The Best Italian Restaurants in Jacksonville, Florida | Eater Miami

"Located at the St. John’s Town Center, Prati Italia is a fantastic family-friendly spot specializing in American-Italian cuisine. Sharable entrees like the salumi and cheese platter are great options for a crowd, while the Roman-style pizza comes to the table in big squares that are crispy on the bottom and fluffy on the inside. As for pasta, the housemate sheets and noodles are used to create many dishes, but a standout dish is the lasagna which is 13 layers thick. The tray of lasagna sits overnight before being portioned. Just before being served, the brick of lasagna is deep fried to get its crispy edges and is topped with more sauce and cheese before being devoured by hungry guests."

Just had yet another lovely dinner at Prati!! Food and drinks were incredible!! Had the caprese pizza, and let me tell you, I haven't had a better crust!! Out of this world, crispy and melt-in-your-mouth! The experience was made even better by our beautiful waitress Cathrine!! I've had her a couple times and she never ceases to amaze. Attentive, but not intrusive, always right there when you need her. Delightful service, amazing smile! Will be asking for her in the future!

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt modern yet cozy—perfect for a relaxed late lunch with a touch of elegance. I never knew Prati Italia was there in the town center or that it is locally owned. We started with the crispy Brussels sprouts and Fontina-stuffed meatballs, and both were unforgettable. The Brussels were roasted to perfection—crispy, well-seasoned, and addictive. I ate around the blue cheese. The meatballs were tender, rich, and oozing with flavor, and that cheese center? Chef’s kiss. For entrées, my friend had the Power Bowl Salad with added salmon, which came beautifully presented and packed with vibrant, fresh ingredients. She couldn’t stop talking about how flavorful and balanced it was. I wanted to try something different. I ordered the Beef Sugo It was very good. To top it off, I tried the handmade Wendy’s Peppercorn soda (yes, it’s as unique as it sounds), and it was such a fun and surprisingly refreshing experience—spicy, sweet, and bubbly in all the right ways. Our server Don was friendly and attentive, and we never felt rushed.

Google
Excellent dining experience. Perfect for a date or a special occasion. It's refreshing when you find a restaurant that puts a lot of effort into sourcing good quality ingredients and perfecting simple recipes instead of fancy complicated dishes with mediocre ingredients. On the pricier side but very much worth it. Definitely do not skip on the roman style pizza.

We had a great experience all the way around! The weather was perfect today so we decided to sit outside. We arrived in the early afternoon, enjoying our slow Sunday together, we ordered cranberry mimosas , which were delightful! As a appetizer we ordered cheese curds (not pictured), they were crispy on the outside soft on the inside, seasoned well and the marinara was great too, we devoured them. For our mains we ordered the breakfast lasagna (only available on brunch menu I believe from 11-4:30 on Sundays) which was so saucey, cheesy, meaty, absolutely scrumptious, we also ordered their veggie pizza, no olives, add bacon, add chili crisp. This was DELICIOUS!!! Super crispy edges, pillowy inside. Probably the best deep dish pizza I’ve ever had. We loved every aspect of our visits to this restaurant and believe they deserve more attention, we will definitely be back!

Google
my friend and i went here to eat and it was a great experience. staff and our server (don’t remember her name, she had blonde, tied back hair) was really nice and attentive to us. she made sure we were alright all through our dining experience. my friend and i both got their sugo pasta and it was okay. not bad by any means but, we would’ve preferred something else. we just thought we’d try something new but, it was still pretty good. you can definitely tell the food was all fresh and made from scratch. the restaurant itself has a very nice scenery/decor and it was refreshing. definitely worth your time to come here. i will be coming back with friends to eat here.

Google
Had a late lunch the other day and this place was completely unknown to me. Very elegant and nice without feeling like I was under dressed. I got the lunch special which was spaghetti with meatballs and a salad. It's an Italian restaurant so I went with an Italian dish. I was tempted to get a burger. Maybe next time?!

Google
We took my mom here for Mother's Day. From the service to the food, we loved our experience with Prati Italia. They had a special Mother's Day menu, so you paid a flat rate per person, and you were given everything on the menu in a family-style fashion to enjoy with everyone. While the sugo wasn't my favorite on the list, everything still tasted good! The Local Greens & Arugula Salad was different than I normally enjoy a salad, but I ended up really loving it. The citrus vinegarette really complimented the salad and made it really enjoyable. I also really loved the suppli and thought they were super delicious! The Kvaroy Artic Salmon with herb risotto is something that I'd love to have again, as well as the Chicken Piccata! The staff, likewise, were very attentive during the entire meal. They were coming out almost faster than we could try them, and everything came out fresh! It's definitely a place that's worth trying for yourself. Also, the atmosphere was nice and didn't seem too loud by any sense. It was easy to hold a conversation with your party while you ate.

would you like a scone?

Google
We came to Prati Italia for brunch and it was absolutely perfect. The atmosphere was cozy, quiet, and relaxing—great for a weekend catch-up. I had the blueberry Bellini (so refreshing!) and the Fontina Meatballs as my entrée—rich marinara, creamy polenta, and that garlic crumble was everything. We also ordered the crispy Brussels sprouts and they were next level with the Gorgonzola, bacon, pepper jelly, and balsamic drizzle. Our waitress Hadley was wonderful—super attentive and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

Yelp
This was our second visit to Prati Italia, and I have mixed feelings. Our first experience was excellent. We went for brunch and had the sugo pasta and steak & eggs. Both dishes were flavorful, well prepared, and generously portioned. However, our most recent visit on Father's Day wasn't quite as impressive. My husband ordered the pork chop special and said it was good, though he wasn't a fan of the sweet sauce that accompanied it. I had the shrimp and grits, which tasted fine, but the portion was surprisingly small. I easily could've eaten a second plate. Even my friend, who usually doesn't eat much, commented on how small the serving was. Overall, Prati Italia still offers great food, quick service, and a beautiful setting both inside and out. I just wish the portion size of my dish had matched the quality.

Yelp
Reviewing the menu and noticed they had handmade sodas! I tried the seasonal soda that had peach, lemon and black tea and the flavor combo was great. I also tried the Wendy Peffercorn soda that has strawberry, peppercorn, and basil! This was took me by surprise because the flavors combined were soooo good! For my dinner I ordered the small portion of the three-cheese ravioli and crispy Brussels sprouts. Both were flavorful but the ravioli was more cooked than I liked, I love an al dente pasta! The Brussels were perfect! The flavor was there and they were cooked perfectly. We were seated in there upstairs patio area and our waiter Dom was great for the party size!

Yelp
I went there for a work rated dinner for a party of about 15 people. We had a private room for the function and my colleagues allowed me to photograph their dishes in addition to what I ordered Everyone seemed pleased with their orders. My only issue was my scalloped seemed a bit firmer/ overcooked compared to what I usually eat. The main courses took some time to come out but I'm not sure if it was because of the size of our party. There is also a full bar with a wide selection of drinks. The desserts were rich and shareable. They unfortunately ran out of tiramisu by 7:30pm Parking is easy and free plaza self parking in a huge lot in front of the restaurant.

Yelp
Love love love!. I have come countless times and love it every visit! Staff is friendly, ambiance is social and romantic, food is always delicious. I recommend the truffle fries, pizzas are great, and the ravioli with blackened shrimp and Calabria chili oil.

Yelp
Review is for their event space. I recently held my rehearsal dinner at Prati. We rented out the space on the second floor- it's a covered patio. Space is considered outdoors but well protected from sunshine and rain. We were actually concerned about it being too cold and they were able to provide heaters which kept us toasty. We had 25+ people attend. I worked with Caitlyn to get all the details sorted out. She was responsive and left no questions unanswered. Night of we had Toli and Heather serving us. Kudos to them as they were on top of their game. Drinks were always filled, questions were answered and service was top notch! I pre-selected the food through a catering menu. OMG everything was so delicious. All of our guests raved about the food and we had so much left over. It was wild. Highly recommend their raviolis, side of spinach, chicken Parmesan, all of their pizzas, and their salted caramel popcorn ice cream. Yes popcorn on ice cream! We couldn't be happier after choosing Prati for our special night. I highly recommend this to future couples. I am hoping to host another event there in the future! No pictures because we just enjoyed the night!

Yelp
Great service provided. All around great meal. We enjoyed the burrata appetizer, Lasagna, sausage and pepperoni pizza, and Tiramisu. I reccommend and would for sure come back!

Yelp
This restaurant gets an automatic three stars alone for having Monkey 47 Gin at the bar! They provided the best Negronis I've ever had at a restaurant. The service both at the bar and in the dining room was good. The best part of the food was the side of brussels sprouts. The rest of the food was very unmemorable and overpriced. If I could give this place 3.5 stars I would. Overall, I would return for the bar and maybe some appetizers/sides.
google avatar

Yelp
I liked this restaurant in general, I ordered calamari fritti and a lasagna, the calamari fritti was my favorite I would 100% come back for that. Excellent service. (Oh and I ordered the godfather pizza to go for my husband.. he loved it!!!)

Yelp
This was by far one of THE BEST restaurant experiences I've had in Jacksonville. This restaurant just feels different from the moment you enter. They have an open kitchen concept & the seating allows for more privacy during dining which I LOVE. The service we received while dining was unlike no other. Our waiter took very good care of us and made all of the right suggestions when it came to ordering! The food was some of the most delicious Italian food I've ever tried in my life. I felt wrong not ordering pasta as a main dish, but I was absolutely blown away by the short rib! A MUST TRY! They also had affogato as a dessert option so we obviously had to try that alongside the tiramisu - make sure you save room for dessert!!!!

Yelp
First time going to Prati and we decided to try their happy hour which M-F, 4:30-6:30pm. The service was fast even though they were busy. The food was so good. We ordered different kinds of drinks and their bar bites menu. It's hard to pick a favorite because everything was delicious. The pizza was huge and I like the dough even though it was thick crust. The Crispy Brussel Sprouts were really yummy too. My husband liked the Cheese Pimiento and the Suppli. For the drinks my favorite was the Gimlet. The location at the Town Center area is nice and the restaurant was very spacious with a nice outdoor seating. I will come back for sure and excited to try their lunch/dinner menu.

Yelp
I would've never came to this place if it wasn't for word of mouth because it's tucked away in the corner of the town center. We came here right at 1 o'clock on a Saturday and it was surprisingly not very busy! Only a few tables were full. The decor is very modern and nice inside. Would be great for both a nice casual meal or a date night. We ordered the caprese pizza and truffle fries to split. The pizza was absolutely outstanding. Super fresh tasting and the crust was amazing. Think the fanciest Detroit style pizza you could have. The truffle fries were okay. They had a good amount of Parmesan and truffle oil, but they were very over salted and I believe they were previously from a bag and frozen. If I'm paying $12 for a plate of fries, I expect them to be homemade at a place like this. Overall, I'll definitely be back for their pizza but will likely skip the fries next time and try something else instead.

Yelp
I wrapped up 2024 with a wonderful family meal at a local favorite, @pratiitaliajax. They consistently excel in food, service, and drinks--I've never had a bad experience there. We always start with the Truffle-Parmesan Fries and the Crispy Cheese Curds. The fries are perfectly seasoned and come out crispy every time. And who can resist perfectly delicious fried cheese? Despite dining there many times, I had never tried their signature pizzas until now. I opted for "The Quinn," which is topped with locally roasted mushrooms, garlic cream, mozzarella, Fontina, truffle oil, and chives. The whole combination of all the different flavors worked so damn well. The mushrooms are the star of this pizza! Finally, it was dessert time. We tried the Tiramisu and the Nutella Brownie à la Mode. The brownie was served with crunchy caramel corn, a salted caramel drizzle, and a scoop of caramel gelato. It was my favorite. The tiramisu was delicious and very light, with a great espresso flavor. Thanks to the staff at @pratiitaliajax for helping us end the year with full & happy stomachs. On to 2025!

Yelp
Spotted this restaurant while out shopping. I'm glad I stopped in as all the food is fresh and delicious. The service was good with the bartender being professional and polite. Everything about this meal was very good my only critique was that a good portion of the noodles were stuck together. More sauce may have prevented this.

Yelp
Came here for my daughter's birthday dinner and the vibes were on point. Our party had about 22 people but they accommodated us well. My daughter surprisingly chose Italian and Prati delivered in every aspect. We started out with several appetizers and everything was made well. The star of the show were the cheese curds and brussel sprouts. My father raved about his Filet Mignon and my mother could barely save any of her lasagna to take home lol. The salmon also made an appearance on the top of the list. This party was for a 17 year old and they literally ordered about 14 pizzas and a side of fries as you would expect kids to do. They all said the pizzas were huge and tasted so good. The waitress did well making sure all orders were accurately made, fresh and that our large party was taken care of. Overall, this was a great experience and we're so happy we chose to have the dinner here. I would go back with no hesitation. I needed a mai tai after all the chaos but we came, we saw, we conquered.

Yelp
My mom and her husband retired to Jacksonville from NY. I'm always looking for yummy places to eat when I visit. No matter what we always eat at Prati Italia during my visit. The staff is very friendly. The food is always delicious. Plus they have great gluten free options, which isn't easy to find in Jacksonville. Just left and so happy and full. Bonus... drinks are also delicious and original.

Yelp
Review for Prati. Great portion size and tasty. The service by El and Val were awesome. The vibe was hip and cozy. You will enjoy dining here. Italian food with a southern flair.

Yelp
The service was good overall. We had reservations and were seated right away, which was great. We were served gluten-free bread--yum! For an appetizer, we ordered the meat and cheese platter, which I highly recommend. It's a delicious treat you don't want to miss! Why only 3 stars???..... However, things went downhill with my main course. The gluten-eater in our group ordered the filet, and it looked fantastic. I ordered gluten-free shrimp scampi- but when my dish arrived, it clearly wasn't gluten free. Thankfully, I caught the issue, asked my questions, and sent it back. The waitress apologized, and I don't believe it was her fault as she had clearly repeated my gluten-free order. They remade my dish, but unfortunately, the wait felt like forever. By the time my meal arrived, my friend had already finished theirs. Was my food good? Yes, it was hot, and thankfully, gluten-free the second time around. However, the experience would have been much better if the manager had come over to apologize. Mistakes happen--I understand that--but when one person's meal is served long after everyone else is finished, it's disappointing and takes away from the overall enjoyment. I wasn't looking for anything free, but I did expect our meals to arrive at the same time. While we're likely to return, it will probably be after a long break. Our last visit was a year and a half ago due to similar issues with service and food quality. Here's hoping for better consistency next time!

Yelp
Great Happy Hour spot! We will come back to review the menu but we thoroughly enjoyed the Happy Hour menu on a Friday! They offer it from 4:30 to 6:30 pm and offer good options from drinks to happy hour bites. Our favorites included the Aperol Spritz and the Ginlet. As far as their bites, we enjoyed the crispy brussell sprouts, pizza and pimiento cheese. The bar area was spacious and the servers were great! Overall, a nice experience!

Yelp
Sunday brunch: Tour de Italia ... "When the moon hits your face like a big pizza pie it's amore..." my taste buds are in love with their garlic bread and "house -made "ricotta. I also recommend their Atlantic salmon. - The flavors took me on a gastronomy tour of Italy . The ambience is more of modern industrial style that combines modern design with industrial elements, such as exposed natural materials, and a minimalist aesthetic . Warm and natural lighting. Service was cordial and the server was very attentive.

Yelp
I bought my husband a gift card for this restaurant for Christmas and we decided to use it tonight for dinner. The restaurant has a number of cozy round booths on the first floor and we were quickly seated at one of them. The menu has plenty of appetizers, salads, pizzas and entrees. I originally ordered the scallops but they were all out so I went with the short rib entree. It came with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. All three items were delicious and it was a nice size portion. My husband had the shrimp scampi. It had shrimp, thick noodles, olives and cheese. He loved it. My mother in law had the ahi tuna with spinach and mashed potatoes. She loved the mashed potatoes. This was our first time dining at this restaurant but it will not be our last.
google avatar

Yelp
Food was pretty good, Service was good, Nice decor My main complaint is that they have mold growing above their ceiling vents and they don't clean it. Mold is a health hazard to those working there and to the customers. I suggest your management clean that and get their HVAC system cleaned regularly!

Yelp
I've wanted to try this place out but never got a chance to while in the area, however this trip the professional jax for shrm was meeting here and I got the opportunity to attend this lovely event and check out this restaurant. This was a perfect spot to hold the event the charcuterie board and the mushroom pizza was absolutely stunning. After the event my friend and I was Abel to sit at the upstairs bar and enjoy the full menu. The service from holland the bartender was great very great conversation a great recommendation. I was able to order the shrimp scampi and my friend the gnocchi. This place is more of Italian with a twist/remix so not your average spin on things. The shrimp scampi was good just a few too many olives in it, I would ask for it again but without the olives if possible. My friend enjoyed her gnocchi very much so she ate it all in one sitting. The calamari was delightful and flavor bursting especially with the red pepper hummus. I did order the Tarimsu to go and it was just okay in my opinion it was lacking that strong coffee taste to it but again that's just my preference. Overall I will be back to try some other menu items like that 13 layer lasagna. The interior design is absolutely stunning, plenty of space, downstairs and upstairs they have indoor and outdoor palaces both upstairs and downstairs. Well thought-out designer.

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised with what a fantastic meal we had. We were visiting Jacksonville and drove pasted the restaurant and noticed all the cars so decided to check it out. Happy Hour had brought in a decent crowd and we were even able to take advantage of it in the main dining room. Zach was our server, super charming and very friendly. He was consistent on checking on how we were doing. A lot of the dishes are offered in two sizes opt for the smaller, the portions are big (see photos). We shared the Burrata which was amazing and super fresh. The short rib entree was so tender and served with brussel sprouts. We also had the gnocchi which was some of the best I have ever had. Sadly, no room for dessert but I am sure it would have been as delicious just like the rest of the meal.

David M.

Yelp
Food here is a 4.5/5. Really good pizza in an unusual style - kind of like a Sicilian pie, but less doughy. Pastas are more hit and miss - some can be extremely heavy like the pesto rigatoni and lasagna; but the classic bolognese is great. The apps might be the best part of the menu - crispy cheese curds, fritto misto, burrata are all top notch. Drinks are great as well, and they gladly serve up fun mocktails and house sodas for non drinkers. Service is a strong 5/5. Everyone here has been extremely friendly and responsive on every single visit, which is rare. The ambiance is a 4/5 - a little loud despite the space being enormous. You won't be at risk of hearing anyone else's conversation, but you may be at risk of not hearing your companion. The outside area is comfortable, but looks out over a retention pond to the highway - not the greatest view.

Yelp
I enjoyed my birthday dinner Friday night. The food was great and we had good service as well. We sat in a private area that we shared with another party briefly. The reason I give 4 stars is because we were told if our party was 12 people or less, gratuity isn't automatically added. We had 11 guests but we still had a gratuity charge plus an additional large party charge on our check. Additionally, my sister ordered 2 Remy margaritas which she loves to order anywhere we go. Instead of returning to the table to inform my sister the drinks would be $36 each (unheard of), she made them. My sister said they were good but she was shocked that one drink was more than the price of 2 cocktails from the drink menu. Multiple people on our party unknowingly ordered the same drink and were surprised by the price on the bill. Overall, we had a great experience and despite the ridiculous uncharged on the special drink request, everyone was pleased and said they'd return for dinner.

Yelp
This. Place. Was. Phenomenal. Other than having to wait a bit for them to seat us even though we made a reservation and the cheese curds being mediocre I loved it and will be going back! The bread that comes with the meal was fresh and warm on arrival. The charcuterie board had a nice variety of meat, cheese, and toppings. The scallops were cooked perfectly and the risotto was rich and creamy. The fresh lightly dressed arugula was the perfect touch to lighten up the rich meal. I got the small portion option and still had plenty leftover. Minus the scallops of course. To top it all off the affogato was made with home made gelato (flavor of your choice I got vanilla) was the perfect sweet finish. We also couldn't resist the tiramisu which was perfect. Not overly soaked in espresso so the lady fingers offered a soft cakey texture and the cream was light and buttery. Highly recommend Not pictured: fried cheese curds (not bad. Had better) and everyone else's meal that they said were great including the lasagna, gnocchi, and Spaghetti and meatballs

Yelp
Attended a work Holiday dinner here and I really enjoyed every dishes we had. Everything was cooked to perfection, the wait staff was so attentive through out the whole night and we had an amazing time. I came back with a group of girls and tried out their brunch, the fried chicken and waffles were so delicious, crispy, sweet and soft. The best in town so far! Highly recommend this spot if you're in the area or just wanted to try out something new!! Can't wait to come back again soon.

Adeline L.

Yelp
I've only been to Prati Italia for brunch, so I can't comment on anything else, but the brunch is great! I LOVE their power bowl with chicken and I like to add scrambled eggs to make it my version of a breakfast bowl. The Brussel sprouts in the bowl are the same ones they have at Town Hall which are the BEST! My husband also really enjoyed his steak and eggs, which was made with filet mignon steak (YUM). In my experience, the service is nothing to write home about, but it's helpful. They also have mimosa specials with different flavors, which are great. They expanded the outside patio seating and it creates such a nice ambiance that you almost forget you're essentially at a mall haha.

Yelp
Update... received a notification from OpenTable, manager responded. Wants to make it right! Asked me to reach out. I did multiple times, yet no one has ever contacted me back. My conclusion is to assume it was simply an empty gesture by the restaurant meant only to look good to others who see my review. Making it appear they are responding and gonna make things right. When in reality they do nothing at all.

Yelp
My favorite Italian food restaurant in town. Godfather pizza. Macaroni cheese and stir fry spinach are the best combo.

Yelp
I have been eating here with friends and family since 2022. Tonight I had such a bad experience I have to share. Money is tight, and when I do eat out it's to somewhere special. I thought it was Prati and I was wrong. I got the fried calamari -- it was so salty, it was inedible. But I didn't complain yet, I ordered a different sauce. I realized it didn't make a difference, it was so disgustingly over salted it didn't matter. So we ordered the ravioli -- again, so over salted it was inedible. I let the bartender (bald guy at the bar, whoever was on today) know how gross it was. He took the calamari off but charged me $1.50 for the little tiny cup of sauce for calamari that I asked for. I don't know what happened, but it used to be a nice place and now it's not. I will be steering people away from here on out. Do not bother spending $100+ on this place.

Yelp
I love to come here for the food and ambience. I made reservations on Open Table for 2. It took a few minutes to get seating, but was well worth it. Our staff were very attentive and helpful. The food was amazing and is consistent. Highly recommend

Yelp
The ambiance of this place is very cool, there's several different areas that give off different vibes. It feels like a new place every time! The food was absolutely delicious! They make all the noodles in house. The service was friendly.

Yelp
Went for dinner at Prati as they're already open at 5:30 and was greeted and seated by our server. There was already a good mix of people, who just left work and stopped by for happy hour as the overall ambiance was very chill and relaxing. Ordered the 3 piece Arancini for appetizer and it was very delicious. The mix of veggies and meat was balanced and enjoyed every bite. For the main course, I picked the Crispy Lasagna and wow the cheese with all the layers was amazing. Each bite was so good and I really enjoyed it. For dessert, I got the Coffee with Gelato Chocolate and it was a great way to finish off the meal. Definitely will comeback here to try other treats!
google avatar

Yelp
Friday afternoon happy hour at Prati is the best. You've got to go to the second floor bar and grab yourself some of the meatballs and the pimento cheese! The bar service is great and the bartenders are the chillest of guys. Once the sun goes down the second floor atmosphere is just the chillest. Totally recommend for a happy hour after work.

Yelp
What a great find. We chose this restaurant because we were in the mood for Italian. The bread at the beginning was home made, they make their own pasta and our daughter was able to get a signature drink with their homemade soda. Make sure to save room for dessert because you will not be disappointed. Our server was amazing and made suggestions and explained few dishes. You can get a smaller portion in most. It was top notch for ambiance as well.

Yelp
This place is terrific. Been several times for dinner and everything was just amazing. Service is incredible. The food; every single thing from apps to entres are all delicious . The restaurant is beautifully set up with indoor and outdoor seating. Also upstairs seating with both elevator and stair access. Recently had a chance to try their brunch on Easter/ 0420 , and it was top notch!! The menu was served in stages starting with sweet items like French toast with fruit compote and some of the best restaurant pancakes I've ever had. The breakfast scones still make me drool when I think of them. Savory items came in two sessions with an amazing breakfast lasagna and some of the best pimento cheese shrimp and grits I've ever had. The final savory items included biscuits to die for, beautifully fried chicken tenders, bacon and sausage. All were amazingly tasty and we had leftovers to boot! Coffee and cookies ended the menu in a tasty fashion. This place is top notch!!

Yelp
Nothing about this place screams authentic Italian, but it does serve a good quality meal for its pasta. The gnocchi was soft and served correctly. It was also customizable for me to substitute asparagus for mushrooms. The only bad part of the night was the pizza. It was good for what it was, but we did not expect a deep dish rectangular pizza. For this type of restaurant, we expected a hand-made Neapolitan style pizza. Instead, we got a greasy deep dish pizza that we ended up taking home. It wasn't bad, but it was not what we had expected. The service was pretty slow with a few but overly friendly waiters serving their tables. The ambiance was predominantly families from out of town.

Yelp
I still really like coming here and could probably be happy living off "The Quinn", but the FOH staff has been pretty overwhelmed the last several times I've been. They're always friendly, but it seems like they're having to cover too much at once and losing track of things pretty consistently (as anyone overwhelmed would). Maybe a lack of adequate staffing? Also, I gotta say that the Caesar salad has been a big miss twice in a row. The salad has been underdressed both times, and it's just underwhelming in general from a flavor standpoint. The pizza and pasta continue to be great! I'd just suggest avoiding this place if you're going at a busy time with impatient people in your party.

Yelp
We had an amazing experience at Prati last night. Al and the Prati team went above and beyond to provide an exceptional dinner experience. I highly recommend Prati and have been there numerous times. I recommend the scallops, muscles, garlic bread and Gnocchi with Oxtail. Thank you so much Al.

Yelp
Service was good but the food was a bit oversalted and overpriced. The pizza crust was soooo salty we tried the pepperoni & the one with mushrooms i forget what it was called. Idk if we would come back but the server was cool shout out to him.

Yelp
It's ok. My spaghetti was undercooked (chewy and crunchy) and the meatballs taste like plain ground beef and kind of weird! My son had blue cheese ravioli and it's just bland! However, the presentation was great! Location is great! I am a total Italian food freak and this was ok. The bartender was not very friendly when I told him we're going to sit at the bar. So we moved to the back. Don't have much to say about the waitress. She seems friendly!

Yelp
My family & I had Easter Brunch here on Sunday. It was our first time at Prati so this review is solely about this holiday meal experience. The menu: pastries * fresh fruit * Caesar salad * pancakes with berry compote * mac and cheese * shrimp & creamy polenta * fried chicken tenders served with biscuits and honey butter * scrambled eggs served with bacon, eggs, and home fries. Overall, the food was good and service was very friendly. The chicken tenders were the absolute star of the show, especially with the biscuits and honey butter. We did experience some issues with the meal however that are worth mentioning. I suspect they mostly can be attributed to the fact that this was a holiday meal served family-style. We definitely plan to return to Prati to experience the regular menu. -We were served 6 of certain items despite being a party of 8. When we asked the server for 2 more mini muffins (the first items to arrive), she said it shouldn't be a problem but she has to ask. I understand this isn't an unlimited buffet, but it seems reasonable to expect 1 of each item per person at a $45pp price point. -The restaurant opened at 10am & our reservation was for 10:45. We arrived early and they sat us immediately since the restaurant had many open tables at that time. I bring this up to highlight how surprising it was that service was slow, to the point that most enjoying a cocktail had finished theirs and waited about ten minutes before the waitress came back and they could ask for another. -The mac and cheese was not good AT ALL. The campanelle pasta was tough and gummy at the same time. This was the biggest disappointment for me since I love pasta and was excited to try Prati's since I know they make it fresh. Again, hopefully this will not be an issue when I return for their usual dinner service.

Yelp
We were near town center and hungry and I had been here for Sunday brunch but my husband hadn't so I decided to take him. We were immediately greeted by a hostess and decided to sit inside because it was going to rain. They do have quite a few outdoor options on patio overlooking a pond as well as an upstairs terrace. They have nice bar area as well. Cozy booths and nice tables. Our compromise to sitting outside was by a window. I do enjoy their cocktail menu but this visit I opted for refreshing peach tea because I was driving. Our waiter was very attentive and helpful. I really like their homemade ricotta and so we ordered the garlic bread appetizer. My husband loves shrimp so we also ordered their shrimp scampi to share. They also make their own pasta in house and this scampi had artichoke and olives for a nice twist on the classic dish. We will back next time maybe meatballs.

Yelp
I hadn't been to this location since it switched from Moxy. We had a taste for Italian food and this seemed like a good, casual option. We decided to go appetizer heavy with cheese curds, meatballs, and garlic bread with ricotta and an olive tamponade. We then shared the 13 layer crispy lasagna and brussels sprouts. Most of the food came out hot but the cheese curds noticeably did not. The manager was kind enough to get us a fresh order. You have to have the cheese pull on good cheese curds! We thoroughly enjoyed the garlic bread with the olive tapenade, and the brussels sprouts were very good. The lasagna was a bit crispier and perhaps a little harder than we anticipated. It is a nice size portion though, and very filling. The meatballs were a little mushy in a bowl with polenta. I think they could've benefited from some sort of different texture element. We had more food than the two of us could eat. Thankfully, the food reheated well at home. I remember the handmade sodas from Moxy and they made their way on to Prati's menu as well. Since I'd tasted the sodas in the past, I tried their seasonal handmade soda, which was blueberry, mint, and ginger. Service was good despite a snafu with the bill at the end. It was a rainy evening when we went so there was no option to sit outside but the ambience was fine inside.

Yelp
I swear prati gets better and better every time I go. The staff is outstanding and always greets you with a smile. Every one of these dishes were stellar. There was not a single plate that wasn't cleaned. I love their spin on Italian staples. The short rib was so tender it fell apart as soon as it was forked. Lasagna didn't last longer than 2 mins before being devoured. The creative dishes match the trendy atmosphere. From the dining room, to upstairs, or the patio you will have a fantastic environment to enjoy your night out.

Yelp
Food is always awesome here, First time having the brunch and the steak and eggs were great. Gnocchi was a bit unflavorful, but still a great item to try. Service is always amazing very personal and fun. Such a cool place to eat at. Very cool vibe. Will definitely be going back. This will have been the third time. Been coming here before it was Pradi.

Yelp
Tonight, the five stars (wished could be 10!!) goes to our server, Zach. We were a party of 13 and I must say he managed the process with the utmost professionalism and confidence. He was able to speak to the menu to the menu and make spot on suggestions. His commitment to customer-centered service was commendable and should be a role model for others to strive for. Thank you to management for allowing us the privilege of having Zach take care of us!
