This is the perfect place to come sit and just enjoy a cup a coffee doing absolutely nothing. The atmosphere is so chill, the decor is simple yet elegant. I had the white raspberry mocha and it was a little too sweet for my taste but I still enjoyed it very much. The warm almond croissant went very well with my drink. I would love to comeback to Ralphs coffee if I ever get the chance.

Ralph’s on the Upper East Side is a great spot to visit during a stroll in the Upper East Side. Weekends can get a bit busy, so be prepared for a short wait (~10 mins). They have a variety of pastries, drinks and brunch items for order to dine in or take on the go. I tried the seasonal peppermint hot cocoa, and it was absolutely delicious—sweet, warm, and fluffy. My drink was ready in about five minutes. They have indoor and outdoor seating if you wish to stay and dine. I took mine to go. Overall, it’s a charming stop if you’re in the area, and the hot cocoa alone makes it worth a visit!

The best coffee shop in New York. Their coffee is delicious and their chocolate cakes are delicious. You can instantly go from the coffee shop to Ralph's clothing store. The ambiance, coffees and taste got full marks from me. It becomes even more enjoyable with the decorations especially during Christmas time.

A lovely and unique coffee shop experience. If you're a RL fan, definitely go. The customer service was impeccable. The coffee was delicious. Even the bakery items were surprisingly tasty. I wouldn't recommend for a coffee connoisseur, but for anyone looking for a luxury, quick dining experience, check it out.

I recently visited this beautiful space, which exudes luxury and has a great ambience. The service was attentive, although it felt somewhat impersonal. Unfortunately, my drinks and dessert didn't quite meet my expectations. The iced vanilla oat milk latte was overly sweet, masking any hint of espresso. The chocolate cake, sadly, was stale.

I recently visited Ralph’s Coffee , and it was a great experience. The coffee is top-notch, with a rich and smooth flavor that stands out. The café itself has a cozy and stylish atmosphere, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. The staff is friendly and efficient, making the visit even more enjoyable. I went few hours before they close. Nice place to hang out and have a coffee. Very luxurious set and seats but they didn’t allow us even 5 extra minutes to finish our hot drinks. I had a cappuccino but the cup had a very woody smell. After few sips I had a very weird feeling and threw out everything. I had to go to the hospital to be diagnosed for probable food poisoning. Thank GOD it wasn’t severe and I got home safe the same evening

Beautiful location, great service. Inside and outside seating. I took Ralph’s breakfast tea with the coconut cake. I ate few bites only because it was too sweet and too dense for me.

Let me start off by saying I am OBSESSED with Ralph's Coffee! I had heard a lot about Ralph's from social media but I had mainly only heard of the coffee truck and thought that was all it was. To my surprise, it wasn't until I was so exhausted from making the walking trek from Midtown to The Metropolitan where I needed a pick me up and discovered this coffee shop a block away. After hearing so much hype I figured I might as well check this off my itinerary and was actually super excited that it was a full blown coffee shop. Being as tired as I was and seeing how long the line was I was skeptical about waiting for a while but it is SO worth it. The shop was adorable and festive with Christmas decorations throughout the shop. They also had some seasonal drinks which I have to admit I am a sucker for, so of course I ordered the gingerbread latte. As a coffee snob and someone who worked as a barista for 4 years, I think Ralph's had the smoothest tasting coffee. It was not bitter and the drink itself was not overly sweet. It was the perfect drink to warm me up as well since it was freezing out. They did have a decent amount of seats inside and out, however, the inside seating was only if you dined in. Overall, I love the coffee here and not just because it's Ralph Lauren... it is actually delicious. I would also suggest visiting this location over the truck to get the full experience and also shop some of their exclusive items. P.S. Please open a location in Los Angeles!

I enjoyed the coffee and croissant they were amazing, but I found it odd that I couldn't take out my laptop at a cafe. If it wouldn't have been for that- 5 stars.

I loveee going to Ralph's. This is probably the third or fourth location I've been to. The souvenirs are cute and trendy. The employees and service is great too. However, please note that these coffee shops are more for the aesthetic and experience than for the actual food. I was pleasantly surprised by the chai and latte, however, my sandwich was lukewarm in the center and cold on both ends. I'm pretty sure all their pastries are just cheap pre-packaged pieces that are microwaved. I haven't been to Starbucks in a very long time, but I remember their food being several times better than the food and pastries at RL. Still recommend for some cute photos and gifts!

The iced matcha here with oat milk and splash of vanilla was delicious - I think it could be one of my favorites in NYC except it is a little too expensive for a matcha but taste wise 10/10. Highly recommend. Service was fast and people were nice. Ambiance is also very cool and unique. Will definitely come back!

Three stars for aesthetic. However that's the best thing about this place. Food was pretty mid considering the overall high price points. Staff was inattentive and I had to request assistance several times while there. While it was nice being in the Ralph Lauren store I probably won't return for any coffee.

The last time I was here I also had their matcha, and it has definitely improved from that time (fall 2022). It was surprisingly delicious compared to some matcha I've had back home. Ordering is simple: getting in line, ordering with the cashier then waiting until one of the baristas complete your order. It's suppose to be quick. Though it looks like the process of organizing which drinks to create is definitely subject to mistake as they lost my drink in the mix. My boyfriend got his drink (iced chai with oat milk) and several people ordering after I did as well (10 minutes). I went to a barista and asked about my order and showed my receipt. I received a condescending tone. That left a bitter taste in my mouth and I will be giving this place 3/5 just for that interaction. I never like leaving reviews like this unless an interaction really left a mark on me.

this place was so cute!!!! i would try and go early if u dont wanna wait in line to eat. we got there maybe 10 min after it opened and they allowed us to sit anywhere we wanted. the coffee was great and i would recommend the scone and jam as a quick breakfast bite. keep in mind that this is a cafe, so if want a whole breakfast spread skip this. additionally, if u dont want to sit u can order a coffee to go but we saw that line grow quite quickly too. the cafe itself is beautiful and well decorated and they have the cutest merchandise with the polo bear on them. the cafe also has an actual ralph lauren store in it as well so you can browse after or before sitting down for breakfast. i would def pay it a visit again!

Fancy coffee while you shop? Yes please. Loved everything about this coffee shop. The bears!! The costumes for the staff. The proximity to shopping. Or Just sit outside and enjoy your coffee and people watch.

Stopped in for a quick bite on a Monday afternoon. Able to get an inside table very quickly. Table time is limited to 45 minutes. I have been to this establishment several times prior but this time I ordered the espresso tonic (not pictured) which was delicious and refreshing with a hint of orange flavor. The cappucino is always excellent. The brownie was very good. We wanted the coffee flavor soft serve however it was unavailable. Fun atmosphere dining adjacent to the store. Staff was friendly although generally trying to get you the check as soon as possible.

This location is decorated inside and out with lovely Christmas decorations. On the outside, there's a video of a bear that interacts with your moves. If you wave, it'll wave back. If you dance, it'll dance with you. How cute and unique! I ordered the chai latte to go because it was crowded inside. While the latte was very tasty, it didn't stay hot for long. I sat outside with my drink and it's cold outside so I need my drink to stay hot longer. I will say, there was barely a wait. I went on a Saturday evening so I had to wait outside in a line for a bit but once I got inside, everything was very expedited.

I found this place from TikTok. It is very trendy and has a very cozy ambiance. I think that the drinks are overpriced but I really enjoyed my peppermint hot chocolate.

Amazing coffee place! It was so coo and well-decorated place. The setting was nice and absolutely pleasant. Welcoming vibe inside and the staff were friendly. The coffee was excellent quality. They have smooth flavor and taste so balance. Matcha latte was so good, perfect with my delicious croissant. Friendly service.

As an UES resident, I've walked by Ralph's dozens of times without going in, assuming it was just an influencer trap (there are always people taking aesthetic pics outside and inside). However, I recently visited for the first time and was SO IMPRESSED by the service. This coffee shop had the friendliest employees I've ever met. They were genuinely so, so nice to all the customers--even though one might expect similar institutions on the UES to have a bit of a snobby attitude. I would come back for this reason alone. When my friend ordered a decaf coffee but found out they were sold out of decaf for the day, they gave her a drink for free. Yes, the coffee and snacks here are a bit pricey, but you are paying for the excellent service (and thoughtful decor, photo opportunities). I'd say it's worth it.

Stop by for the first time. Despite the line, I'm impressed with the cafe. It's incorporated with their retail space which has decent drink options and limited food. The seating is limited outside and interior. The cafe decorated with Ralph brand items from mugs to display Lauren items. If you're an influencer or like theme decor, there's picture options. The staff were friendly and I received my order fast. I ordered the matcha lemonade and croissant. The ML was sweet and full of matcha. Definitely a warm weather drink not to miss. The croissant was buttery and flaky. Pricey though for $5. Yet the experience and taste was worth it. I understand the hype. I thought this cafe was going to be mediocre but it was a surprise.

Ralph Lauren's Coffee. Tastes like Polo. Nah, this was actually exceptionally flavorful, smooth coffee, both the medium dark roast drip and the Mocha. The salted Chocolate Chip cookie is good, too. This location is the best, especially when compared to the Flatiron location. They serve their coffee out of an eye-catching green 1943 vintage Citroen in a semi-private nook known as Atlas Plaza, where you can drink under the famous, near century-old, 15 foot bronze statue and the towering St. Patrick's Cathedral, appropriate because you may need to pray you find an open table.

Beautiful coffee shop inside a Ralph Lauren store. The decor is amazing and the service extremely attentive. I requested the bear on my cappuccino and they did not disappoint! So cute and coffee was so yummy. Croissant was room temperature and brought in fresh every morning, so not made in house, not still flaky and buttery and yummy!

Stopped by to grab a quick drink and went for the lemonade. Love how it was sweet and also sour. The wait wasn't too long today and the workers were nice. Ambiance was great - filled with people and the weather was nice. Satisfied visit to quench my thirst. They had these limited coffee sleeves to raise breast cancer awareness, which was thoughtful. As a regular here, can't believe that I have never written a review of my favorite coffee shop ~ It's NOT just a coffee shop! Coffee is always one of favorites in the city, although we have so many coffee shops in the city, don't mention there's a lot in the neighborhood(UES) Drop by as usual, grabbing my coffee before running my errands, ordered my usual latte, then decided to try their new Ice cream, but was told the espresso favor are out, and I agreed with vanilla. Then the barista tried to tell me, if i wait 5 mins she might be able to get the espresso ice cream machine working, of course, I waited. Unfortunately, she couldn't fix the machine and I ended up with the vanilla. She apologized and offered me a pastry for not be able to give me what I wanted. Although I didn't take any pastries, I was WOW and amazed of the consistency of good customer service always! And I remember that's the same barista I saw that she was patiently serving two Japanese senior travelers who could not speak English well, few weeks ago. And she's the only reason I know i need to write a review. This should be the service standard for the service industry, as we no longer received this type of service sometimes in a restaurant when we are paying tips. The reason why this is not just a coffee shop is that you will see a lot of people coming here for iconic picture of the flagship store, so many influencers are here because of this classic iconic coffee shop with seasonal updates of fashion. Visiting here, you get great coffee, great service, fashion updates, possibly meeting famous people around the world!

Super cute spot with seating! It was a bit packed when we came on Juneteenth unfortunately but we were able to grab seats outside the store. Only thing is the coffee was a bit pricey but I guess that's New York in general for you.

The ambiance is amazing here! Very upscale and feels like you're in Upper East Side. I liked the vanilla latte and the croissant was flaky on the outside and soft on the inside. We did table service and enjoyed the experience.

I have very mixed feelings about Ralph's coffee. On a VERY humid and hot day in June, my fiancé and I made our way to Ralph's. We were so excited to try it after all the positive reviews we had seen online! So let's start with the part that really matters - the coffee. It was amazing. Truly one of the best coffees I had in NYC. I got a latte and my fiancé got an americano and he agreed, the quality of the coffee was top notch. Side note, the baristas were SO sweet and accommodating. So why the three stars? Look. We were ambushed multiple times by employees of Ralph Lauren, telling us what to do. Don't set your coffee on a table inside, even for a brief moment to take a swig of water, because you WILL get yelled at. The entire experience left me asking, "why have a coffee shop inside a 5 star clothing store if you won't let people drink their coffee around your clothing?" Doesn't make sense at all. Ralph's, you have great coffee, but if I can't enjoy myself drinking it and browsing and feel at ease, then what's the point?

We've visited twice and both times the customer service was terrible. The first time a server was yelling behind a curtain that he shouldn't have to be working due to his ethnicity...yelling..everyone could hear him. On top of our server was so rude as soon as we were seated being because the table service was closing in 30 minutes. The second time the hostess was on her phone the whole time taking my order, I had to ask if she was finished with my transaction because she was looking down on her phone not even acknowledging my payment. She also didn't tell me my drinks would be counter-side not served at our table, she'd told me our drinks would be served in to-go cups and to seat ourselves. We waited and waited, I said, I think they forgot our drinks, they were at the counter waiting for us. Our $30+ in hot chocolate was warm at best. We walked out and my husband for the second time said, that was disappointing. For a place so nice and priced to match the brand, service should be top notch, not worse than what you'd receive from a street vendor.

Coffee connoisseurs will appreciate this Cafe by Ralph Lauren. It's currently decked out in Holiday splendor with a most definite upscale vibe to it. Ralph's Coffee has indoor and outdoor seating. For indoor seating, you must wait to be seated. They also have a counter where you can walk up, order, and go. When I went at 11am both options were busy. I decided to stay to enjoy the ambiance. A host informed me that there was a 10 minute wait. The Cafe is connected to Ralph Lauren Home, Couture, and accessories so I wandered a bit before being seated. Decor and staff attention to detail and customer interactions are tip top! They are very busy but still approach you with a smile. The patrons, here, are local residents and a few tourists. It's great to people watch as you enjoy your order. The seating is quite close so you will absolutely hear the conversations of those immediately to your right and left. After being seated and served there is maximum table occupancy of 45 minutes. There is a restroom but it's apart from the cafe and you'll need to take an elevator to get there. I really enjoyed my trip here. Unfortunately, my order of Cortado and a lightly toasted ham & cheese took too long. I hailed down a host who changed my order to a Take Away. All and all, a really enjoyable visit for all the senses.

Ralphs is such a cute spot within walking distance from Central Park! We stopped by for a quick coffee after a visit to the Met and waited in the to-go line for ~15 min. They seemed quite understaffed and I would avoid coming here if you're in a rush or in the mood for a quick and convenient caffeine fix, but I'd definitely recommend it if you have the time to sit out on the patio and enjoy the ambience or explore the Ralph Lauren shop. The coffee itself is just average quality but there are lots of cute photo opportunities!

I would like to start this off by saying PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!! Especially if it is a long line and you're looking to dine in. It is 100% a tourist trap and I promise it is not worth it. We waited over an hour in line (in the rain) because of all of the stellar reviews. They ran out of most menu items by the time we were seated. I ordered the scone with jam, let's just say it was not warmed up and it was DRY. Next, the infamous hot chocolate.... Awful. It was luke warm and bitter. The hot cocoa mix at home is 10x better. The biggest regret I have from my trip!!! I want my time back! I also tasted my friend's americano... also terrible.

What a great spot. Inside sit down seating. Lots a great POLO green colored merch. Bistro tables outside on the street with umbrellas. Prefect for a 70 degree autumn day in October. Cold brew was amazing. Not too acidic , not too bitter/dark. Chicken salad sandwich very fresh with perfectly crisp outside and soft inside bread. Ham and cheese is a very small French style sandwich with a mild subtle taste. No frills, no problem. Highly recommend. Order at a podium, nice service. Espresso machine was down, but the man assisting us gave many alternatives which were great alternative choices.

Was in the area and just had to stop and grab something, it's Ralph's. The staff is friendly, preppy, and willing to help. I decided on a hot latte with almond milk and cinnamon powder as well as a huge chocolate chip cookie with sea salt! The cookie was delish, I don't like my coffee sweet so the combo gave it a nice touch.

I came to Ralph's Coffee for the pictures and to see the cute bear design on the drinks, but unfortunately the actual experience was subpar. The cold brew was very watery, and I initially received a hot chocolate despite ordering a cappuccino. It took a really long time to get someone's attention to get it replaced, and the staff was quite rude. It also took a really long time to get the check despite sitting there with empty cups.

Food and ambiance were both great. Line was wrapped around the building though. But once I got inside, I received my food pretty quickly. Be mindful, there is a wait to order and another wait for a table inside.

The café is located inside Ralph Lauren boutique in Upper East Side. The historic building blends with the vintage ambiance of this timeless clothing brand. It looks much more glamorous than the Ralph's Coffee in Hong Kong! To sum up, I really enjoyed dining in the UPS branch as the furnitures, decorations, beverage quality contributed to an excellent atmosphere. Unfortunately, cleanliness of the dining area could be largely improved. As a high end café brand, there were some pastry pieces on the floor, and a fly kept flying around my table which was really disturbing... ＊ Cappuccino w/ Oat Milk Nice latte art! Rich nutty espresso flavor and good amount of foamy milk, creating a perfect blend of oat milk and espresso. ＊ Hot Chocolate w/ Oat Milk A hot chocolate is a must during the holiday season. Perhaps because of the oat milk, the hot chocolate was less creamy and not sweet. I usually dislike drinking sweet beverages, but this chocolate definitely hit my spot. Yet, if you prefer an Italian thick hot chocolate which is sweeter and richer, this might not be your choice. ＊ Scone w/ Jam The menu wrote that the scone would be served with butter and jam but sadly I was told that only jam was available. Given the steep price, this American scone was disappointing, probably unfresh. It wasn't toasted before serving, the texture was too dry and dense. However, it was cute that they provided Bonne Maison mini strawberry jam, which rescued the scone overall marks a bit. My Recommendations: Cappuccino, Hot Chocolate Worth Returning? YES I'd love to grab their holiday takeaway cups!

The best Ralph's Coffee location in NYC imo. Located in the Upper East side, it's more difficult for me to commute to but 100% worth. They always have the coziest decorations during the holidays each year and offer a handful amount of seating as well that turns pretty quickly. My servers were very kind as well and helped me get a table where I could vlog peacefully. Coffee was great + they do latte art! After a morning caffeine fix, you can feel free to enjoy the clothing store and bathroom is on the first floor down the elevators!

The highlight of this place was the latte. It was balanced and was topped with pretty latte art. The ambiance was also pleasant. It's a nice spot to meet with friends as long as your friend group isn't larger than 5. It's a bit crammed inside. Sadly everything else was subpar. Our waiter was very friendly and kind but he forgot our order a couple of times. We spent a considerable amount of time waiting for a fork and half and half to the point our drinks got cold. They also don't warm their pastries so you'll end up with a stale croissant. If you just want to go for photos, then this place will do. But if you want a good coffee with quality pastries, I'd definitely skip this. Also, note the price increases between my menu photo and the menu photos from 3 months ago, it's a pretty drastic jump.

While the pricing was a bit steep, I couldn't help but appreciate the charm of this place. The green interior added a cute touch, and the staff's friendliness enhanced the overall experience. Plus, the coffee served was exactly what I was craving. Despite the cost, the ambiance, service, and coffee quality earned it a solid rating.

Excellent coffee here. I am not sure if they use La Colombe to source their RL beans, as they do in CHI, but it is just as good in NYC. Lattes- 5 Iced lattes- 5 Classic croissant- 4 Service: 5 Setting: 5 There is plenty of seating inside and out. Bathrooms are in the basement.

Ralph's is definitely one of my go-to spots for a nice coffee outing on the weekends, simply because of its elegance--the black, green, and white color palette along with the chandeliers and ornate patterns on the curtains and doors keep me coming back. When I'm at Ralph's Coffee, I'm not only indulging in good coffee, but also a much-needed escape from the chaotic city life. Because of its popularity, there is usually a long line unless you come during the week or later hours. Although, it moves quickly and it's well worth the wait! There is an option to either dine in or take-out. If you choose to stay, the menu offers a lot of small plates and a wide variety of coffee as expected. I usually get an iced espresso with oatmilk, which is really good! After getting coffee, you can make your way to Central Park or shop in the boutique which I always find convenient. :)

This place is absolutely charming. It is such a surprising find as It is within one of the Ralph Lauren stores. I was able to snag an adorable sweatshirt with the brands logo on it. However, the staff was a bit snappy when ordering my chai. Granted, it could be because of the amount of people lining up for a coffee. I had a chai and it was average. I went back a second time to try to hot chocolate and I enjoyed it. It is a bittersweet hot chocolate, so if you like a super sugary hot chocolate, I'd suggest ordering something different.

I visited the one across the street from St Patrick's Church. The line was long, was expected a HOT chocolate but was cold and the croissant was stale. The cookies were good though. Next time I'll try the actual restaurant hopefully for a better experience.

The aesthetic of this place is gorgeous. I love the classy, chic vibes. I ordered an iced vanilla latte, which was nothing spectacular but good nonetheless. It has the perfect amount of sweetness.

Sad about our recent experience here. The lady who made our matcha around 11am just gave us a cold matcha instead of hot. And her reason was- the matcha has been ready at the window and no one's getting it. Wherein fact I just got it the moment she took it out in the window. When I asked politely to warm it up - she refused cos she said she has a lot of things to do. VERY RUDE. and def- NOT HAPPY WITHE THE SERVICE. She's the lady whos doing the morning shift on a Sunday.. wearing glasses.

Came here for a quick grab and there was a line however it went by quickly. They have a dine-in option, both indoor and outdoor. The indoor option is pretty chic. I ordered an iced oat latte to go and it was one of the smoothest I had. Will be back soon to dine in.

Awful service. Tried to go and try some coffee as we walked by on a Friday afternoon in November and thought it looked really pretty. We were told to wait outside at first by a guy working there but saw others walking in, so we walked in as well. He was then like "no no no, please wait outside even for the takeout line!" Incredibly odd setup as could not tell where the takeout line started and glad we didn't waste money here. We left immediately.

This was $10 for a 16 oz with regular milk. Not a bad latte and the brew was good but $10 is insane even for NYC, you could definitely get better coffee in NYC for much cheaper

American culture ICON! What a wonderful experience. This location is so grand. Upon entering, you are greeted by someone and a life size stuffed bear. The coffee shop is right up front, with the retail store in the back and the dine in area on the right hand side. We were a party of 4 and thankfully got seating right away without a reservation around 2pm. The hosts are accommodating and try to maximize seating as much as possible. I got the Ralph's Roast which was of high quality. I also got the maple glazed crueller which was a little too sweet according to the rest of my party but I personally loved it. I'd definitely try the matcha lemonade next time. I will say - I thought the food menu was larger and would have brunch options like eggs and toast etc. There are three sandwiches listed and overnight oats. I wish they warmed up the treats as well. The morning bun was super cold and a bit hard.
