Rainhas Churrascaria

It was a nice experience different from any buffet I’ve ever went to. They come around with all sorts of meat for you to eat fresh off the grill. You have to pay for every drink you order but you can always have water. The roasted pineapple was something interesting it was good.

I enjoy this place because I am a meat lover, so it has excellent Meats and Poultry. ( wrapped in bacon+) I would have given it 5 stars but the salad bar was lacking. I think they could have had more of a selection. What they did have was running out and not replenished often enough.( no mashed potatoes at all )

All you can eat. $50 per person, variety of chicken, beef, Port, sausage, lamb brought to the table periodically. Buffet style appetizers, rice, salad, fruits etc. Dessert is additional; bar prices are steep. Beer is $10. Valet parking available

The salad bar has really good food, variety and is tasty. The restaurant is clean, the service is ok. Now the meat. Was good but in other churrasquerias I have been is a bigger selection of meat and how they are cook. For example for me I just like well done and never even asked what i like. The desserts are good but not include

Great place to bring your family for dinner, best time to arrive is after seven. All the staff is friendly. The only downside is valet parking staff not polite.

I've been here several times and I do consider this place one of the best in Queens for Brazilian bbq. Why only 3-stars then? Mostly for inconsistent selection of meats. My favorites are always: picanha, beef ribs, pork ribs. Very often they will have picanha, but it's always always always difficult to get the beef ribs! I understand they rotate the meat selection, and sometimes have different offerings, but there should be a base selection of at least 10 meats that are always available. The price has gone up to $50pp, so my expectation is not unreasonable. With tax and tip (no drinks!!) we were well over $60pp. Similar places in NJ are still under $50 for far larger selection of meats. This time around they had: parmesan chicken, beef shish kebabs, sausages (pork and chicken), beef short rib, brisket, sirloin, skirt steak, pork belly. Selection was okay, but they didn't come around often with the more expensive cuts, and kept trying to get us full with the cheaper ones. We repeatedly had to ask for the cuts we wanted and had to request more than 2x to even get it. The buffet here is pretty good. The selection of salads, ceviches, fried foods, and others is quite large compared to other places. I'd say the only place it really can't compare to is Fogo de Chao. The service is so-so. They only had 1 server for 10 tables, so it took a while to get his attention for drink refills and even the check. This is significantly worse than previous which is a bit unacceptable given the price point of the restaurant. Overall I don't think you get what you pay for here any longer. Meat is still decent, but are you willing to fork out over $60?

The atmosphere and ambiance of this place I give stars for. We arrived once they opened at 5pm. The meats all came out over cooked already. The meats were basic meats and I wasn't a fan of them bringing out chicken wings and the parmesean crusted chicken was dark meat, wasn't a fan. The buffet area was basic as well, the penne pasta was very good. I've been to too many churrascaria restaurants and this is the least a favorite out of them all. For $50 per person, they really need to upgrade their meat options and also give a option for not such over cooked meats. The service was OK. Server came around a few times for our drinks. The margaritas were also good.

There was no variety of meats and the salad bar was small. For almost $55 per person you are better off going to Fogo de Chau. Many years ago they did it right, more variety of meats and more variety in the salad bar. The service was ok. I asked the person at the front about a possible candle on the desert and they said no problem. They would let our server know. When the desert came no one told our server. Compared to the competition the ambiance needs updating.

Came here to grab something to eat with the family. It cost more than I expected but we had a good time. The food was okay. The service wasn't bad either. I was just battling a cold so my experience was as great as I wanted it to be. Overall it was just okay for me.

Much more variety, more casual and less expensive than Fogo de Chao. This will be our new go to. Service was great!

I've dined at numerous Brazilian restaurants, but this place is a complete misrepresentation. It's the worst 'Brazilian' food I've ever encountered. The meat is subpar, and the selection is extremely limited. The buffet is equally disappointing. I'm at a loss for words. The restaurant's ambiance and decor bear no resemblance to any Brazilian eatery I've visited. Even the music is off-key. This will definitely be my first and last visit. The location itself is in a less-than-ideal neighborhood, especially at night. Thoroughly disappointed.

Comfortable atmosphere and great service. Johnny was our food server and did a great job making sure we had enough to eat. Had a great Father's Day dinner! Thank you! Our fav cuts of meat were: short ribs, brisket, skirt steak, pork belly, grilled pineapple. Excellent salad bar- could use a bit more cheese variation. The cooked food at the buffet was a underwhelming, the stews meats/ seafood was overcooked, but the cooked vegetables was delicious. Katherine b. Food was astounding, I really loved that they had a buffet here as well. Our waiter gave us unlimited water too The music was lovely, a mix of the new generation music and Hispanic music. They also had a lovely tray of desserts. Even though I didn't get to try any, they looked delicious. Another waiter was really nice, his name was Jhonny. Our personal waiter was nice as well, though I didn't quite get her name. Overall a super sick place. Smelt super good too.

Came here with a huge group to celebrate a birthday. I think I ate enough meat to last me a lifetime. Gauchos came often, and were efficient. As we were a large party, meats ran out quickly. But they would assure us that they'd return with a fresh batch and they'd promptly do. But my absolute favorite was their cheese bread. Oh my gosh, this was so freakin good. Our side of the table ordered like three baskets of these.

I came here with two of my friends and my husband. We had a wonderful time and lots of good food! The place is beautiful. There is a lovely entrance and a private parking lot with valet, which was great. We were seated right away. The hostess and serve were were very friendly. We really enjoyed the whole experience. There is a whole appetizing station with French fries, onion rings, salads, chicken fingers, rice, shrimp, etc. The servers come around with duck, pork, wings, beef, pig, brisket, and pineapple. I have to say, my absolute favorite was the grilled pineapple and the brisket. We all left very full and very happy with the experience. I would for sure go back!

Johnny M is the man! Ask for him for guaranteed excellent service and a great time! Don't forget to get the pineapple fresh off the grill!

Came here for a friend's party as well as on Christmas Day. I love the wide range of selections they have. I'm not too crazy about some of the meats as I feel they could be seasoned differently but my absolute favorite is the grilled pineapple!!

I've gone to Brazilian steakhouses in Manhattan and they do not hold a candle to this establishment. The decor is stunning. The restaurant is huge. It was so beautifully decorated for the holidays. The buffet is available for you. There was sooooooooooo many options!! Shrimp, rice, salads, the different sauces, vegetables, fruits, etc. Every one of the dish was delicious. Obviously you come for all you can eat meat and we were blown away. A ton of pork options which I didn't eat, but my friend enjoyed. We loved all the cuts of meat and they come out quick. Our waitress was sweet and brought out fresh Pão de queijo (the cheese balls). They were piping hot and scrumptious. We both enjoyed the Caipirinha drinks. But the star of the meal was the pineapple. Normally pineapple has a very strong flavor. But here they roasted it. Omfg first you get the fruit flavor then the burst of sweetness. It was so good. Initially we thought of getting dessert but we skipped it to get more of the pineapple. We must have had 10 pieces, it truly is the highlight of the meal. Staff was very prompt and courteous. Always walking by asking if you need anything and will clear your plates. If you enjoy steakhouses, come here. You will be blown away by the experience. I will definitely return again.

Lots of food options but the servers did not observe the stop and serve (red and green) cards on the table. Also, the price for lunch is quite high in comparison to Fogo de Chao which has better steak options.

I went to this restaurant as a recommendation from a friend. I've been to restaurants in the same vein but in Manhattan (Little Brazil) and enjoyed the experience. It pains me to say that I could not say the same this time around. The assigned waitress to our table was nice and explained the last of the land. As everyone knows when dining at a Brazilian Churrascaria you're bound to get mountains of meat but here you were left waiting at times to be served by the roaming meat servers (waiters). In general the food was underwhelming and that's all I'll say. I did love my drink (Caprinhna) and dessert (red velvet). The ambiance is relaxed which is good. This is more for large groups of 7 or more as they are equipped but they also tcouples and families with kids.

Sooo I made a reservation for a party of 12 to Rainhas last night & our experience was a bit underwhelming. The restaurant is beautiful I give them that & there was free valet parking available. But there was a bit of a confusion about the amount of guests for my party when I called & confirmed but it was no biggie. I was a bit upset that we weren't places by the window waterfall like I requested weeks in advance. So there goes the accommodation / courtesy out the window. I didn't like where we were seated at all. We were all there to celebrate my mom's bday so we wanted a classier setting. I also noticed that we were a bit overdressed alot off ppl were in jeans & sneakers. So yoi can def come as you are. It was very crowded & we were right by a party with a bunch of children that made a mess dropped jello on the ground & it got on my coat. But it's w/e... I got over it. Our waiter was kind he explained the process of the "rodizio" as they call it. So you get an unlimited array of meat including the salad & hot food bar for $60 each. Which isn't bad but drinks will be a separate charge. Now on to the food! - the salad bar was average & mid nothing to write home about here. It's just your typical salad selections which was ok. The hot food bar they also could've stepped it up a bit too. Options were limited & the food wasn't great very mid as well. There were other meat options such as beef stew, fish, shrimp, spaghetti, & I guess nuggets for the kids with fries & onion rings. Still very limited bc none of it taste well. & as for the vegetarians out there I don't see much options for them either unless you wanna eat a tomato based soupy baby shrimp dish along w/ fish. I will say the rices were tasty & it paired well w meats. But what if you're not a big rice & beans eater. There were so many other Brazilian dishes they could've offered. So for me there was a lack in variety also the cheese bread the pan de quavo wasn't that great. I've had better nothin like their counterpart. & they're also miniature. Now on to the meats! - oh boy now if you're a big carnivore this would be heaven for you! The rotation of meats were good & it def was in rotation lol. I honestly grew tired of seeing different cuts of steaks being passed around geez lol. The picahna was a bit dry tho. The skirt steaks were juicy & flavorful & so was the tenderloin. Ribs were very succulent & the sausages were good too. But the chicken was unseasoned & flavorful. I was upset that there wasn't much chicken goin around on the skewers I had to ask one of the waiter like can we get some chicken please? Lol it was too much steak for my liking but if you're a big steak eater once again this will be a match made in heaven for you. I also did enjoy the bacon wrapped chicken. So overall my experience here was decent. It's good for a one time experience. Oh & btw the roasted pineapple is def worth the hype it was juicy & sweet w/ a dash of cinnamon I enjoyed the concept. Never thought of roasted pineapple

My recent visit to Rainhas Churrascaria left me with mixed feelings and a sense of disappointment. While there were certain aspects of the dining experience that stood out, overall, it fell short of my expectations compared to the first time I went The selection of meats offered at Rainhas Churrascaria was somewhat limited compared to other Brazilian steakhouses I've visited. While the cuts of meat were decent, the quality and flavor were inconsistent. Some pieces were tender and flavorful, while others were overcooked or lacking seasoning. This inconsistency detracted from the overall enjoyment of the meal. Service was terrible. Took forever to get any meat, and when the meat came it was the old meat.

For those wondering the difference between Fogo and Rainhas, know this - the service here is unmatched. Johnny is phenomenal, & truly made our whole dining experience with his friendly attitude and incredible service. Rainhas is generous in their meat offerings, & they don't skimp on the portions either. Want the beef rib bone? Done. A few more slices of picanha? No problem. Salad bar and hot food offerings are also plentiful, although Fogo may have a greater variety of cheeses. Also, the grilled pineapple here is YUM - trust me on this one and get it, even if you're not the biggest fan of cinnamon. Price currently is $50/pp. Highly recommend making reservations ahead of time, as it can get busy and fill up quickly. Parking around the area isn't the easiest, but there is valet parking available.

Service was very good Ambiance was great Food was not as good as it was pre. Pandemic.. For the price I want better food options and quality especially on the table side meat offerings.

My family and I come to this restaurant often and we are NEVER disappointed. The staff and service are just as incredible as the food. Very attentive and will even accommodate our special requests. It's an enjoyable family restaurant with welcoming decor and great vibes. Great music playing as well. Don't hesitate to pay them a visit!

I came here for my birthday today. I came here at 12 pm and the exterior of the restaurant was just beautiful. It looked so fancy and elegant. When I went in I was guided to a table and greeted by a waiter. He was so kind and helpful. As for food, there was a buffet style with various different foods- lobster salad, potatoes, mushrooms, Mac and cheese, etc. I wanted to get up to get more but to my surprise waiters were already going around with meat and cutting a little for you if you wanted it. They had lamb, types of beef, pork, etc. You could get as much as you wanted so it was very filling. After eating everything my partner told me to order dessert so I chose the tiramisu and when it came there was a candle of some sorts in it and it looked like a firework! It was so cool... and definitely surprised me when the waiters and even other guests in the restaurant started singing Happy Birthday to me. It was such a delightful surprise. The food was all 100% delicious. The ambience of the restaurant was delightful and so welcoming. It was very spacious and elegant. As for the pricing, it was about $50 per person for all you can eat of the buffet foods and the different kinds of meat. It was very worth it and I would love to come back again.

We had the best meat server Johnny was his name. He was super friendly and made or experience fun! The hot and cold bar was not fresh at all the hot food was dried out for sitting for so long and the cold food taste like it was from the day before. The meats that came out first were all medium well and well done. It took to the last round of meat the picanha which was the only good steak we were able to get rare. I see why that steak comes last bc it's was the best out of all the meat that was served.

It was a cold and rainy day, but even in the cold New York streets, diners still came out to Rainhas. Parking is a little difficult if your looking for street parking, but they do have valet parking which we took advantage off. As we entered the restaurant, my wife and I was seated right away, soon after our waiter came by and asked I if it's our first time (which it was) and then explained how the unlimited meats circulate. The food bar was plenty full with an selection of salads, sea food, kids food, rice, pasta, and fresh fruit. After we sat down, the meat guys came around numerous of times, with thick slices of meat and asked if we wanted more. I'm not a huge beef eater, but my wife is and she was satisfied. Moreover, the chicken cuts were juicy, tender, and tasty. We also had the grilled pineapple which was a hit. I was impressed with this restaurant's simple yet welcoming atmosphere. I did notice bread wasn't provided to our table Im not sure why, but other than that the experience was better than expected

I've been going here for years, the place has changed names and got new management a few times but the concept has been the same. Buffet style, Brazilian steakhouse with good ambiance and a nice vibe. Price is decent and service is always good.

I came here with my family for my brothers birthday on a Saturday evening. there were 11 of us and I made a reservation for 6pm. They sat is right away. Gustavo was our server and he was great; explained everything to us and was very attentive. He was so fast with our drinks. everything was so clean and delicious.

I could almost hear the cow mooing. Asked for medium rare because the previous cuts were super tough but didn't know we would get some meat straight from the slaughterhouse. Understandable if there are too many people to serve? Or maybe the guy grilling that day didn't know how to cook meat. Took this last year. Otherwise, the pineapples were extremely scrumptious I think I ate half of a pineapple.

The food is pretty cool. I would have preferred wood cook meat but hey, so for the Rodizio there are many different cuts, including chicken and pork sausages. This time unfortunately I went on a Sunday and there was an older man, seemed Latino skinny dark skinned. Was very rude, but then there was this one guy by the name of Johnny who took care of us and gave us excellent service. Asked if we needed anything else and was very nice. Definitely would ask for him next time. He made our dinner great.

First of all, 5 stars to our meat server Elias. He made our whole experience so enjoyable. I came here on a weekday evening. It was not too busy in the beginning, but as the night went on, it was pretty packed. I do think you get what you pay for. There are not too many meat and buffet options. However, the meats were well-seasoned and well-cooked. The beef roast and beef brisket were delicious. The grilled pineapple was the perfect ending to our dinner.

Been to a couple Churrascaria and this place has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had. Came here on a weekend with a large party for a relative's birthday. The waiters walking around with the meats barely came by our table to serve us. We were left waiting a long time in between meats which ruined the all you can eat experience. The waiter assigned to our table only assisted us with getting drinks and refused to try to help us get the other waiters to come by and serve us meat. Service was poor compared to many other Churrascaria places I've been to. In my experience the waiters at other Churrascaria were eager to fulfill any request I've made concerning specific cuts of meat I'd like to indulge on but here the waiters seem annoyed to even be working. The buffet section with the salad bar, appetizers and sauces were good but I came here to enjoy the meat but was left with an overall disappointing experience.

I spent a pretty penny for a party of 15. The cuts of meat were subpar. You actually didn't know what type of meat you were eating. The buffet with sides was sparsely filled not to mention the variety was minimal. I could go on and on. This wasn't at all what it used to be. I was so disappointed and so were my guests!

I've been coming here since i was 4 im 20 now n still amazin. cant get a better server than Johnny! loved him when i was 4 n i still do! Awesome guy! dont need to say anything about the food, grab your family and come try it yourself!

This is not my first time coming here. I like to eat my meat medium well, and every time i kept asking for it is like the server didn't know. He kept giving me the meat that was medium rare. It was too much, i had to keep switching plates because that plate was full of blood. Also the meat was slacking seasoning. However, The only good meat that was cook for perfection was the picanha but it did needed some salt. The cold and hot bar was okay. The bread that they give you at the beginning was good. (Pao de quejio) My boyfriend enjoy their onion rings. Overall, i feel like there are other places that make steak better than this place.

Waitress was awful but the guys that came around to cut the meat were great, specifically Johnny! If it weren't for him honestly the experience would have been 2 stars. Thanks Johnny for making this experience memorable!

As someone who is a hardcore carnivore, this place is alright. Like others say, this place is good, and worth the price, but there are other places that are much better. I have been here 7-8 times over the years, I even came here 2-3 times when this place was Greenfields years ago! Place didn't change much between the 2 names that I can remember. Biggest pro is the free valet parking! At the front door! We always have great service with this. The last time that we came was Covid year 1 in December, and the buffet was closed at that time. It might be open again by now. But while we were there, they let us pick 3-4 items from it and they brought it to us at the table. One thing that I don't really like is that your only option is the AYCE, if there is someone in your party that isn't a big meat person, they still pay the same price, it'd be nice to have a few other options available for them. All other Churrascarias that we go to in NJ are full restaurants, so if half the party wants meat, and the other half want actual entrees its ok! Meat selection is pretty good, no big complaints. It needs a tad bit more seasoning, but that could just be my taste. I was not a fan of their very chewy skirt steak... I do not think that it is executed well. I do love their super crispy chicken wings! I hate spicy, but their sweet Thai chili wings are killer! Drinks are pretty good as well. Waiters do a good job in making sure that you are properly hydrated! Staff is pretty nice in general as well! All in all, a decent place. I do miss Master Grill... Price is good for what you get, no real standout meat. If you cant get to a better Churrascaria, this is good enough.

In the mood for some churrascaria grilled meats, the kids and I dropped in on Rainhas. Based on the line out the door, you would have never thought we are still in the middle of a pandemic. Ambience: are we in a pandemic? Couldn't tell based on how they packed so many people and tables together. Food: no more self service buffet. You order what you want and they bring a plate to share with whole table. The variety of meats also seems less than before. The grilled pineapple is a classic. Service: our server was attentive and helpful. TL/DR: if you are vaccinated, come here to enjoy some of the best churascarria in Queens. If you aren't vaccinated, stay far away for your own safety.

Being sitted in the front by the bartenders wasn't a pleasant experience. The gauchos hardly ever stopped to serve me and my husband. There were moments that we had to wait for like 10 min to be served a piece of meat. As a suggestion I would propose that all the customers, regardless where they are sitted, would be able to experience a high level of service.

We were a party of three for Mother's Day , I must admit that despite been so busy the service was very good . The restaurant has a pleasant look , waiters are professional. The cuts of meat were excellent and passed very often , the buffet was not that spectacular but had some good choices . A lot of salads , vegetables. Now , the cocktails were not that good . I drank a caipirinha because it was recommended but no , it was not good . The Sangria was better . The desserts some are good some not we tried the passion fruit mousse was tasty but the 3 leches was a failure . Tips are included with the tab We paid $ 300.00 , not including the valet parking tips . Overall you will have a good experience at this place so I do recommend it .

Finally had a chance to try this place. We had a reservation for 6 people and they're so nice to hold our table even we're 15 minutes late. This place offer valet parking which you just have to give tip which is pretty good deal. Parking is free but of course be nice to give some tip. Upon entering the restaurant I observed that the place is pretty big and they took our temperature before seating us on our table. We ordered some drinks first then side dishes and some salad. Side dish and salad was good but we can't wait to try their meat. We had some buffalo chicken and lime marinated chicken. Very juicy and tender. We also had some picanha steak, roast beef, lomo pork with cheese. All this meats are juicy, delicious and tasty. Their service was amazing! Always checking up on us and made sure that we have everything we need. Shoutout to the best guy Jhonny who serves us all this delicious meats. He's one of the best and offer us so much variety of food. Overall it was a great experience and I highly recommend this place!
