"In SoMa, I watched Raven Bar lean into AI with a new ChatGPT-created cocktail called “CraftGPT”: a guajillo chile-infused mezcal drink that ChatGPT generated from parameters the Raven team set and then refined for human consumption. KPIX brought a bartender from Raven to demonstrate making the drink, and Raven GM David Luu said he was “highly impressed by what both our team, and ChatGPT created,” calling the collaboration a “blending of ‘old-school and new-school’ which mix together to create a fresh experience.” The press release also notes it was written in collaboration with ChatGPT." - Dianne de Guzman
"I note that the building owners Deborah and Jerry, who own 1151 Folsom Street—the location of the SoMa nightclub Raven Bar—have waived Raven’s April rent and allowed the club to defer May’s rent over a period of two years during the state-mandated closure of bars and restaurants.
