While Quan Mii is the best version we’ve eaten in Little Saigon, the real fun comes when it all arrives at the table. After cutting the crepe into tiny pieces and spinning the tableside crispy rice paper in water until it’s soft and stretchy, you essentially create a build-your-own spring roll station right at your seat.
