Founders Mimi Hanley and David Chung developed these new flavors after customer requests. The product is made from blocks of frozen water and Strauss dairy, shaved into cups or waffle cone cups, and topped with various toppings. The original location on Divisadero, opened in 2016, has gained popularity with frozen blocks of water and Straus dairy shaved into ribbons, topped with everything from fresh fruit to Fruity Pebbles cereal.
