On a Thursday evening after visiting Ever After Garden, I passed by Rabbit.
The Asian girl at the door was kind enough to get me a table as I didn’t make any reservation.
Eva recommended me wine from Sussex and popular dishes. I opted for mushroom marmite eclair, hake (my all time favourite fish) in crab bisque and shaved Brussel sprouts.
As I was seated near the open kitchen and witnessed the high expectations of the chef and attentive service crew.
The meal was delicious and service attentive.
Despite the crowd coming in and I was given an hour to dine, nobody was rushing me.
Rita came to chat and everyone is friendly and rendered excellent service.
Glad I chanced upon this restaurant that serve local and sustainable produce.
Highly recommended and I will definitely be back !
