"This modern restaurant specializes in banh xeo, which are giant savory crepes made from turmeric-spiced rice batter and filled with everything from shrimp to pork to crispy mushrooms. While Quan Mii is the best version we’ve eaten in Little Saigon, the real fun comes when it all arrives at the table. After cutting the crepe into tiny pieces and spinning the tableside crispy rice paper in water until it’s soft and stretchy, you essentially create a build-your-own spring roll station right at your seat. Using the banh xeo as your filling, add in herbs and mint for fragrance and wrap it up tightly in the rice paper. If it’s your first time, it’ll take you a few tries to get the hang of it, but when the crepes are this big, you’ll get all the chances you need." - Brant Cox

"There’s something special about the bánh xèo at Quan Mii. The turmeric-laced batter crisps up like no other while the plentiful fillings are balanced just so. The fish sauce accompaniment takes the whole parcel to the next level." - Euno Lee

Google
We came for the bánh cuốn and it did not disappoint! There were side dishes to create a perfect bite and me and my family had fun sitting and enjoying our meal. I also got a rice dish with fried rice, fried egg, and grilled pork. It was decent! Though a little under seasoned, the fried rice didn’t taste like much, but all other things were great! Definitely a recommend

Love this place. Been here twice, and the first time, I was competing with my buddy on how many plates we can eat. You basically make your own spring roll with your choice of protein some veggies and eat till you have a coma. It's ~$20 for a set of 10 rice papers with the accompanying accoutremants (bean sprouts, mint leaves, radish/carrot, crunchy onion, and dipping sauce). It can get packed here, so come early or come later when it dies down. I liked putting a couple of slices of protein and then adding veggies and crunchy onion and then the crackers sauce before rolling it up and devouring in 1 bite. If you like spring rolls, this is a must try. The pork and lemongrass chicken are great. Also had a side of the bo luc lac. It was good, but it could've had more flavor and more pieces of meat.

Google
Fast and delicious. The salmon was fried and amazing. The banh xeo shrimp was kinda small and tons of bean sprouts. Shrimp has shell on it. I’d come back. It was great $60.

There was a short line for a Sunday dinner but it moved quickly. Staff are friendly and work very efficiently! Food was AMAZING! It was our first time making rice paper rolls by ourselves and it was so much fun. Dipping sauces are divine. It’s a bit pricey but I think it’s worth it given not so many places do banh xeo as specialty. Would come back for sure!

Google
Super duper delicious! It’s a very (ful)filling meal. Their nuoc mam is super sweet, and their ratios of greens to savory are perfectly balanced. Gotta love it!

Google
Visited here with a friend for lunch and it did not disappoint. There was no wait as we arrived around 1pm on a Monday. The restaurant was still full with patrons. Their servers were very friendly and attentive. Would definitely come back. Bún bò Huế - (5/5) the meat was so tender and the soup base was nice and spicy. Not too sweet but perfectly herby. Bánh xèo - (4.5/5) so good and tasty! Strong coconut flavor (which I love) because I believe they either use coconut flour or oil. I really wanted to give it a 5 but the only thing I didn’t care for was the shrimp still has its shell on it. Khay Thịt Giò Heo Cuốn Bánh Tráng "Quán Mii" (5/5) - so much fun to make and the meat is very tender. You wrap your own roll so you can adjust what flavors you want with the different herbs they provide.

Google
- Great Restaurant - The menu offers a fantastic variety of Vietnamese dishes, all packed with authentic flavors. - The banh xeo (Vietnamese savory crepe) was a standout—crispy on the outside, filled with a tasty mix of shrimp, pork, and bean sprouts, and served with fresh herbs and a tangy dipping sauce. It was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. - The spring rolls were fresh and crisp, served with a tasty peanut dipping sauce. - Their grilled meats were tender and well-seasoned, and the pickled vegetables added a nice balance to the dishes. - Portions are generous and prices are reasonable, making it a great value for the quality. - The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. - The restaurant is clean and comfortable, perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. - Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re in the area.

Google
The original Quán Mii. The food is good. They haven't changed their recipe. They've added a few more things to the menu. They used to have a workwr (manager maybe) named Cuong who was really friendly and hospitable. Don't know what happened to him but he certainly brought sunshine to the diners. There is a second location in FV but I think I like the food here better. Parking might be tight--literally. Whoever drew the lines for the parking spaces in this plaza must have drawn them for compact cars or motorcylces.

Yelp
It a amazing food from Mien Trung first time trying this restaurant, very nice staff and environmental friendly

Yelp
Located in a business strip. They have a shared parking lot with others and it's free. Had to come back here since I was back in town. Service was fast and friendly. This time I tried the pork shank spring rolls and the banh xeo (crispy Vietnamese crepe) spring rolls. Both entrees are large portions. Each dish you would roll with the ingredients provided and put into a rice paper pile and water provided. Also comes with fish sauces. OMG. SO DELICIOUS! So full too. lol. Definitely coming back to try other dishes in the future.

Yelp
This is the best Banh Xeo I've ever had! It's crispy and not soggy like other places. We got the #8 banh xeo dac biet and it has pork, shrimp and squid. I asked for extra lettuce and substituted it for the mint herbs. The egg rolls were also delicious. I love the crispier taste compared to the other egg rolls you get. We dined in at 6:30pm on a Sunday and didn't have to wait. The ambiance wasn't too loud and we enjoyed our dinner. This is my go to spot whenever I'm in the OC area.

Barb B.

Yelp
Love this place. This dish is now about $23 inclusive tax and tip. Service is good as usual. Crowded but no wait on a Friday evening. Heart of little bolsa aka Vietnam in a large strip mall. I love it here for the fresh vegi's!

Crystal C.

Yelp
This spot is great for sharing with friends--the portions are huge and definitely justify the price. They're known for their bánh xèo, which comes in a very generous portion, but I found it a bit lacking in flavor. Maybe it's just not for me. The bún riêu was good but not really memorable. It was flavorful and satisfying. We also tried the bánh bèo nam bộ, which was good, but I felt like there was barely any shrimp, even though it's supposed to have both mung bean and shrimp. The highlight for me was the lemongrass pork and egg roll noodle dish. It was absolutely delicious--the pork and egg rolls were packed with flavor. Overall, a solid place with some hits and misses, but definitely worth trying if you're in the mood for big portions and authentic Vietnamese food.

Yelp
Service was so fast and our waitress was so sweet and attentive! Place was packed on a Wednesday night but I can see why. Food was fantastic. Shared bun bo hue, Banh Xeo, and banh beo with two other girls and we definitely had more than enough food with a total of $55-60. I was impressed with how much meats/toppings they put on each dish. These guys don't skimp out and I appreciate that. Definitely would love coming here again!

Phillip M.

Yelp
There is almost always a wait here on the weekends if you come past 12pm! the parking lot can get hectic, so get here early!! We always get the banh xeo and it's perfectly crispy each time and the portion is huge! The bun Bo hue was tasty and flavorful. The staff was nice but they don't really check up on you after they deliver your food.

Pauline N.

Yelp
I'm not sure why this place has 3.7 stars only. I love this restaurant! It's different from other viet restaurants in the area. For 2 people, we ordered the special banh xeo, small fermented Hue shrimp, and deli cut pork. This was the perfect amount of food to share. They don't skimp out on herbs and veggies, which is necessary for me since I eat a lot of it. The fermented papaya and shrimp was perfect inside the spring roll to give it an extra crunch and tanginess. Only negative side is the wait. This place is so popular we waited about 40 minutes during lunch.

Yvonne W.

Yelp
Our friend took us to this amazing restaurant. We tried the seafood crepe, steam rice cakes, and pork wraps. Everything was fresh and delicious. It was so nice to catch up with our friend while trying out great food. Will definitely come back for more!

John V.

Yelp
I can't tell if their Banh Xeo is supposed to be that crispy and stiff when they serve it to you. If so, then I apologize for my review but that is definitely not the texture I was hoping for. It was almost crispy enough to scrape or poke the inside of your mouth if you break it off and there was as sharp corner. The Bun Bo Hue was alright. Broth was a little diluted in flavor for my taste. Although I haven't found a good BBH spot in OC after the spot next to KFC closed down... Service was what you expected from Vietnamese places in OC but getting our orders wrong and then taking forever to fix left a bad taste in our mouths. Can't say I'd return based on what I tasted and the service we got.

Vania B.

Yelp
Great Vietnamese food here, recommended to me by a family member! We ordered the banh xeo, banh beo, and pork shank. The banh xeo was so thin and crispy, great texture and flavor! And it is massive, so definitely worth the money. The banh beo nam bo was not what we expected, since we prefer banh beo hue. The pork shank was perfectly cooked and made for great spring rolls. Service here is quick and friendly. There was also ample parking in the lot.

Lynn L.

Yelp
ORDER banh xeo dac biet (4/5) one of the best spots for banh xeo in oc! the bottom does get soggy super quickly, however, there was ample amounts of protein + bean sprouts. they give plenty of veggies and rice paper as well. SERVICE (5/5) we were greeted upon arrival and the workers are attentive. my order did take a little long to come out. AMBIANCE plenty of tables inside! there is a yelp waitlist to beat the wait.

Tmoney N.

Yelp
Excellent banh xèo! Thế texture appears to be closer to hue style (banh khoai). Tasty and crunchy. It comes with banh tranh and lots of herbs and veggie. We ordered some other items here but the best was the banh xeo. Good service. Spacious interior. Good for big parties. Price is not bad either. If you are looking for a quick bite for your banh xeo cravings, give this place a try!

Cathee C.

Yelp
The banh xeo here is supposed to be the bomb; and as it's one of my favorite things on earth, I knew we had to come here when in Little Saigon. I love that it came with a ton of veggies and lots of rice paper. Although the banh xeo was good, imo the texture was too thin. It was cracker-like when I prefer my banh xeo thicker with more of a bite. It also had too much bean sprouts and not enough meat. The nuoc mam was on the blander side, it needed to be saltier and spicier. The whole thing was good, but not amazing like most of the glowing reviews. The bun Bo hue was also good but also kinda bland. My husband called it the "white version" lol. The lemongrass flavor was the most pronounced but even that was on the mild side. I prefer BBH that is bolder with more beef, pork, and shrimp paste umami stank. Service was friendly and the place was very clean. Lots of parking and no wait for a weekday dinner too. I'm still on the hunt for better central Vietnamese food. It was pretty good overall, just not extraordinary.

Yelp
WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW! The food here was absolutely amazing! My boyfriend had been wanting to take me here and I'm so glad we finally ate here! We ordered the #5 Papaya salad that came with shredded sweet beef jerky, liver jerky, peanuts, and basil on top of a bed of shredded papaya. The sauce was really addicting! I loved this dish so much that I ordered 2 to go. The portion was really big for $13.95. We also ordered the #15 Bánh Xèo Đặc Biêt "Quán Mi!" (Vietnamese crepes with pork, shrimp & squid). This restaurant is known for this dish and EVERY table ordered at least one of these. We loved it so much that we ordered a second one as we were half way finished with the first. It was perfect timing, as they brought out the second one just as we were finishing up the first one. The crepe came with rice paper, a large platter of veggies and Vietnamese herbs, and fish sauce for dipping. I highly suggest that you order one to share, then order more so they will be hot and crispy. The Vietnamese crepes here were extremely crispy and delicious! I can see why every single table ordered this! This was honestly THE BEST I've had and can be compared to my mom's (she was an excellent cook). The restaurant was nicely decorated and very clean. The young waiters and waitresses were all really polite and courteous. The restaurant did an excellent job training their staff! We will 100% be back time and time again!

Brian L.

Yelp
Came here to get banh xeo for dinner, it was very crispy and delicious. I like the layout it's decently large and the servers were nice enough to let us switch tables because we were too close to the entrance and it was cold. Would definitely come back.

Ashley T.

Yelp
I don't understand why the rating here is so low.. the food is amazing! Tucked away in the corner of a very busy complex, you won't miss it from the crowds of folks that wait for a table all times of the day. Luckily you can put yourself on the Waitlist via Yelp! Huge tables, plenty of space, typical quick service Vietnamese restaurant serving some of the best comfort food I've had. Ordering is quick, payment is at the counter and all service workers are quick and efficient. We ordered: Banh beo: 4/5, can't go wrong with the traditional banh beo, only gripe is not enough toppings and too much green onion oil. Goi ga: 5/5! Omg I'm hooked! Their dressing is so good. So peppery and fresh! And the ginger dipping sauce is perfect to top a bite on the prawn crackers. Banh xeo combination: 5/5, perfectly crispy and light, packed with tons of fillings. The shrimp isn't peeled but I had no issues eating this bad boi! Comes with tons of fresh herbs and rice paper. Parking: tight, a lot of busy establishments mixed in there Service: typical Asian restaurant, don't expect them to check in and flag them down if you need something Ambiance: LOUD, even the music playing haha. Please check them out, they don't deserve such a low rating.

Janelle H.

Yelp
First time at Quan Mii, and I would definitely come back. I ordered the banh beo hue and banh xeo dac biet. This was the first time I had banh xeo with rice paper, and it was a game-changer. Usually I struggle to eat the banh xeo with lettuce since it falls apart. The rice paper kept everything together. Also, they provide a decent size plate of vegetables (cucumber, mint, lettuce) to pair with the banh xeo. Also, the banh xeo size is shareable between two people. It was crispy and super flavorful. Service: they offer Yelp waitlist on the app. I went after the lunch hour on a Saturday, and the place was still busy. Service was fast, and they offer wet wipes so you can clean your hands before eating the banh xeo. Not sure if this is offered for other dishes but you could definitely ask.

Yung V.

Yelp
Everything we ordered was delicious. The Banh Xeo was so crispy and flavorful. It came with plenty of fresh, clean veggies. However, the shrimp inside the Banh Xeo were little shrimps with the shell still on. I wish they had the option for shrimps without the shell. I'd totally pay extra for that! But overall, it was a great dish. The egg rolls were also fried to a perfect crisp. The little rice cakes (banh beo) were delicious as well. I loved the toppings, like the mung bean, strings of carrots & daikon, and green onions. We also had the BBH, which was also really good! The broth had so much umami, I bet it was loaded with msg. But I was hooked! This was such a treat! You gotta go with a group and share a bunch of dishes. Best way try all their yummy dishes

Kayla H.

Yelp
I've come here a few times now and I really enjoy the food here. I normally get the Bun Bo Hue / Beef Noodle Soup or the Banh Xeo / Savory Pancake. Both dishes are very filling and tasty. The soup has great flavor and depth while the banh xeo has a good crunch and fillings. I love all the herbs/veggies that come along with these dishes. My mom's favorite is the Khay Thit Gio Heo Cuon Banh Trang / Cooked Pork Shank Rolls. The Bun Bo Hue can get very spicy so just beware. I normally get the medium but I think it all depends on the person making it. I noticed the spice is never consistent. Service is okay which is expected at most Vietnamese restaurants. It's okay though because we're here for the food. They mostly speak Vietnamese and a little English. This is a good place for a hearty, casual meal. The prices are on the higher side for these dishes but I think they're worth it. I'd recommend this spot!

Jodi Y.

Yelp
The banh xeo here is the best I've had! Huge portion and they give you rice paper and lots of vegetables to wrap into a roll. Super crunchy. My only complaint is that the shrimp are the peeled so you get the crunch from the shell. The special sauce is used as both a dipping sauce of the banh xeo and as a dressing for the noodles.

Zan L.

Yelp
Stopped in because we were craving some pho, but soon realized after entering, they don't have pho, but rather other traditional Vietnamese soups. Not a big issue because I can go either way usually. I would say that the food quality here is a 5/5, and so are the prices, but the service is a 3-4/5. Our server was a bit slow and not the most polite but that's a frequent occurrence when I stop in Thai or Vietnamese restaurants. I don't come for the service, I always come for the food. It's quite large on the inside and they have a lot of different sized tables, so it could easily accommodate very large groups. It's attached to a strip mall so there is a very large parking lot so parking will most likely never be an issue. The menu is fairly large filled with all sorts of classic items. As mentioned I was craving pho, but was sad to see they didn't have that on the menu. I opted for something similar and thought it was great. We started off with a Vietnamese Spring Rolls and I really enjoyed them. For my entrée, I chose the Spicy Beef Noodle Soup and I was not disappointed. I usually like the glass noodles, but this came with udon and they were very soft and tasty. Overall a really good option especially if you are in the area. There is a ton of competition close by, but I would recommend this spot to anyone in the mood for a good lunch or dinner.

Mr.BuffetSoCal ..

Yelp
I recently dined at Quan Mii, and unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. I ordered the Bún Bò Huế, and right from the first sip, I could tell something was off. The broth was overwhelmingly salty, to the point where it was almost inedible. The meat was tough and lacked the rich, savory flavor you expect from this dish. It was a struggle to finish the bowl, and not in a good way. Hoping for redemption, I tried the Bánh Xèo, but that too was disappointing. At nearly $20, I was expecting something extraordinary, but what I got was bland and underwhelming. The flavor just wasn't there, and the portion size didn't justify the steep price. To give some context, I've had Bánh Xèo at Van's Restaurant for under $10, and it's hands down a much better experience--crispy, flavorful, and truly satisfying. Overall, my experience at Quan Mii was a letdown. With so many other great options out there offering better quality and value, it's hard to justify a return visit. Sadly, I can't recommend this place based on my experience.

Stephanie H.

Yelp
This is one of my fav Viet restaurants! I love how you can make your own spring rolls and add as much herbs in it. My favorite is their steam pork where you make your own springs rolls. Their ban xiao is always crispy and so tasty, not too oily as well. Their fried egg rolls are so tasty they are extra crispy and fried to perfection. They are so generous with the herbs they give and it's always so fresh!

Karen V.

Yelp
This restaurant has impressed me on all three occasions. The ambiance is welcoming, the service is exceptional, and I have no hesitation in returning. The foods delicious.!

Jessica N.

Yelp
Quan Mii is a small family owned business that boasts some of the best Viet food in the area. If you are craving Banh Xeo, Quan Mii is a MUST try. Their banh xeo are always super crispy and the portion is HUGE. My husband usually gets the seafood one and I actually really like their mushroom banh xeo which comes with a ton of mushrooms and even vegetarian gio/meat substitute which is really tasty. I've also gotten the banh canh and mien ga here, both of which were delicious and very comforting. You can't go wrong with going to Quan Mii for your Viet food fix. We love both locations but come to this original one more since the portion is a tiny bit better (but both are good!).

Anny O.

Yelp
Bun Bo hue 4/5 - this was pretty good but I wish it was spicier. I asked for medium bc the waitress said it's pretty spicy but medium wasn't enough. Soup flavor is pretty rich and tasty. Portion size isn't too big but it was a good amount. Banh xeo 5/5 - this is really good! So crispy and filling. We got it as an appetizer to share and it's plenty for 4 people. Fish sauce is also pretty good which makes a big difference.

Stephanie L.

Yelp
I always get Banh xeo here and take all my friends here for Banh xeo when they visit LA. I like this location better than the other one! This location is usually not as busy and plenty of parking! Banh xeo is their signature dish here, it is Vietnamese Crispy Crepe with pork & shrimp and mung bean. They have other fillings if you don't want pork & shrimp. Banh xeo is served on a platter with herbs and nuoc cham (dipping sauce) along side with rice paper. It is so big that i can serve 2 people! I also have Banh xeo take out from here and it is still crispy by the time I got home (20 mins). Other Central vietnam dishes are pretty solid too such as My Quang, Pork Shank Platter, Banh Beo.

Cynthia M.

Yelp
Consistently great food. My favorite dishes are here. Banh beo, it's the only place to go in my opinion. Their eggrolls are fried with rice paper which gives it that chewy texture.

Elviever E.

Yelp
Food are really good here. Love the Vietnamese pizza. They are known for this.love how you wrap it with lettuce and lots of mint leaves. The soup was also very good. Food comes out fast. Very good service. Place is spacious and a nice place to eat with friends and family.

Kaylene P.

Yelp
Came here right when they opened on a Sunday and got seated right away. However it did get packed really fast so I would recommend coming a little early to get seating right away. We ordered the BBH, banh xeo, and banh beo, and the khay thit. Everything was really good. Banh xeo was super crispy, BBH had a good level of spice to it, and the banh beo was nice and warm. Overall would absolutely come back here again. Great Vietnamese food and good variety of items. Portions are on the bigger side. We definitely ordered way more than we could eat but worth it

Linny P.

Yelp
The best Banh Xeo! My family and I love this place. Came on a Saturday around 6 PM and it was busy already. We called ahead because we had a party of 30 people and they were able to reserve an entire section for us. Parking is also never an issue as it's in a plaza with other food spots. Banh Xeo Dac Biet 5/5 - comes pork, shrimp, and squid. Also includes rice paper and veggies so you can make a spring roll. Sooo good. It's $18 but it's big and filling. Banh Beo 4/5 - steamed rice cakes. A good appetizer/starter for the table to share. I believe there's 3 different options to choose from Bun Bo Hue 4.5/5 - also liked this dish and came with lots of meat My mom loves this place and always request this when we're in the area. Will definitely be coming back!

Rachel M.

Yelp
I really enjoyed the Banh Xeo Quan Mii and Bun Rieu, it was flavorful. The Banh Xeo stays crunchy the entire meal. I like the addition of the fresh herbs and vegetables and that you can wrap it in a spring roll. Really recommend this place!

Macy N.

Yelp
Great restaurant! It was quite busy when I went, but we were seated in 30 minutes. My friend got #18 which is what the picture is showing. He says it is good, but a little too much vegetables. I got the bun bo hue with level 2 spicy. It was very delicious and there was a lot. Lastly I ordered a #6 which is a self serving spring roll dish. It was very good and I enjoyed it. The food is very fresh and delicious. The servers were very friendly and the food came out in a reasonable time frame. The ambiance is like any regular restaurant. I recommend it!

Amanda C.

Yelp
Top 3 fav restaurants in OC. I like the bun rieu and banh beo, but I can't come here without ordering the banh xeo with pork and shrimp. I take family and friends here when they visit. Service and wait is super fast, and the restaurant is clean. I'm literally excited right now for the next time I get to go.

Charlie N.

Yelp
I have a little list of must-try places that I take all my friends visiting Little Saigon from out of state, and this is one of them. PARKING: Pretty good, you'll find a spot WHAT I ORDERED: * Banh xeo dac biet "Quan Mii" ($17.95) * Banh beo "Hue" ($10.95) FOOD: The banh beo came out first, and they were pretty good! I'm unsure if they stood out compared to other places, but it's a nice way to tide you over before the star of the show comes out. When the banh xeo finally came out, we were amazed by how big the portion was, and glad we only ordered one for the two of us. The special thing about the banh xeo here is that it comes with rice paper wraps, which make for a unique combination of textures when you roll up the fresh herbs (there's a lot of them!) with the crispy banh xeo in the chewy wrap. The amount of meat and shrimp in the banh xeo was good. I was super impressed by how crisp the banh xeo was - it's a little thicker than other banh xeos I've seen before, which I think really helped with it staying crispy throughout the meal. For two people, I think a banh xeo + another dish was just enough. If you just plan on getting banh xeo, I'd probably recommend one per person. SERVICE: They were nice and attentive. You can go up to the counter to pay if they don't come to you, and they accept credit card. VIBES: Family-friendly, and pretty good for large groups. On a weekday lunch it's barely a wait. BOTTOM LINE: If you have friends who have never tried a banh xeo before, go here. It's the perfect introduction to Little Saigon.

Lauren D.

Yelp
This restaurant is known for their delicious and crunchy bánh xèo -- and for good reason! :) My family and I got their Bánh Xèo Đặc Biệt and Thịt Giò Heo Cuốn Bánh Tráng. Both items were so good and tasty! Their nước mắm is also freshly made and they give you a lot of greens! They were busy, however, so the service was a bit lacking. We were more than half way done with our meal when they finally brought us our drinks. When we called them over for something though, they were quick to bring us what we needed. The restaurant is kind of small overall, but they have a lot of tables and booths. It is also rather clean and the tables aren't too close together which I liked. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Little Saigon. Be sure to give them a try!

Yelp
I absolutely love this place - I would have to say that they have the best ban xeo in all of LA (my opinion). I've tried their other dishes and I would say that they come out pretty much better than the average places I've gone for Vietnamese food.

Yelp
The good: This place was BOMB! They have so many Vietnamese options.I already want to go back and try more dishes. I got banh beo (the classic one), banh xeo (Vietnamese crepe), and the thinly sliced pork spring rolls. I was surprised they had a variety of banh beo options. The banh beo was nicely thin with a nice chewy texture. The pork dish is also something unique to this place. The banh xeo was deliciously crunchy with a hint of coconut. I typically prefer the non-coconut style banh xeo but this was subtle and just right. The fish sauces were perfectly seasoned and the vegetables that accompanied the dishes were really fresh and delicious. We were able to get seated right away though it did get more crowded around noon. I also got mi quang (yellow noodles) to-go. I will definitely come back. The bad: There was a wait for the bathroom all 3 times that I went (pregnancy problems). They accidentally gave me a Coke and hot tea with honey that I didn't order but they left the tea for me to drink and didn't charge us. The interesting: They have 3 outdoor tables with umbrellas but they are used more for waiting than dining. They also have a 2nd location in Fountain Valley but my mom's friend said the ambience was nicer at this location.

Yelp
Food was good the banh xeo and mi quang was good. Service was pretty poor they were not that busy but the wait staff had an attitude that they would rather be doing something else. The banh beo was ok a bit to starchy for our taste.

Yelp
I would like to know how Quan Mii gets their banh xeo so perfectly crispy. Anyways, I love coming here when I'm in the OC because it just has good vietnamese food. The parking here is a little difficult even though there's a parking lot, there's just so many other places in the plaza that it makes it hard to get a spot. But I like that you can join the waitlist online. The banh xeo is a must! It comes with rice paper, fresh veggies, good nuoc cham. I like the banh beo here too but banh xeo is definitely the star. It is so perfectly crispy, flavorful, and filling without making you feel heavy. Food comes out fast as well. There's a lot of bean sprouts in the banh xeo, so beware. We also ordered the fried tofu, which I'd skip out on next time. You pay at the counter so don't ask for the check to your table lol.

Yelp
Made the drive down here from LA and was not disappointed! Wanted to take my family out for some authentic Viet food -- full of bun bo hue, banh xeo, and banh beo so we ordered a few of these dishes to share. 1) Banh Xeo -- man this was HUGE. It cost us around 17 bucks but appreciated how filling it was. You could order it with various ingredients/toppings, i..e, mushroom, shrimp, squid, or pork but we opted for the one with just shrimp. It was also extremely crispy and tasted phenomenal when you paired it with the dipping sauce. 2) Bun Bo Hue -- enjoyed this one too. I like to consider this the spicier version of pho for those who haven't tried it before and while it's been a minute since I last had it, it was just as good as I could remember. Loved the large pieces of pork in it and how the broth was a bit lemon-y. 3) Banh Beo -- my mom devoured this but I was able to try a few and enjoyed it! Would recommend getting the one with shredded pork and shrimp! Tips - There can be a wait on the weekends so make sure you put your name down on Yelp - You pay at the front so don't be like me and expect the servers to help bring your card us like I did lol - Parking is free all around and the restaurant is nestled around a bunch of cool little shops

Yelp
Best banh xeo I have ever had and I can't recommend it enough! Although there is a parking lot it can be difficult to secure a spot as it is located in a really busy plaza. Seems like there is a line on weekends during peak lunch hours so waitlist via Yelp! Interior is clean and lively with really quick turnover. The banh xeo is served alongside lettuce and rice paper. It's generously sized and packed with flavor. The standout is the batter; I'm not sure how they achieve such a crispy texture, and I've been unable to replicate it at home.

Yelp
Someone brought me here for dinner. This restaurant is tucked in the corner of a Bolsa shopping center. Didn't know it was here. Side note: The signs in this center all look the same. Interior was spacious and clean. Flow was a little clunky but no biggie. Otherwise typical Vietnamese restaurant. Service was pretty friendly. Banh xeo was good. The Bun Bo Hue was solid. Also grilled chicken was good. Banh beo was also good. All in all, the food was solid. Didn't pay attention to price. But from memory, pricing was typically for area. Overall, pretty solid place for Vietnamese food.

Yelp
Although they aren't known for their spring rolls, they have some of the best and of course their Ban Xeo is always great

Yelp
To the point. Bun bo hue, it was sweet, mi quan was tasteless, it was super bland, and their banh xeo was actually decent. It was a little greasy but not bad like the other two dishes. Not a come back for sure.

Yelp
One of my favorite banh xeo places when I'm too lazy to make at home, it's a big enough portion to feed 2. However, I was surprised at the increased prices, went up $5 since we last visited the FV location. Service was prompt and nice. The interior was interesting, didn't expect it to be so gray, but the tables are too closely put together and make it a tight squeeze sometimes to sit down. Will come back for banh xeo but probably not the bun bo hue as it wasn't very flavorful or rich.
