"Located at the St. John’s Town Center, Prati Italia is a fantastic family-friendly spot specializing in American-Italian cuisine. Sharable entrees like the salumi and cheese platter are great options for a crowd, while the Roman-style pizza comes to the table in big squares that are crispy on the bottom and fluffy on the inside. As for pasta, the housemate sheets and noodles are used to create many dishes, but a standout dish is the lasagna which is 13 layers thick. The tray of lasagna sits overnight before being portioned. Just before being served, the brick of lasagna is deep fried to get its crispy edges and is topped with more sauce and cheese before being devoured by hungry guests." - Megan duBois

Excellent dining experience. Perfect for a date or a special occasion. It's refreshing when you find a restaurant that puts a lot of effort into sourcing good quality ingredients and perfecting simple recipes instead of fancy complicated dishes with mediocre ingredients. On the pricier side but very much worth it. Definitely do not skip on the roman style pizza.

We had a great experience all the way around! The weather was perfect today so we decided to sit outside. We arrived in the early afternoon, enjoying our slow Sunday together, we ordered cranberry mimosas , which were delightful! As a appetizer we ordered cheese curds (not pictured), they were crispy on the outside soft on the inside, seasoned well and the marinara was great too, we devoured them. For our mains we ordered the breakfast lasagna (only available on brunch menu I believe from 11-4:30 on Sundays) which was so saucey, cheesy, meaty, absolutely scrumptious, we also ordered their veggie pizza, no olives, add bacon, add chili crisp. This was DELICIOUS!!! Super crispy edges, pillowy inside. Probably the best deep dish pizza I’ve ever had. We loved every aspect of our visits to this restaurant and believe they deserve more attention, we will definitely be back!

my friend and i went here to eat and it was a great experience. staff and our server (don’t remember her name, she had blonde, tied back hair) was really nice and attentive to us. she made sure we were alright all through our dining experience. my friend and i both got their sugo pasta and it was okay. not bad by any means but, we would’ve preferred something else. we just thought we’d try something new but, it was still pretty good. you can definitely tell the food was all fresh and made from scratch. the restaurant itself has a very nice scenery/decor and it was refreshing. definitely worth your time to come here. i will be coming back with friends to eat here.

This was really good place. The meatball appetizer was really good and my husband had Chicken Parm with Alfrado. I ordered the Godfather pizza. It was great except for it was a little spicy for my weak stomach. But flavor was amazing.

We took my mom here for Mother's Day. From the service to the food, we loved our experience with Prati Italia. They had a special Mother's Day menu, so you paid a flat rate per person, and you were given everything on the menu in a family-style fashion to enjoy with everyone. While the sugo wasn't my favorite on the list, everything still tasted good! The Local Greens & Arugula Salad was different than I normally enjoy a salad, but I ended up really loving it. The citrus vinegarette really complimented the salad and made it really enjoyable. I also really loved the suppli and thought they were super delicious! The Kvaroy Artic Salmon with herb risotto is something that I'd love to have again, as well as the Chicken Piccata! The staff, likewise, were very attentive during the entire meal. They were coming out almost faster than we could try them, and everything came out fresh! It's definitely a place that's worth trying for yourself. Also, the atmosphere was nice and didn't seem too loud by any sense. It was easy to hold a conversation with your party while you ate.

Great service from Jordan at the bar. Good happy hour specials. The specialty and happy hour pizza are the same size. I enjoyed the meatballs and polenta. The mule from happy hour was the star of my dinner.

Just had a Father's Day lunch with another couple. We were seated right away upon arrival which was a nice start. I began with the Caesar salad, ordered the light portion, but it turned out to be really small, more like a small side salad. For the main course, I went with the bone-in pork chop (Father’s Day special) which came with fingerling potatoes, fava beans, and roasted apples. The pork itself was cooked well and tasted great, but the sauce in the dish was a bit too sweet for my liking. I also tried a bite of my wife’s shrimp and grits which was really tasty, though the portion was on the smaller side. Still left a little hungry.

Cozy and nice place. Went there for a quiet Thursday dinner with my friend. We had a kale salad and scallops risotto to share. Both dishes were amazing! The service was great too, we felt well taken care of. Thanks!
