The Best Piping Hot Bowls of Ramen in Las Vegas | Eater Vegas

"This is the second incarnation of Ramen Show, which closed its original southwest location and opened in Chinatown in 2021. From the owners of Izakaya Go, this spot is sought out for its spicy umami ramen, which also comes in a vegan version, tonkotsu shoyu, and tonkotsu miso ramen. The Tai ramen, made with red snapper broth, scallops, and chicken is also worth a try." - Janna Karel

Late-night Chinatown favorite from the Izakaya Go team, known for spicy umami ramen (vegan version, too) and a distinctive tai ramen. Recommended by Eater Vegas; a clutch bowl after midnight.

Some of the best ramen I have had in Vegas Chinatown. I have been here six times and never been dissapointed. The broth is full of flavor and the ingredients are fresh. The Gyoza are also a good option, as well as the chicken kaarage, although keep in mind if it is spicy it is SPICY!! Mitarashi dango is soft and amazing too. But the one thing that is the best about this place is the prices. Everything is well priced so you'll definitely have money left at the end of the night. The service is amazing here, as our server was very kind. If you speak Japanese only you should be okay as well. Keep in mind that it is only open after five pm. Overall 10/10 experience.

My brother suggested this spot for Ramen. He hyped it up & didn't disappoint. I ordered the Kimchi Fried rice & the serving was huge. It was very deliciously tasty. My other family members got Ramen & that looked yummy too! 10/10 would recommend!! You can see in the photos we all had a bite before I could even get the photos it was that good!!

Google
It was my family's random "let's find a new ramen house to try" event. I mean who wouldn't want a bowl of warm ramen on a cold/windy Vegas night? We discovered this restaurant after a Google search and immediately headed to the restaurant because we were starving. The restaurant was a little difficult to find at first because I thought it was upstairs in the Chinatown Plaza, but it wasn't...it was downstairs (I think I'm just getting old and my navigation skills are diminishing). Regardless, we got more steps in and worked up an even bigger appetite. When we walked in, it took a while before anyone acknowledged our presence which was a little concerning at first. Within ~4 minutes, an employee finally walked up to us and escorted us to our table. The first thing I noticed was that everyone was waiting for their food so either this restaurant was running a little behind or everyone coincidentally arrived at the same time. Whenever our drink order arrived, we were still missing one item, but went ahead and ordered our appetizers and main entrées. We ordered Gyoza, Shishito Peppers, Soft Shell Crab, and Okonomiyaki as our appetizers; and Tonkotsu Shio Ramen, Tonkotsu Miso Ramen (added garlic oil and nori), and Show Black Ramen as our entrées. After 2/4 appetizers arrived, we were wondering if our one drink was ever going to arrive, so we followed-up with our server and they finally brought it within a couple minutes. Soon after the arrival of those two appetizers and one drink, our ramen arrived. Our ramen arrived super hot which was weird because I've never had ramen that piping hot before, but it was appreciative considering the temperature outside. Also, I was a little disappointed with the lack of choices to add to our ramen (i.e., fried garlic chips, bean sprouts, etc.), but overall, the ramen was good; the broth was flavorful and the pork chashu was phenomenal. The Gyoza arrived during the middle of our meal and the Okonomiyaki finally arrived towards the end of our meal. I was bummed out that those two appetizers didn't arrive in the beginning like appetizers are typically meant for. Additionally, when our Gyoza arrived, it was slightly burnt which was displeasing to say the least, but the ingredients tasted great - I was really hoping that the Gyoza would've been perfect because for one, it's Gyoza!! And second, it took so long to arrive, it should've been perfect. But I digress... The prices at this restaurant is about the same as other ramen restaurants in this city and I have zero complaints about it - they're very reasonable. Also, the décor was very nice here; I loved the outdoor concept appearance. All-in-all, this restaurant is ok...I know a lot of people have had great experiences here (based on their overall Google rating); however, for our first visit here, we were struck with less than adequate service and only satisfactory food quality. I will add that this restaurant was recently opened, so maybe they're trying to work out its bumps in the road, or maybe we arrived during an off day for them. Perhaps in the future, we might try this restaurant again, but I don't see that occurring anytime soon. Though, if you haven't been here before, I still recommend this restaurant to you. NOTE: I would recommend to the restaurant to update the online menu because there were a couple things I didn't see on there to which your in-person menu contains (e.g., Okonomiyaki and Show Black Ramen).

Google
Date night was a success at Ramen Show. We picked this place based on reviews and it did not disappoint. We were greeted as soon as we opened the door and seated just as quickly. The menu had a variety of foods to choose from. We got takoyaki, garlic ramen, and fried rice. The food was excellent. We definitely will be back to try more.

Was craving real food on the way home from work at midnight and stumbled upon this place. Great dishes and great prices, nice staff. Comfortable relaxing setting. 1am still had patrons coming in. Will definitely go again!

Yelp
I dined at Ramen Show2, and it was an exceptional experience! The ramen is incredibly authentic, capturing the true essence of Japanese flavors. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the noodles are perfectly cooked. The ambiance is casual and humble, creating a welcoming atmosphere that feels just like a cozy ramen shop in Japan. The service is genuine and attentive, making you feel right at home. I highly recommend Ramen Show2 for anyone craving a delicious bowl of ramen. I can't wait to return!

Yelp
In all honesty, we didn't know Ramen Show 2 existed on Spring Mountain until the Ramen Show on Rainbow closed down a few years ago. They had mentioned that this location also had handrolls, which was what had initially brought us to the Ramen Show on Rainbow. (I do believe they used to go by another name before - Takopa, and it specialized more in Japanese street eats.) Tucked away in a corner in Chinatown Plaza and hidden behind some stairs, Ramen Show 2 can easily be missed amongst the AYCE restaurants neighboring it. We've been fortunate to never have to wait when we showed up for a bite to eat - even on Christmas night! Despite having ramen in its name, we actually rarely order any ramen when it's the Husband and I dining. Sometimes, the Little Guy will order a bowl of ramen for himself but the rest of us like to enjoy the shared bites. Some of our favorites: * Show Style Spicy Cold Tofu $4.95 - The Husband just loves the leaf mustard, spices, and other toppings on this simple dish. * Tako Wasabi $3.95 * Gyoza $6.95 - The Little Guy loves his gyoza, so that's always a given when we come here. * Grilled Pork Belly $6.95 * Shishito Peppers $4.95 * Grilled Salmon Collar or Belly $6.95 - Very generous. Order some steamed rice to go with it. * Grilled Yellowtail Collar $12.95 * Agadashi Tofu $5.95 * Soft Shell Crab $7.95 - They do a very light batter here and it's just lovely. We often get two. * Handrolls - Ranging from $3.75 to $4.95, we'll often get a few of these - Salmon Skin, Scallop, Ikura, Salmon & Ikura, Spicy Tuna, Salmon, and Soft Shell Crab * Sashimi Bowl $16.95 * Mitarashi Dango $4.95 One of things we really appreciate it that the prices haven't changed a whole lot in the past few years. We noticed most restaurants have increased their prices every year, sometimes even multiple times throughout the year. But Ramen Show 2 has been a steady ride. You can get some great grub without feeling like your broke the bank. There's one large table near the front, counter seating to watch the cooks at work, and a handful of 2 and 4 tops. Service is always efficient and pleasant. Ramen Show 2 will definitely remain in rotation when we're craving handrolls or some quick bites.

Yelp
That ramen craving hit and I wanted to try a new place, so I hit the Google and found this place, lots of good reviews on Yelp. We did not make a reservation, although you can online, because it was Monday before 6pm. We parked and walked in and were given a table right away. Shockingly, most of the tables were taken, either early bird dinner eaters like us or really late lunch-ers. The atmosphere in here is great. Very traditional izakaya vibes going on with the wood, the seating and the general décor. It smells nice in here and there isn't too much clutter around. The menu was slightly different than the menu online, which made me a bit worried. My husband doesn't eat pork and I have to ensure we go to ramen places that have non-pork alternatives. Luckily, they do have chicken base, it's just different from the online one. My husbands chicken yuzu ramen was excellent. 5 stars for that one. My tonkotsu miso ramen was...interesting. It wasn't bad per se but there was a weird off taste that I wasn't familiar with, even though this is my fave type of ramen. The broth was eh. The chashu was extremely weird because it tasted like Chinese BBQ char siu. I didn't like the veg or the egg either. We opted for spicy karaage and I also wasn't too impressed with this. I know Japanese isn't a typical "spicy" cuisine, but there are other nice hot sauces that can be used other than the one that this place (and quite a few others) have been using. Great pricing though, so I would come back for a second chance. The chicken ramen is worth coming back in as well.

Yelp
Plain but filling Ramen had a bit of a bland flavor, which was weird given that it was a curry that was supposed to have a bit of a kick. The rice looked pretty unappetizing with the stick of butter just randomly placed on, but was otherwise pretty standard. If it wasn't for the place being open late, I probably wouldn't have come, and I still would probably go to another place for my ramen cravings in the future.

Yelp
We ordered the vegan spicy ramen and the mase soba dry noodles and both were pretty good. The vegan spicy ramen was very flavorful and warming. The dry noodles were great but had a strong taste of nori. We also ordered the tornado potatos and they crispy and very well presented. Service was great and ambiance wasn't all too bad. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant to those looking to try ramen.

Yelp
The ambiance and decor here reminds me of a Japanese izakaya, and having just visited Japan, it gave us a sense of nostalgia. That being said, we were not very impressed with the food. We ordered the following: Tornado Potato - It was served... lukewarm. If something deep fried could be served at room-temp, then this is it. Also, it was served with two pieces of potato fallen off the skewer, so taking a photoworthy photo was futile (though I still did, see my uploaded photos). Rating: 1.5 out of 5. Curry Fries - This was a HUGE letdown; we expected Japanese curry sauce served with fries, but instead the sauce is 99% kewpie mayo/1% dash of curry powder on top. Rating: 1 out of 5 Veggie Gyoza - Out of all the appetizer we ordered, this was passable. Tasted like standard gyoza and was cooked the way gyoza should be. Rating: 4 out of 5. Vegan Ramen - Husband found it decent. There were a lot of noodles in his bowl that he didn't finish it all. Rating: 4 out of 5. Summer Special Green Ramen - This was refreshing as the noodles and broth were cold, though I do wish the broth had much more flavor. It was bland. They should add more yuzu or lime or something citrusy and it would be much more refreshing. Rating: 4 out of 5. Service was standard and the waitress was fast and nice. Not sure if we would come back here though.

Yelp
Tried Japanese ramen and ordered a spicy vegan ramen at this small little Ramen store in Las Vegas. There was a full house when we stepped in here for dinner time. The lady at the front was nice and got us seated ASAP. Overall the vibes made me feel like I was in Japan. The portion size though is huge so come hungry! My spicy Vegas ramen had so many ingredients inside that I couldn't believe it fitted in the bowl. I like the soup base itself but overall I didn't finish my bowl just because it was stuffed with a lot of tasty vegetables. For the price and amount, I think this place is a deal! They do sell regular ramen and sashimi too!

Yelp
It's okay for a quick bite, but nothing out of this world . Would recommend it if you are passing by , like I did and I just saw they had sushi and I had like two rolls but , they weren't the best , but they I was definitely craving sushi and I was satisfied. Maybe the ramen is better

Yelp
OMG! It's such a great restaurant located conveniently in Chinatown off Spring Mountain Rd. in North Las Vegas. The service was excellent. Seated right away. Menu items are priced very reasonable, and can I just tell you about how fast we got our ramen... FAST! We ordered the Tonkatsu Soy Ramen. Delicious! A side of seaweed salad & Spicy Karaage Chicken...Yummy!! Our host and waitress were so friendly, and when they found out we were from Hawai'i...we got the Maoli treatment. Lol (Maoli station playing in the background as we enjoyed our dinner) Love this place! My definite go-to ramen spot.

Yelp
I went here because it was one of the few places that seemed to be open late (10pm ) and was very impressed with this cute lil place. I ordered a glass of plum wine, some squid, and a bowl of ramen. All of which were delicious. The Ikamaru was some of the best squid I've ever had and the portion was massive. My ramen was delicious and enough that I definitely had to take some home. My waitress was also really nice and super attentive.

Yelp
This is located in the original Vegas Chinatown. We were greeted with welcoming smiles. They ha Sapporo draft beers, so had to have one. We had the Spicy Umami Ramen, Pork Fried Rice, & Tonkotsu Miso Ramen. The fried pork belly in our ramen was so delicious! We just wished there was more meat in our ramen. Other than that, delicious food, great ambiance, and friendly service! The place is on the smaller side, so be prepared if you have a large group. You can also sit at the counter and watch the kitchen. We saw our fried rice being made in front of us. Island reggae music played in the background. Lots of parking. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
I came to Chinatown to find a pho spot, but realized the taxi dropped me off still quite far from my origin destination. It was 10:30pm and found this ramen spot that closes at 2am. Really nice cozy spot and service was fast Overall. I got the show style spicy cold tofu- and it was tasty with a nice crunchy texture on top. It was pretty spicy and I had to take breaks in between. I also got chicken fried rice and also enjoyed it. My bf got the tonkatsu shouyu ramen and it tasted really good. My issue with ordering ramen is its typically overly salty, but that wasn't the case with this

Yelp
Such a hidden gem! Went here my wonderful family with a full table of 9 including 2 kids and a baby with a stroller. It was a kinda late dinner with minimal seatings. All tables were filled and hard to accommodate such a big party. The restaurant is on the smaller side as well. Customer service was top tier, couldn't thank the servers enough for their patience , kindness , and their hospitality. We had an amazing time and the FOOD.. everything we ordered was good! We had a variety of ramen, noodles, tapas dishes, squid, tornado potato, fried rice, etc. Out of everything i had.. the soft shell crab hand roll was what stood out to me the most! It was delicious. Overall a wonderful first time experience. I cannot wait to come back!

Yelp
Wow, what a delicious bowl of tonkotsu miso ramen! This place saved the day after a horrid bowl of ramen that we had to send back from Ramen Sora. The inside is clean, sort of hole in the wall vibes, chill music, great customer service from our waitress and bussers, and the food was delicious and savory. We had a glass of plum wine and it was incredible, heavenly, sweet and decadent. I am so happy and the prices are great :) yummers
google avatar

Derek T.

Yelp
Sure you want ramen but can't really decide on a good spot, so you end up at Ramen Show 2. Aside from ramen, they serve up some pretty decent street foods as well. So grab some takoyaki or okonomiyaki to go along with your ramen. The quality is pretty decent for what it's worth. Nothing nonsensical about this place. Is this the best mindblowing ramen shop ever? Probably not but it does the job!

Edgar L.

Yelp
Great food great service and the prices aren't bad. The only bad about it is that they open at 5
google avatar

Victoria M.

Yelp
Was in Vegas and we were craving Ramen found this place Very roomy great atmosphere Service was great Unfortunately I didn't like the ramen the broth was not very flavorful and the noodles were very stringy and hard the pork was all fat I was disappointed unfortunately The hand roll was good
google avatar

Raena L.

Yelp
The food was good and service was great. The most impressive ramen was the Tai Ramen - the red snapper broth was so sweet and delicious. The Tsukemen was also tasty but it wasn't hot enough when served and more salty. The sashimi bowls were a good size a scallops and yellowtail was good but tuna didn't taste as fresh. The tofu appetizer was tasty. Worth trying and affordable place!
google avatar

Neilson L.

Yelp
It's ok,not the best in Las Vegas but if you need ramen late at night till 1:30 am, they're open. We had the chicken fried rice, which was surprising the best part of our meal. The touch of curry powder really enhances the fried rice with some spice. The chicken wasn't dry and the fried rice wasn't clumpy. The ramen itself though, was kind of lackluster. Compared to Monta Ramen and Kobo Ramen, the broth isn't really that flavorful or luscious. The Tonkotsu was rich but not salty at all, and the shoyu ramen definitely had a soy sauce flavor, but that's it. The lack of complexity makes it hard for me to recommend coming here any more often than just if no one else is open.
google avatar

Destinee G.

Yelp
Had the pleasure of trying Ramen Show 2 for the first time and I love it!! As soon as you walk inside you get nice cozy vibe. It's pretty quiet. Perfect if you're eating on your own or maybe even a date. I love how you they have a window to the kitchen so you can see the chefs making your food as you wait. Beware though it'll make you hungrier as you watch them make all the delicious food. Also they're open til 2am so if you're looking for a late night bite you should check them out. We ordered some ramen, tornado potato, karaage chicken, poke tacos, and poke rolls. Oh and gyoza. We were hungry! And everything was great!! Noodles are fresh. The poke was delicious. My favorite was the Charsui pork that comes with your ramen. Melts in your mouth!! Our server was happy and friendly and very efficient. This is definitely our favorite ramen spot we have tried here in Vegas!!
google avatar

Yelp
The restaurant is cozy. The female servers are friendly. I enjoyed the appetizers. They were delish! We ordered the soft shell crab with ponzu sauce and yaki chashu (pork belly). My ramen was good, and from reviews state that this is the best. Every spot has their own style and flavor. I liked it, but for me I don't think it was the best that I've tried. I liked the thin noodles. It had basic ingredients. The restaurant itself was cozy, but a little stuffy. When you enter, there is a potent odor, probably all the flavors and ingredients making the ramen and small dishes kitchen space that can be view's through the restaurant. There are counter stools to watch them cook inside through a glass. I would come again to try other items on the menu and when I come to Chinatown!
google avatar

Zanthippie M.

Yelp
So so so good!!! We were craving ramen similar to what we had in Japan (at midnight) and this place fit the bill! The gyoza was delicious and the ramen was perfect spice. It's a good late night spot. The waiter was so sweet & taught us more Japanese! Loved it :)

Yelp
Food was fantastic! This is definitely a ramen spot not to miss out on. Restaurant is located right next door to 888 Korean BBQ inside Chinatown plaza. Plenty of parking. Venue is small. They fill up quickly during dinner. It'll be beneficial to make reservations. Here's what we ordered: Soft shell crab- Soft shell crab was excellent. Fresh, light batter, crispy on the outside and soft inside. Served with ponzu and some mix springs. Came with 2 crabs. We were so happy! Tornado potato (Curry spice)- the potatoes were overcooked unfortunately. If they had pulled it out sooner, it would've been great. Sashimi (Yellow tail, tuna, salmon)- Thick cuts of fish. Fresh. Ordered to fulfill a craving. Takoyaki Mentaiko- Takyoyaki paired with creamy cod roe sauce. She mentioned it was popular in Japan. Had to say yes! To our surprise, the flavor was unique, rich and fishy. One of our favs! Chashu rice bowl- Braised pan fried Chashu served over a bowl of white rice. Garnish with fried onions with a drizzle of sweet soy sauce and green onions. Delicious! Another fav. Spicy Umami Ramen (level #1 spicy)- Love it! Chef suggested we stick with level 1. Definitely glad we did! In terms of spicy ramen, it's one of the best I've had in Vegas thus far. Rich bone broth with al dente noodles. Once you start, you can't stop. Amazing! This place is awesome. Definitely coming back to try the rest of their menu. Cheers!~

Yelp
Solid place for your late night noodle fix. We tried to go to noodle pot but the hours were incorrect and it was closed at 11PM on Wednesday night. Luckily, ramen show 2 was open and had open seats. Tsukemen dipping ramen tasted great and the noodle texture was perfect. The tornado potato was well seasoned. Yellowtail collar was smaller than average but was salted well. Pork fried rice was also nice.
google avatar

Jadis H.

Yelp
The tonkatsu soy is standard, though the noodles were a bit too firm for my personal taste. The yuzu chicken is interesting if you want to try something new. The ramen is fair for the price. We had to wait for a while because there were some bigger groups and I think only 1 cook. I wanted to order a couple more dishes and desserts but the waitress handed us the check before I was done eating. I literally had noodles in my mouth LOL I was honestly kind of shocked because she didn't do this to the other parties that were there before us??? I figured they wanted us to leave soon so we paid and left........

Yelp
2.5 STARS Date: Monday, April 10th, 2023 Time: around 9:30pm Meal: Dinner Party of: 7 adults, 2 kids = 9 total Wait Time: about 10-15 mins, not too bad at all considering how small the place it HAPPY HOUR MENU: Monday - Thursday, 10pm to Last Call, Dine in Only *Karaage: Japanese Fried Chicken, 5 pcs, Chicken Leg meat, Miso, Garlic Ginger ($5.50, originally $6.50) x2 *Age Dashi Tofu: Deep fried tofu with bonito dashi sauce ($5.95, originally $5.50) *Soft Shell Crab: Deep fried soft shell crab with homemade ponzu sauce ($7.50, originally $7.95) REGULAR MENU: *Gyoza: Home Made Pork Dumplings, 5 pcs ($5.95) x2 *Tornado Potato: Original ($3.95, happy hour $3.50), Garlic ($3.95, happy hour $3.50) *Bang Bang Chicken: Steamed Cold Chicken Breast w/Cucumber, Sesame Sauce, Chili Oil ($7.50) *Pork Fried Rice: Pork Belly, Egg, Diced Onion, Green Onion ($10.95) x3 *Tonkotsu Shio Ramen: Pork-based soup, Pork belly, Soft Boiled Egg, Onion Chips, Green Onion, Black Mushroom, Bamboo Shoot, Shredded Red Pepper ($11.95) *Tonkotsu Miso Ramen ($11.95): Pork-based soup, Pork belly, Soft Boiled Egg, Onion Chips, Green Onion, Black Mushroom, Bamboo Shoot, Shredded Red Pepper, add Egg (+$1.50) *Spicy Umami Ramen ($12.95): Level 3, Pork-based spicy miso soup, Pork belly, Soft Boiled Egg, Onion Chips, Green Onion, Black Mushroom, Bamboo Shoot, Shredded Red Pepper, Homemade Chili Oil, add Black Garlic Oil (+$0.75), add Corn (+$0.75), add Dry Seaweed Nori (+$1) *Spicy Vegan Ramen ($11.95): Green Onion, Fried Lotus Root, Grape Tomato, Spinach, Corn, Shiitake Mushroom, Bamboo Shoot, White Onion, Shredded Dred Seaweed, Onion Chips, Lemon, Orchid Flower, Shredded Red Pepper, Homemade Chili Oil, add Chashu Pork Belly / Pork Chasyu (+$2.50), add Menma (+$1) *Kirin Light ($4.50) *Sapporo Pitcher ($22, happy hour $17) *Calpico ($2.50) I'm going to say I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt since they were busy and there was one person on the floor. She also took care of the cash register. It looked like there was also a food runner / busser, but she didn't help serve drinks or anything like that, so the server was basically slammed the entire time we were there. Going over the receipt, I have no idea why some items were on HH and others weren't? We ordered drinks first so I get why we didn't have HH pricing there, but why only half the apps? It was definitely after 10pm when we ordered the all the food. I did order a yellowtail carpaccio which never showed up. Luckily it wasn't on the bill. I wanted shishito peppers as well and was told they were out. But then towards the end of our meal, I saw someone get shishito peppers. Idk, maybe I wasn't meant to eat shishito peppers or yellowtail? Lol! One more forgotten item was the hubby's tonkotsu shio. We had to ask the server for it well after everyone had gotten their food. Then after paying for the bill, we noticed we were charged for two tonkotsu shio ramens. We ended up being refunded for the item in cash. Okay, so onto the food I did get without having to ask for twice. The karaage had a nice crunch and was seasoned well. The potatoes, the kids adored. They could have had 1+ order each. The gyoza were on the smaller. Good for me since I actually adore small bites. But these are literally one small bite for the hubby, two bites for me. I got the level 3 spicy ramen and was warned it's really spicy. I'd say if you like spice, this is definitely a tolerable spice. Not too hot at all. The noodles weren't my fav. They are on the thinner side. I tend to like my thicker chewy noodles. I wish they had more topping options like spinach, etc, as I love a lot of toppings in my bowl. The fried rice was also a hit. The kids loved it. You should note, you need to ask for the HH Menu. They won't volunteer it. Someone at our table mentioned it, so I asked the server about it. (Tho the HH Food pricing isn't much different.) Since they were busy and service was soooooo slow, I wish they had told us about it so we could have waited like the 5 mins til HH for the pitcher of beer. That's $7 we could have saved! Plus the lag between being able to order drinks, then apps, then mains, was quite a while. I mean, I love my slow a$$ meals (I've literally had like 5+ hour dinners), but this was a little ridiculous. Plus, we had hungry kids. The thing is, I felt bad. I get being the only person on the floor. I've done it in a 14 table restaurant with no busser and it's no fun. So I'm giving a little service leeway as I write this review. Honestly, solely based on my experience and the food, I'd probably rate this spot 1 star. Understanding be short staffed, my take on the food, and the more than fair pricing on the dishes, I'm bumping this up to 3.

Yelp
Love their takoyaki and hand rolls~ Price is so affordable too I love coming here for the easy chill ambiance and good food! I recommend their original takoyakis over the mentaiko ones :) Just know that the mentaiko takoyakis come with a soup base so its more on the saltier side. Original takoyakis? Phenomenal

Yelp
Picked up a couple of their tonkotsu shio ramen and an order of the yaki chashu for dinner last night. Only regret is not having checked them out sooner, as everything was excellent! The woman that took my phone order was nice and she wrote down the order perfectly. No green onions in my ramen, crispy onion on the side. Everything was packaged nicely and survived the drive home. The tonkotsu broth was diiiiivine! Has a nice garlicky flavor that doesn't take away/overpower the tonkotsu flavor. Totally unique and ever-so slurpable. The noodles were perfectly cooked as well. We've had the yaki chashu at Izakaya Go (its sister restaurant) and they were just as good as at IG. They were the perfect companion to the ramen. Only bummer is that they're only open for dinner (they open at 5PM). And it's kinda hidden and hard to spot from the parking lot, as it's hidden behind a huge column. They're a few doors west of 888 Korean BBQ. If you like ramen, run to this place and check them out! Parking's not an issue as it's in a huuuge plaza in Chinatown.

Yelp
The servers are nice and efficient, they bring food and water super quickly. The fried rice was good. Not too salty and it had very fresh taste which is a nice change. Typically the fried rice has too much sodium and soy sauce but they definitely used a perfect amount! The atmosphere inside is super cozy and has a nice visually aesthetic that is minimal and a japanese food stall which is welcomed. The chicken in the fried rice was very moist. I really like the hint of black pepper topped on the fried rice, gave it a very smooth hint with each bite. The space is quite small however they are quick to compensate and the wait wasnt long at all. The tonkatsu shoyu soup was great, it wasnt overly seasoned and the noodles are not my favorite but with each bite it grows on me. The pork belly was soft and the egg is cooked to perfection with the ooze. For the price of this place, the food is amazing. Everything is reasonably priced and taste great. Overall a must try if you are trying to be conservative with your food budget!!

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised. We walked in and they were playing island reggae (our fave). We ordered spicy garlic edamame, chicken shio and hamachi kama and spam musubi. The ramen noodles are fresh and perfect. We enjpyed everything that we ordered. The edamame had the tight amount of spice. The hamachi kama was cooked with the right anountnof crunch. We will definitely come back when we are back in Vegas.

Yelp
This review is based on my 2nd visit here (will note 1st visit was amazing I had to come back on my own) The service here is awesome, very very friendly staff This place has that nice hole in the wall feeling ( in the best way possible) The food is sooo good(my first visit was with friends so I didn't have time to write a review the first time) The broth has a very clean and bold flavor without being overpowering with any of the toppings The Kimchi Tofu.... you have to get this I can't say enough good things Watching the kitchen staff(I had a bar seat) work together makes me think they are more like family than just coworkers(always a huge plus in my book) Will definitely be returning and recommending this place for years to come

Yelp
First time here at ramen show after watching Mike Chen's video where he ate here. This was also my first time eating the tsukemen. I didn't realize that I should squeeze the lime on the noodle, so I squeezed it into the dipping sauce. I also didn't know the correct way to eat the tsukemen, so I dumped everything into the dipping sauce except the noodle. The dipping sauce, chashu and egg were extremely flavorful and the noodle was chewy and firm. Overall, this was a very enjoyable first time experience for me.

Yelp
Been meaning to eat here for awhile now. Good that the other ramen place down the road has a 45 min wait. Called this place and they were able to save us a table. Love love this place. Great selection of food from ramen to musubi to fried rice. The ramen came hot better than most places. The flavors were real delicious. The warm spam and egg musubi is a must. The house friend rice was great as well. Place is clean. Ample of parking. Service is great!!! Will come back here more often.

Yelp
I didn't order any ramen, but ordered many various items which were all good. The only downside was one of the waitresses started drinking with some regulars and got a little loud and inattentive. It's nice to see happy workers, but she was a little too happy. I won't hesitate to go back again as I do want to try their ramen.

Yelp
I gave this place a try the other night because there aren't a lot of ramen places open late in my neighborhood. The service was good. I ordered the black garlic ramen and my partner ordered the tonkotsu. I felt that both broths lacked depth of flavor. I especially disliked the black garlic, I didn't really get the garlic flavor and it was quite gritty. Maybe we didn't order the best items. Like I said it's a good spot if you're having a late night craving and don't want to wait for Shokku or other more popular joints.

Yelp
One of our favorite go to spots for some hand rolls, a bowl of ramen, and some appetizers to hit the Asian food craving. Ramen show 2 is for sure a hidden gem! They open at 5pm til 2am; located right by 99 ranch. The wait is minimal here despite how busy it is. The service is fast and you can guarantee to get fed very soon if you're very hungry . I love their hand rolls; I always get the salmon and ikura. Super fresh fish and crispy nori with a little bed of rice, just the way I like it. They are generous on their wasabi and ginger too. Their shoyu ramen is delicious too. We've also tried the takoyaki, bang bang chicken (which is on their special menu, but they rotate so it's no longer on it), and their gyoza. Recently we just tried the Okonomiyaki, which is good but a bit more on the heavy side with the soft texture and the mayo sauce on top. Honestly everything we've tried has been really good. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Casual ramen spot located in the heart of Chinatown. I ordered the non-traditional Tai Ramen which includes red snapper broth with scallops and chicken . It was well-made and did not have an intense seafood flavor. It's not spicy for those looking for a spicy broth.

Yelp
Stopped in around 9pm on a Saturday and there was a 20 minute wait for 6... not bad for such a tiny place. The dumplings were out of this world ! I should of ordered 2 more to go! Service was fast and we were very pleased

Yelp
Finally a place that is open for late night dinner! We were happy to stumble upon this in the Chinatown Plaza when other places were closed. We were even more pleased that it was so good. Their noodles are freshly made each day according to their website, and you can tell the difference. They offer many varieties of shio, shoyu, or miso broth...and they even have a vegan one. We got the Tornado Potato (curry flavor) which were nice and crunchy, kimchi, cucumber, gyoza, and karaage. The chicken karaage had a light crispy coating that we thoroughly enjoyed. I got the Spicy Umami Tonkatsu (spicy #2, but you can pick 1-2-3), subbing chicken for the pork chashu instead. The miso broth was thick and flavorful and the spice was definitely there. My partner got the Sashimi Bowl and my girlfriend tried the Tsukemen (thick noodle with a dipping broth). They also offer some different sushi options, chashu bowls, and rice dishes...so there are plenty of options for a group that wants different things. We were too full for dessert, but look forward to trying the Mitarashi Dango (Sweet soy rice cake skewers), Mont Blanc (Sweet potato chestnut cake), and Warabi Mochi (Jelly mochi, green tea ice cream, brown sugar syrup) in the future. We all enjoyed the food and the service was spot on. You should give them a try.

Yelp
My #1 Goto in Las Vegas, NV A "Rice" conversation may be a little basic. But, a "really great experience", and it starts with the basics being on point. I'm hooked by the way their sticky rice is prepared , in comparison to any of the other places I've consumed rice from, here in Las Vegas. Keep up the good work

Yelp
Great spot. The chef makes sure she is always serving quality products. The way the fried up the rice cakes for the crispy rice was just cooked so perfectly. The rice was absolutely perfect Always super fresh and crunchy seaweed. Hokkaido Scallops are like butter. Soooo freaking good. Orion or Asahi, so they have both my favorite beers and a great selection of affordable daiginjo cold sakes. Service is great. Really friendly and attentive. Wish they had toro and Uni, but it's okay because they are so good on everything else

Yelp
Got food poisoning from the chicken karaage here I had it two nights ago and I'm still stuck on the toilet with my head in a trash can..

Yelp
The ramen was very good broth was great, I would have liked to see a few more pieces of pork but that's okay. Our server was super nice and attentive. The restaurant itself is small but is good for a late night slurp.
