The tiny Islington bakery's focus on British-style baking means it stands out from the crowd. Francophiles: cycle away because there isn’t a laminated croissant in sight. Instead, you’ll find a selection of rustic-sounding, London-priced goodies both savoury and sweet. There’s a brilliant brown butter bun, a cold rice pudding tart that’s as irresistible as it sounds, and lovely crunchy country stick.
