Quince Bakery - Review - Islington - London - The Infatuation

"If your weekend routine involves picking up a bouquet of tulips and an impeccably made pastry, you’ll more than likely find yourself trotting over to join Quince Bakery’s queue sharpish. The tiny Islington bakery's focus on British-style baking means it stands out from the crowd. Francophiles: cycle away because there isn’t a laminated croissant in sight. Instead, you’ll find a selection of rustic-sounding, London-priced goodies both savoury and sweet. There’s a brilliant brown butter bun, a cold rice pudding tart that’s as irresistible as it sounds, and lovely crunchy country stick.
