A truly cozy gem! The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal. The service was outstanding: the staff went above and beyond, offering helpful recommendations, checking in to make sure everything was perfect, and genuinely caring about our experience by asking for feedback. The food? Absolutely amazing. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The drinks were just as impressive, crafted with care and creativity. Prices are fair, not cheap, but definitely worth it for the quality and attention to detail. I’d come back in a heartbeat!

So delish! We got the pork with green peppers and the spicy dry pot. The pork was the best dish of the night, being so flavorful and tender. The spicy dry pot was great as well and the veggies were cooked so tenderly and full of flavor. Ordered the “rough night” drink and that was quite smooth!

Pusu of Food in New York is a modern-style restaurant offering creative and delicious dishes. The atmosphere is warm, simple yet elegant. The menu emphasizes fresh ingredients and unique combinations, with the red wine Beef Wellington being a standout recommendation. Every dish is beautifully presented with excellent flavor, leaving a lasting impression. The staff is friendly and professional, providing thoughtful recommendations based on customer preferences. What’s most surprising is that despite the high quality of the dishes, the pricing remains very reasonable, making it a highly affordable dining option with excellent value.

It’s a nice place for photos, but that’s about it. The service was very passive, and they forgot some of our orders. We ended up sitting there two hours for our food. The beef stew was disappointing, the beef was overcooked and tough to chew, while the vegetables were undercooked and tough to chew as well. The only thing we really enjoyed was the puff pastry on top. Everything else tasted just below average of all authentic Chinese restaurant I’ve been to

I had a lovely meal at Pusu (璞素) recently and was really impressed by the flavors and presentation. We ordered the stir-fried cabbage, Three-Cup Chicken, and fried rice. The cabbage was light, crisp, and seasoned just right – a perfect balance that didn’t overpower the natural sweetness of the vegetable. The Three-Cup Chicken was full of flavor – rich, savory, and fragrant with basil, garlic, and sesame oil. It was tender and cooked perfectly. The fried rice was also delicious – comforting, not too oily, and packed with umami. Overall, it was a satisfying meal with clean flavors and quality ingredients. I’d definitely come back to try more dishes!

All the dishes were elegantly presented, but disappointedly, only a couple (a.k.a. shredded jelly fish salad and silken thousand layered tofu) tasted as good as what they look. Red wine puff pastry beef: the beef was tender while the vegetables were only half-cooked. The puff pastry was more doughy and flaky. Zesty shrimp with salt and pepper: the source was too thick for me and hence a bit greasy. The shrimp was also over cooked and didn’t taste very fresh. Black truffle fried rice: just a regular fried rice and I barely tasted any truffle. Osmanthus-infused rice wine mousse: perfect sweetness but I can’t tell either osmanthus or rice wine. The texture was also a bit grainy The service was fast but lack of attention:/ Overall, the experience didn’t live up to our expectations.
