I’ve never tasted a better bagel in my life. They were SO hot and fresh and the most perfect chewiness. The service staff were so friendly, positive, and very quick! They really have a perfect pop-by system down for a quick stop on your way to work. I’m from the Midwest and I’ve never had a more perfect bagel or cream cheese. The scallion spread was the perfect thickness for thick-dipping or spreading. You must get the everything, and salt bagels. TRUE Perfection!! Thanks to local Russell Bicknell, from the AMNH, for the excellent suggestion!! 🤓😄

We had to try PopUp Bagels while in New York, and the hype and wait did NOT disappoint! Easily the best bagel I’ve ever had. The line was long, but moved fast. We got the brown sugar cinnamon butter spread, and it was very sweet. My mom loved it, I ended up just eating the sesame bagel plain that’s how amazing it was. Steaming hot, crispy outside but light and airy on the inside. I could probably eat 5 of them. I would absolutely come back here! I do wish they had regular butter instead of just cream cheese options, maybe in the future.

This is the perfect bagel shop in NYC. You don't have to deal with the complications of a million options on the menu. You get good fluffy, hot bagels and a generous serving of cream cheese with a few options for each. It's perfect. I went on a Saturday morning... was in line for 30 seconds and then left with a bag of hot bagels and a huge smile on my face.

Wow! Best bagels ever! The are fresh and made by the hour, plain and sesame were definitely my favorite. They are so squishy and soft at the center and crunchy all around. Matt was incredible to us and is the reason why I’ve tried to put make this review 3+ times already. Even went back to get more bagels! Definitely recommend

My absolute favourite bagels in New York! Service is always quick and employees are super nice. Bagels are so fresh they’re still warm when you get them! Scallion cream cheese is my go to, but I love that they have limited flavours and they always hit the spot. And price is so good as well!

Literally my #1 bagel in New York and I’m so glad I listened to the hype. Try everything as it’s all fantastic. The best combination was the scallion cream cheese and everything bagel. It’s all fresh and still steaming as you take it to go. Highly recommend!

These are some of the best bagels I've ever eaten. The experience dipping the bagel into the cream cheese makes it even better. The bagels all come to you hot out of the oven, or at least warm. It's as fresh as you can get. Excellent idea and execution. The only slight downside is they won't sell you bagels without the schmear, but it makes sense based on their business model.
