My wife and I visited this restaurant at noon for lunch with our two young children (4 yo and 2 yo) in late Aug after school had started. When we arrived, it was completely empty; but by the time we left, it was about half full. Everything was very clean and bright, no loud music.
All orders are made on tablets. The menu is extremely limited...fried chicken breast cut in a number of sizes on buns or not, krinkle-cut fries, and street corn. The sandwiches come with slaw and pickles (which may also be purchased on the side). You may customize the toppings on each sandwich and choose the spice level of each chicken item.
Wife and I both ordered the chicken sandwich with everything on it (slaw, pickles, and house made sauce). It was enormous (think twice the size of a chick-fil-a sandwich) and I think it was cooked perfectly, extremely juicy. We both got spice level "hot" which had some spice, but did not come off as the spicy that I would expect. Ingredients seemed top notch...buns were delicious.
We ordered the jumbo nuggets with spice level "mild" for the kids. The server cautioned us (when she delivered our food) that the mild might be a little spicy for the kids. However, our kids like spices and it was a barely noticeable level of spice...so we were good. NOTE: they did tell us if it was too spicy, let them know and they'd help us out.
The fries were perfect (crisp on the outside, fluffy on the inside).
Street corn was good (to me). It had chickpeas in it, which seemed weird but didn't upset me too much. Wife thought it had a weird flavor.
One sandwich combo (with street corn and soda), one sandwich, one jumbo nuggets, side of fries, and extra pickles plus 10% tip was a little over $52. Again, not crazy for PC, but we'd probably opt for something else next time.
