Google
We ordered the fukumimi ramen and honey garlic karage. This place does not deserve a 5 star review. It’s quite obvious they don’t specialize in ramen, when they have bean sprouts as a standard topping. Ramen - the noodles and chashu we’re well cooked/seasoned, but the broth simply lacked flavor and richness The honey karage chicken also was disappointing, the chicken was soggy, lacked the honey garlic flavor. Give it a 2 star for food, ambience and service was good

Google
One of my favorite ramen spots in town. Their karaage is amazing as an appetizer and all their ramens are amazing. I’ve tried them all. I recommend this place highly.

Google
Really good food, if you're feeling a little under the weather, or if you're maybe just looking for something healthy and not too heavy. This is definitely the place, I will mention that the customer service was good, not the best. The only reason is, because it was hard to talk with the cashier sweet Gal, But I couldn't really explain what I wanted to her, i did find it like I said great place wait was 15 to 20 mins not too much foot traffic nice n peacefull. I ordered 3 plates realy good recommendation to my people who love themselves a hot plate!

Google
Wow, this is a great example of a local hole in the wall type restaurant. The Ramen was quite tasty, not over portioned (warning), appetizers were yummy and fresh and the service was good. The only complaint was that the appetizers came a few minutes after our Ramen order, which was made up by the appetizers being so delicious! This place is quite inconspicuous in a strip mall, but hey that's part of the adventure of finding good restaurants. The prices were very reasonable. I've added pics of the menu so you can decide for yourself! I will come back but beware that with Covid, they are only seating 8 guests at a time which means you will likely need to wait. I guess ordering out ain't bad, but eating it fresh probably is the way to go! Enjoy peeps!

Google
I really loved the miso broth. It was rich and flavorful. The edamame was perfectly salted. The staff was very friendly and cheerful. The prices were reasonable. I only marked down because there was very little chicken in the ramen. There was only 4 bites of chicken. I wish the was more.

Ana

Google
Cute lil ramen place. Service was good, prices good as well. My family loved the food, I had the ramen which was ok, not the best I've ever had but still yummy, the kimchi was delicious. The atmosfere is great, it's a pretty place! I enjoyed my visit a lot.

Google
First stop in Vegas this week, @fukumimi_ramen. I'm not a huge fan of ramen and this place didn't really change my mind. I tried the kimchi tofu, house salad, fried tofu and a pork and chicken ramen bowl. To me, to the kimchi tofu was the best thing I had. The salad was over dressed, the meat on the ramen was over cooked, and I felt the noodles were undercooked with a flavorless broth. Maybe they were having an off day, or maybe I just don't like ramen 🤷‍♀️

TDC

Google
The portions are incredibly small. I got half an egg and one piece of chasu. I finished all my noodles in three bites. The flavor of everything was really good. Broth was rich and flavorful and the noodles had a good chew. The previously frozen gyoza was meh and I don't think they cooked it all the way through. Service was friendly but terribly inefficient especially in such a small, non-busy place. I had to ask for chopsticks, napkins and gyoza sauce while the servers could be seen and heard chit-chatting away. Not a good look. I wanted this spot to be really good, because it would've been convenient for me, but I probably won't come back based on my experience. Too many other ramen joints in town that don't have these issues.

Yelp
LOVE IT HERE The food is great, staff is friendly and accommodating! Definitely recommend, perfect for family gatherings! The ambiance is amazing!

Yelp
Despite the sketchy parking lot outside with no lighting, the inside of this restaurant is extremely welcoming, and the service is very fast and pleasant. Came here for dinner to try their spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. menu is a bit confusing, and I did need to take some time to ask the waiter, who was extremely helpful, for comparisons between the descriptions of different dishes. The broth of this Ramen was extremely rich, and I appreciate the spicy level of it as I got some light sweats. The chili flakes on top of the pork belly pieces tasted similar to Korean chili flakes. The three pieces of belly were extremely tender and not too fatty. Fresh bean sprouts and nori are a nice touch.

Yelp
It must be true that restaurants in awkward places make one of the best foods lol The surrounding area looked pretty suspicious to me, so naturally, I wouldn't think to look around here; however, I keep hearing so many good things about Fukumimi that I finally made the drive to check it out. I'm not a big ramen-girl, but I gotta say that their broth was delicious and rich. It also was a good size. You NEED to absolutely try their Honey Garlic Chicken. It's so flavorful... even writing about it makes me wanna go there and get some right now lol Their kimchi & kimchi tofu is refreshing, especially since their kimchi is made in-house. It makes a huge difference. It's slightly sweet, which I love. Although, it's a small restaurant, I love how warm and cozy it feels. The setup is perfect. The service is also great, so I'll definitely be back again soon!

Yelp
Quaint ramen place away from the busy Chinatown area just east of the Strip. Typically, good Asian food is found on the west or southwest side of town but we were in the area and decided to give it a try. To our surprise, the ramen was comparable or even better than some of the more popular places on the west side of town. Definitely recommend if you're on the east side.

Yelp
This place was suggested to me by a local, who claimed it had the best ramen and was really spicy. I'm usually up for a new experience so I gave it a shot. Bottom line: Food was not really good. I'm not sure what the specific issue was but everyone in my party had the same thing to say. Edamame - This was actually very good. It was served warm and was properly salted. This was the only dish i enjoyed here. Spicy Karaage - Nice presentation. This is supposed to be chicken but I'm not sure what kind of meat it actually was. It has the consistency of some other really fatty meat mixture, not like chicken at all, and it was not spicy at all. Honey Garlic Chicken - Again, the same meat as the spicy Karaage with less than appropriate seasonings. Hot and Cold Ramen Bowl - Very nice presentation but something was wrong with the flavor. Based on the other reviews, I'm not sure what happened in the kitchen the night we went but hopefully, our experience was just a one-off.

Yelp
I've been here a few times and finally am doing a review after 2 years. Service is always good. Food: Miso Fukumimi Ramen (thick noodles) I can't remember the other dishes I had. See photos. I know I did a spicy ramen, and I think it was chicken karage. Overall, I love the broth flavor and thick noodles. The pork meat was also tender. It's a great bowl of ramen. My friend had the spicy ramen, and she ate it all. I will return again.

Yelp
We haven't visited Fukumimi in years, as many ramen shops closer to us have opened since then. However, after today's visit, we were reminded why we love Fukumimi and still consider it the standard by which we judge all other ramen shops. Fukumimi has remained steadfastly delicious, maintaining their quality and authentic Japanese ramen flavours that has made it one of the best if not the best ramen in Las Vegas! And if that wasn't enough, their (chicken)!karaage is still the beat one we've had: tender-juicy inside, crisp and savory outside with none of the overly breaded or marinated spoilers we experienced from other restaurants carrying the same dish. Fukumimi, is unadulterated goodness and we have decided to keep coming back despite the distance.

Yelp
Tucked away near the end corner of a shopping center is this yummy little spot. The ambiance is pleasant and being quite small it stays casually intimate. The staff are pleasant, and I get a laugh when you can hear the cooks making jokes and singing in the kitchen. I had the miso ramen and really enjoyed it, there's just the right amount of lip sticking fattiness and salt to keep you focused on the savory elixir, so much so you may very well forget to speak to the person you went with lol. It was the food equivalent to a good hug from a passing friend, quick in time and long in joy, you'll leave this spot with a smile, enjoy.

Yelp
The BEST ramen in town!! We have been to a lot of ramen places in Vegas and none of them come close to here. The kohashi ramen with spicy paste is my favorite. The gyoza is always on point. We have been coming here since we moved to Vegas over 10 years ago and we will continue coming here!!

Yelp
I haven't been to this place in a couple years and I'm glad they updated the interior, also really happy they still have the cold tomato ramen. Got an order of cold tomato ramen, Agadashi tofu, honey garlic chicken and a side of kimchi is a must. Service was great since we went around when they opened and definitely not a lot people out at the time. But it was quick and great! Can't wait to go back soon.

Yelp
December 3, 2023 - Hungry but not hungry! Ramen sounds good and than I was hungry for the Kaarage Chicken. Trop and Eastern is only up the street. Fukumimi Ramen is right next to Baskin Robins. Usually there are people waiting outside, we were lucky it wasn't that busy tonight. The wood look makes it feel like Japan. The new look is more spacious. Service is always good here. Classic Ramen, Gyoza, 2 orders of Kaarage and a side of rice, with a little bit of salad, a Coke and Water, well that was filling for Mystery Arm and I. The food is always good and in my opinion they make the best Kaarage. The two young men on our right, enjoying their dinner, just chilling and talking about many different things. The family on our left, the little girl just wanted her own chopsticks with her chicken on it. She knew what she wanted and was enjoying her meal. If your near by stop on in with good company for good food and I guarantee you a good time!

Yelp
One of the legit ramen stops in Sin City. Even for it being warm out, we opted to grab a bite from here. Shared their chicken karaage and I myself opted for their tori miso ramen. It was pretty good, I definitely will be back for more soon. Service is on par with Japanese eateries, our server was gracious and efficient. It is obvious they know what they're doing. I honestly couldn't help but to slurp my entire bowl of noodles. Will definitely be back for more!
google avatar

Yelp
10 years later eating countless Ramen. Still I have not found anything that matches Fukumimi's Tan Tan Men. And again I need to point out their Kaarage is unmatched. We moved away a few years ago and I miss them. But whenever we get the chance we go back end enjoy their great food.

Yelp
Came in for late lunch and got seated right away. This is a cute little ramen shop so there are not a lot of seatings. The server was very kind and told me what are the popular ramen items are. I ordered Tonkostu Ramen (Miso) with thick noodles for my sons and I got the Spicy Fukumimi Ramen also with thick noodles. The ramen broth was delicious and not too salty like a lot of ramen shops, the noodles were chewy and bouncy and all the toppings were cooked to perfection. My sons loved the ramen so much I had to ordered a second bowl for them!!
google avatar

Yang N.

Yelp
Edamame is fire, can't go wrong! Salty and easy to eat as an appetizer. For entrees, I got the Spicy Fukimimi Ramen and Soboro Bowl. The ramen was good but wish it included more toppings without having to buy extra. The Soboro Bowl was good, but a lot! I'd definitely recommend sharing if you get that since you could get hit with flavor fatigue. The service was good, they weren't too busy because we went pretty late in the day. The ambiance is nice, kind of like any other ramen spot!

Yelp
Small place but worth it I do take out now. Staff is friendly. I love the tonkatsu pork ramen.

Yelp
This place was awesome! Located in a strip mall in not the greatest of neighborhoods but did not disappoint. Found this place on Yelp! Gotta love my Yelp! Family because you never steer me wrong. Inside modern vibe and super clean. Service was a 5 star I was waited in by 2 ladies and both were amazing! I had the honey garlic shrimp appetizer and it was so good. For dinner had the spicy ramen which wasn't that spicy, but packed with flavor. Everything was delicious and would for sure be back.
google avatar

Yelp
O.G. - rocking amazing gyoza , no deep fried nonsense here! Amazing karaage every damn time. And the ramen is great as you would expect. What are you waiting for? Oh, a table . That's the downside of this spot - it can get busy.
google avatar

Lalas V.

Yelp
Decent food, ordered twice. The chicken karaage and pork chashu, both good, oh chicken curry barely had any chicken though good sauce
google avatar

Connie C.

Yelp
It was honestly a rare find of this little authentic Japanese ramen restaurant. The restaurant is tucked away in a not busy shopping center located right next door to baskin robins. When my ramen arrived to the table. I was honestly very pleasantly surprised as everything about it gives off the scent of authenticity. The broth, the noodles, the garnish and the meat. It was simply delicious. It was so delicious that both my partner and I ordered the exact order for Togo so we can enjoy it the next day. The staff are wonderful and mostly Japanese. I'll definitely be going back! The only downside is...there isn't much meat at all in the ramen but! The taste of everything surely makes it worth it.
google avatar

Daniela F.

Yelp
My boy friend and I have been coming here for the past 6 years. We might be a little biased, since this is where we had our first state (favorite ramen restaurant ever) But this place is amazing! Yes the restaurant might be small but it's so cozy and warm, so make sure you show up early because the restaurant does get busy. The food is always amazing and the taste is consistent which is very important. The service is always great plus we love seeing the cooks in the back always jamming out in the kitchen. 10/10 Must try: Kara-miso Ramen (Spicy Miso), Tonkotsu Ramen (Miso), Honey Garlic Chicken, Curry Rice and Gyoza (literally the best thing ever)
google avatar

Judy T.

Yelp
This has to be one of the best ramen in town! If you're around the area, give it a try. I live far from here so I don't come as often as I want. I wish they open another location in southwest. My favorite is the tonkotsu ramen (salt) and the tonkotsu ramen (spicy). It was very flavorful. The inside is small and sometimes there's a wait.
google avatar

Stephanie M.

Yelp
Food is yummy!! Service was fast too Ambiance is neat & like a hidden gem. Would come back
google avatar

Josie G.

Yelp
This ramen is the REAL DEAL! Definitely the best ramen I've had outside of Japan. Also - the owners and staff are Japanese! So they know what they're doing. Plus, it definitely adds to the ambiance to hear people chatting away in Japanese while you enjoy a big bowl of delicious soup. Their soups do add one welcome change from traditional ramen - spice! My husband ordered one of their spicy ramen, and it had him sweating a little bit! He still finished the whole thing. I ordered the kogashi ramen and it was incredible. I think that'll be my new regular order! We'll definitely be back! Nothing better than a hot bowl of delicious ramen!
google avatar

Jay M.

Yelp
Today, quiet room and efficient service. Other then they yummy ramen, we had gyoza and kim chee tofu.
google avatar

Yelp
Late post from our visit back in June. It's a really small restaurant and it was pretty packed so I took that as a good sign. We ordered take-out and that's possibly why I ended up only give them 3 stars. We ordered 5 different types of ramen and it was for lack of a better word ok. Not good, not bad, but just ok. The girl who took our order was amiable and it seemed like the place had a good vibe going on, but the food was mediocre at best. I'll probably return and try dining in. Will update my review after that visit.

gina h.

Yelp
Oh my gooseness. I was not familiar with the menu at all but I told the girls what I wanted and they made some great suggestions and the food was sooo good and super flavorful! Hit the spot! I got the curry rice with pickled ginger and corn, the Spicy Karaage chicken and the kimchi! 11 out of 10!
google avatar

Yelp
Still even after 3 years since I posted my initial review and have tried countless ramen spots, NOTHING, AND I MEAN NOTHING, tops the quality and taste of this Ramen joint PERIOD! I've been looking all over Vegas Valley to see if there's one that can top this place. Nope. This place needs a Michelin review hands down. Kogashi Ramen, extra chashew, thick noodles, extra egg, and side of extra noodles. Thank me later.
google avatar

Rene I.

Yelp
The ramen was good, portions were good. I had their spicy ramen and while it was spicy it was never overwhelming, just enough to keep my mouth watering. The service while a tad bit awkward due to me not really knowing the layout and almost walking into the kitchen on accident, was spot on. I don't remember her name but she was a bit older and she was fantastic and very helpful. The ambience was decent but I went during a lull and it was just nice and quiet

Yelp
An amazing, Japanese-Owned family business. This has been the best hidden gem in Vegas. Friendly staff, chill vibes, good music, delicious food and authentic Japanese meals that are always consistent. I bring all my friends/family/loved ones here. Everybody becomes obsessed instantly :) Prices are INSANELY affordable and even unbeatable. 10/10 best ramen shop ever.
google avatar

Yelp
Very good meal, we had chicken karaage, honey garlic chicken, tonkotsu miso ramen, curry rice, and Sapporo beer. Everything was delicious but the dishes came out with odd timing. The staff is kind an professional, mostly. The dishes are a little tangy for my taste but it was still good. The dikon was not crisp and cold. The soups were creamy and rich. All in all, it was a good experience. I'd rather go to Japanese Zen Curry for curry rice.
google avatar

Gene B.

Yelp
The first authentic Japanese Ramen shop I've been to in Las Vegas. Hands down the best thus far. More to explore in this city, but this has my approval. Their Chicken Karaage I do recommend. It's served with salad, lemon wedge, and salt. The simplicity, I do appreciate. Fukumimi Ramen was full of flavor. Great noodles and served perfectly hot. I do look forward in making a return. Great food and service. The wonderful combination that makes you walk out as a satisfied customer.

Yelp
Best Ramen spot in town hands down!! The taste is so close to Japan!! Always coming here during the winter time!!

Yelp
Yelp should have a badge for Tan Tan Ramen because I'm on a Tan Tan Ramen kick and on a personal mission to find the best Tan Tan Ramen on the 9th Island. Sadly I only found 3 Ramen shops in LV so far that serves Tan Tan and this ramen shop is one of them. I came back here to try their Tan Tan Ramen to see how it compares to the other version I had recently. I was not disappointed. The broth was light but had a depth of flavor. There was a hint of chilli oil and the taste of sesame stood out. The noodles were the thick variety and it was cooked firm yet it was chewy. I ordered the fried onion topping and extra bok choy to complement the scoop of their chicken Soboro that came with the Ramen. The Gyoza was good but it was better when it was dipped in the ponzu sauce that was served with it. The Honey Garlic Chicken Karaage app was also good. The chicken was moist and juicy and the batter was crispy but I don't think the sauce that was drizzled over it was needed. The Karaage stood out by itself. The wife had Soboro -Don and it was also delicious although the sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste. The interior was old school ramen shop decor and the service was good. I noticed that they also have the cold version of the Tan Tan Ramen so I may have to revisit soon. Here's how I rate the Tan Tan Ramen so far. Fukumimi and Ramen Zero a close tie. subtle flavors vs. Puch you in the face of bold flavors, respectively. Ramen Hashi a distant 3rd. The broth was more Tori Patan then Tan Tan
google avatar

Zack D.

Yelp
In terms of Ramen it wasn't bad but it also wasn't amazing. I'd give it a 7.9/10 for the price. Ramen portion was a bit small. The gyoza taste amazing however the honey garlic chicken was awful. Tasted like fake chicken and was sour. Service was good but ambiance was lacking. Seating was wack, its super close together with other people not a fan. It's a decent try if you're in the area but i wouldn't go out of my way to drive 20 min to come eat here. Definitely much better options elsewhere. Overall i'd give the place a 6.5/10.

Yelp
I reviewed this little spot years ago, and have eaten there many times since. It keeps growing more and more on me. It's very small. It's very simple. It's rather modest. Its food is absolutely delicious. And it hasn't raised its prices in years. I ate there this week, and enjoyed a curry chicken dish with ample rice, delicious sauce, and a Diet Coke on the side. Total price came in at under $10. In this day and age, a sub-$10 lunch that is healthy, ample, with excellent service in a pleasant environment is an increasing rarity. I'm grateful for Fukumimi, and I'm pleased to raise my star level for this joint. Looking forward to the next time!

Yelp
I have been going to Fukumimi since 2014 and they have never disappointed once! They have some of the ramen in town and the appetizers are incredible as well!
google avatar

Lexi G.

Yelp
Restaurant looked so great! We went in at 9:59 to get some late night dinner, but even though they close at 10:30, last call is 10 pm. Boo! Well we'll have to try again soon! Smelled delicious! #LGSbach

Amelia C.

Yelp
only had one small piece of tonkotsu in the bowl that was worth 14$ according to them. the ramen was mid for the price. only came here because online the menu was cheaper than the updated one so i expected more. didnt reach my expectations i wish i took a photo before i ate
google avatar

Yelp
Pretty good! I would definitely come back here again! Service was great! The ladies here are super nice and very attentive. The wait was very short like 5 minutes. This place is tiny like the majority of Ramen restaurants. The ambiance is basically wood. I don't know how else to describe it lots of light colored wood. Food is reasonably priced. We had the Kara miso ramen with thick noodles. It's a spicy miso but so flavorful. The only complaints I would have is that there was only one slice of pork in the ramen and one size only. The ramens come either skinny noodle or thick noodle. I'm a thick noodle fan. The gyoza was good. Best of all you can check in on Yelp!

Yelp
Loooove this place so much. The ramen is amazing; the appetizers are also super, super good! If I want ramen, this is the first place I go to! No other ramen spots compare to this spot right here. 10/10 recommend.

Viri L.

Yelp
Food was tasting ok service was great. But, I should've none the place was EMPTY. Not one other soul. Long story short... i ended up with food poisoning
google avatar

Bianca C.

Yelp
It was probably some of the best ramen I've ever had. A coworker of mine recommended it to me last year and I finally went and I wish I would've gone sooner. They give you a lot of noodles and the broth is just so flavorful. I cannot wait to go back!

Yelp
Food really good, family oriented, good costumer service, peaceful atmosphere. Call ahead for availability be aware.

Yelp
Its my favorite place every time i in town .It's small restaurant if you don't wanna in lines or waiting come at less busy time. I was see some bad reviews about waiting here ... they just redid .....everything good will have to wait if you go at busy times. It's small businesses but Supper good food with cheap prices in town to me. Speacial they doesn't feel they add MSG here mean mostly ramen place add MSG a lot. That why I love this restaurant. & I alway refer for my Airbnb guests

Jun I.

Yelp
Came a couple weeks ago. Food is great 5/5 Soboro bowl and tonkotsu miso Service is good 4/5 Ambiance is okay. Not a big fan when the person who makes my ramen wear earbuds in front of me? Little rude and unprofessional? 1/5

Yelp
Food is great! Customer service is excellent. Place is small so usually there is a wait .

Yelp
Believe is best Ramen! Good sides bit small but great quality. Quality is better than quantity. Service is great and amazing food!
