the cold March air. Delicious, 10/10 - service was prompt, easy. Not a lot of sit down room inside, so expect to take these to go :)

Yelp
Got 3 bagels straight out of the oven, and they were some of the best I've had in a long time! Got them with the seasonal pesto butter with sunflower seeds. Super glad they opened one closer to me.
google avatar

Jason D.

Yelp
Fast service--we only waited about 5 minutes. The Calabrian chili butter was just okay; I wouldn't get it again. The salt bagel was steaming hot, which helped melt the butter beautifully. I wish all the bagels were served at that temperature--the plain bagel was room temp, and the everything bagel was warm. *Salt Bagel: 9.5/10 - Slightly too salty when paired with the butter. *Plain Bagel: 8/10 - Not exciting but solid. *Everything Bagel: 8.5/10 - Great flavor, messy, but expected. *Additional Schmear $6 The main downside is that you must buy at least three bagels and a schmear ($13). If you're with someone, it's fine. The real appeal here is getting hot bagels. Best I've had.
google avatar

Janice K.

Yelp
best bagels I ever had, even the plain bagel was mouthwatering and so good. I got the salmon as well and it was a lot
google avatar

Alisa J.

Yelp
Bagels were pretty good. They were chewy and had good texture and flavor. The everything bagel was a bit too salty though. The scallion cream cheese was a good consistency and flavor. Would highly recommend these bagels as long as the line isn't too long.
google avatar

Esther M.

Yelp
I am honestly not a huge fan of bagels, but my goodness!! This place is SOOOOOO good!!!! The line is usually a little ridiculously long, but goes by relatively fast. The bagels are made in store, and come out steaming hot....... Would come here every morning if I could The everything + salted plain bagel is "chefs kiss" with the scallion cream cheese. Worth every penny
google avatar

Macarena O.

Yelp
If you want to try a different concept type of bagels this is your place! You get the spread on the side and dip your bagel. We got freshly baked bagels, crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside. We got the everything, sesame and salt with the scallion spread. Try the salt bagel, it was delicious. You have to get a minimum of 3 bagels so that's the only "bad" thing. The 3 bagels plus the spread is $13. Quick and nice service!
google avatar

Suesue E.

Yelp
My favorite plain bagel in the city. PopUp bagel is so dense, soft, chewy- it is SOOOOOO good. My usual go-to is an everything bagel, but their everything bagel is tooo salty and poppy seed-y, so I lean toward plain or the salt bagel. The salt bagel is so simple but for some reason so delicious! The only downside is they make you order a minimum of 3 bagels and it comes with a large tub of cream cheese. It is my favorite plain bagel though, I frequent the UWS location regularly. They are VERY fast- don't let the line intimidate you!
google avatar

Matthew W.

Yelp
Pretty decent bagels here for a good price. Cost about $21 for half a dozen bagels and a small tub of schmear (spread). There are usually lines, but with 3 cashiers, the line moves very quickly. The menu is quite small, with 5 bagel choices (everything, plain, salt, sesame, and poppy), and 1-2 schmear choices, as well as a few seasonal schmear. You should decide what you want before you even get in line as you won't have much time to think when you're inside. We got the plain and spicy scallion schmears. The former was, well, plain. Probably wouldn't get it again. The spicy scallion was better. I wish they had sweet options; I've been before with friends and their dulce de leche schmear was excellent. Bagel was soft and delicious. I'd rate it pretty highly, though it's smaller than other NY bagel giants (and of course, a fraction of the price). Would recommend the salt one over the rest, and of course, eating it while it's fresh and warm. Pop up Bagels are known for their "schmear" (well, calling it that), and for breaking and dipping their bagels into it. I like it, as it's far easier to eat, but I feel like it's almost taboo to do that to a bagel. ;)
google avatar

Alicia O.

Yelp
Best Bagels. I love the salty bagel and the schmears are amazing!!! I can eat many and I'm a picky eater

Yelp
Pop Up Bagels was one of the spots in NYC I was scared would be overhyped. Luckily it did not disappoint. We came on Sunday at around 12pm and only waited about 10 mins in line. While we were in line somebody came and took our order. They were so helpful and gave us recommendations. We were happy to be in and out quickly. We got three bagels as per their minimum: an everything bagel, a plain bagel and sesame. The bagels are very greasy and not too crunchy which I loved. They were also steaming when we ripped them open. We loved them but definitely think that the everything bagel was way too salty. The cream cheese was good too but nothing to write home about. Overall, they are good bagels. It's not ideal to have to buy 3 nor to have to dip the bagels in cream cheese. The dipping wasn't too bad but I think I still preferred my bagels cut. However, worth going at least once! 3 bagels is perfect for 2 people!
google avatar

Clara S.

Yelp
I got the 3 piece bagel set (plain, sesame, everything bagel) with the scallion cream cheese dip. The bagels were steaming hot and they were super chewy and yummy! My personal favorite was the everything bagel. Loved the cream cheese dip too! I went around 11:00AM on a Wednesday and there wasn't any line outside. Service was very fast!
google avatar

Angelina R.

Yelp
Get here early! You'll get the widest selection and the most fresh-made bagels. PopUp definitely has some of the best bagels I've ever tasted: they're crispy on the outside and pillowy as ever on the inside. Not to mention the toppings! The seasoning clings so well to the outside of the bagel so you get its full flavor through. As for the butter, it was definitely good and you get your money's worth, but I'd recommend sticking to the cream cheese for the best rip and dip experience. The shop itself has great vibes and helpful service, but it's small and there's only two seating spots, so make sure you're prepared to take your bagels on the go. Also, the smallest amount of bagels for purchase is 3, so bring some buddies! Tbh, the bagels are on the small side so you can probably get by with just two people (which is what I did). Overall, this shop is a unique experience supported by deliciously simple flavors done extremely well, so I highly recommend.
google avatar

Rach S.

Yelp
The crust is perfectly crisp, the inside is soft and chewy, and the flavors are out of this world. I'm particularly fond of their everything bagel with scallion cream cheese - a match made in heaven. The lines can get long, but it's worth the wait. The staff is friendly and efficient, making the experience even more enjoyable. If you're a bagel lover, this is a must-try! A few tips: Pre-order online: This is the best way to avoid long lines. Get there early: Even with a pre-order, popular flavors can sell out quickly. Don't skip the schmears: Their cream cheese flavors are just as delicious as the bagels.

Yelp
Been wanting to try this. We tried Essa and Liberty in our 4 days in nyc. We got there around 9ish, there's line, but it went through so fast. We ordered: 3 bagels poppyseed, everything and salt with 1 Scallion schmere The bagels are roundish and soft and chewy. Yummy!! We ordered some more to bring back. I asked her that I don't want the schmere, so she said she will give me an extra bagel instead. Awesome!! Service is great considering they are busy. No seating area inside, but some outside and bar tables too. Enjoy!!
google avatar

Yelp
Thank you instagram for this recommendation! Before heading to the Natural History Museum we walked over to get some bagels. There wasn't a line but the limited seats they had were full. So we took them to go and sat on a nearby bench. The bagels were HOT - we got 2 plain and one salted bagel with plain cream cheese. (3 bagel minimum) The cream cheese was enough for all 3 bagels. They were soooooo good. The bagels were HOT so be careful but OH MY GOODNESS, I wish i lived in NY - I would be here everyday!
google avatar

Candice L.

Yelp
Wow, PopUp Bagels is SO GOOD! We came here on a late morning on Monday so there wasn't a line at all. They sell in a bundle of 3 so we got 3 bagels (everything, poppy, sesame) with scallion schmear. The bagels came out piping hot and they were some of the fluffiest, softest bagels I've ever had. I always thought bagels are only good when they are toasted, but little did I know how good fresh bagels are on their own until now. I can't wait to be back when I'm in New York next!
google avatar

AB H.

Yelp
Yes, they are yummy. We had the sesame, which was delish. The everything bagel was too salty. They threw in an extra poppy seed bagel for us, which was kind. We got to sit on one of the 4 seats inside which was nice.
google avatar

Yelp
Here we go again...the power of social media and "Influencers". I don't get the hype and I'll never wait on a line for over an hour to get over-priced bagels and cream cheese especially in New York where you can find real bagels that are 100 times better. When I'm in the city, I walk past here every morning and I don't understand the long lines. One morning, I was on my way to the park and ran into someone I knew standing on the line. They offered to pick up bagels and cream cheese for me so of course I had to see what this was all about. OK, here's my take... It's actually one of The worst Instagram / TikToc / Influencer famous place. Not only do you have to wait in line for hours but you must purchase at least 3 bagels and a tub of cream cheese for $12. Pricy but not horrible. The choice of cream cheese leaves a lot to be desired ... caramelized, onion, scallion, or plain. The concept is the bagels are served hot and you tear a piece off and dip into the cream cheese. Not sure I'd call them bagels they're more like warm rolls. I wasn't a fan of the cream cheese either. Reminded me of chips and dip. I just didn't get it. I am sure the company paid a lot of money to theseinfluencers who are touting this as the next best thing. It's a bandwagon and not a good one.
google avatar

Lenny S.

Yelp
Best bagels ever hands down. The everything bagel is the die for if you're in the area stop by .. thank me later
google avatar

Ploy N.

Yelp
Easily some of the freshest and fluffiest yet crispy on the outside bagels I've ever had! Never had such a bagel experience before where you get a bagel of a few bagels and go ham with their tub of cream cheese. The Lox was a good addition. All bagel flavors were delicious but the seasonal Cinnamon Raisin was a crowd favorite. Totally worth the hype.
google avatar

Adrienne G.

Yelp
Walking through Central Park, we saw a couple happily diving into a bag of PopUp Bagels & we knew we needed to hunt these down Following morning, we were the happy couple diving into our bag......selling in multiples of 3, we chose Everything and paired it with the roasted pepper schmeer Wow oh wow - hot out of the oven, rippable, soft, chewy and perfectly situated to dip into the tub of schmeer which was super flavorful Next morning we stopped by on the way to the airport to bring some more back to SF! Yummmmmm
google avatar

Carly G.

Yelp
I'm mad I didn't take any pictures here, but I think it's because I was in heaven eating the best bagels I have ever had. You can't just order a bagel and cream cheese. Instead, they give you a minimum of 3 bagels with cream cheese to dip it in. We got the scallion cream cheese and 3 assorted bagels. The bagels were incredible! They were hot when they gave them to us and so good as you dipped them in the cream cheese. I'll be dreaming of this place for a while!
google avatar

Bella A.

Yelp
Pop up bagels have gained their popularity from tiktok, and we wanted to try it for ourselves! Located all over NYC, pop up bagels allow for you to grab and go without crazy long lines. We went to the location in Upper West Side, which is located conveniently close to Central Park. You are able to choose from 5 different options for bagels and several options for smears. It is not as many options as other bagel places in NYC. We opted for the 3 bagel combo + 1 schmear, which comes out to only $12! The bagel was warm, fluffy, and fresh. We tried the limited edition red pepper smear which was fabulous. We loved the fact that it was delicious, quick grab n go, and perfect for a park picnic!

Yelp
Food 10/10 So so glad they opened another shop in the UWS, definitely a lot shorter line than the soho location, but still stellar quality bagels and fresh cream cheese. I am always amazed at how light and airy the bagels are, fresh out of the oven and yet have the perfect chew as well. My favorite bagel spot for sure, you can fight me on this. Atmosphere 8/10 Much bigger space, with some tables but not that much. Service 9/10 Fast and efficient, friendly people.
google avatar

Heather L.

Yelp
PopUp Bagels needs to come to LA! Fresh out of the oven. Piping hot. Soft and chewy at the same time. I think the freshness makes these bagels taste so much better. Minus one star because of the cream cheese, which wasn't impressive. Wanted a little kick from the scallion but the scallion was almost non-existent and the cream cheese itself was weak in flavor. Went on a Tuesday around noon and there was no wait.
google avatar

Kat C.

Yelp
The hype is real! Popup Bagels is by far some of the best bagels in the city. Their bagels are crunchy on the outside, yet soft and chewy on the inside, and ALWAYS come out piping hot. My favorite is the plain bagel because it pairs perfectly with their scallion and specialty cream cheeses, and really allows the flavor of them to shine through. However, their everything bagel is also one of my favorites, as it's absolutely LOADED with everything seasoning and topped with a hearty sprinkle of flaky salt. Have leftover bagels? Sprinkle them in water and then reheat them at 350 for 5-7 minutes and they'll be just as fresh as when you first got them!
google avatar

Wendy C.

Yelp
HOT BAGELS! Rip-it, dip-it What I got 3 bagels (plain, everything, sesame) with plain CC. OH MY! it was so good! I love that they are hot! I had to stop somewhere asap and eat these and I sure did! It was so good, nice hot and very soft and chewy. Environment It was a little out of the way from the norm city. Located in a neighborhood. There is no indoor space really, you need to take the eating somewhere. A lot of people are waiting outside once they make the order. Niceness of the staff Super nice staff, patient while navigating as a first time buyer. Deciding on which 3 bagels I wanted to get in the busy line yet the staff was patient. Dollar it was decent for 3 bagels and a big tub of cream cheese. The bagels are sold in 3s, no singles. Yes? Yes I would def stop here again! I love that they are hot!
google avatar

Connie S.

Yelp
I ordered the sesame, everything, and plain bagels to-go, and they were absolutely amazing. The texture was perfect--warm, chewy, and easily the best I've ever had. The Everything bagel stood out the most; I devoured it in no time and immediately wished I had ordered more!

Yelp
Fascinating bagel shop that appears to have made the list of internet famous bagel shops. We arrived Friday morning around 10:15 and there was next to no line here which was surprising since outside the shop they had little guide handles for when the line gets too big. When fresh bagels pop out you can see the steam and softness on those bagels from the oven. One of the interesting parts of PopUp bagels is it's encouraging of people ripping and dipping the bagels rather than cutting and later applying the spread. Most people get the pack of 3 bagels and a smear for 13 dollars which I find somewhat expensive for a bagel. They don't have much variety. There are about 4-5 smears to pick from and 4 bagel flavors, plain, everything, salt and sesame. I was disappointed by the lack of options, especially since an everything bagel has all the components of the other bagels. We got 2 everything bagels and one salt bagel and should have got 3 everything bagels. The chipotle seasonal smear we got was delightful but I wish that they had more smear options (personally a sucker for strawberry creme cheese but was not an option). The bagels were soft and fluffy. The salt bagel was not as soft but this probably came out the oven earlier in the day, There are two small tables outside with no seats. Inside there is one table covered in crumbs with 5 seats or so. Small shop. Service was very nice and patient. No bathroom in the store. Overall great bagels. Wish they had more variety and cheaper options so will likely not be stopping by too often. I wonder if they have larger lines than what i experienced.
google avatar

Priscilla Y.

Yelp
I'm not big on bagels because most of them are too dense, but the bagels at PopUp Bagels are one of my favorites. They don't sell individual bagels with cream cheese/shmear. They sell bags of three, six, or twelve bagels with schmear. We ordered one everything bagel and two sesame bages with a tub of scallion schmear. The bagels were fresh out of oven. The outside of the bagels were crispy while the inside was soft and warm. Both were amazing. There are no seats. To-go only.
google avatar

Dan S.

Yelp
Legit bagels. Stoped by at 3p and they had plenty of warm bagels still coming out. We got a dozen with two schmears including a special blueberry pancake cinnamon roll one (sweet and way too delish) and a scallion one. Both were terrific. The everything bagel had just the right amount of seasoning and was crispy outside by super soft inside. Is it worth the $40? Probably not but spending money on bagels never felt so good and tasty either.

Yelp
We have seen a million videos on Popup Bagels and wanted to make sure we made time to try it while visiting. The Bagels come out fresh and hot and you tear them apart to dip into the spread of your choosing. If you want to avoid the lines you're able to order ahead (1 dozen minimum) and show up to get your order at a selected time. The spreads here are amazing and we tried the rosemary butter is delicious as well. This spot is well worth the hype.

Yelp
Best bagels I've ever had. Went on a Saturday at 3pm and there was no line. Got 3 everything bagels and a scallion cream cheese (minimum order). Me and my boyfriend, who generally hates bagels, both loved them and finished them all within 10 minutes. Will 100% be back.

Yelp
Not worth the lines or the price. Go some place else, just a tourist trap. Can only get a set of 3 bagels or more. Cannot get 1. They're not cut but rather have to dip the bagel into the cold spreads. Bagel breaks trying to dip it. Company supports the IDF. Do not spend your money here and support better humane causes.

Yelp
ordered the 3 pack for $13 = 3 bagels + one choice of a cream cheese, so worth it. got sesame & everything bagel and i highly recommend the everything bagel bc it was so flavorful and i love the garlic bits + how crunchy the outside is! inside the bagels were delightfully fluffy and enjoyable. also, i ordered the scallion cream cheese spread 10/10 would rec, love the hints of freshness from the scallions to cut through the bagel dough :) servers were also incredibly kind & bubbly, loved their energy in the early morning !

Yelp
showstopping, spectacular, one of a kind i loved this bagel place! out of the few i tried out here, this one takes the cake!!! i've never had such a chewy, yet perfectly structured bagel!!! i love their simple menu and ordering system. the everything bagel, was indeed everything. so easy to rip and dip ! they come out perfectly warmed and when you top it with some of their packaged salmon, it really seals the deal. i'll be missing this bagel spot in california :(

Yelp
Worth the hype! Staff is so efficient that I was in and out in a minute, even with a line. I got 2 poppy and 1 everything bagel and both were delicious, as well as the spinach-artichoke schmear of the week. Totally wheelchair accessible to pick up, but I didn't see any low top tables to eat at (didn't pay good attention though because my intention was to eat in the park).

Yelp
POP UP BAGELS FIVE OUT OF FIVE STARS! This is a pretty simple no-frills bagel shop, only offering a small selection of bagel flavors, no sandwiches, and select schmears. The expectation is you can just rip bagels by hand and dip in the schmear to consume! Let me tell you, these bagels are AMAZING, the best bagels I've ever had. The outer layer is crispy, yet the inner dough is so chewy and light. It's actually incredible, and dipping them in their delicious schmears is just the cherry on top. I lowkey want to go back to NY just for these bagels!

Yelp
Got it on a Sunday morning, it wasn't crowded. It's on the smaller side compared to other bagels in ny, but it was very soft and kept its texture even after freezing them and reheating them a few days later. We got the cinnamon sugar cream cheese spread which was tasty. The downside is that you can't buy individual ones.
