Find Polish Food in Atlanta at Beksa Lala’s Pop-Ups | Eater Atlanta

"Piechoczek entered the restaurant industry in St. Augustine and cites Tom Gray’s Moxie Kitchen and Cocktails in Jacksonville as formative: she says she “immediately fell in love with their system and the way that they celebrated food and executed a really great dining experience,” worked front of house there for five years and rose to manager; that restaurant later evolved into Prati Italia in early 2020." - Sarra Sedghi

The Best Italian Restaurants in Jacksonville, Florida | Eater Miami

"Located at the St. John’s Town Center, Prati Italia is a fantastic family-friendly spot specializing in American-Italian cuisine. Sharable entrees like the salumi and cheese platter are great options for a crowd, while the Roman-style pizza comes to the table in big squares that are crispy on the bottom and fluffy on the inside. As for pasta, the housemate sheets and noodles are used to create many dishes, but a standout dish is the lasagna which is 13 layers thick. The tray of lasagna sits overnight before being portioned. Just before being served, the brick of lasagna is deep fried to get its crispy edges and is topped with more sauce and cheese before being devoured by hungry guests."

Pleasantly surprised with what a fantastic meal we had. We were visiting Jacksonville and drove past the restaurant and noticed all the cars so decided to check it out. Happy Hour had brought in a decent crowd and we were even able to take advantage of it in the main dining room. The server, super charming and very friendly. He was consistent on checking on how we were doing. A lot of the dishes are offered in two sizes opt for the smaller, the portions are big (see photos). We shared the Burrata which was amazing and super fresh. The short rib entree was so tender and served with brussel sprouts. We also had the gnocchi which was some of the best I have ever had. Sadly, no room for dessert but I am sure it would have been as delicious just like the rest of the meal.

Google
This was our first time trying this restaurant as we don’t get out this way often. All the staff were amazing, friendly, courteous, and attentive. Our waitress, Heather, did great answering all of our questions about meals and drinks. Her recommendations were spot on as our drinks and meals were perfect. Had the cesar salad and spaghetti with fontini meatballs. Beer and mixed drinks were excellent with plenty to choose from. Since it is fall they have a number of themed drinks. The first I tried was Nonna’s Apple and the second was the pumpkin spice. They were both excellent in their own way so it would be impossible to say which I liked more. We will definitely be back. Also the prices were good for the quality and quantity of food we got. Absolutely 5 star from us !!!

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the service is friendly and attentive, and the food is outstanding. The short rib with polenta and the lasagna is phenomenal. In fact, everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

Google
This is our favorite Italian restaurant in Jacksonville. The food is great. The service is wonderful. They have lots of allergy options gluten-free menu modifications available. Vegan vegetarian options. I love the spaghetti and meatballs and the lasagna and always like to start with the calamari. This gluten-free bread is the first time I’ve had gluten-free bread that doesn’t taste like it’s missing gluten.

Google
Fantastic meal all around with great service and cocktails. My pasta dish was clearly home made and one of the better ones I have had in a long time. Super flavorful and a nice texture on the al-dente pasta. Pizza is a different take from “normal” and it’s on focaccia bread; we thought it was fantastic. If you are in the mood to try different style pizza, I’d highly recommend. Light and airy with a nice balance of sauce and fresh mozzarella/parmesan. Cocktail menu is very unique and I had the Rye and Chai, which was nice. Overall highly enjoyed our meal!

Google
It seems from the other reviews the last couple months. I am not the only one who feels this way. Service was awful. It was me and my boyfriend just the two of us we made reservations we got sat outside with no heaters. They did not know how to turn them on we were told food took over an hour and a half. I never got my salad my Caesar salad, that reviews rave about an hour and a half later I told her I don’t want my salad anymore. Please make our food to go. We don’t wanna be here anymore. They ignored us brought our food to the table over an hour and a half later we asked the guy who dropped our food. Can you please bring us boxes? We want to put our food in to go boxes he said yes sure, and never came back. Our waitress was standing in the corner of the computer for 20 minutes at a time we could see her in the reflection of the glass standing there, not doing anything then running by our table as if she’s so flustered and bothered and can’t handle three tables I heard other tables that she had complaining about their food being cold and underwhelming. The portions were so small for the prices. Prices look great until you get there and you wait two hours for your food and it comes out and it’s half cold and the portions are tiny. You can’t get your waitress to come back to bring you a second drink. You don’t even wanna order dessert at this time because you don’t wanna wait another hour and a half your waitress won’t be bothered to stop at the table and ask you how everything is they don’t care if she’s too busy sitting in the corner at the bar computer standing there talking to other workers I will not be back. Needless to say there are many more options in this area that are way better with service I saw no manager. I saw nothing but the young weight staff ignoring us blatantly they were blatantly ignoring us as if we had the black plague or we had Covid. They would stop after we’ve call her down. Tell us yes of course no problem and then we never see her hear from anybody again finally after we pay I had to ask for my drink to go hello I still haven’t gotten my refill. I would like to take that home with me now along with our food that I have to take home and heat up. I don’t know where the manager is in this place. I don’t know if they care because every table was in their complaining about something and not once do we see a manager anywhere just blatantly disrespectful ignored us. Food took forever service sucked.

First time visiting and went during the week for happy hour, I think it’s interesting that you still have to have a reservation during these hours so we sat at the bar instead. The bartender was friendly but the hostess was not; I was not a fan of the Prati Mule because the ginger syrup was very strong. But it’s cool they make it fresh! I ended up getting a margarita for my second drink and enjoyed that a little better; first drink needed an extra shot and the second drink I should’ve ordered an extra shot. From the bar bites menu we ordered: medium cheese pizza with pepperoni and fontina meatballs. The kitchen accidentally brought me the godfather pizza and I did not realize it was wrong until I ate it and another member of staff graciously allowed me to keep the food I actually ordered. The pizza was good! I would come back to try other food items, just wasn’t a huge fan of the meatballs.

The food was absolutely divine last night. The Brussels sprout appetizer was to die for and I highly recommend starting with it! Everything was truly outstanding and worth stopping in for!

Yelp
It had been awhile since I had been to Prati Italia but I am glad we came back. We started off that the bar for Happy Hour which they do daily from 4:30PM to 6:30PM which is great since more places on do during the week. They have a number of drink specials from wine to beer as well as cocktails. I went with the Margarita for $8 which isn't bad. I also liked that it was nice an tart. For Happy Hour food we got a medium cheese pizza ($10) and added sausage for $3. The pizza was very good and great to sharing. It is similar to a Detroit Style Pizza and had crispy cheese on the corners which we loved. Could have maybe used a little more sauce but we still very much enjoyed it. Would for sure get another pizza again and there are my options to try. We then went to the dining room for our main course. Having already studied the menu I knew what I was going to get for my entree. I went with the Chicken Parmesan which comes with Fettuccine Alfredo. Once ordered our food came out pretty quickly. I love had they pair the Chicken Parmesan with the Fettuccine Alfredo because the Marinara and the Alfredo pair perfectly together. For sure prefer it over a Marinara based pasta sauce. The Fettuccine was fresh and cooked perfectly and the Alfredo was very flavorful. The Chicken Parmesan was a nice large piece with plenty of sauce and the 3 cheese blend was very good too. The chicken was maybe just a bit overcooked but still very good. Not super dry like some I have had before. Was very happy we came back to Prati to give them another try. Will for sure be back again.

Yelp
We brought a party of 14 to celebrate a birthday and, unfortunately, our first visit will also be our last. The overall service fell far below even basic expectations. Our server, Kacie, failed to inform us about the cake-cutting fee in advance and only mentioned it loudly after bringing out the cake we had brought ourselves, disrupting the celebration. Throughout the meal, the attitude and communication were disappointing. Orders were placed for our group without confirming details with us, and there was virtually no attention to our table afterward. The manager was present but made no effort to address the situation or improve the experience. We paid for everything, but the lack of professionalism from both the server and management left a very negative impression. If you're looking for a special place to celebrate, I would recommend choosing a restaurant that values its guests. We would have been far better off going to Fogo de Chão. Overall, extremely poor customer service and not a place I can recommend.

Yelp
My wife and I enjoyed our first visit to this place. We ordered the gnocchi to share, since we weren't too hungry and noticed that many of the plates going around were quite large. Surprisingly, the dish we got wasn't very big at all. They actually offer a smaller size (half portion), but even the regular one seemed more like a single-person serving--not really enough if you were hoping for leftovers. We paid $28 for the gnocchi and, to be honest, didn't feel it was worth it. The taste was good, but not amazing. It had a lot of pancetta, which made it a bit too salty and overpowered the gnocchi itself. We'll probably come back to give their pizza a try, since it looked like a good size for sharing if you don't feel like ordering a full entrée. Let's see how it goes next time.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious! Don't believe the negative reviews - we had an excellent experience! We are staying at a nearby hotel and wanted a delicious gluten free Italian dinner and Prati Italia did not disappoint! Everything we ordered was amazing - the power bowl salad, garlic bread, chicken parm, pasta & meatballs, mac and cheese. Everything was perfection! And we are super picky! My husband is Italian too so our taste buds are certainly aware of what good Italian is. This was it! If we loved local we would come back again and again!

Yelp
Went to the grinch Sunday brunch. Menu inventive food looked great and such a cute concept. Mr and Mrs grinch were top quality too. Like they had planned stuff had gift and cute things like maxs poop bags for the kids with tootsie rolls in them. Love it!! The food seemed luckewarm at best but most was tasty even though lacking in temp. Cookies really were underbaked raw in center but food was good and inventive for the theme.

Yelp
Wonder happy hour! We stop by to meet some friends last night for dinner and drinks. I've been to this restaurant before several years ago when it first switched names and menu. That time I thought the food was okay, but there's so much Italian food in my area that I never felt the need to go back. My friends and I were looking for a spot to meet that was convenient for all of us and had a good happy hour menu so this is where we landed. I was so glad I gave this place another chance because I definitely liked it more this time. They have a list of $5 happy hour snacks and $10 happy hour snacks. Most of the snacks are very big and easily shareable making them a great deal for a group to share. To share for happy hour we ordered a bottle of wine and a pizza. Then for dinner, I ordered a small Caesar salad and the small serving of the ravioli. I could not finish my ravioli because the "small" serving was still huge. But both were very good and I would definitely order it them again.

Yelp
This was our second visit to Prati Italia, and I have mixed feelings. Our first experience was excellent. We went for brunch and had the sugo pasta and steak & eggs. Both dishes were flavorful, well prepared, and generously portioned. However, our most recent visit on Father's Day wasn't quite as impressive. My husband ordered the pork chop special and said it was good, though he wasn't a fan of the sweet sauce that accompanied it. I had the shrimp and grits, which tasted fine, but the portion was surprisingly small. I easily could've eaten a second plate. Even my friend, who usually doesn't eat much, commented on how small the serving was. Overall, Prati Italia still offers great food, quick service, and a beautiful setting both inside and out. I just wish the portion size of my dish had matched the quality.

Yelp
Reviewing the menu and noticed they had handmade sodas! I tried the seasonal soda that had peach, lemon and black tea and the flavor combo was great. I also tried the Wendy Peffercorn soda that has strawberry, peppercorn, and basil! This was took me by surprise because the flavors combined were soooo good! For my dinner I ordered the small portion of the three-cheese ravioli and crispy Brussels sprouts. Both were flavorful but the ravioli was more cooked than I liked, I love an al dente pasta! The Brussels were perfect! The flavor was there and they were cooked perfectly. We were seated in there upstairs patio area and our waiter Dom was great for the party size!
google avatar

Ravindra M.

Yelp
I went there for a work rated dinner for a party of about 15 people. We had a private room for the function and my colleagues allowed me to photograph their dishes in addition to what I ordered Everyone seemed pleased with their orders. My only issue was my scalloped seemed a bit firmer/ overcooked compared to what I usually eat. The main courses took some time to come out but I'm not sure if it was because of the size of our party. There is also a full bar with a wide selection of drinks. The desserts were rich and shareable. They unfortunately ran out of tiramisu by 7:30pm Parking is easy and free plaza self parking in a huge lot in front of the restaurant.

Yelp
Review is for their event space. I recently held my rehearsal dinner at Prati. We rented out the space on the second floor- it's a covered patio. Space is considered outdoors but well protected from sunshine and rain. We were actually concerned about it being too cold and they were able to provide heaters which kept us toasty. We had 25+ people attend. I worked with Caitlyn to get all the details sorted out. She was responsive and left no questions unanswered. Night of we had Toli and Heather serving us. Kudos to them as they were on top of their game. Drinks were always filled, questions were answered and service was top notch! I pre-selected the food through a catering menu. OMG everything was so delicious. All of our guests raved about the food and we had so much left over. It was wild. Highly recommend their raviolis, side of spinach, chicken Parmesan, all of their pizzas, and their salted caramel popcorn ice cream. Yes popcorn on ice cream! We couldn't be happier after choosing Prati for our special night. I highly recommend this to future couples. I am hoping to host another event there in the future! No pictures because we just enjoyed the night!

Yelp
This restaurant gets an automatic three stars alone for having Monkey 47 Gin at the bar! They provided the best Negronis I've ever had at a restaurant. The service both at the bar and in the dining room was good. The best part of the food was the side of brussels sprouts. The rest of the food was very unmemorable and overpriced. If I could give this place 3.5 stars I would. Overall, I would return for the bar and maybe some appetizers/sides.
google avatar

Vanessa S.

Yelp
First time going to Prati and we decided to try their happy hour which M-F, 4:30-6:30pm. The service was fast even though they were busy. The food was so good. We ordered different kinds of drinks and their bar bites menu. It's hard to pick a favorite because everything was delicious. The pizza was huge and I like the dough even though it was thick crust. The Crispy Brussel Sprouts were really yummy too. My husband liked the Cheese Pimiento and the Suppli. For the drinks my favorite was the Gimlet. The location at the Town Center area is nice and the restaurant was very spacious with a nice outdoor seating. I will come back for sure and excited to try their lunch/dinner menu.
google avatar

Christina S.

Yelp
I would've never came to this place if it wasn't for word of mouth because it's tucked away in the corner of the town center. We came here right at 1 o'clock on a Saturday and it was surprisingly not very busy! Only a few tables were full. The decor is very modern and nice inside. Would be great for both a nice casual meal or a date night. We ordered the caprese pizza and truffle fries to split. The pizza was absolutely outstanding. Super fresh tasting and the crust was amazing. Think the fanciest Detroit style pizza you could have. The truffle fries were okay. They had a good amount of Parmesan and truffle oil, but they were very over salted and I believe they were previously from a bag and frozen. If I'm paying $12 for a plate of fries, I expect them to be homemade at a place like this. Overall, I'll definitely be back for their pizza but will likely skip the fries next time and try something else instead.

Yelp
I wrapped up 2024 with a wonderful family meal at a local favorite, @pratiitaliajax. They consistently excel in food, service, and drinks--I've never had a bad experience there. We always start with the Truffle-Parmesan Fries and the Crispy Cheese Curds. The fries are perfectly seasoned and come out crispy every time. And who can resist perfectly delicious fried cheese? Despite dining there many times, I had never tried their signature pizzas until now. I opted for "The Quinn," which is topped with locally roasted mushrooms, garlic cream, mozzarella, Fontina, truffle oil, and chives. The whole combination of all the different flavors worked so damn well. The mushrooms are the star of this pizza! Finally, it was dessert time. We tried the Tiramisu and the Nutella Brownie à la Mode. The brownie was served with crunchy caramel corn, a salted caramel drizzle, and a scoop of caramel gelato. It was my favorite. The tiramisu was delicious and very light, with a great espresso flavor. Thanks to the staff at @pratiitaliajax for helping us end the year with full & happy stomachs. On to 2025!

Yelp
Came here for my daughter's birthday dinner and the vibes were on point. Our party had about 22 people but they accommodated us well. My daughter surprisingly chose Italian and Prati delivered in every aspect. We started out with several appetizers and everything was made well. The star of the show were the cheese curds and brussel sprouts. My father raved about his Filet Mignon and my mother could barely save any of her lasagna to take home lol. The salmon also made an appearance on the top of the list. This party was for a 17 year old and they literally ordered about 14 pizzas and a side of fries as you would expect kids to do. They all said the pizzas were huge and tasted so good. The waitress did well making sure all orders were accurately made, fresh and that our large party was taken care of. Overall, this was a great experience and we're so happy we chose to have the dinner here. I would go back with no hesitation. I needed a mai tai after all the chaos but we came, we saw, we conquered.

Yelp
Ate the chicken Parmesan and it was delicious. Service was quick and friendly. Ambiance was homey and perfect for a girls night out. Will definitely be visiting again!

Yelp
The service was good overall. We had reservations and were seated right away, which was great. We were served gluten-free bread--yum! For an appetizer, we ordered the meat and cheese platter, which I highly recommend. It's a delicious treat you don't want to miss! Why only 3 stars???..... However, things went downhill with my main course. The gluten-eater in our group ordered the filet, and it looked fantastic. I ordered gluten-free shrimp scampi- but when my dish arrived, it clearly wasn't gluten free. Thankfully, I caught the issue, asked my questions, and sent it back. The waitress apologized, and I don't believe it was her fault as she had clearly repeated my gluten-free order. They remade my dish, but unfortunately, the wait felt like forever. By the time my meal arrived, my friend had already finished theirs. Was my food good? Yes, it was hot, and thankfully, gluten-free the second time around. However, the experience would have been much better if the manager had come over to apologize. Mistakes happen--I understand that--but when one person's meal is served long after everyone else is finished, it's disappointing and takes away from the overall enjoyment. I wasn't looking for anything free, but I did expect our meals to arrive at the same time. While we're likely to return, it will probably be after a long break. Our last visit was a year and a half ago due to similar issues with service and food quality. Here's hoping for better consistency next time!

Yelp
This was by far one of THE BEST restaurant experiences I've had in Jacksonville. This restaurant just feels different from the moment you enter. They have an open kitchen concept & the seating allows for more privacy during dining which I LOVE. The service we received while dining was unlike no other. Our waiter took very good care of us and made all of the right suggestions when it came to ordering! The food was some of the most delicious Italian food I've ever tried in my life. I felt wrong not ordering pasta as a main dish, but I was absolutely blown away by the short rib! A MUST TRY! They also had affogato as a dessert option so we obviously had to try that alongside the tiramisu - make sure you save room for dessert!!!!

Lucy W.

Yelp
The food was DELICIOUS. I highly recommend the tiramisu. They didn't have the ingredients for the cocktail I ordered, but I'll survive. I dined outside. I'm aware that when you're outside you're OUTSIDE, but it seemed that nobody has cleaned the poop off of the area right next to where you eat for awhile and that kind of killed the vibe for me. Here's some of the poop, at this point I had already dusted some off. You can see how close it is to my water and also the head of anyone eating there. Oof.

Paula R.

Yelp
Spotted this restaurant while out shopping. I'm glad I stopped in as all the food is fresh and delicious. The service was good with the bartender being professional and polite. Everything about this meal was very good my only critique was that a good portion of the noodles were stuck together. More sauce may have prevented this.
google avatar

Greg C.

Yelp
This place has a lot of upside. Great menu! We had the chicken parm, godfather pizza, short rib and lasagna. EVERYTHING was great. Ambience was beautiful. There seemed to be a disconnect between the kitchen and the table. Our food came out at different times, two in our party had significant waits for their food. Our server did attempt to make it right by giving us a free desert. The server made great efforts to cover for the kitchen. My guess, lackadaisical leadership. This was our second time visiting, probably our last. Great food, great server, I expected a better experience at this type of restaurant. Might be the reason why the restaurant was mostly empty with numerous available reservations. If you go, adjust your expectations.
google avatar

Redner S.

Yelp
Great Happy Hour spot! We will come back to review the menu but we thoroughly enjoyed the Happy Hour menu on a Friday! They offer it from 4:30 to 6:30 pm and offer good options from drinks to happy hour bites. Our favorites included the Aperol Spritz and the Ginlet. As far as their bites, we enjoyed the crispy brussell sprouts, pizza and pimiento cheese. The bar area was spacious and the servers were great! Overall, a nice experience!

Yelp
Sunday brunch: Tour de Italia ... "When the moon hits your face like a big pizza pie it's amore..." my taste buds are in love with their garlic bread and "house -made "ricotta. I also recommend their Atlantic salmon. - The flavors took me on a gastronomy tour of Italy . The ambience is more of modern industrial style that combines modern design with industrial elements, such as exposed natural materials, and a minimalist aesthetic . Warm and natural lighting. Service was cordial and the server was very attentive.

Kari S.

Yelp
I had the 13 layer lasagna, which in my opinion fell short. I was not a fan of the flavor personally. My husband got five scallops and risotto, which was OK. The scallops were a little fishy not that great, especially at the price point of $38. The lasagna was $28. I had a glass of wine so the meal ended up costing us $100. It wasn't worth that at all. The ambience lacked vibe and the interior could use some updating. We should've tried something else, but you never know till you try.

Yelp
I bought my husband a gift card for this restaurant for Christmas and we decided to use it tonight for dinner. The restaurant has a number of cozy round booths on the first floor and we were quickly seated at one of them. The menu has plenty of appetizers, salads, pizzas and entrees. I originally ordered the scallops but they were all out so I went with the short rib entree. It came with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. All three items were delicious and it was a nice size portion. My husband had the shrimp scampi. It had shrimp, thick noodles, olives and cheese. He loved it. My mother in law had the ahi tuna with spinach and mashed potatoes. She loved the mashed potatoes. This was our first time dining at this restaurant but it will not be our last.

Yelp
I've wanted to try this place out but never got a chance to while in the area, however this trip the professional jax for shrm was meeting here and I got the opportunity to attend this lovely event and check out this restaurant. This was a perfect spot to hold the event the charcuterie board and the mushroom pizza was absolutely stunning. After the event my friend and I was Abel to sit at the upstairs bar and enjoy the full menu. The service from holland the bartender was great very great conversation a great recommendation. I was able to order the shrimp scampi and my friend the gnocchi. This place is more of Italian with a twist/remix so not your average spin on things. The shrimp scampi was good just a few too many olives in it, I would ask for it again but without the olives if possible. My friend enjoyed her gnocchi very much so she ate it all in one sitting. The calamari was delightful and flavor bursting especially with the red pepper hummus. I did order the Tarimsu to go and it was just okay in my opinion it was lacking that strong coffee taste to it but again that's just my preference. Overall I will be back to try some other menu items like that 13 layer lasagna. The interior design is absolutely stunning, plenty of space, downstairs and upstairs they have indoor and outdoor palaces both upstairs and downstairs. Well thought-out designer.

Yelp
Had an after Movie dinner with friend. 1. Order classic Lasagna - it was stone cold. 2. Ordered ravioli with a pink creamy sauce - with chili sauce drissle. Cold also. Ordered 1. Cheesecake & 2. Tiramisu to go. Both just ok. Not impressed. Olive Garden is better

Yelp
Love love love!. I have come countless times and love it every visit! Staff is friendly, ambiance is social and romantic, food is always delicious. I recommend the truffle fries, pizzas are great, and the ravioli with blackened shrimp and Calabria chili oil.

Yelp
Review for Prati. Great portion size and tasty. The service by El and Val were awesome. The vibe was hip and cozy. You will enjoy dining here. Italian food with a southern flair.

Yelp
My mom and her husband retired to Jacksonville from NY. I'm always looking for yummy places to eat when I visit. No matter what we always eat at Prati Italia during my visit. The staff is very friendly. The food is always delicious. Plus they have great gluten free options, which isn't easy to find in Jacksonville. Just left and so happy and full. Bonus... drinks are also delicious and original.

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised with what a fantastic meal we had. We were visiting Jacksonville and drove pasted the restaurant and noticed all the cars so decided to check it out. Happy Hour had brought in a decent crowd and we were even able to take advantage of it in the main dining room. Zach was our server, super charming and very friendly.

Yelp
Great service provided. All around great meal. We enjoyed the burrata appetizer, Lasagna, sausage and pepperoni pizza, and Tiramisu. I reccommend and would for sure come back!

Yelp
Food here is a 4.5/5. Really good pizza in an unusual style - kind of like a Sicilian pie, but less doughy. Pastas are more hit and miss - some can be extremely heavy like the pesto rigatoni and lasagna; but the classic bolognese is great. The apps might be the best part of the menu - crispy cheese curds, fritto misto, burrata are all top notch. Drinks are great as well, and they gladly serve up fun mocktails and house sodas for non drinkers. Service is a strong 5/5. Everyone here has been extremely friendly and responsive on every single visit, which is rare. The ambiance is a 4/5 - a little loud despite the space being enormous. You won't be at risk of hearing anyone else's conversation, but you may be at risk of not hearing your companion. The outside area is comfortable, but looks out over a retention pond to the highway - not the greatest view.

Yelp
I liked this restaurant in general, I ordered calamari fritti and a lasagna, the calamari fritti was my favorite I would 100% come back for that. Excellent service. (Oh and I ordered the godfather pizza to go for my husband.. he loved it!!!)

Yelp
I enjoyed my birthday dinner Friday night. The food was great and we had good service as well. We sat in a private area that we shared with another party briefly. The reason I give 4 stars is because we were told if our party was 12 people or less, gratuity isn't automatically added. We had 11 guests but we still had a gratuity charge plus an additional large party charge on our check. Additionally, my sister ordered 2 Remy margaritas which she loves to order anywhere we go. Instead of returning to the table to inform my sister the drinks would be $36 each (unheard of), she made them. My sister said they were good but she was shocked that one drink was more than the price of 2 cocktails from the drink menu. Multiple people on our party unknowingly ordered the same drink and were surprised by the price on the bill. Overall, we had a great experience and despite the ridiculous uncharged on the special drink request, everyone was pleased and said they'd return for dinner.

Yelp
Food was pretty good, Service was good, Nice decor My main complaint is that they have mold growing above their ceiling vents and they don't clean it. Mold is a health hazard to those working there and to the customers. I suggest your management clean that and get their HVAC system cleaned regularly!

Yelp
This. Place. Was. Phenomenal. Other than having to wait a bit for them to seat us even though we made a reservation and the cheese curds being mediocre I loved it and will be going back! The bread that comes with the meal was fresh and warm on arrival. The charcuterie board had a nice variety of meat, cheese, and toppings. The scallops were cooked perfectly and the risotto was rich and creamy. The fresh lightly dressed arugula was the perfect touch to lighten up the rich meal. I got the small portion option and still had plenty leftover. Minus the scallops of course. To top it all off the affogato was made with home made gelato (flavor of your choice I got vanilla) was the perfect sweet finish. We also couldn't resist the tiramisu which was perfect. Not overly soaked in espresso so the lady fingers offered a soft cakey texture and the cream was light and buttery. Highly recommend Not pictured: fried cheese curds (not bad. Had better) and everyone else's meal that they said were great including the lasagna, gnocchi, and Spaghetti and meatballs

Yelp
On a recent visit to Prati Italia, I tried their pizza. It was not my favorite style of pizza, because it was very thick bread with toppings. Sharing in case others like a thinner crust. However, that is just my preference. But the overall taste of the pizza was not good. If I were to visit again, I would try a non-pizza dish because others in my party liked their dishes.

Yelp
Attended a work Holiday dinner here and I really enjoyed every dishes we had. Everything was cooked to perfection, the wait staff was so attentive through out the whole night and we had an amazing time. I came back with a group of girls and tried out their brunch, the fried chicken and waffles were so delicious, crispy, sweet and soft. The best in town so far! Highly recommend this spot if you're in the area or just wanted to try out something new!! Can't wait to come back again soon.

Yelp
I've only been to Prati Italia for brunch, so I can't comment on anything else, but the brunch is great! I LOVE their power bowl with chicken and I like to add scrambled eggs to make it my version of a breakfast bowl. The Brussel sprouts in the bowl are the same ones they have at Town Hall which are the BEST! My husband also really enjoyed his steak and eggs, which was made with filet mignon steak (YUM). In my experience, the service is nothing to write home about, but it's helpful. They also have mimosa specials with different flavors, which are great. They expanded the outside patio seating and it creates such a nice ambiance that you almost forget you're essentially at a mall haha.

Yelp
I love to come here for the food and ambience. I made reservations on Open Table for 2. It took a few minutes to get seating, but was well worth it. Our staff were very attentive and helpful. The food was amazing and is consistent. Highly recommend

Yelp
Went for dinner at Prati as they're already open at 5:30 and was greeted and seated by our server. There was already a good mix of people, who just left work and stopped by for happy hour as the overall ambiance was very chill and relaxing. Ordered the 3 piece Arancini for appetizer and it was very delicious. The mix of veggies and meat was balanced and enjoyed every bite. For the main course, I picked the Crispy Lasagna and wow the cheese with all the layers was amazing. Each bite was so good and I really enjoyed it. For dessert, I got the Coffee with Gelato Chocolate and it was a great way to finish off the meal. Definitely will comeback here to try other treats!

Yelp
The ambiance of this place is very cool, there's several different areas that give off different vibes. It feels like a new place every time! The food was absolutely delicious! They make all the noodles in house. The service was friendly.

Yelp
Friday afternoon happy hour at Prati is the best. You've got to go to the second floor bar and grab yourself some of the meatballs and the pimento cheese! The bar service is great and the bartenders are the chillest of guys. Once the sun goes down the second floor atmosphere is just the chillest. Totally recommend for a happy hour after work.

Yelp
What a great find. We chose this restaurant because we were in the mood for Italian. The bread at the beginning was home made, they make their own pasta and our daughter was able to get a signature drink with their homemade soda. Make sure to save room for dessert because you will not be disappointed. Our server was amazing and made suggestions and explained few dishes. You can get a smaller portion in most. It was top notch for ambiance as well.

Yelp
Nothing about this place screams authentic Italian, but it does serve a good quality meal for its pasta. The gnocchi was soft and served correctly. It was also customizable for me to substitute asparagus for mushrooms. The only bad part of the night was the pizza. It was good for what it was, but we did not expect a deep dish rectangular pizza. For this type of restaurant, we expected a hand-made Neapolitan style pizza. Instead, we got a greasy deep dish pizza that we ended up taking home. It wasn't bad, but it was not what we had expected. The service was pretty slow with a few but overly friendly waiters serving their tables. The ambiance was predominantly families from out of town.

Yelp
My favorite Italian food restaurant in town. Godfather pizza. Macaroni cheese and stir fry spinach are the best combo.

Yelp
Service was great, however I was dying to eat and have a cocktail on a rooftop for my birthday and I made a reservation for rooftop dining for a tuesday and when I checked in they stated the rooftop is not open and unavailable. Wished that they said on the app that dining was only available on certain days of the week.
